Felt a little taken by the web pricing at this dealership. They show the largest discounts of any of the kia dealers in the area, but they work in all sorts of discounts/deals that most people won't qualify for - make sure to dig into the fine print! We ended up spending quite a bit more than we expected on our new Soul, but the team did work with us to get the monthly payment we wanted.

Really not worth a visit. I bought a used vehicle from them they called me and ssid I lied about my income that my check amounts did not equal what I said I make a year. I told them I just got a raise to look at my yearly salary listed and they did not understand why my previous checks were lower even though I explained 5 times. The car they sold me had an active recall they did not tell me about and they acted like they were doing me a favor. Saying I had to wait to pick up car because my credit was subpar. The finance company kept calling me saying dealership was not returning calls and taking forever to send paperwork. They got upset with me when I told them this information, telling me they are doing me a favor by selling me a car with my credit score. I would not do business with them and they do not car about the consumer at all only that money and the sale. Expect friendly service until the buy happens then if it involves paperwork they become lazy and entitled.

First, they are undergoing extensive renovation, so they shuttled me over to their sister Chevy dealer to wait. Turned out to be a good idea, as I had a 7 year old with me and the appointment went a bit longer than expected. The Chevy dealer had lots of comfy chairs and a cafe to supply the kiddo (who is in the middle of a growth spurt and inhaling everything in sight) with an affordable lunch. They had device charging stations, but only micro USB and Apples lightening connector. Unfortunately, I have a weird phone with a USB C port and my battery has seen better days. Anyway, it died, but one of the service advisors also had a weirdo USB C and actually charged my phone IN HIS PERSONAL CAR, which was RUNNING to keep accessories powered to charge my lousy phone. I've been to this dealership a handful of times and always been happy with them. This was the first time I needed something above and beyond and they responded admirably. Thank you Mr. Chevy Service Guy, you are awesome!

I was in on Monday 10/9/17 and I had a excellent experience leasing a car from KIA of Nashua. They were honest, no pressure, and worked above and beyond to make sure you got the best value for your trade in with the price and car you want. No games you usually encounter at a dealership. No running out back to get a price. No numbers games. Open with their prices. A nice change from the regular run around. The sales manager Craig was great. He worked to get you the best price and showed you all the numbers. Honest and straightforward. Rob showed me the car and did not overwhelm you with sales pitches about the options. He showed you ever aspect of the car and it's features and allowed you to take in the car with its options and make a descion. He moved a lot of cars in a down pour to get the model I wanted and had fun doing it. He went through the signing of paperwork with me and went over everything. He was excellent. Ernesto set up all the paperwork effeciently and made sure it was all present and without errors. Covered everything. He was great. I have been shopping for a Soul over the past week and sat in to do the leasing process with two dealerships. I declined one and chose KIA of Nashua. Their no pressure, open and honest approach, efficiency, and excellent deal won me over. Take in mind I hate shopping for cars. I hate dealing with the buying and leasing process of cars. You have to work to get my business and get me to write a review. This was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. They are the best staff at a car dealership I have come across. They were friendly. Made you laugh and created a welcoming environment and made car shopping fun. All of that and a great deal on a car. I recommend KIA of Nashua.

Went in with a really tight budget that I thought was going to force me into an older car. Ty asked me all the right questions and Dave was great in figuring out the numbers. My wife and I went in to Nashua KIA on a Sunday around 1pm and by 3pm we had finished signing the paperwork for a Kia Sportage EX. The vehicle is a perfect fit for our needs and our sales person, David "Robbie" Taylor, was super helpful and easy to work with. He clearly explained everything involved in the leasing process which gave us added peace of mind. I would highly suggest Nashua KIA to any friends or family!

Very poor customer service. I scheduled a 5 hour appointment to deal with a check engine light. It took them eight hours to play around with recall items that was not the primary reason for the visit. They didn’t have the part for the check engine light but never called to let me know, when I called to find out what was going on the only thing they would tell me is the car wouldn’t be ready until 5, when I said that was not acceptable they said they would check with the service department and get back to me which they never did. I had my boyfriend call and he told them to call me and give me an update which they never did. When I picked up the car at 5:15 they had done 1 of the 3 recalls and not the check engine light then they expected me to wait for them to get the parts to complete the work that they had 8 hours to complete. Unprofessional, terrible customer service and not the only game in town. I won’t be back or deal with them in the future.

