I stopped by this afternoon with somewhat of an emergency fuel situation, I came in unannounced with a truck that I didn't buy from them, and they dropped what they were doing to get me on the road again quickly. They then gave me a call to tell me that I left my hat in their waiting area. It was a positive experience. I will likely see them when it is time to buy a new truck.

I was first contacted by George who was extremely pleasant and responsive. He set me up with Jordan who was my salesman. I really appreciated the fact that he respected that I wanted to finance with my credit union and never pushed me to do otherwise once I told him this. They gave me a fair trade in for my Pilot and a great price for the Sienna I bought. When Jordan didn’t immediately know some of the answers to specific questions about the car’s features (after all, it is a Ford dealership and I bought a Toyota,) he found answers quickly. As I communicated back and forth with my lender, Jordan very considerately asked if he could tend to other waiting customers, but checked in with my frequently until I was ready for him. My only complaint was the day that I came to bring the check and trade my vehicle, I had to wait close to an hour to sign, but once I got in, the gentleman was very nice and quick with the paperwork. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything and would recommend them to others.

My husband took our vehicle here for service. Apparently they found a bubble in the tire (meaning it could fail at any moment) and never told my husband this. He happened to notice it later on that day on the invoice. They put my husband and daughters at risk by letting them leave with a faulty tire. Also, every time we make a service appointment it takes a ridiculous amount of time (2 hours+ for an oil change!) We will not be bringing our vehicles here for service ever again.

I've been doing business with this establishment for 21 years, long before they became Lebanon Ford. They have always treated me right, and being under new management is no different. Nice group of people. The same salesman has sold me my last two cars. I get great service if I need something fixed or just an oil change or my tires swapped for the change of season. The body shop does great work from minor fender bender to major collision. They have new and used cars and trucks. I won't get my cars any place else. Update 2019: they no longer have the body shop but the service is still great

"Put a deposit, the car may be gone then, don't take the chance..." My daughter was shocked how bad the car buying process can be... I told her not all dealers are like that.

STAY AWAY! Avoid headaches, expensive bills, and injury. They may appear friendly but are frustratingly unprofessional. It's my own fault for going to them as often as I did. I don't want to call them crooks, but they certainly have made a great case for themselves. 1. Purchased my vehicle from them. As soon as they got my check, they stopped responding to my phone calls, e-mails, and voicemail for two months. 2. They quoted me a $500 bill to fix my rotors. I got it fixed elsewhere for less than a third the cost. 3. They did a horrible job on my state inspection and within the same month my brakes fail on me and I get into an accident and they charge me over $200 for a job which the parts cost $30.

I had a recall on my 2007 Ford Mustang GT so I called to order the part and schedule the repair and spoke with David Cowdrey Jr. He ordered the part, called me when it promptly came in and got the vehicle in for update. The day of the repair May 28th, 2018 my car was taken in on scheduled time and only took approximately 50 minutes or so to complete. Thanks to all the Lebanon Ford staff especially David Cowdrey Jr. for their prompt and professional service.

It has been a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I called the dealership about a vehicle to make sure it was still available. I was assured that the car was on the lot. About an hour before I got there they called me if I was still coming. It took me 2.5 hours to drive one way only to find out that in fact the car was already SOLD.

My prior review was completely incorrect and I revise it today Nov 12th. Lebanon Ford provides excellent customer service. Financing for my used F150 and service agreements were all wrapped into the offering. The bank uses simple interest, and I can pay off the loan balance at anytime. John in F&I is very knowledgable. Please note he's very bright and can move quickly through the material. However he will adapt his pace to the customer if you ask him to re-explain or even please slow down.

Took my King Ranch F350 in to have it diagnosed, they found the problem and I paid the $70 diagnosis fee. Got back to my home ten minutes away and realized there was a large scuff from top to bottom on my dually fender. I took all appropriate action, spoke with the service manager, general manager, and even the owner who all deny it and say it happened in the parking lot and it's not their fault. I took it to a body shop and they said it would buff out but the pin stripping would need to be replaced. I asked flanders to maybe order me the pin stripping or even just refund me the $70 for the diagnosis. The owner never called me like he said he would, when I called him he railroaded me and told me he had nothing to say and hung up. I went to meet him personally and caught him in his car, he told me he has said all he had to say and drove off. The disrespect from the owner and his staff is utmost unbelievable. They have lost a potential sale of a new pickup because of this. I would highly recommend you stay away from Flanders & Patch Ford.

During the last snowstorm I noticed the blowers (jets as my kids like to call them) seemed to be high and low and back to high. They were losing power. With the car due for an inspection and oil changed, I contacted Sam in the Service Department and he had the car in quite quickly. There was a defect in one of the switches and the part was ordered. On the same day, I saw Matt in the collision department regarding a small paint chip issue near some trim work. Matt washed my car, took pics and sent an email to Ford. Within one week the car was back at the dealership having the paint fixed, the part replaced and while there they noticed there was a recall and resolved that issue immediately. The vehicle I was lent (they needed my car two days for paint) was great. My interactions with Sam and Matt are the reason I continue to return to the dealership. I will admit I was worried when it changed owners from Flanders & Patch to Lebanon Ford but I am no longer concerned as they have the same people I have worked with and some additional friendly people. I am also very impressed with the size of their inventory on the lot vs. the inventory with the prior owner. They have a loyal customer here.

