While professional, there was also a level of casual comfort that made this car buying experience far less painful. We worked with Keene, as well as other Nissan dealers in the area, and Keene was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and helpful of them all. There is a lot to be said for the smaller dealership who can offer you a personal experience. We would have no problem recommending Nissan of Keene!

I cannot rate this place high enough!! I have been coming to Nissan of Keene since I was maybe 4 years old; my mother bought a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder and we have never looked back. She has since bought a 2013 Murano and today I just leased my first new car at 21 years old (18 years of business from our family!). The relationship I have with this specific Nissan dealership is irreplaceable and I can't imagine going anywhere else; they're like family. I bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab last night. I could not be happier with the whole Nissan of Keene customer service experience. Most often a car purchase to me has been like a trip to the dentist for an extraction, for years a vehicle purchase has been on my list of things to avoid approached with a high degree of mistrust. I found the Nissan of Keene was not your A-typical car buying experience. I found the experience to be very low key, no pressure from my first contact to my last stroke of the pen. Richard Roe (RJ) our Sales Consultant was honest and open. RJ took time to explain every feature and every part of the sale and was not the least bit pushy. Chris Cavaleri the Sales Manager, was extremely helpful, Chris was very fair and easy to negotiate with. I initially reached out trying to buy a 2018 model closeout and drove away with an even better deal on a 2019 model. In closing, the dealership is a "field or dreams" scenario more appropriately a field of cars, "build it and they will come". Traveling approximately 50 miles one way to the dealership to what I would consider a location not in "the thick of things". But the trip was well worth it, for the beyond expectation pricing and the ease of purchase experience. Thank you again. I consider this to be not the end of the business transaction but perhaps, the beginning of a business relationship.

They're provide horrible service. Brought car in for an oil change and to look at some other issues. They called back and left a voicemail saying my car was ready and told me what else needed to be fixed, didn't even give me the option to ask if it could be done that day. I had to call back twice to get them to final figure out that they could fix my car and have it ready in 2 days. It was not ready in time and the screwed up my breaks. They supposedly fixed my breaks after keeping it a third day. And now my breaks aren't working properly and sounds like the calliper froze and world down the breaks to medal. I would never recommend anyone to go to Nissan for service or to buy a car.

In 2007 I leased my first Nissan, a beautiful blue 2007 Murano with tons of features. Tony Percoco was the sales person who got me into this vehicle, and to my delight, has been promoted and is still working at NOK! I always brought my Nissan here for routine service and the occasional little problem, and the service staff go out of their way to make each service experience as painless and friendly as possible. Since that first Nissan back in 2007, I did a term with Subaru, and another with Chrysler, but now am happily back behind the wheel of my 4th Nissan...a beautiful green 2019 Rogue loaded with all the latest gadgetry! I was very happy with my previous 2017 Rogue and quite surprised when my gal Kaitlyn gave me a poke to let me know I could upgrade my lease early with almost no effort on my part. I had been planning to keep that 17 model, especially since I had just signed a loan for my son to get a car and thought my credit was tapped out for the next several years, but being a previous Nissan finance customer gave me the green light to go ahead and slip into something a little more comfortable! Kaitlyn and Tony had already done the preliminary qualification work and even picked out the perfect demo to show me...and the next day I drove home my beauty! As long as I remain in New England, I will continue to do my car business with Nissan of Keene. (side note: my son lives in SC, ergo the reason I did not go thru NOK for his car)

