I’ve never been so misinformed and blantenly lied to so many times when going through the process of buying a car. The guy we dealt with told us one thing about our trade in lease and turns out he had no idea what he was talking about which caused a huge mess that I’ve been dealing with for over a month now. We’ve also been waiting on a delivery for over a month that has yet to be here with zero information, just excuses. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere once this lease is up. They could have had an on going customer but instead were more interested in just getting the sale over with a moving on to the next.

Very good at getting back in a timely manner. Very easy to communicate with. Very HAPPY with their service.

I have purchased and leased two Volvos from Miller over the past 5 years. Since then, things have taken a turn for the worse. I found their new general manager, Sean Johnson, to be highly arrogant, chauvinistic, and lazy. Not only did he fail to answer my email questions (although he did acknowledge receiving them), he did not make himself available for our pre-scheduled appointment at 9AM on Saturday morning (Labor Day weekend). Instead, he hid in his office and instructed his subordinate to deal with me. At no point did he greet or acknowledge me, even though the dealership was completely empty of other customers. He also didn't have the two cars ready for me to test drive. In fact, I had to bring one of the vehicles to a gas station before I could test drive it. So if you are considering purchasing or leasing a Volvo or VW, I strongly recommend you think twice about giving this particular dealership your business, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman! I also intend to follow up with a letter to Volvo's corporate office regarding my experience with this particular general manager.

Let me start by saying I don’t typically write reviews. If someone messes up, I give them the opportunity to make it right. With Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lebanon, however, I am writing a review and starting a claim with the Better Business Bureau in Concord, NH. I will keep this as brief as I possibly can. Before the purchase of my 2019 Ram 1500 BigHorn... we told salesman we wanted the truck in both my wife’s name and in my name to free up my debt to income ratio a bit as we’re buying a house. That being said, I was worried about having a million banks pull my credit and expressed my concern. I was promised that they’d only pull from their TWO most reliable banks. When we agreed on price and payment after hours of talking and discussing things, I sat in the finance office and began signing when I noticed it was only my name on the contract.... when I asked about it, I was told the deal was only under my name; since the payment was less than the monthly payment on my trade in (more on that in a bit), I proceeded, but not as happily as I would’ve been had the deal been with both names, as discussed. After getting the truck, and having it for a few days, we looked at my credit report. It was ran through 14 different banks and my score dropped 30 points; not an exaggeration in the slightest. This was a huge issue for me as we moved to Florida 2 days after purchasing the truck and we’re planning on building a house. When I got to Florida, my realtor was asking me when my trade-in would show as paid off, because he wanted to see what that was going to do with the credit. I was told as soon as the deal was funded, a check would be sent to pay off my Chevy. I purchased the vehicle on June 18th, it was funded July 1st. The truck didn’t get paid off until July 15th after dozens of phone calls. It got so bad that we had to call their sister dealership in another city (Manchester) to get help as our trade in monthly payment had passed and I was about to be 30 days late (which would’ve been another HUGE blow to my credit). It was finally paid with the help of the other dealership. As part of our deal, I was supposed to get an under coating. Since I’m moving to Florida and wouldn’t need it, the dealership worked with me and I opted for a bed liner instead, and they’d send me the $470 difference via check. Here we are a month later. Still no check. When asked they said they didn’t have the right address to send the check to. I have a hand written agreement on a carbon copy sheet of paper with the correct address written on it- they have the original. They didn’t seem to have an excuse when that was brought up. Fast forward to today, July 18th: my wife and I purchased a warranty that covers tire damage as well as a few other things. Of course, we ended up with a flat due to running over a piece of metal. I went to get this fixed on July 18th- one full month after buying the truck. The contract was never sent to the warranty company. When I called the dealership, they blamed the warranty company. Knowing how things had been going with Key CDJR, I called the warranty company myself. They told me they were able to pull up my contract, but the DEALERSHIP had it listing in their “Pending” cue. Luckily, the man at Portfolio Protection was extremely helpful and personally called Key CDJR and had the contract pushed through. Like I said, this experience has been the most horrible purchase experience I’ve ever had in my life. We were promised phone calls back; never received. Emails; never returned. It even got to the point to where they were ignoring our calls. How do I know that? Well, when I called back from a phone with a different area code, the phone was immediately picked up. This happened multiple times. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, at all, ever. I am awaiting to see what the Better Business Bureau of Concord, NH has to say. I can’t put into words, even though it may seem like I just did, how stressful and disappointing this has been for both my wife and I.