There are so many other Ford Dealers Don’t Be Sucked in by this one & don’t give them any of your information!! I was there when they 1st opened to purchase a truck. I specifically told the sales man, which told the finance guy to submit only threw Ford. Needless to say 3 different banks later & a ridiculous offer, I told them to stop the whole deal I don’t want the truck. I found another great Ford dealer & traded my vehicle for a truck. A few weeks later my personal bank called & stated that Lebanon Ford had submitted A deal to her on a new truck, adding in the vehicle that had been already traded. Again this is weeks after I told them to stop the deal. How is it legal for a dealership to take your personal information and use it when they want, sounds crooked to me!!! Walk away from this place, trust me there are other great Ford dealers out there!!!!

I tried to schedule recall work back in May. After being told how much of a pain in the butt it is (how is this relevant?), we set an appointment for mid-July. When I showed up for that appointment, I was told they were backed up and wouldn't get to it for over a week. I was also told they Ford would only pay for a rental for 3 days. We reschedule for August. I dropped the car off and then received a phone call that they have to order parts. I picked the car up. The parts came in and we scheduled to bring it in today. When dropping the car off, I'm told it will take a couple of weeks. At this point, it's clear this dealership doesn't want to do the repair. I should have seen this coming after the first attempt at making an appointment.

I previously leased a 2014 Ford Edge from Flaunders & Patch and the experience of getting the car was actually great but it turned out to be a lemon. I am not just saying that, it actually was. The vehicle would say "Check Charging System" and the shop would tell me each time that it was the alternator. As soon as I would pick it back up, it would start acting up again. This happen 3 times during the course of the lease. Prior to my lease ending, they reached out to me to see about getting me into another vehicle. The experience was terrible!! After having an hour appointment, I was asked to come back. I ended up spending repeated trips over the next couple of days only to be provided information and then be told that was not correct. I decided to make a deal with them regardless of the games and opted to have leather installed instead of going to the next trim package. The leather job was terrible!! I have attached photos. They drove my vehicle 200 miles and returned it with an almost empty tank of gas. They are unwilling to do anymore to help with the bad leather job and won't consider providing anything additional to make the buying experience any better. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Where do I start? I'll never return. Poor customer service. Exorbitant serice & parts department. My tire was flat after I drove it in fine! They failed to explain how that happened . They must think women are incapable of having a brain as they talked to me like I had zero comprehension of the problem. I'd researched it extensively that the power steering had failed and gone onto manual drive and 323,000! Recalls on Fords from 2010-2015 have been reported but they claim my vin # didn't apply. I called the NHTSA about this and the lack of responsibility for a #Ford franchise had. I would never suggest going here.

(Not really Lebanon Ford's fault as this is a regional issue. There are just not enough workers in the Upper Valley to staff all the positions.)

We had a 2013 Ford Mustang GT that ended up having to go through the "Ford Buy Back" program due to being a lemon. The dealership that we had been working with because it was close to our house "opted out" of assisting with the buy back portion, however they were paid by Ford for all of the repairs that were completed on the Mustang. When they opted out Ford contacted FLANDERS AND PATCH to see if they would be willing to work with us (this was just to save us from having to travel to Concord NH to the original dealership). FLANDERS AND PATCH was willing to help us and went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. Due to a model change we didn't want to have a 2015 Mustang not knowing what it would look like. Prior to getting approval from Ford, FLANDERS AND PATCH ordered a replacement Mustang for us so that we would still be able to get the model design that we wanted. The salesman and owner went above and beyond when it came to dealing with Ford Motor Company on our behalf. Our replacement Mustang eventually was delivered, but came in damaged...just our luck! FLANDERS AND PATCH was not only very supportive in our decision not to take the damaged car after it was repaired. We ended up locating a similar Mustang in CT and went there to complete the transaction. FLANDERS AND PATCH work with us for months and really got nothing monetarily from us or Ford. They truly just worked to help us out. That is what an old fashion dealership use to do, it is nice to see that dealerships like that still exist. Thank you Tom and Chris for everything!

I told him what I was looking for and he came up with a truck that had everything I wanted; he then checked for any incentives that Ford offered. After reviewing the incentives, I decided to trade in my old truck which they offered a very fair trade for. Within a couple days I was driving the new truck. I appreciate the great service.

What a really genuinely great experience. I was looking for a replacement for my Jeep AEV JK. I had always had Ford F250's in the past and that was at my core, but my salesman, Tom McHugh. took his time to listen, he let me drive the F150 King Ranch, nice, but just not what I wanted, the Explorer, maybe later for my wife... in the end, the selection of available trucks and Tom's thoughtful approach was what led me back to Lebanon Ford. I received a recall notice on my 2008 Mustang for the airbags. I had tried to schedule into another dealership where I had bought it and they said they had to order it and would call when it came in, three weeks later I pulled into the dealership to ask if it was in an couls I make an appointment, they had never ordered the air bag. I call Lebanon Ford and spoke to David Cowdry, he was professional and courteous, we scheduled the Mustang in and in less then three days from the phone call it was done. You can't even tell the work was done! Thanks for the excellent service!

I was pleased with the overall quality of work. The new headliner is like new. I am thankful for their shuttle service to get you to and fro with out additional cost. What I didnt like was the uncertainty of time of completion. I understand that this was a large job with a lot of small details/steps. However, I would have liked a courtesy call when the tech had a better idea how long it would take so I could make a back up plan, if necessary. Instead I had to call at 2pm. I was told that they would most likely finish before EOD, but again lack of certainty. I then felt it was in my best interest to put visual pressure on the team to complete the job that day by returning to the dealership and wait in their waiting area.
