We went in with broken wipers (do not work at all) & asked if they could look at it but we would need it back today. They said they could. Nevermind fix the issue, they could not even diagnose the issue. In addition, they didn’t even bother to wash the window. We paid $140 for nothing. Disgusted doesn’t begin to describe our experience with Mercedes overall. It is constantly in the shop (It was in 4 times over the summer). This was just the icing on the cake! Thanks for converting us over to Lexus owners.

I found out purchasing a car can be one of the most difficult experiences. I had been to several dealerships, private / large, well known / even a different MB dealership, all terrible service and full of let downs. Basically having to chase a dealer around to sell you a damn car. The service from Anita and the woman who figured out the financials (unsure of her name) who worked tirelessly to find the right bank for me are the exact reasons I'm giving this post 5 stars. The car is great but the service was even better. I didn't test drive the car until I was there to sign for it basically because I had a feeling I could trust Anita (and I had already drove the same exact model 5 different times at 5 different car dealerships.. haha) with what the condition of the car was. They understood my situation not having a car for over 2 long years and having that fast of an experience just made me forget about those 2 difficult years I had gone through. I was so impressed and ecstatic about the whole experience. I hope the company recognizes their employees who are representing them well. Thanks again, I'll be back to trade in in the future!

Not a big fan. I have a fleet of Mercedes to keep up with for work. They are very difficult I get a hold of. Most parts seem like they take at least three days to get. In general, I’m just not a big fan of Mercedes. They are proprietary and need to go to Mercedes to be fixed, leaving very few options. Not my choice, but not easy to deal with.

This is the closest benz dealership to me and I wanted to b sure the work was done right. But I feel the charges were way too expensive for the work that was done and when I mentioned it I was told that is what everyone says when they get there bill, but was offered no real explanation of the charges on my paper work. Everyone was really nice however and they gave me a very nice loaner car for the 4 hour service. Not sure if it was worth it going to look into somewhere else next time

I called the Mercedes dealership on Monday to ask about a car I saw online. I spoke with Skip to get some information on the car. He was helpful and answered all my questions. He set me up with a salesman Alej for when I came to view the car. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the car. He set up a show for my children so that I could fill out the paperwork. Place is nice great waiting room. However be aware that they will overcharge you for unnecessary repairs. Went there last Saturday for a inspection and car failed because they said I needed a left front torsion arm ball joint (678.27) a left front CV boot (803.91) and wipers (91.99) Really? $92 dollar wipers? Anyway I walked away and payed for the 40 dollars for the failed inspection. I went to another repair shop where they checked and double checked the car and found no problem with my car and issued me an inspection sticker. Stay away and do not rely o their estimates, get a second opinion before you shell out thousands for unneeded work. By the way their website only show the positive reviews of naive clients that do not know they are being taken advantage of. Yes I was one of the victims. My business will be some where else going forward.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the cashier told me the car was up front. I said I did not see it and she said it should be there. I said okay. Went to find it and it was not there. Has to go back and tell her, wait for someone to go look for it and found out it was at opposite end of lot. It was raining and I had more appointments to tend to. Wasted 30 minutes. But this, as well as another issue I had, was addressed with immediate and compassionate urgency. I got a call from Jason and he took the time to hear my concerns, explain my issues in a way I understood and restored my confidence in the dealer and MB. Things always happen and it is what the response is that has to matter. I would continue to recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone looking to buy a MB.

11.3.2018 Contacted dealer to discuss options after this unfortunate event. GM was polite and professional from start to finish and is currently working with my family to determine the best possible options. We have been beyond pleased with the options this dealership offered, the way in which they have conversed with us and how they have stood by their products. 10.30.2018 Be wary of buying used cars...Bought used car from dealer, trusting they would have vetted the car thoroughly. However, car has been with us for two months and have put less then 500 miles on it and it needs a new transmission. Called dealership to discuss this very disappointing turn of events...no response.