My purchase went fine but I have never experienced such a poor service department. If I would have known how poor their service dept. is I would have never purchased my new Jeep here. Their follow up on issues in non existent. Buyers be on guard.

Joe jay

Talk about horrible customer service. I've been trying to get tires for my car for over two weeks. I've placed the order 3 times and each time I get "It is not in the system, let me call you back, what's a good call back number". Yes, you guessed it, the call never comes. I gave them the exact tire size, name, brand, etc. right off VW's Tire Store. I ended up going to VW of Rochester, NH, wow what a difference in service. Although Rochester, NH is much farther for me, it was well worth the drive. I'll never do business with any of the Miller Auto Group dealers. Also stay away from a woman named Sheryl, she's the unfriendliest person I've ever dealt with. Rude on the phone and hangs up on you.

Terri Pettola

Just bought 2 cars and thought they were great!!!

Rich Howard

Not to be trusted.

Spencer Lemay

Prompt service!

Great service team! The car wash was a nice touch!

Lori Scotnicki

Wish I could rate at zero. I have purchased 5 Jeeps in a row from Willie Racine’s in So Burlington bec I live there . Today 12/4/18 my Jeep broke down on 89 near Randolph - MUCH closer to tow to Lebanon than So Burl. This dealership said that if I had it towed to them they could get to it “after the first of the year”. I said “you’re kidding right?” They were not. I guess they are happy to sell Jeeps all day long and take peoples’ money but they don’t care about a Jeep customer who didn’t purchase from them. I don’t like management that operates this way. I would never buy from them.

Michael Guin

Johanna and Dennis and the whole team are awesome! They were able to get me out from a car that was causing me problems and get me into a much more reliable vehicle that fit my needs and wants. They worked very hard to make sure they got my payments to something I could afford even if it meant that they needed to take a bigger risk. Definitely come in and talk to them if you are looking for a new car!

Andrea Kannas

Customer service and first impression is good, but once things start getting more detailed and specific the service is severely lacking. Went in several times for a clanking noise and several attempts took care of the noise temporarily, only to have it come back again. Took my car in for a service before driving a long distance with my family. Ended up stranded in Canada after almost losing a wheel while driving with my children in the car! Furious and no responsibility taken on their part. Will never go back or recommend to anyone!! Please look somewhere else!

Alton Young

Under new ownership. Great knowledgable staff! Great service! Large inventory! Highly recommended! Best car buying experience yet!

Kyle Battis

I bought a 2014 4 Door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from them and had a great experience. I dealt with Jeff Daupin as my sales guy and he was great - he knows Jeeps. Mark the sales manager, David Cicotte the GM, and John Davis were all awesome and made the experience a pleasant one. I recommend talking with these guys if you are interested in a Jeep wrangler.

Shawn Hutchins

Brought girlfriend's Jeep in the first time for service and they just simply reflashed the computer and said it was fixed. However it did not fix the actual problem, so we brought it back to have the real problem fixed this time and not just have them try something. This time we gave them the CEL codes, and told them the traction control light came on(took pictures and video), plus let them know about a catalytic converter smell at the same time the light is flashing. But because it is a "come-back" they won't get paid for their customary "diagnostic charge", thus they don't want to find the actual problem and sent her on her way. Said something about some supposed policy. Looks like I will be getting my new Jeep at Lambert's now...where we will now be taking hers as well. Gave two stars, since they at least provided a shuttle service for her to be inconvenienced.

