Fantastic in EVERY way! Lovering got so many great reviews that we stopped there first on our quest for a new Volvo. What a great decision that was for our family. Although the dealership was fairly busy (it was late afternoon), we were greeted warmly by James Malone, took a car for a test drive (alone - felt good to be able to converse freely with my spouse without having a rep in the car with you), and ultimately purchased the best car ever! James even entertained the kids free of charge while we finished up the paperwork with the nicest Finance person I've ever dealt with. Upon picking up a clean, shiny new car at the time we chose, Tom Coutu was professional, knew the vehicle well, helped with the complete setup of the car (including all the amazing techie features), and we were able to drive it home with all my preferences set and ready to go. A couple of weeks ago my wife and I decided after leasing 22 E-class Mercedes Benz since 2006 it might be time for something different. So we began to test drive Mercedes Benz key competitors. BMW, Acura and of course Volvo. When we decided on Volvo we went to 3 different Volvo dealers. 2 dealers are within 5 miles of our house. We struck a deal with Volvo in Danvers. But it did not feel like the experience we are used to. Family owned business with focus on customer service. So I reached out to a cousin of mine who works for a company that tracks major metrics that should be important when choosing a dealership to do business with. She recommended Lovering Volvo of Nashua. This dealer is 35 miles and about 40 minutes from our house. When I presented the offer we were given Joseph Rhodes was our initial point of contact. He discussed the deal with Rick Lovering and they agreed to match or beat the offer we had in hand. Great Part 1 - success. Yesterday we went to finally meet the company key players in this deal. We also met Jesse who was very helpful in going through the vehicle options. Joe was helpful in facilitating the deal and Rick Lovering has been helpful locating our vehicles. Companies spend thousands of dollars in advertising trying to build a brand name. I always say the best adverting comes from word of mouth. A happy customer creates new customers. A disgruntled customer tears down a brand and reputation. I'm confident our deal will close this week as soon as Rick locates our vehicles. But I thought it was important to share my perspective and experience with someone trying to decide on where to buy their next vehicle. I am recommeding this dealer for anyone interested in buying or leasing a volvo. Mario

My sales person Richard did an outstanding job answering my questions, and following through on all the details in ordering my 2019 S60. Upon delivery day, Richard again took extra effort to make sure the car was in perfect condition, in order to meet my expectations. My complements also to Ken, who did a fantastic job getting all the paperwork completed, under challenging conditions. Great dealership! Update to my post: The difference between a “good” salesperson, and a “great” salesperson is the follow-through. Even post sale, Richard has answered all my question on the many features on the my new S60. He is always available to help pre AND post sale. You can generally find a “good” salespersons....but a “great” one is hard to find!

I have never bought any car from the dealership 1,400 miles away from home. This time I did. When I found this Volvo S60 Polestar, I knew I need to get this. But it was 1,400 miles away. After several communications, Dan offered an invitation for me. Amazing. There was a hick up on the first delivery attempt but not a big issue. A few days later Polestar got ready for delivery. I flew over to somewhat chilly NH from sunshine FL. I got driver(s) picked me up at the Boston Airport. Very nice couple and enjoyed the trip to Nashua. Met Dan and Eric, nice and friendly people. We bought a 2017 XC90 from Lovering Volvo- Daniel Webster Highway Nashua. Buying experience wasn’t the greatest little pressure as usual (as in any car dealership) in the finance office to buy extra’s. But we did not budge. Delivery experience wasn’t the greatest either. But lovering does excellent service - their customer service is top notch. Their service team is very respectful, I have mainly dealt with Tyler and he has been excellent. Accommodates last minute service request and always provides brand new loaners for us to try out. Their valet service for regular maintenance is convenient with a little fee. Lovering’s waiting area is posh and filled with water juice and goodies for your take during your service wait. Lovering overall I would rate 4/5 stars due to the buying and sales experience which could use some improvement. We highly recommend Lovering and Volvo XC90’s.

I couldn't be more thrilled over picking up our new 2019 Volvo XC90 Inscription with the color combination and equipment I was looking for. It all started with Richard Johnson, our Sales Advisor who you immediately will fall in love with. We are previous Lovering Volvo customers, and a few months back we were thinking of turning in our lease early, and Richard gave us all the options, and provided guidance on what might be best for us to maximize our value. Turns out a few months later when I called the showroom, Richard remembered me, and even remembered the names of our kids my husband. Not only is that a great memory, but it's someone who actually listens to the customer. Plus, Richard is someone you can have a conversation with and not feel like you are being sold to... we talked about everything from cars to music to family and more. Bottom line is that you need to buy your new Volvo at Lovering and ask for Richard... you won't be dissapointed. Additionally, I can't say enough great things about the Dan Carlen the Sales Manager. Dan also remembered me from my previous visit, and was so laid back and helpful to make all the numbers work. Since I was trading in my full-size 2014 Range Rover Supercharged, I was worried about not getting a fair price for the car, as I baby my cars and knew it was in meticulous condition, so I didn't want to give it away. Dan came back with a very fair number, and there was no need for me to haggle. It was a pain free as a car buying experience can be. Dan is a class act for sure! And finally, Cory Brickley the General Sales Manager was phenomenal when I came in to pick up the car and explained all the documentation, the additional products that were available to me, and he even did all the paperwork for the sale! Talk about being cross trained and knowing how to multi-task, it was clear Cory loves his job. Once again, if you are considering a new or used Volvo, I would not go anywhere else other than Lovering Volvo in Nashua. They truly care about the customer buying experience.