My Sprinter display showed the check engine light plus another symbol I was not familiar with when I stopped at my destination. When I restarted the van the DEF countdown started at 10. I changed my route home and went straight to Mercedes-Benz of Manchester. Tony was able to fit my van into his schedule to see what the problem was as I had just had the DEF filled last week. It turned out to be serious enough that he offered to have his mechanics start work on it right away and offered me a loaner vehicle to get home and back when it was done in a day or two. Tony and all the people I dealt with were very helpful. My only other comment is the mechanic should make sure the fuse cover is secured in place so it does not fall under foot while driving down the highway minutes after leaving Mercedes-Benz of Manchester.

The agent that I worked with was patient, and researched all available options to make sure that the vehicle that I purchased, was exactly what I wanted. My vehicle was special ordered, and I received status updates from my agent keeping me informed throughout the ordering, building, shipping, and delivery process. Upon delivery, I was given a hands-on review of the operating system and drove away feeling confident, and knowing that if I had questions or concerns, that our relationship didn’t end when I drove off the lot. For transparency I will leave the original review up but my score has changed. Mercedes reached out to me not long after leaving the service dept and offered to replace the one tire that was in bad shape. I though this was a fair compromise, and replaced the other front one and did an alignment OOP. I have since changed my score to 5-stars since they were able to rectify the situation and show they care about their customers. —————————— Sales team was fine. It's the service. I bought a 2018 C43 last year, with a pre-paid maintenance package. My front left tire is completely bald on the outer edge, and all other tires have 6/32 tread. They refuse to acknowledge it's anything they did (or didn't do). I found out the prepaid service DOES NOT include an alignment, and one was not offered or recommended to me when I brought it in 4 months ago (3,000 miles ago) in December. All tires measured 6/32 at that point. Why is one tire now bald? They told me my tires are "only made to last 15,000 miles" ... straight from Pirelli's website I found that the P Zeros are made to last 45,000 miles. Also, please tell me why you would put tires that are "only made to last 15,000 miles" ON A $65K CAR? Service manager said "this is a race car" and thats why they wear faster... WELL just so you're aware I drive the car in eco mode 95% of the time, and I definitely am not driving it on a race track. I won't take my car back here.

After actually buying a van From Herb Chambers in Somerville gave a deposit and Credit approved, they had me sit and wait for An imaginary vehicle for over a week, had to speak to it least four different people at different times and then wouldn’t even pick up the phone to call me back terrible experience but you guys turned that all around after getting frustrated started shopping around by telephone That’s when I got a hold of Kurt in Manchester Mercedes-Benz and I was in a vehicle twice the vehicle they were selling me within three days and gave me a fair deal and threw in some extra’s he found the van with in about an hour when herb chambers told me that wasn’t one in New England and mine was sitting on a dock somewhere well enough about them Hats-off to everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Manchester Lisa Kurt and everyone there not even involved were very helpful I picked up the car earlier than I was supposed to and couldn’t get enough help from everyone in the place I dont remember the name of the person that help me that nite put the plates on and stuff but thank you, one last thing my ride back home left and I was worried about getting back home just In case the Van was not ready and the person helping actually said he would put me in a loaner to get home if they couldn’t deliver the Van Amazing job guys keep up the good work . Oh The Van was ready preped clean and full tank of gas with keys and manuals instructions the whole bit Thank you !

I came in with a particular vehicle in mind. There were some obstacles the dealership and I had to overcome but they made the deal happen. My impression was there was no attempt to build a personable relationship for my repeat business. It felt like I was getting the bare minimum to get me out the door. In the end I got the vehicle I was looking for and the service was good so quantitatively they are very good but qualitatively they need some personable skills to find the need behind the need ensuring a more lucrative deal is not walking out the door and people want to come back or recommend them to others.

This is a CPO car that apparently doesn’t have anything covered... a fuel hose not covered, headliner falling apart not covered. Brought the car in for fumes in cabin and noise, after 4 days in the shop it still has fumes and noise!

