Ken greeted me at the door with a smile and warm welcoming. He listened to the issue I presented, wrote down what I said verbatim and verified he recorded it correctly. I was hesitant to use McMulkin Service after having a less than favorable experience with their sales department when shopping for my 2017 Camaro (hence why I purchased my vehicle elsewhere). However, based upon my recent experience with Ken and the service tech that identified and resolved the issue I was having, I am now a McMulkin customer (well, for their service department at least).

Useless dealership. I was given a quote on 2 Chevy Traverses. When I got to the dealership, the one I wanted either got sold or transferred to another dealership. My saleswoman assured me they could get the car in. Then the lack of communication began. When I contacted them 4 days later after they said my new lease was supposed to arrive, I was told the dealership they were getting the car from sold it from underneath them, they found one in NY, and if I wanted it they would send someone to get it. A new car driven from NY to NH?! No thank you. I took my business elsewhere. And I called finance to ask a general question-and they wouldn't help me. It's a shame since they are the closest Chevrolet dealership to me, but I will not go there for business.

I am 64 years old and have bought many many cars over the years. I have never had an experience like I did at Mac Mulkin Chevrolet. From the moment we pulled in it went smoother than you could ever expect. Our salesman Todd Larocque was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond finding us the right truck at the right price and it was an amazing deal, he beat our low price by $2,000 and we were just blown away the process could not have gone smoother. When we picked up the truck my wife noticed two faint scratches and Todd immediately took it out to the body shop and had them buff it out 10 minutes later he brought the truck back around and you could never find where those scratches had been. Everything considered I would never go anywhere else again to purchase a vehicle.

I brought my car in for an oil change with a scheduled appt. As part of the price of an oil change you offer the service of washing and vacuuming my car. I know this often takes additional time and I was willing to wait. After 2 hrs I checked in on my car and the service tech let me know that my oil change was completed and hour ago but there were still 4 cars ahead of me for washing and vacuuming and that the car may not be complete for another hour. I could not wait this additional time so I just left but explained to the tech how disappointed I was because I sat for an extra hour for no reason. I feel the service depts actual work is great and I would recommend MacMulkin for that reason but customer service in regards to oil changes could be improved. Please don't offer the service of washing and vacuuming if 9 times out of 10 this is not available in a timely fashion. I then went to pay for my oil change and discovered that the price had increased by $10. I could justify the $50 price (and maybe even $60) if it was guaranteed to have my care washed and vacuumed each time I come for an oil change but $60 for a basic oil change and tire rotation is crazy. Unfortunately I will not be returning to your service dept for standard service and this saddens me as I have been a devoted customer for the past 6 year or so.

The day after my service, the windshield washer low fluid indicator light came on, even though the vehicle inspection report said that the washer fluid had been filled. I know that this is trivial, but it makes me wonder "what else was overlooked, or claimed to have been done but was not actually done?" EDIT: Service Manager called me back following this review & offered a re-do of the multi-point inspection. Admitted the mistake in the first visit (thanks, I appreciate that. we all make mistakes but not everyone will admit when a genuine mistake is made). All is good. Thank you for the service. Boosting the stars back up.

I brought my 2006 Escalade into have two things checked. The heated seats were not working and the check engine light keeps going off with a lean code. Also needed an oil change. They charged $114 to look at the seats. Called to tell me fixing the seat was $900. I declined. I asked if the oil was changed. Nope they had to call me back. When oil was changed they called back. I asked what was up with the check engine light. They had not looked at it. Now they needed it o er night and another $114. They plugged in the computer, couldn't find anything wrong. Told me to bring it back if it goes off again for another $114. Just to plug it in ??? What a RIP off. So essentially I paid $345.00 for an oil change.