Nissan of Keene is a big dealership with a small business kind of attitude. I recently purchased a 2006 Honda Element SUV from Nissan of Keene and I was blown away by the high level of professionalism and the excellent service I received as a customer. I would like to specifically thank Jim, Michael, and Kirk, who all worked with me throughout my experience. When I got the vehicle home, there was a minor emissions issue, so I called the dealership. At this point, most other dealerships would say "Good luck, you're on your own now." Instead, Nissan of Keene went out of their way to drive a replacement vehicle to my home (nearly a 3 hour drive from the dealership) and drove my recent purchase back to Keene, where they fixed the issue FREE OF CHARGE. Not to mention, the replacement vehicle they brought me was a brand new Nissan Frontier 4x4 crew cab. I would like to especially thank my salesman, Jim Gaskell, who made this vehicle swap and free repair his personal mission. He did a lot of driving in a short amount of time. Nissan of Keene was the second dealership I had been to when searching for a car. I drove around for a few minutes, looked at a few cars and no one really came out to ask what I was looking for. When I finally got the attention of Taylor, a new hire and not totally sure of himself, I was a little skeptical at first. Taylor made this process easy, comfortable and he was very friendly. I test drove the new car, liked it, but left the dealership in search of more. Coming up empty handed, I went back. I was looking for a Frontier S in black with manual trans and no options. A no frills work truck. I’ve had Frontiers and a Hardbody before and love these trucks because they can take a beating, they are reliable, easy to work on, and they run forever. I was calling around all over the place, a 500+ mile radius from my house, not having much luck finding the truck I wanted when I started talking to Katie up in Nissan of Keene. Ended up with an out the door price that was lower than just the cost of the truck at other dealers… and I was searching from Maine to Kentucky. The negotiations were fair. There were none of these BS games at Nissan of Keene. I told them what I wanted to pay. They of course countered with a higher number. We went back and forth over the phone for a couple days and landed on a number. All without me going in. Without the “when can you come in and test drive the truck”. Without the BS “we only negotiate in person” or the BS “haggle free pricing”. I hope they made a ton of money by meeting quarterly sales goals, because I got an awesome truck at a price that has made everyone else on my job site jealous. When I walked into the dealership for the first (and only) time, the first thing I noticed was how modest it was. Modest, but clean. When you go into a dealer and see marble tiles and granite counters, all the high end finishes… to me it’s a red flag. It means they are screwing their customers. They are making too much money. I understand that everyone has to eat, but I don’t want to pay for the dealer to dine on steak while I’m stuck eating hamburger. I used to do inspections. I would determine if contractor’s work was acceptable or if there were deficiencies that needed to be corrected. I met lots of people on the job, some happy to see me, others not so much, and I got pretty good at sizing people up. As a result my BS detector is fine tuned. The vibe at Nissan of Keene was wholesome. Yeah they are car dealers and you need to do your due diligence, that goes without saying, but I walked out of there and didn’t feel like I needed to take a shower to wash away the sleaze. These were genuinely good, salt of the earth people. Another thing I liked was that they didn’t have a finance department. Yes they can get you financing if you need it (I paid cash)… but they don’t have full time employees dedicated to it. This is a big plus in terms of their business’s ability to save money and reduce cost, which is part of the reason I was able to get such a good deal. As someone who works for a small construction company in a niche market with relatively low mark ups and fees, I really appreciate the efficiencies of a “lean and mean” operation like Nissan of Keene. I dealt with the GM and sales manager a bit, but spent most of my time with Katie. She was a cool chick who could drive a stick and had an old Hardbody pickup named Cletus in her driveway. She wasn’t pushy. I told her straight up I wasn’t interested in any of the add on paint protector or corrosion inhibitors they try to sell. She got it and didn’t push. The transaction was smooth. I was in and out within an hour, which included a pretty long test drive on my part. Everyone was friendly. There was one small tiny paint chip on the bed rail. Not the dealer’s fault. They took care of it and even sent me home with some touch up paint. Thanks for the paint Katie. If all dealers conducted business in the same manner as Nissan of Keene, then car salesmen wouldn’t have developed a reputation for being a bunch of degenerates. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve told everyone back home about my experience. If you are in the market for a Nissan do your homework, shop around, but call these people. Talk to Katie. PS buying out of state was no problem at all. Thank you Nissan of Keene. I love my new truck, saved about 15% compared to just about every other dealer in a 500 mile radius, and felt really good about the deal and the people I made it with while shaking hands at the end. Worth the drive if you’re not local. 11 out of 10.