Summary: Easily 5 out of 5 stars. Integrity is probably whats stands out the most! Details: So here's my experience (broken into phases). Phase 1 -- This was my first time buying a car online/remotely. I found the car that was looking for on a popular website and reached out to the dealer (through the 3rd-party website). I received an immediate text back from the site (Car Gurus -- also A+ service) before shortly receiving a call back from a sales person named Chris. Chris goes on to tell me a little bit about the car (it's used) and he immediately sent me an "ipacket" that gave the detailed specifics on the car, CarFax, and warranty information as the car was a CPO vehicle. Phase 2 -- Follow Up and Negotiation (2-5 days later). This phase was pretty cool. We went back and forth and finally agreed on a price. We communicated mainly by email and at one point he sent an email to me (that I missed) and so my email to him was for a number higher than what he quoted me (his price was lower than mine). He went with his price. Saved me hundreds -- keep reading! Phase 3 -- The Curveball (Days 6 to 7 from initial inquiry). So I had a pre-approval from my local credit union for an amount in excess of the agreed price for the car. This fell through as I was told the credit union needed a clean State Inspection from my state (not New Hampshire) in order to receive the funds. Chris put my in touch with MB financing, who quickly ran my credit, ran the numbers and got me approved at what I thought was a higher, but decent financing rate. Phase 4 -- The Knuckleball (Day 9). MB financing also fell through. USAA to save the day. THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Online-app lightning-fast, approved and they sent paperwork to MB the same day. Good rates, too. Phase 5 -- The Closing. So here's the part of the story where salesman Chris Thibodeau meta-morphs into RockStarChris or "RSC" for the remainder of this review. During the curveball and the knuckleball, my car actually stayed on CarGurus website. I'm not sure if this was an over-site or MB policy. If policy, that may be my only area for constructive criticism as I had placed a down-payment in my mind (perhaps it was simply a hold-fee in their mind). While still on the site, days were passing, and the car's price had actually dropped -- substantially. When I noticed this, I brought it to RSC's attention and he said "I understand where you're coming from, and I'd feel the same as you. Let me talk to my manager and financing to see what I can do." Paperwork had already been express-mailed to me with the previous purchase price and other important signing documents. Almost effortlessly, RSC had the head of financing personally give me a call on the same day to apologize for their over-sight and to give me the car for the lower price (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LESS). INTEGRITY. Now many of you may say, "Well they should have just offered the car to you at the lowest price to begin with..." I understand that sentiment, (partially agree) but that's not how a business stays in business, necessarily. They stay in business, in my opinion, by doing what's right and by creating loyal customers. Phase 6 -- Pure Class. In preparation for my car to get picked up by a transport carrier (who shall remain nameless -- check that review once the steam has stopped spewing out of my ears), RSC had my car washed, a full-tank of gas added, and the spare key and manuals expressed-mailed to my home address. Again, I am not a risk-taker, and this initially was totally out of my comfort zone, but RockStar Chris Thibodeau and Mercedes Benz of Manchester provided me with a buying experience that was full of respect, patience, and INTEGRITY. 5 OUT 5 Stars. *CarGurus -- 5 out of 5 Stars *Lemon Squad Inspections -- 5 out of 5 Stars *USAA Financing -- 5 out of 5 Stars

Phil was awesome. He initially took a video and show all the features and options of the vehicle, which is a huge selling point for me. After that, we agreed the deal over the phone. I was in Philly and I flew to Boston. Phil had someone pick me up at the airport. The car was exactly as described over the phone and video (1st time buying a car sign unseen). After I signed the paperwork. I was on my way back to Philly and enjoyed my new ride. The entire process was easy and smooth. Absolutely awesome experience! Although we are disappointed by the quality of the tires which came with this car when we bought it (brand new in 2017), the service department has been consistently honest, respectful, and forthcoming with explanations that they can offer for the high wear, and low mileage we are seeing with these tires. “Nearly bald”, and “probably wouldn’t pass inspection”, after less than 12K; this is unacceptable. Update: My car again needed something that could only be fixed by Mercedes and AGAIN NOTHING BUT AWFUL SERVICE. I wish the dealership didn't suck so bad but it's farewell to Mercedes when I get it back. So sick of awful service. Worst dealership I ever dealt with. This place was awful when it was Holloway but its topped by Prime. They cant even do an oil change with out messing it up! I left there and almost traded my car in for an Audi. Which at this point I might. They had one shot at stealing my business back and proceeded to lose it forever. They asked me to wait an hour and a half to check on something that should have been done right the first time. The customer service rep was less than pleasant.