Deneric Hansen

Mixed feelings about their service department. Very friendly staff and service was (hopefully) done as requested. While I won't "1 star" them I can't honestly say I would trust them ever. They identified a transmission leak from the transmission cooler line which was $360 for parts plus labor to fix. I declined since all I needed was warranty work and know a good mechanic. Up until this day I'm the only one to ever work under the hood and am pretty confident everything was orderly and present when I turned the truck over to them. Upon returning home I found my oil cap missing, the windshield washer cap was left up and crushed by the hood and the entire transmission dipstick AND tube missing. While I have no proof this was intentional damage I can not trust this company to work on my vehicle ever. I have no idea how a dipstick and tube can go missing since even if it did come loose the dipstick should hold it in place. It has cost me about $650 so far to replace the missing components and repair the damage.

Luke Underwood

I wouldn't buy a newspaper from these shady dealers. Be ware, they will swap models, bait n switch, and become aggressive to make you try and give in. Once you agree on a deal, the car they offer will be a different year, and be missing things. Pay careful attention. Craig was frustrating to deal with , he's a nice enough person, but lies about prices and what you will actually be getting. When you call them out on their practices, they ignore you. The new cars they are selling are fine, but the experience is not worth it, you can get a deal anywhere.

ashley o'dougherty

Easiest and by far the best experience with buying a new car ive had, Dennis is great

Matt Dickinson

I bought a new to me truck from Craig who made the whole process very easy. I knew what vehicle I wanted so that was the one he focused on getting me into. Craig an John the finance manager were awesome to work with an made a usually stressful process very fast an simple. I definitely would recommend stopping in an seeing both of them if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

Stephen Feola

Andrew is amazing. Worked with us to roll our old purchase that was very upside down into a new truck. Great purchase and great experience. Came from Gateway motors before it was sold which was a great experience as well. Heads and tails better Miller which is what most reviews of this address are based on. I left a negative old review for miller and changed it for this address.

Joanna Wallace

Customer service was excellent and they met our needs. Satisfied and happy with outcome.

Heidi Geishecker

Programmed my jeep key Key lost programming. They wouldn't even return my calls to discuss it. John from service said he would call me back on an HR. No call. Left 3 nice messages. No return call. Left message for Manager to call me back Still no call! I wonder if the owners are aware of this poor service ethic. No way to reach them. I'm sure they won't pass it on The Ladies in the front office were great!

Arianna Carter

The salesman who helped me was Mike. He was very nice and helpful. Although I am young he treated me with respect just like any other adult. The salesman who was sitting behind him was creepy. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Although Mike was not able to make a deal with me right now, I would buy from him in the future.

nic sage

Had a 2013 cruze I wanted to trade in heard this add on the radio that they had a sale so good they could take a trade in on a car you are still paying on and give you lower payments. So I went in to look and met with a sales men who took me on a ride in a chrysler 200s which I loved so we get back to the store and I tell him I'm what I'm looking for payment wise and he comes back with an offer 300$ over. I tell him it's too much and are there any other cars I can look at he said no....so apparently I can only look at one car and it didn't even have what I was looking for in it aside frome cruise control. So I told him no its too much and I couldn't just leave cause they had my keys for my old car some where we'll they "looked" at it so I asked if I got the car would I owe anything on my old one they said no I'd be just paying on this car and the interes. But surprise I owe 2x what that car is worth because they gave me less then what they said for my other car AND the car I got was more expensive then. They said it was so now I'm stuck with a car I can't afford paying the price for pretty much 2 of them. Never again will I go here I felt like they had 0 interest in getting me the car I wanted and lied to me the whole time just to get a sale full well knowing I couldn't afford it

Michael Balda

Salesman was great during the process, but completing the sale was a different story. New car had a recall so after I signed all the paperwork was told could not drive away with it. I came back three days later and car was “ready” but covered in pollen and window sticker residue was never cleaned from from the front window. Then had to wait and wait and wait to order soft top, then, when I was ready to leave, had to wait again until the second fob key was located. Nice people but extremely disorganize which wastes a lot of time.

