I bought a 2011 Mazda3 hatchback from D'amore in the spring of this year. Dmitriy was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was thorough in his explanations. He stayed past regular opening hours on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule despite the short notice. He also went out of his way to get my insurance company to stamp the necessary forms and personally delivered the car to Boston, where I live, a few days after the sale. Several months later, my Mazda still runs great and I have yet to have any issues. This is a well run, sincere family owned company - I would rely on these guys if I were looking for a car again.

Owners/Managers Dmitri and Andrey are spectacular! Funny, honest and capable. We have purchased a couple cars from them and I have had my older 2009 Saab 9-3 serviced there as well with complex issues that they dealt with very well. If I purchase pre-owned, I like to know that the dealership can service my vehicle competently. These are the guys! Dmitri is very knowledgeable about any mechanic problem you can throw at him, whether for domestic or foreign. This is an honest review. When I spoke with Dimitri about the Scion XB I asked very specific questions about the rust repair needed. I explained my recent dilemma of losing my vehicle to rust rot in my rear suspension on my 05 Equinox, which was deemed unrepairable . I expressed clearly I could not take that risk again. It was expressed to me that it was the rockers and a rear panel. I asked for him to please make sure this was all before I made a 3 hr trip from CT. He assured that was all he could see. I asked if he could take a few mins to be sure. I knew it was "as is" so I wanted to be certain. I made the drive with a friend. I asked if we could put it on a lift so I could look at the suspension and rust areas myself. They said they didn't have any lifts available. Again, it was said to be the rockers. It seemed to run well and was a clean vehicle inside. Many cosmetic needs but I wasn't too worried about that in the short term. Andre assisted me and was very personable and professional. Absolutely no complaints about Andre. Once I got it back to CT I received a quote for the rockers for $1,600. Pretty much what I expected. I then took it to my mechanic. They put it up on the lift and within one minute we saw the rust rot was in the rear suspension just like my 05 Equinox. Needless to say, I was extremely upset and disappointed. I just spent 2k on a vehicle to only find out that it was going to break off in the near future in the same location as my old Equinox. Repairs would be at least 4k. This I can not afford! So now I have a 2k vehicle I cannot use. How upsetting! I immediately called Dimitri to express my disappointment after I was extremely clear about what happened to my Equinox. I asked all the right questions to know what I was getting into. Now I feel taken advantaged of. Dimitri assured me he would speak to his manager to see if they can do something for me. That was 3 days ago, 1 email, 3 calls back and I left one vm. He is now not taking my calls. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience, my loss, and my treatment in the end. I am now stuck with a vehicle that I will need to try to sell. The necessary repairs cost more than what the vehicle is worth. Not sure how I can get it sold. I need to tell whoever may be interested what is wrong with it. I don't want to fib and let someone down. For some of us our cars are our livelihood. I need to drive to do my job, which pays my bills! Now what? I don't know!! Very disappointed!

I found this place through Craigslist and I wasn't sure what to think. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance - it was 2 1/2 hours away from where I live, so this was a big chance! I definitely made the right choice. Driving up to this place, I had my doubts but the cars that they sell are top notch, beautiful cars, so don't ever judge by the outside! I dealt with three employees while I was there, including the owner, and they were so gracious and polite. Dmitry said that he'd never sell a car he would not drive himself, and by the looks of the cars on his lot, I would be inclined to agree! The prices are beyond fair (but never forget to do your homework/research before buying ANY vehicle) and the customer service is beyond reproach. As per any car salesman, they want you to drive off of their lot with a vehicle, but I really got the feeling that they care about what they do, they care about making the customer a top priority and I never felt like just 'a sale'. The inventory is definitely in and out quickly and there is a reason they can't keep cars in their lot. I had bought a Saab, which someone else had also been interested in, so they had JUST brought a different color of the same car in and that sold before it even came out of the garage! This is definitely a hidden gem for a Saab if you are looking for one - the owner seems to love and appreciate these cars, as do the men who work on them. If you are intererested in a car, make sure to call right away or it might be sold when you finally do! These guys made my car buying experience such a breeze, were insanely polite and never tried to sell me something that I did not want. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Would recommend to everyone. I'd give them more than five stars if I could.

Here's the short version: Buy from these guys. It's a great experience. 10/10 would (and have) recommend to (many of) my friends. Dmitriy and Andrey are outstanding business people, and genuinely look to get their customers the best products and services they can because they know it brings people back. The long version: I worked extensively with Dmitriy and Andrey on the purchase of two used vehicles. One went through, the other we couldn't make happen, but the story doesn't end there so keep reading. In early 2019 I was looking to buy a replacement for my beloved 2004 Volvo XC70, and coincidentally a family member needed to replace her 2009 Toyota Corolla. We went at the same time to this location thinking it was still Hobbs automotive, and were surprised to heard that it had changed hands. The staff were extremely friendly and worked her and I to test drive the two vehicles we had checked out online. Both were in excellent condition, in fact the one I was looking at was much nicer and more well equipped than what I was looking for which is why the sale did not happen. I ended up leaving with advice on a similar but earlier year vehicle that was far better suited to my needs and did not have some of the same extra emissions hassle. Not only did Dmitriy provide honest, useful feedback to help me find a vehicle, their team brought in that exact vehicle in great shape about a week later to help me out but by that time I had signed on another vehicle. The service at the other dealership was awful in comparison to ODA. My mother did leave with a vehicle in good shape with better accommodations and half the mileage of her Corolla, and Andrey helped her get an aftermarket extended warranty at cost!!! It's been several months now, and ODA has been AWESOME with all of the tiny issues, helping us get the manufacturer's dealers to fix their own issues with the bluetooth system, and fixing a routine maintenance item we noticed for free. Every time we go in we are greeted with a smile and extremely good customer service. I will absolutely be working with these guys again. Hobbs was excellent, but ODA has raised the bar.

