Girlfriend and I bought a car from these guys less than a year ago and its been nothing but a headache since day one. Got the car just to bring it back to get oil and tail lights changed. (what they were supposed to do before we picked up the car )Car wouldn't start brought it in for services had a rental for almost 2 weeks. Service center called car is fixed come pick it up. Got to the shop car wouldn't start. tried getting in contact with car salesman who sold us the car and wouldn't call back . Set up a meeting with Alex the manager who never showed up or called us back. Have been in rentals just as much if not more than the car we bought. Have not even had the car a year and happy to see it go and be to done dealing with this dealership . The people who started this dealership would be disgusted in the way Alex and his "great"team treat their customers. They made it very easy to NEVER come back! Ken was the only person to help when he had no idea what was going on. So Thank you Ken for helping us and not running and hiding! Nope would like nothing to do with this company! Alex and his team or lack of... worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership. Ed Reilly Subaru!!!! was more then helpful and actually seemed like they care about keeping you going and safe!!!!

I started getting all my services done at merrimack Volvo for my vehicle when a family member started working there. The service is excellent from all of the staff. The waiting area has been updated, really comfortable. The services are reasonably priced and the team always works to fit me in around my schedule.

I bought a 2017 VW golf from Merrimack Volvo in July. It was from their used lot, which is kind of hard to find, but it was a super easy experience. Bill Drohan didn't haggle or try and up charge me at all. He let me look at the car, think about it, and then met us at the RMV in Mass to register the car. I would definitely buy again from them.

I have had a relationship with MSV since the mid 90’s (1998). A dear friend pointed me in their direction. This is not one’s traditional dealership. No haggling. No beat down, no discount of your valuable time. No, what do you want the payment to be, etc. Every transaction/negotiation I have had was a conversation. I always did my research. All I wanted was a fair price. I recognize the dealership has to a profit at some level. Fair enough. And every single time we nailed it. From my Volvo 850 to my more recent S60. This dealership is my ‘go to’ no one offers better customer service than these folks. They go the extra mile(sorry for the pun) that’s these folks. I salute my salesmen Bob Lucci and Alex Saidel. Not just good at what they do (did) in Bob’s case. ☹️but good men and individuals. They want you to leave the dealership feeling good about your purchase. Not like you were pimped because the dealership knew you needed a vehicle. I have been blessed to know and do business with these men of character and conviction for many years. I just brought my 2006 Highlander in for "reconditioning" and it was possibly the best $200 I ever spent! The car looks and smells brand new! Gary was wonderful to deal with every step of the way and I would recommend him to anyone! If you are thinking about selling your car, do this first and I bet you'll get a whole lot more for it....or you may even decide to keep it! If you are looking for a fantastic gift for someone, you can get a gift certificate and the recipient will be thrilled!

On several occasions I have called several Volvo dealership in the Merrimack Valley to get an estimate to get a repair one of which Timing Belt Replacement, Key Transponder Replacement and most recent one is battery replacement. In all three cases Manchester Volvo price was 30 to 35% cheaper any of the three other local dealers and General Service Manager Charlie and his team were outstanding and highly recommend them hands down! If you are in the market to get your car serviced

BEWARE & AVOID! Not to be trusted. I took my Volvos there for service for over a decade & caught the the service department in a lie last time. They did not do the work I paid them to do, and didn't check/fix specific items I asked them to check because they "couldn't recreate the problem." They outright lied about what had been done, changing the 'story' numerous times. Will never return when my safety is at risk due to their incompetence.

I wish these guys had a car I want to buy. Both salesmen I dealt with were excellent. They had the (used) car I was looking at ready for me when I arrived, treated me with respect, answered all my questions, did not pressure me and maintained a sense of humor. I would definitely recommend them.