I never thought I would give a car dealership a five-star rating. I visited the Nashua Kia dealership before their grand opening (I didn't know this until days later). The walls weren't completely painted, and they were doing business on white plastic tables. As soon as I walked in with my father-in-law, whose new car we were shopping for, my first impression was, "Uh-oh, is this place even open? What's going on?" But buying a car can take all day, as people who have been through the process know, and so I had hours to observe the staff. They were having new-business technical difficulties, and sometimes I wondered if we were their first-ever customers! But through it all, they were cheerful, positive, and friendly in a non-slimy way... important in a car dealership! They listened to the budget I stayed, and didn't push us to shop above our fixed-income means. My father-in-law's test drive was an experience to be remembered, but the sales guy, who has an unusual name that I should remember but don't, and I made it out alive, and he remained in good humor. I'm not sure I would have, in his position. Thanks, dude, I know it was a difficult day! In the end, we bought a Forte, and my father-in-law is still thrilled, more than a month later. Nashua Kia is off to a great start, I hope they keep up the good work. :)

I went to another dealership to talk about re-leasing. I knew i wanted a crossover/suv since i spent the last 3 years in a kia forte 5 door being almost 6 ft tall it wasn't for me. I didn't like the price i was quoted after being a loyal kia leaser for 3 years and building an amazing line of credit. I then went to nashua kia where brianna fontaine took such good care of me. She knew how to take care of my individual needs and was very understanding of me being so unsure about making a huge purchase w/o a co signer. she walked me step by step on the process and left me feeling like i was a valued customer and made her manager work with my price point! Nashua KIA, is THE KIA dealership you should bring your business to. I was in the market for a Kia Stinger, I shopped around at numerous other Kia dealerships, all of which were disappointing - many had little to no inventory but simply lied to keep me there, others wouldn’t give me the time of day. One dealership in particular tried to run my credit... for a test drive. I came in Nashua KIA, enquired about the Stinger and was greeted by Tyrone within minutes. We talked for a bit, I told him about how I was interested in the Stinger. He set me up with a test drive immediately and then we talked numbers, which led to me signing a stellar deal for a 2019 Stinger within a couple of hours. Tyrone was super personable, extremely accommodating and not condescending in any way, which does not seem to be the norm at other KIA dealerships. Buying a car here was a refreshing experience, I will definitely be recommending Tyrone’s services to those in the market!

I went in one afternoon just to see what my options were as I was currently in a lease with my 2015 Kia Forte. I had 10 months left on my lease but I could NOT do another winter with it as I travel for work now. I walked in and Rob greeted me with a smile. Told him about my experiences the weekend prior and how the sales guys were rude and not helpful. I told him what my budget was and that I needed an AWD car within that budget. He got right to work. Showed me a Kia Sorento that I could buy for cheaper because someone had already driven it off the lot and returned it. Told him I was looking to lease so we went a different route. He showed me a different Sorento and got the owner to get a lease quote for me. That came in way out of my price range so he showed me a 2017 Kia Sportage which I instantly fell in love with (but I didn't let him know that). haha. We took it for a test drive and afterwards I told him to get me the numbers and then a decision could be made. He showed me the numbers for what my 2015 was worth and what my payments were going to be for the 2017. The price was a little higher than I wanted but at the end of the night I ended up saying yes to the 2017 Kia Sportage. I wanted to bad to take that baby home the night I said yes. BUT all he wanted was to clean her up and make her pretty for me to take home. So the next day I went to pick it up and he was so nice and explained all the papers to me and whatnot. He is such a caring guy and didn't lead me in the wrong direction at all. All 3 of my cars have been Kia's and I couldn't be any happier with how the service for them have been. I hope Kia employs more guys like Rob.

I recently bought a 2017 kia sorento. Within a week of owning it it kept loosing heat on drivers side and the rear passenger. Dropped it off once they couldn't re-create the issue...month goes by and it happens action. My husband brought the car back to service . They said they would keep it for as long as needed to get to bottom of issue. They diligently worked on it for two weeks working with kia techs. They came to what could be the problem took care of it and now I have my new car back with heat

Definitely recommend avoiding getting any service done at this place! Took my car in on 5/12 because the traction control light was on, and turns out they had to order parts. Said they'd call back middle of the following week, which they never did. I eventually called them on that Friday (5/19), scheduled service for 5/30 (my next availability), where they said it would take 2 hours. Wound up taking 3 days!! Worst part was how they kept saying they'd call me back with an update, but never did. Oh, and let's not forget about waiting over an hour to get the shuttle back that never came [I live 5 mins away]. I won't be coming back for service here again.