A few months ago I purchased a new 2016 Deep Blue Metallic Nissan Sentra S with a 6-speed manual transmission. The customer service experience at Nissan of Keene that I had was like a breath of fresh air. Kaitlyn O'Malley understood my needs for a replacement vehicle (my 1998 Jeep Cherokee was getting maintenance happy) and the finance department was able to get me approved even with a few credit blemishes. I had an appointment on Saturday to get my car inspected. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the young man helped me right away. I was showed to the waiting room and few minutes later, I was called back and asked if it would be okay to get my oil changed (it was due in about 500 miles) and tires rotated while I was there. I said "Yes, of course!" and was told it would be all set in about 1h20 minutes. It took about 40 minutes total :) They explained what was done and what I needed to watch for. Would definitely recommend Nissan to my peers.

Brought my car in some work, which included rotating my tires. I left the wheel lock in the center cup holder. After getting the vehicle back home I suddenly realized the technician did not put my wheel lock back in the car. Tore through the entire vehicle and could not find it. Call the dealer who advised me they would give me the wheel lock back in 4 days when I returned to have new rear brake calipers installed. Also noted that the technician did not rotate the tires as I requested during the oil change. Dealership stated factory rear calipers were $400 each, so they elected to install aftermarket calipers at $75 each. Stated they would be ready upon my return on April 4, 2018. When returning to the dealer on April 4, I was advised the calipers for $75 each would take 2 weeks to order and get. In other words, they never ordered the calipers. Nor did they ever call me. He immediately tried to sell me on aftermarket calipers he could get at $200 each. I advised him that they should have contacted me in advance. They never placed a call to advise me that they did not order the calipers, or they were going to try to sell me calipers that cost $125 more each. I advised him on my previous inspection his technician did not rotate my tires, lost my wheel lock and now they are trying to talk me into a repair the costs $250 more when it was their fault for not ordering the parts. I advised him to order the $75 calipers and contact me when I can bring the vehicle in. This tactic represents poor customer service with an attitude of arrogance in thinking I should just pay the higher amount for parts than quoted because they did not do their job. They should have offered to install the more expensive calipers since I was there, but only charge me $75 each. Instead I now have to wait another week, reschedule and spend another morning going to the dealer. Update: The General Manager reached out to me immediately and was able to secure the correct parts at the promised price. He was extremely professional, apologetic and customer service driven. He explained the oversight and was eager to make me feel comfortable. He turned a negative into a positive. Thanks Tony! A great experience!! Brought my car in again for additional work. In a short period of time they checked out the vehicle and found the problem, along with identifying another serious problem. The transmission was going and in need of replacement. They then got me into a free loaner car super quick. Within 2 business days they obtained a new transmission, and had it installed. They also called me each evening before they closed to advise me of how it was going. I loved that!! Got me back into my car within 2 business days. Did all the work for the promised price, and now the car runs fantastic. Rob the Service Manager was a pleasure to work with.

Our sales experience was generally positive. The service work on the vehicle was initially satisfactory but took a turn for the worse when the vehicle was brought in for service at approximately 36,000 miles. The service department presented me with three options, a poverty-level service that was effectively an oil change, a strangely expensive "Nissan Preferred" service which did include a number of items, and a "Nissan of Keene" service that offered slightly more than an oil change at a grossly inflated price. The service staff was unable to provide an answer for what was required for service based on the mileage of the vehicle. I do not skimp on service. My vehicles receive the manufacturer's recommended service according to mileage. I felt as though the dealership was doing their best to confuse the issue to take advantage of the customer. I cancelled my service appointment, left and went to another Nissan dealership that was able to answer basic questions regarding necessary service. The service "options" were not explained when the appointment was made, but instead were provided when the vehicle was dropped off, pressing the customer to make a fast decision. I worry that many customers would simply opt for the more expensive service because they felt it was the correct thing to do, not conferring with Nissan or another dealer to be certain they were doing what was required. I question this dealership's integrity and would encourage customers to go elsewhere for service, or at the very least verify every "recommended" service item. What is sad about this episode is that I was very happy with this dealership up to this point. I noticed that the manager had changed, perhaps this caused the dealership to switch to a plaid pants and white shoes-style of doing business, where dishonesty and high pressure tactics are the norm?