Very disappointed! This is a huge dealership, nice looking campus with large selection of vehicles, and a very impressive inventory of Corvettes! However when I purchased my 2015 Tahoe I was rather disappointed in the condition of the vehicle when I came to pick it up. My husband and I had to drive nearly 2 hours so naturally I would expect the vehicle to be ready and detailed upon my arrival. We had discussed with the salesman (Steve Miller and Phil) as well as an associate in the financing department about scratches that we expected to be buffed. We were assured by all three of them that this would be taken care of as well as some marks on the inside driver's door panel. It was very apparent that they never detailed the vehicle for this purchase. They may have when the vehicle was brought in to then, but it needed sprucing up and it clearly wasn't. The seats had sand in the crevices, there were coffee drips on the console, the wheels were dirty, the sun visors weren't steam cleaned nor was the headliner where there were a few spots. At one time the vehicle was definitely waxed as there is was residue left all over, inside the door handles and around the trims. When I brought some of my complaints to the salesman's attention (Phil) he seemed dumbfounded as if we hadn't discussed any of this which we absolutely had. My family and I decided to have dinner while Phil brought my Tahoe back to be tidied...mind you the dealership closes at 9pm, he was calling me by 8:15 wondering when we were to return. When all along the buying process I was told how they "stayed open until the last customer leaves" , personally I felt like I was being hounded when they should have had the vehicle ready to begin with. Not impressed with how this sale was handled at all. I will say that Todd who worked in the finance Dept was great. Though I was frustrated with what a crappy job they did on my car, Phil was still polite to work with. I felt Steve was very upfront and honest with me as well when I first arrived to view the Tahoe on the first day. Phil blamed the lack of cleanliness on the detail crew, when in actuality it wasn't his fault, but he still should have looked the vehicle over himself before pressenting it to me. I am particular about small details, and when I pay $40K for a vehicle, it better be sparkling clean. I included pictures of what was left when I picked up the car. Some of my complaints we're addressed and taken care of, but overall they could have done a much better job. I included a few images to support my testimony, there was residue all over the trim and crevices amongst the whole vehicle. This will take me hours to clean up. MacMulkin you dropped the ball on this one!

They can't get my brand new truck to drive straight down the road, I showed them an alignment print out showing that my front end was in spec and they still did a front end alignment and charged me for the work and my truck still doesn't drive straight down the road and I was rudely denied a refund for the "work" that they did.. I have mentioned several times to check the rear axle and they have done nothing about it.. one of the rudest and poorest quality dealership I have dealt with..

Quality of work was excellent but time was too long. Vehicle wasn't finished until 5:30PM after sitting all day for a rear window replacement. Had to call at 4PM to check status and got the "let me call you right back." Got the return phone call stating "the glass guy just got here."

I booked an appointment over the phone. When I called to confirm, nothing was in the system. While the dealership was accommodating and serviced my vehicle that day, it was disappointing to hear that my tires are almost bald. I have been on a lease with the dealership for just under three years now. My car has less than 30,000 miles and they are quoting me $900 tires? Simply ridiculous. For the "quality" that the Cadillac brand is supposed to exude, I feel that having tires go bald in under 30,000 miles is simply blasphemy. I feel that the dealership's service had done something to my tires, as every time I get a report on the tread depth. For some time it was reading 8/32 as of 09/25/18 (22,226 miles). When I got my inspection done on 1/8/19, it was noted that the tires were low but passed (25,261 miles). There were absolutely no dealer report of the tread depth or any other diagnostics, which makes me believe that something fishy happened at the dealership. Then, during this service, my tread depth read 3/32 (28,216 miles). I'm not sure how 5/32 tread depth was used within 5,990 miles. It truly makes zero sense. In addition, my car's exterior was never washed, and there were dirt stains on the driver's side door interior that I had to clean. Overall, I now cannot trust MacMulkin for services, and will be looking around for another lease option.

They replaced a Transmission of mine with a new/rebuilt one (over 5 grand), then 30K miles later it failed again, this time it was a 3 week time without my vehicle (which I need for work). No rental car compensation (I had to pay for it myself aside from vehicle costs), and the manager and his supervisor were "ok" with that as "great service towards customers". My 3rd and last car purchased at that dealership. Absolutely can't believe they are still in business with managers who drink that lemonade.