If I could give a 10 stars I would. Everyone there was so helpful, gracious, and accommodating. I was in the middle of my trip from Leesburg FL to Lincoln NH. Sensor lights came on, directional signals indicated light not working. Called Manchester MB on Thursday about my Sprinter. They gave me a Friday appointment. They took care of everything on my RV. Not only that they let me stay in their Customer Room with my 2 little dogs. Including an 8 week old puppy I had just gotten. The staff and the other people were so helpful at this very trying time. Especially Anthony Fennell. I am slightly handicapped, walking with a cane, so I really appreciated the help. By 4PM I was on the road again!!

Just heard back from the dealership. They are going above and beyond to accommodate us. I have updated my rating from two stars to five based on Fred's reassurance, helpfulness and response. So far - not impressed. Over the weekend I went to purchase a car for my son. Was told the financing would not be locked-in until Tuesday (today). Both the sales rep and finance rep are out today (like they did not know this on Saturday). Have a call into the finance department to see about locking in the rate but have not hear back.

Had a recall service for the driver's side Air Bag replacement on a Sprinter Van-based RV performed at the Manchester MB dealer. The dealership is exceptionally clean with all personnel well dressed and very courteous. Once checked in I was directed to the customer waiting area which comfortable and supplied with various drinks and snacks. While waiting I noticed service personnel coming in regularly to update customers on the status of their vehicle repairs. Anthony, the representative supporting me advised me since I was about 7 weeks from the expiration date of the annual inspection sticker on my vehicle they could also perform the inspection for me if I wanted, which I directed them to do. Turns out the inspection service fee at the MB dealer was $25 cheaper than the RV dealership I normally use for RV service. So I'm going to use this MB dealer for all future vehicle chassis and engine service my vehicle needs. The Mercedes-Benz of Manchester dealership is definitely a 5-Star dealership.

We had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Manchester. We bought a new 2019 GLA 250. Our Salesperson, Kara was great from start to finish. We had a zero stress experience and I kept telling them how this was the absolute best car buying experience that we have ever had. For the first time ever, I walked out of a dealership NOT feeling like I didn't get the best deal possible. When we arrived, they walked us through figuring out what would fit our needs the best and then everything else fell into place from there. They didn't play the usual back and forth to the Manager games that most dealerships play. We told them what our budget was and they made the numbers work for us very quickly. They were very professional and clearly have the art of Customer Service down to a science. They walked us through every feature and option in the car, and they offer follow-up sessions if you didn't get it the first time. Their facility is very nice, all of the people that work their are very professional and nice, and their prices are very reasonable. I wish I would have gone there sooner! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Mercedes-Benz in NH or any of the surrounding areas/states. They really are worth the trip and they really do have a stress-free sales experience. We were definitely not disappointed and neither will you be disappointed. This is our first Mercedes-Benz purchase and it won't be our last. We will definitely be back to Mercedes-Benz of Manchester for our next vehicle purchase.

I purchased a really nice GL550 CPO. When I went to take delivery didn't realize that it had little to no gas in it until the gas light went on shortly after my wife left the dealership shortly after pickup. I expect a full tank of fuel from a Mercedes dealership for a customer delivery. ***Edit*** Sales General Manager contacted me and was told it was a mistake and fixed it by issuing us a $100 gas gift card. At least they recognized it was a mistake and corrected it. I give them credit for that So I have upgraded this review to three stars.

Mercedes makes it very quick and simple to get your car serviced. I had an appointment so there was no wait for an available service rep. Previously I had used their shuttle service but this time took a loaner car. That was easy and quick too. Picking up my car was also very quick in the evening - no wait at the cashier and the car was brought out front immediately. My car was having routine service so I didn’t need a lot of check in with my service rep during the day.