If you are looking for a car dealership where there is NO pressure from the sales team....and a team of professionals who actually listen to the customer, then work to find a vehicle that is a complete fit for the customer....and not what is best for the dealer....then don't bother checking out other dealerships, because the only place you find all that is at Nissan of Keene. My son's transmission blew on his way back from Ohio to Wisconsin and the car served him well but putting a new transmission in a Ford Taurus was not an option. So, I called and spoke to Ben. Interesting reply, Nissan of Keene, when you first presented me with $1500 in repairs scant months after my ill fated purchase, you were not interested in helping at all, so no, now with another $1000 estimated repair bill why would I bother to contact you (as you suggested) again? Because a negative review sheds light on things and it looks good in a public forum? No. Once burned is enough. I am stuck with this Lemon (hallelujah, no lemon law in NH) that I am paying for and can only afford to fix via credit card ie: more debt. This is my experience and my personal opinion based solely on that personal experience. Perhaps someone e else had a good one and they will make up here for mine.

I leased my car back in 2017 from Nissan of Keene. That transaction in its self was amazing. A lot of other dealerships I had spoken to previously asked me what color I had in mind before I could even tell them what I needed in a vehicle. That was NOT the case here. I worked with an Associate to go over what cars they had that would best fit my driving needs while staying within my budget. The very last question after looking at all of the options was "what color do you see yourself in?". Every time I bring my car in to get the oil change, inspection done or just have them look at something that I'm not too sure about, has been impeccable. Nicholas Owen has always gone above and beyond with my car, answering simple questions I have or cleaning the inside of my windshield for me. It always gets returned to me sparkling like new and I never have to wait more than an hour for the service to be complete. Even today when I went in to get an oil change and inspection done on it, they didn't have a desk available to work at (the one they usually offer was being used). Nick took a small table in the waiting area, cleared it off and put it in front of a chair near a power outlet so I could work while I waited. That's just one example of the type of amazing service you'll get at Nissan of Keene. Honestly, even when my lease is up I'll probably stick with Nissan of Keene just for their amazing service department. It's too bad that the sales associate I worked with before is now in Service because I would've loved to lease another car with him. I guess it just makes the Service Department that much better though.

Not a fan when going through a car buying experience at OTHER dealerships, but I read the reviews of this dealership before I came..... as it was a 2 hour drive to look at the specific cars I was interested in. My customer experience started way before I even got there. My rouge had blown up on me and the staff (Carl who was simply amazing to work with) helped us out over the phone. Once we got there we where even greeted as we stepped out of our car and got to our appt real fast. Another lovely service rep entertained my 3yo while I discussed options and I ended up taking home a brand new car with Carl and Chris's help through the whole money aspect making it easy and painless! My Leaf suddenly stopped running. Never having owned a electric car, I was unsure of the procedure for repair work. I called first thing on Monday morning. I was told they would arrange to have it towed to them, looked at and repaired all under warranty, and they would call ever time they had something to report. Which is exactly what happened! The work was completed mid day Tuesday, we were able to pick it up in the evening as they were open till 8pm. Absolutely the best service I have ever had anywhere!!