"There's a safety recall on your 2018 Malibu's engine, we don't know how to fix it, we won't give you another reliable car for you to use in the mean time. In 2016, I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla from this dealership. At the time, there were two issues with the vehicle. A faulty rear speaker and missing a spare key. Before signing, they would not fix the speaker (I purchased after) and I had to jump through hoops just to get a spare key. While signing papers I was told they were going to upgrade the warranty for me to 100K miles. Unfortunately, after we thanked them for their generosity, I found later that I was paying for this extended warranty. To this day the vehicle runs fine and so far I have not had any issues. Product is good. A few employees are bad. Maybe management has changed since I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but I do not recommend doing business here.

If you’re looking for a corvette GO SEE MARK MAKAREWICZ! I drove 3.5 hours from Jersey after getting horrible deals from multiple dealers around the country(including Jersey). Was there for 6 hours to get an oil change and have some new bowties put on. The mechanic who attempted to do the bowties scratched my truck in numerous places. Was told i had to come back when the body shop guys were there to get it fixed, still had to pay full price. I should have been told up front that the guys who usually do this, in the body shop, weren't available and to come back at another time but i was guaranteed that they could do it no problem. Clearly that wasn't the case. Update after owner reply: NO, I am not satisfied with the result. The only way to fix this would be for you to repaint my entire tailgate, but at this point I'm scared that you will make things even worse. Needless to say I won't be returning to your dealership any time soon.

We have taken our vehicle here twice. The 1st time just for an oil change. It was there 2 days. We called after a whole day to see if it was done and they didn't even know it was there. After it was properly dropped off in the keys were taken inside. The 2nd time was to get new keys programmed, It took 3 days longer than expected, And they changed the quote 3 different times. Someone from the service department called us on the 2nd day it was there to tell us that they couldn't work on it because they didn't have the keys. If you wanna get the run around, and directly lied to by departments that dont communicate with each other then this is the place for you.

Been there twice and both times were not very positive. First time was September 2017 and we were looking to purchase an end of year Corvette with no financing - cash purchase. I asked if we could drive a Corvette and was told by a "snotty young man" that MacMulkin policy was not to allow any test drives. We were given the "bums rush" out of the dealership and on the way out we met another couple that said they just test drove a Corvette. The guy explained it depended on the sales person. Ego aside, my girlfriend and I were both driving high end BMW's and the BMW sales experience was a bit more appropriate. (Understatement) We ended up purchasing a sweet used Corvette online and put the experience behind us. Moving forward to February 2019, we ventured back to MacMulkin to view a nice used 2006 Corvette. The salesman seemed put out that we wanted him to unlock the doors and see the interior. We asked a few questions that went unanswered and I decided to make an appropriate cash offer for the vehicle. It was mid winter and there was a foot of snow on the ground. We were told that MacMulkin policy sets the price and this is non-negotiable. We left. I left my name and number but there was no follow up. Honestly, we've purchased numerous Beemers, Jaguars and more. I understand this is a business, but the experience at this dealership was by far the worst. The attitude is high and the experience is low. I will not go back as it is not a pleasant experience. I went in twice with money to spend and left angered both times.

Made an appointment to have a recall on my truck taken care of, only to arrive and have them tell me they do not work on GMC's. I now understand they do not work on GMC's and that is fine but to give me an appointment after i clearly stated over the phone it was a GMC and they took my VIN number too, so they defenetally saw it was a GMC before giving me an appointment. I don not see how that is acceptable, especially since they did nothing to help the situation besides say "sorry man". Over all highly dissatisfied on my experience with the service department.

