I knew what I wanted, so I called and spoke with Tim which is the finance guy. He was a tremendous help getting me into my new car, and is helping us with a second car next month. After a few calls and emails back and forth to get everything in order we finally pulled the trigger and got into a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage GT. Since Tim is in finance, when we arrived we were greeted by Gary who answered the remaining questions we had. Since I already knew what I was looking for, we were able to quickly close the deal with Tim. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and look forward to doing business with this dealership again. I had visited several dealerships, and even made a note of specific vehicles I was interested in. Once I arrived at Lovering, Gary actually went online to find the exact car I had looked at. He wanted to make sure I got to test drive exactly what I was already interested in, and I couldn't have been more impressed. GO SEE TOM!! I am telling you I've been to a ton of dealerships in this month. We were going to walk away because we didn't really like the first sales guy but TOM IS NOT A SALES PERSON. He's funny and treats you like a human and is very honest!!! I would recommend him a thousand times!!! He went out of his way to help with a concern I had and really took a look at what it was. He got me the exact amount I wanted to pay a month and really helped us and has a great personality. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!!!

I brought my wifes car in for service needing a exhaust pipe and tow bars. Also wanted a transmission fluid change. What I got was a an alignment that almost killed me in a snow storm. They left a wire harness on the exhaust pipe that melted and caused a check engine lite to come on. Lastly the transmission is now malfunctioning. I will never buy a vehicle from them again because of the service. The car has about 70k miles on it

My wife and I bought our second Mitsubishi yesterday and our first from Scott at Lovering Mitsubishi. Scott and Mark were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to help us purchase our Outlander. I highly recommend working with these sales associates. As one who does not normally enjoy buying vehicles and dealing with sales people, this was a pleasant experience and did not feel I was being pushed one way or another. They were available to answer questions, but were not pushy. I will continue working with Scott and recommend the dealership to others.

We did not have the pleasure to meet Tim, the Finance Manager, face-to-face, but from speaking with him over the phone he was super friendly and was great at getting the financing complete; even when we decided to change some aspects of our financing arrangement. Great experience!! I went there to get my car serviced, and left with a brand new 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. The Salesman was fantastic! I purchased a vehicle from Lovering Mitsubishi and I am as happy as a clam. I got the price (the best for my region for that configuration) and the description of the car on-line and it got only better at the end of the day. I traded my 6 years old car for a middle of the NADA price range which for uncomfortable salesman I am was very relieving. They happen to be an agent for my bank SCU so I did not have to make even a single call for the financial side of the deal. On top of this convenience they secured a better rate than SCU gave me in direct conversation a short while before. The only regret is that they did not have extended warranty matching Chrysler's unlimited miles for five years but that is not the dealership problem. They are not the closest Mitsu dealership but I can see us going with them for service as well. Thanks Dan and Team!

Lovering was our third stop in car shopping and our last. I reached out via email to inquire about cars posted on their website, Kaitlyn Martineau Customer Care Representative, responded quickly with answers to my inquiries. Andrea Tuthill, Sales Manager, also responded with more specific answers and a quote for the SUVs. I was happy to see that the quote was the same as it was listed on the website. It was also the initial price discussed when we chose to purchase the Outlander. This speaks volumes to the customer service we received. Lucas was extremely helpful and welcoming when we first arrived. He had the list of cars mentioned ready for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable about the slight differences between the models. Not once was I asked, about making purchase that day. He as well as the other staff allowed things to go at my pace. When I did decide to move forward with the purchase the staff was extremely accommodating- working with us to have a sale that was good for everyone. There were also plenty of snacks and water! They took a trade, but I forgot the title at home, they offered to send someone to pick it up even though we live about an hour away. They are also handling all the RMV paperwork, since we live out of state. It was truly a pleasure doing business with everyone at Lovering Mitsubishi, in Concord. I can't say enough how customer service oriented they were.