Look elsewhere for your service. My wife donated blood and received a coupon for a free state inspection at Nissan of Keene. While we do not own a "Nissan", we decided to take advantage of this offer as they work on all makes. I scheduled and arrived promptly for our NH state inspection. The service department took an hour and a half to inspect the vehicle only to conveniently "fail" it and park it outside for me. I was informed by a service adviser of a leaking steering rack which costs a significant amount to replace. Not once, did the service department offer to show me where the leak was originating from or describe where the leak was coming from. I immediately drove over to another service center who was made aware of the failure and they could not find anything. In fact, they had three technicians and the manager trying to isolate a leak. They found some road grease on the rack and wiped it off, but that was it. My other trusted facility passed it the same afternoon. Ironically, I had scheduled an oil change at my local dealership the very next day who also did a complete multi point check on the vehicle and found nothing. That's two locations that debunked what Nissan of Keene was indicating and we never had any signs of leaks prior. Have automotive experience, I even searched for myself and found absolutely nothing. It was clear this dealership was taking advantage of their free offer to those generous enough to donate blood. Steer clear of Nissan of Keene for your service needs. Go to another dealership if you don't want to be taken advantage of. PS - The owner responds that this inaccurate, but fails to acknowledge their inaccurate diagnosis of a leaking steering rack. I received a NH State Inspection just hours after their failure and ruled out any leaks from two licensed repair facilities including the dealership. Second, why would they keep the vehicle for an hour and half and not come get me from the waiting area to even point out where the issue is coming from. Poor diagnosis. poor service and poor follow up. It is what it is.

Definitely a 'no pressure' sales department. We visited just to get an idea of what price and payments would be on a new Frontier, spoke with RJ in sales (and also the sales manager). He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and the processes. He gave us a 'no-hassle', understandable quote and promise to help if we decide to buy. Quick and friendly, nice to our son. We were not badgered, harassed or pushed to make a decision (unlike other places). Unfortunately a new vehicle is not in our budget right now... but as soon as it is we will be going back to Nissan of Keene.

Excellent people! We drove a couple of hours to look at a car that we were interested in. Everything they said about it was true, no funny business. We got a great deal and a great car. Most importantly, our experience there was very pleasant. They answered all of our questions and never rushed us into buying the car. My husband and I were in Alstead NH attending a open House and seminars when we experienced car problems, we contacted our own dealer back home( who had just did warranty work on our vehicle and assured us everything was mechanically sound after there multi performance check they did on our vehicle,( which we later discovered they had not did this but, told me they had) we were told we would have to solve this problem on our own. We found the closest dealer to us(Nissan of Keene) on a Saturday afternoon after 1pm. Feeling alone, scared that we would be forced to stay several nights and not make it back home for work and to take care of our pets, and frustrated that my car was broke down after just having it serviced ( mind you it only had 24,000 miles on it so practically new when the wheel barring went out) also we missed out on the seminars that we had drove there to attend because we had to deal with the vehicle issues. I made One phone call to Nissan of Keene and Sean answered the phone very professional and the day totally changed: He assured me I wasn't stranded because I had Nissan Roadside assistance that would get us safely to them and off the mountain. That he would give me a loaner to make it back the 4 hours to our home and that we could wait for a convenient time for us to make the swap back for our vehicle after they fixed it. The tow truck ended up being late and the dealership closed, we lost cell service with them, but Nissan Roadside assistance saved the day and made sure they new we were on the way. We arrived 1/2 hour pass closing time on a Saturday afternoon. The friendly professional receptionist I had been dealing with after Sean left for day was so helpful and understanding. she left us in the very polite and equally professional hands of not one but Three people two Kaitylins and I apologize I do not remember the gentlemen s name but they treated us like they had no other commitment to take care of after hours on a Saturday , they offered us drinks, showed us how to run the new car, and let us use the restroom before we set out on our 4 hour trip home. Monday morning we were promptly contacted back by Sean who explained what was wrong with our vehicle. They fixed it and arranged for switching the vehicles back. Again, going out of there way but trying to accommodate us and offered to meet us half way so that I wouldn't have to drive 10 hours. WOW... The gentlemen I met in Troy was equally professional and Sean again went out of his way by calling me the next day to make sure I arrived home safely and if I was satisfied with the work done on my car. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received, Thank you seems so in adequate, Nissan this dealership needs some form of recognition for going above and beyond for your customers. They had nothing to gain by helping us, I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, nor was I there to purchase another vehicle. But I would in a heartbeat after this service. again, WOW, humanity at its best !!!!! Thank you Nissan of Keene,