I love the vehicles that I've purchased from here however I don't know why it takes so long. my husband and I made an appointment, showed up on time & still had to wait. went to lunch for an hour and a 1/2 so that they could get all the appropriate paperwork together, came back and it still wasn't ready. also my vehicle was not cleaned properly even though I told the salesman and the money man make sure all the dog saliva (from previous owners dog) was cleaned out of the leather seats & all the pitbull hairs were vacuumed out of the back, neither of which was done. they asked if I wanted to leave the car again for cleaning but I didn't want to spend a 3rd day coming back

I purchased a used Dodge, roughly 75,000 miles, I liked the car, not a great deal, but I liked it and was buying it from a friend that worked at McMulkin. After driving it for the afternoon I noticed that every time I would let off the gas or shift from park to drive, the engine would clunk around like it wasn’t attached. I looked under the hood and saw that all but one engine mounts were broken. I returned to the dealership the following day, expecting to have the mounts fixed. The service rep told me that because the car was out of warranty the repairs cost would be out of pocket. I chuckled and explained that I had just purchased the vehicle yesterday. He said “oooohhh! I’m sorry! Let me just clear it with the service manager “. He came back “Unfortunately, it’s not covered”. I was flabbergasted. “But..It comes with a 30 day warranty!” He went on to tell me that the 30 Day warranty only covers items originally covered on the manufacturers warranty (power train). After starting to lose my temper, asking to speak to the service manager, then owner. Neither would help me. After accepting that I had been royally hosed, and there was nothing I could do, I asked if they would buy the car back...after all, I only put 30 more miles on it and the car wasn’t new to start with. I paid $23500 for the car, they offered to take the car back.....for 18,500 because of....I SWEAR this is what they said “damage to the engine mounts and wear and tear”. I was so angry I couldn’t help but laugh...hysterically...After 3 days of haggling, they agreed to give me $19,500 for the car I bought 4 days and 30 miles prior, that they refused to fix. HERES WHERE IT GETS REALLY GOOD, KEEP READING! Now I’m locked in at this dealership. Okay, so now it’s time to pick a new vehicle. I have to pick one right around $19,500 or it will mean money out of pocket which I no longer have because I put it all down on the original Dodge. The only 2 cars they have...aren’t cars, they’re trucks. I hate trucks. 2 Silverados. Identical year, make and models, same options, trim packages, tire wear etc...exact same trucks...Everything is the same except the COLOR.$19,999. I tell them after driving one, and just feeling nauseated that I’ll take the BLACK one for $19,500. No f——g way I’m paying window sticker price after what they did to me the first time around. No dice. They won’t budge on the price. I’m so disgusted I just want out so I agree, sign the paperwork and leave so they can clean up the truck and I tell them I’ll return the next day to pick it up. That night I call my (so called) friend and tell him what BS this is, that his managers and owner belong in jail for screwing people like this. I show up the next day, I see the beige Silverado, parked right where it was, but no sign of the black one I bought. When I ask, they tell me it will just be a moment and the sales manager comes out and hands me the keys. I say Thank You and ask where my truck is.... OKAY....I SWEAR ON MY KIDS THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED. He points at the BEIGE truck and says “it’s right there! All cleaned up and ready to go!” I replied “that’s nice, but I bought the black one”. He looked befuddled. He told me to hold on and check out what went wrong. The owner (younger kid) comes out and explains that after I left they realized that they “owned the black one for too much so they had to give me the beige one instead”. When I flipped out (for obvious reasons) he replied “you should be grateful were buying the first one back, we didn’t think you would mind”. Long story short, I drove away in the BEIGE Silverado, payed full price, and lost $5,000 in the process, not including the money I lost by not being able to negotiate on the exchange vehicle that I didn’t even want. This goes waaaay beyond bad customer service into the realm of criminal behavior. Who am I kidding, this IS criminal behavior. I don’t know how far I’ll get, but I’ve already made an appointment with my lawyer.

I wanted to give a 5 star rating however, the truck was not as expected. I purchased a 2013 Avalanche and a 7 year 100k warranty for a total purchase price of 42k from these folks and was very happy with the communication of the Sales Director Michael Brouillette. Michael had me picked up at the airport and had the truck ready for delivery. The Truck was as described except that it did not have Chrome wheels as described in the add and build sheet a bit of a disappointment as it will cost me 1000.00 to purchase them. The Truck was priced 5K over book value and I did not argue as I saw the value as it only had 8300 mile on it. I was on a tight schedule and was already running behind as I had 3 days to get back to Las Vegas. For the money I spent I do feel as though I am owed a set of chrome wheels.