We purchased a 2010 Audi A4. A couple days later, the engine rod went through the engine. (Not their fault or ours- it’s an Audi issue) We had the car towed back to ODA. It took time to get the engine replaced because they found issues in 2 engines they purchased. The 3rd engine was to their standards and they replaced everything. Long story short, they are professional and caring - I was a bit hard headed at times because it is frustrating buying a used car that ends up having issues. But this was not their fault and they corrected it. The car has been driving good for 2 weeks now with just a few small things needed to be looked at plus a sensor and balance issue. I am bringing it in to them to look at. (Update: ODA corrected the issues and was very professional and helpful) They have been very professional and very knowledgeable with the issues and how to fix and repair them to last a long time. My headache with buying this used car was also their headache because they clearly don’t intend to scam or screw people. They work to resolve the problems. They did not “sell a lemon” It’s a used car, sometimes things happen mechanics don’t see. They went above and beyond to repair the issues, and I know they will also help correct the little things still bothering me. I’d recommend buying from them

I purchased a 2008 Scion about a year ago and the staff worked with me to complete the sale and get loan approval very efficiently. I recently had engine trouble due to a 3rd party liability and took the car back for repairs at their mechanics shop. The employees at D'Amore did their best to help out and did everything they could to keep the costs low. They were very friendly and went well out of their way and even offered a loaner car for several weeks while my vehicle was out of commission. They had very clear communication and provided updates whenever i requested. They even offered to meet after hours and made me feel comfortable with their integrity and expertise. Although I had to get rid of the car due to the 3rd party insurance requirements, I am very pleased with my experience with D'Amore Auto and highly recommend their services to anyone needing a nice vehicle or car repairs and maintenance at a low cost.

Dimitry is the man. Right off the bat he told me everything I need to know about my purchase, including all the common issues people run into with the car. He was straight up honest with me and I loved that about him. He than worked with me to get a great loan term with my terrible credit. Just awesome. Even though I was buying a used car he made sure to detail the outside of the car by painting over all scratches. Not only that but his 5 year warranty is a must!! They'll literally fix anything wrong with your car, down to the door handle. I will definitely check my next car here again

English : Very good experience with D'AMORE AUTOMOBILE I am a french student, and Andrey do everything for me. I purchased a car for $3300 with inspection and warranty of 30 days, when no-one around the city wanted to sell us a car below $4500 with just a warranty. He found an insurance for me while no one wanted insure me. He helped me in the procedures, very complicated when you do not talk the english fluently. He did a really great job, really really great., and very fast. We had a small problem with electronic clutch switch (our car broke down on a car park) and Andrey came to help us few minutes later, and we were pretty far from manchester (20 minutes by driving). He brought us back to our home (15 minutes from the car park), and called someone for tow the car, for free. He fixed the car and changed the battery for free as well and we just waited 1 day. These guys know their job, they do it very quickly and they are reliable. I recommend them to everyone, especially foreigners like me. France : Andrey a tout fait pour moi, il a réussi à me trouver une voiture pour pas trop cher, et me la garanti pendant 30 jours, au moment ou tous les autres pros ne voulaient rien me garantir en dessous de $4500 (sans compter l'inspection). Il a discuté avec les américains (notre anglais était trop approximatif) pour nous trouver une assurance. Pas facile d'ailleurs, Progressive, la plus grande des USA, nous a refusé. Quand nous sommes tombés en panne au beau milieu d'un parking, Andrey est venu nous aider pour nous ramener à la maison et reprendre la voiture, gratuitement. 2 jours aprés, le problème électrique était fixé, maintenant on peut rouler sans soucis. Good work.

I have never done business with these people but I have seen how they operate. One of my neighbors paid every penny of her income tax on a car from them a few months ago and she has yet to be able to drive that car one full day since. My neighbor is from Sudan Africa and although its true they are taking the car back in for repairs, its taking weeks to get it back to her. Yet when it comes back, something else go awry. She simply wants her money back and they are refusing to do that nor offer her another car. I went in with her to see if I could help and it truly was a bad idea. That person she talked to was yelling at her like if she was a child and when I asked why he was yelling , he asked demanded that I get the hell off his property. I got a car from him and the name on it was Dmitriy. Me personally, I wouldn't buy anything from anyone who sells junk.