I recently purchased a used Lexus GX470 from Donn Dionne at Lovering Volvo in Nashua. This has been, by far, my most favorable car buying experience since I began purchasing cars approximately 26 years ago. First of all, there were no hassles or pressure. My husband and I felt as though we arrived at a fair deal without all the back and forth "gimmicks"of other dealerships. Secondly, we felt as though Donn Dionne, our Sales Consultant, continuously provided top notch customer service. We had two different issues that we brought to his attention and he was always approachable and willing to help. On the first occasion, my husband and I were about to pull away in our new car when my son noticed a "ding" on the windshield. We pulled back into the parking spot and told Donn about it. He immediately contacted the service department (who was also excellent to deal with by the way) and we scheduled a repair for the next day. The service department provided us with a 2012 Volvo SUV for our use while the Lexus was being repaired. The fix couldn't have gone smoother. About six weeks later, we noticed that the outside bottom panel of the passenger side door was loose. It took us a while to notice it because my kids are still young and sit in the back so there isn't a lot of use by that door. We also knew that it wasn't something we had done since again we don't use the door very much. I brought it back down to Lovering Volvo and saw Donn as we were pulling into the spot. He immediately came over and I told him what was going on. We decided I would bring it in tomorrow and he would have the parts department take a look. When I got there the next day, Donn brought my car right over to the parts department while my son and I waited in the kids play area. A short while later, Donn was back with a smile on his face informing me my car was all fixed and that we were good to go. He couldn't have been nicer, more approachable or willing to help. BEWARE!!!!!!! I would suggest getting work done on your Volvo somewhere else(Unless you are under warranty with them). My mom went here to get her 2007 XC90 checked out because it was making some weird noise. I took the car for a ride it was accelerating fine, shifting fine, it was just making a weird noise. The car only has 77k miles on it, so we figured the issue wasn't a big deal. They told her that she needed a new transmission at the price of $6,500. I have a mechanic that I trust(He does all the work on my Volvo s60) and told her to get a second opinion. My mechanic checked out the car and said the transmission was fine and had no problems at all. In fact he said it was the Cat manifold and quoted her $920. The fact that they hire techs that specialize working on Volvos and they couldn't figure out the problem is pretty bad. I'm pretty sure since she was an older woman they tried to take advantage of her because she doesn't know much about cars. My advice to all Volvo lovers who aren't under warranty, don't go to a dealership they will just rip you off. Update: It has been a few weeks now and the Volvo is running beautifully no issues with the transmission.

I purchased a used jeep Wrangler, no warranty, from them.in April and after only 16 miles the check engine light came on. I panicked, as is, no warranty. I figured out the check engine light code and saw it was a catalytic converter and then went the next day to the dealer without mentioning anything. My experience at this place was absolutely horrible we bought our first Volvo there because we live local we thought it would be the smartest thing to do when we tried to work out some kind of a deal with the salesman he came back to us and told them there was no bargaining be perfectly honest there was not a lot of room for argument price wise because we found there were very few Volvo's available at that time used in good condition so we reluctantly paid their asking price which most people realize that is usually not the case there is always room for some haggling unfortunately unfortunately my daughter was in an accident so we are in the market for another car at this particular point in time there were used Volvo's all over the place. 5 in one dealership five in another but even still we thought we try them one more time and see if they would work with us. we got there at 10 a.m. the particular car that we saw online they still had available but it was at one of their other shops so we told the gentleman we would drive to the other shop we could have been there in 45 minutes. He stated that he would have his driver shoot it over to us at Nashua location where we were shopping at the time so we thought that would be easier. shouldn't take too long. So we thought at 2 in the afternoon 4 hours later obviously. The car finally arrived mean while we are waiting we took the car for a test drive we wanted to bargain with them and she about our best price after all that waiting now mind you this is a $14,000 car they were willing to drop $190 off the price of the car that was it I'm sure it had something to do with the fact that they checked our records there and they noticed that they screwed us last time and forced us to pay full price so they thought it was going to happen again there was no way in the world with 10 other cars in the local area that I was about to pay what they demanded the moral of the story is if you want to feel as though you can work with a dealership and get a better price it won't happen here I told him we were going to buy a car and pay cash they still weren't not interested so happy shopping at Volvo of Nashua just to inform you people the other cars that we saw had 20 to 30 thousand miles Less on them and they will less money so if you want to get screwed have fun

They determined our rear differential had gone and part was going to be over $4,000. When the part was fixed something still wasn't right. But Samantha in the Service Department and the Mechanics made it right. After digging a little bit Sam found our parts were covered under warranty. She TOTALLY went that extra mile. When the time comes we will be purchasing our next vehicle from Lovering.