Bought a KIA Optima EX recently and the experience couldn't have been better. From the salesman (TJ) to the manager (Craig), everything was handled with ease, class and professionalism. If you are looking for a new ride I suggest going to see Robbie Taylor. He's so easy to talk to (great personality) and will go out of his way to help you out. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and after talking for a few minutes, turns out he recognized my fiancé from sealcoating a driveway in Billerica Ma...small world. I brought my Kia Optima here to get recall work done since there were 5 active recalls. My vehicle was returned to me and after I reviewed the paperwork I discovered they didn't do two of the 5 recalls. I had to bring it back again. This time I was having issues with the turbo so asked them if it was related to the recall and to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed that the turbo was in fact broken irreparably and needed to be replaced. I had to constantly call to check on the status of the vehicle in each situation as no one gave me updates even when it was hours passed the estimated completion time. Even though my vehicle was still under 100k miles they said my warranty expired in 2017 and that the turbo job would cost just under $2800. I asked them if they could put it back together and I would take it back and get another estimate. They charged me a $118 diagnostic fee which was reasonable. Fast forward to replacing the turbo. I was able to replace the turbo with another mechanic and as we were disassembling to do the job we notice a number of missing parts. The under shield was completely gone, hose bolt was missing and thread stripped, 2 of the 8 exhaust manifold nuts were missing, the intake hose clamps were broken and the hose just placed back on. I tried calling service back and it took me nearly a week to get a hold of someone there. When I finally talked to someone, they stated that they did have a couple under shields there and maybe one was mine (sounds like a trend). They made an appointment for the following Friday. I brought the vehicle in and showed the Service guy all the pictures of the missing parts/shoddy work. He assured me he would go over it himself. They estimated a couple hours and the drop off was at 11 AM. I finally called at 3:15 and he said it would be ready by 3:45. After I picked it up and brought it home to look it over, all that was done was the under shield put back on and a couple missing clips replaced. I would not go back here for sevice.

Stay away from KIA of Nashua, David"Robbie"Taylor sales rep. Took us for a test drive on a sorento 7 seats and sold us a 5 seats. I have a 8 months pregnant wife, I explained to him why I needed a 7 seats. I took a job that required 7 seats. Once you drive off their parking lot, that's it... Nobody calls you back, it's impossible to get a hold of someone in that place. Nobody replays to your emails. They just dont care. The lack of respect and customer service is beyond me. Theres a lot of good car dealerships on that road, I would stay away from KIA of Nashua. They have no shame and bluntly scam people. WALK AWAY!!! I WIL BE GOING TO EVERY SOCIAL MIDIA TO EXPRESS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received at Nashua KIA. I chose 4 small SUV's from the top brands to research and drive before making a choice to replace a car I have driven since 2002 and that had over 250,000 miles on it. In comparison to all the other dealerships and sales people I was blown away by the professional appearance of the facility and the sales personnel. Luckily Ty was available to help me. Ty's service was over and above what I expected. Not only was his appearance professional but his knowledge, energy and patience impressed me. He knows his product inside and out and his enthusiasm for the cars and this new dealership is very commendable. Ty is a true asset to this team. I will recommend him to everyone I know. We stopped in to Kia of Nashua to find a replacement car for our son who had been diagnosed with lung cancer and shortly thereafter his car with 194,000 miles had engine failure that was not repairable. We were not looking for the "razzle-dazzle" experience that many other dealerships have offered in our past experiences over the years. When we arrived at Kia of Nashua and was greeted by "Robbie" Taylor, it began the most positive experience we have ever had when purchasing a new car. His honesty and integrity, as well as humor, were present throughout our whole time there. It was a great pleasure!

