Phenomenal Customer Service! Lovering Volvo in Concord is the place to buy your next luxury automobile. After newly moving to the Concord area from MA, I needed a dealership to service my Volvo. Since I used Lovering Volvo of Nashua in the past, it was a "no brainer" to try Lovering Volvo of Concord. I was hoping to get the same awesome experience I had in Nashua. I definitely made the right decision. While I was waiting on some routine service for my XC60, a really nice woman started up a conversation with me. We talked about what I liked about the car, etc. At that time, I told my new friend (Tami) that I would really like to upgrade my XC60 to the XC90 if there was an opportunity and I took her card, she took my info and off I went. Tami was good about connecting with me every so often about deals coming up that when it was time to upgrade (almost 9 months later), I definitely wanted to connect with her. When we arrived, the place was buzzing. We were instantly greeted walking in the door. After connecting, Tami (Lovering) took her time with me and my family (yes, we all showed up) while I drove a few different options. She ensured we understood everything she was telling us about the agreement, the car, etc. My buying experience was even better this time. You want to be able to trust that you are getting something exceptional for the price...and you are! I felt relaxed and confident during the entire process. Tami makes you feel like family from the second you walk into the dealership. She genuinely cares about you, wants to get you into the automobile you want, and goes above and beyond to make it happen (she even washed my new car herself)! My kids thought she was one of my best friends! Buying a car is always a little nerve wracking. Put your mind at ease and come to Lovering Volvo - ask for Tami - and you'll feel the difference right away.

He spent some time listening and asking questions regarding what I wanted the car I was looking at, to do for me that my old car did not do and that was actually helpful! Shawn the business manager was also a real “people person” and had a great enthusiasm for his job and connecting with customers. Overall I recommend Lovering. We did wait a little bit extra to get the vehicle, but this was only because they took a lot of time the day before to make the car spotless for us on delivery, including fixing some significant paint scratch. They were very friendly and helpful on my recall but also put a 12-inch crack in my windshield during the wiper repair. I was annoyed but assumed they would replace it without any fuss. Instead they were incredibly condescending and accusatory. The advisor admitted that the crack wasn't there before the repair but that I must have cracked the windshield myself in the literal 5 minutes between them handing me the keys and my coming back to tell them about the crack. I am absolutely disgusted by the way they treated me.

I purchased my used truck from Lovering on March 29th. After having it over the weekend I decided to use a feature I had confirmed had worked on my test drive. The truck would engage into 4H but not 4LO after several attempts I could not get it out of 4H. I had done my due diligence before signing for the truck and had called the dealership it was bought from originally for any service work done to the system. After having them tell me that due to privacy reasons they could not give me info besides the fact that it had been in for service and had a multi point inspection. Come to find out the 4WD system had been denied warranty due to abuse. I had noticed a bracket was bent on the undercarriage and some scrapping occurred on the cross member but the transfer case had no visible damage. I called Jon and brought it back to Lovering and they sent it off to the manufacturers dealership (not the one who denied the warranty the first time) who confirmed that it was working but after a few tries decided not to. They said the transfer case showed excessive metal flakes in the oil and that it would need to be replaced. Anyways needless to say my heart sank. But after talking with Jon the service manager at Lovering he assured me that something was in the works and that they had found a used unit with only 48 miles on it. Everything was replaced and the truck works fine. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated through the whole process. Alex the salesman was easy to work with, and very apologetic on my next visit to the dealership. Shawn was very nice and easy to work with with the finance, and Jon was very forth coming and even felt that the damaged that the original manufacturer had denied did not make any sense.

Please excuse this overdue review. I wish to share that my buying experience of the pre-owned 2016 Ford C-Max from the Concord, NH Lovering dealership was excellent. My salesperson, Alex Rand was most courteous, attentive and conscientious. He, finance and 'paperwork person,' Tim Reid, and (at the time) Sales Manager Dan Carlen, assisted in answering ALL of my countless questions to get me the information required to make an informed purchase that I'm very pleased with. And where I had driven a good distance to look at (and ultimately purchase the vehicle at that same visit), all three of them remained through the process for over 1-1/2 hrs. beyond their closing time to complete the sale, help me move a considerable number of items from my trade-in vehicle to the new one, and then even allowed me to follow one of them to more easily find the highway to get back home after dark. They all went considerably above and beyond to make this process an excellent one. My one disappointment was what I was offered for my trade-in vehicle as I felt it less than it was worth, but then I did feel the price for the one I purchased was good, so perhaps making that aspect 'a wash'. I do feel that the Lovering employees I worked with (including John Reilly for follow-up service needed for a faulty tire), and the dealership itself, is one of integrity and I would highly recommend them to others. I started writing out the experience we have had with Lovering Volvo and after it became pages long I stopped. I can sum things up here as I am composing a letter for the better business bureau and Volvo itself. This company has no customer service after money exchanges hands. They make sure to promise you the moon and stars during the three day return policy. They continue to drag their feet until the 30 day exchange is past. Even later if you go in person they continue to promise the moon and stars but once you are out of sight they do not know you. I purchased my Volvo June 2017. I have never experienced customer service so ridiculously poor. The bait and switch is an art form at Lovering. Please, please, do your research before purchasing from this company.