Recently I had a very unpleasant leasing experience. Until the day I signed the ppwrk my only major complaint I had then was that the salesman I was dealing with (Tony) although extremely helpful with all of my questions during the test driving process & the price negotiation process; he promised me that I could get cross bars for my car included in the pre-negotiated price & then when I got to the dealership to sign the ppwrk the manager said they would absolutely not include them. I still moved forward with the lease even with the cross bars not being included (this was only a ~$250 item). After that moment my rating went down to a 3/10. My major complaints came after the ppwrk was signed & the dealership now had to find the color car I wanted & deliver a fully registered & detailed car to me 7 days later. This is when the lack of communication/ failure at communicating started from the dealership (both salesman Tony & his manager Chris Velez) – it was as if now that my ppwrk was signed & they had my money they could care less if I ever got the car I actually purchased. I had given the dealership 2 color choices (a 1st & 2nd choice) – when they let me know they found my color, they never alerted me they could only find my 2nd choice color, so I only found out when I went to sign all the final docs & leave my final payment. I obviously still took the car; note I wasn’t unhappy with the color, but this is clearly something that should be communicated to the buyer & not left to them as a surprise. The next issue arose when the dealership lied to me about not being able to register my car successfully in MA – only after I called to make sure everything was on track. They were supposed to bring the ppwrk to the DMV on a Thursday as the delivery of the car was supposed to happen the next day (Friday), & the car need to be fully registered for me to take possession. The car was never registered & when I asked why they responded by saying the DMV pushed their appt. Come to find out they filled out the ppwrk wrong & couldn’t register the car due to that reason. The next day, Friday when I called concerned that I needed the car by 2:30 pm that day at the absolute latest, as I was leaving town & wanted to confirm the registration would happen & they would meet me to deliver the car, no one would answer my calls at the dealership (I called multiple times & left multiple voicemails). I had to actually have a family member go to the dealership (I don’t live local) & interrupt the manager during multiple sales before he finally ensured the car got registered & then on their 2nd trip down he finally sent someone to deliver the car – they were over an hour late in delivering the car to me. To make things even worse the dealer never provided me with info on how to contact the leasing company or how to make my payments. I never even got a bill in the mail when my 1st payment was due. I emailed the dealer to ask how to handle this & received no response & had to play around on the Kia USA website for almost 45 minutes until I figured it out. If you are trying to get a good price on a car this dealership may work for you, but if you actually want to take a car home in a timely manner I hope you have a lot of time on your hands to babysit them, otherwise practice holding your breath because you may be waiting well over a week until you see your shiny new car. I wish I had never gone here & had just used a local dealership in the end – paying a bit more & not having to deal with these shenanigans would have been worth it.

Absolutely terrible. After $2200 worth of work I went home to find out they didn't do everything they were supposed to. After another visit I still found myself broken down on the side of the highway. In 5 days I still have not heard from them. Then recieved a call from another customer telling me they were accidentally given my paper work with all my personal info. When she brought it to their attention they didn't seem to care. And they never even approached or apologized to me. Couldn't be more disappointed. Never again will they get a penny!

This place is not worth the trip for service...... Let me tell you about my 3 experiences with this place 1. about 1 yes ago I drove my brand new Kia Sportage in and said the AC is not working correctly, I sat in the car with the tech and I said it's not right. He however insisted that it was me.... that the temps where all correct. The wife and I suffered thru the first part of the summer and then took it to another dealer. Who when I sat with him said without hesitation that it was not correct and asked me to tell him what place said this..they fixed it !!!!, Oh yes by the way it had a recall on the Thermistor assy, and they should have known this. The next time I brought the car to them was because the engine light came on and the car told me something is wrong it needs service. I didn't want to drive it far so I took it back to this place once again the tech told me (Rudely) nothing is wrong with the car.......!!!!!!! But guess what a few days later the car broke down again.... this time they said oh it needs a new fuel injector after checking the car for 2 days, 5 days later no loner car they fixed it. well not quite....see when I picked it up they said they checked everything Test drove it and checked all the systems. So I told them I was upset with them and that I hope that this time it's fixed, But driving just 10 feet away the engine light is back on..Tech. told me no light is on...However I am not blind and when he started the car the light was on.......now they tell me oh well a wire fell off I guess thats just normal for this repair shop. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE !!!! Buy you kia some place else

I accompanied my daughter to Nashua Kia to find out about leasing a Kia Sportsge. The salesperson Hysen was extremely knowledgeable and non-pressuring unlike some other dealerships that we had visited. Because of this great experience my daughter decided to lease the car. Michael, the general manager went out of his way to make sure that my daughter was happy with every aspect of the leasing including the payments and finding the car with the right color combination that she wanted I would highly recommend Nashua Kia to anybody who wants to purchase or lease a car