Luke Walthour

State inspection was quick and easy. No muss, no fuss.

Minami Plude

Great customer services and wonderful management! Very satisfied!!

Amy Beaulieu

Ask for Dennis!! He was AH-MAY-ZING (I spelled it like that on purpose

Shopped around for a few months for a Jeep. I was in no hurry, I knew exactly what I wanted and there was very few compromises I was willing to make. Miller had exactly what I wanted, a used 2 door Rubicon with all the features and colors I wanted and the price was right. I went with the intent to purchase if it was as advertised, it was, the Jeep sold its self. On the test drive I noticed the steering wheel was off-center, I mentioned it to the salesman and he said they would adjust it while we did the paperwork. By the time I got home (Manchester) I noticed they over adjusted the steering wheel and now it was off center the other way. I also noticed the drivers headrest flopped around in the seat, the plastic rod guides were broken, not a big deal but it smacks against my head on rougher roads and is a distraction (like your kid kicking the back of your seat). I called and emailed the salesman and pointed out these two issues, had a few brief discussions. I even said I would take care of the steering wheel issue if they were willing to mail me the guides (cant be more than $30-$35) to save myself the trip and them the hassle. They were looking into it, never heard from them again. I didn't ask for much, I didn't even haggle them on the price because I thought it was fair. I'm a good buyer, went in knowing exactly what I wanted, came to terms quickly, and was in and out of there and didn't waste anybody's time. The people were nice but honestly the Jeep sold itself, so for Miller its all about the service. They could not do the one minor thing that would have made this a 5 star experience. Maybe if I was local they would have done it to earn my oil changes or something, who knows. I love the Rubicon am glad I purchased it, but it might as well been bought off of Craigslist. Maybe the guides will show up before I get a chance to peel off the Miller decal, then I'll leave it on. BTW, I forgot to mention I was a few hundred miles under my factory warrantee expiring, those parts wouldn't have cost them anything.

Lauren Nelson

I was very happy with the sales experience today at Miller. I worked with Dennis Callahan. He is incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and NOT pushy! I didn't have the typical "female buying a car" experience. The entire process was painless and fairly quick. I highly recommend buying from this dealership!!

Elyse Payson

I had a great experience buying a car from Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Lebanon! The staff were helpful and efficient.

Matthew Decker

Absolutely the best car buying experience we ever had!!! Andrew and David were awesome!!!! We'll definitely be doing business there again!!!

Christina Lappin

Excellent customer service! I was coming from about 3 hours away, they had everything ready and my Jeep pulled around to test drive. Everything went smoothly and everyone we met was very friendly and we didn’t feel pressured at all. They were happy to answer any questions we had and really helped us to understand our options. I LOVE my new Jeep! They’re great!

Laurieann Batter

My Jeep was towed to Key unannounced on a Saturday. Heidi, the service manager, contacted me right away to see if I was ok! My car was diagnosed and the part needed was ordered right away—during a holiday week! Heidi, Catherine and Tammy kept me updated with any new developments. Heidi made me feel like part of her family. I am so lucky that they were the dealership in the area when I needed help. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind—the personalized service at Key has made me a customer forever.

Tom T

I’m not a people person and I enjoyed working with everyone I came in contact with. They got me a great deal on my dream car fast and easily.

Trav F

Sold a 5 year warranty that only lasted 3 years. Weren't willing to help with anything after issue arose. Poor customer service. Read the fine print and don't get the bogus warranty if you find yourself desperate enough to buy from this scam of a dealership.

Jonathan Duncan

The staff was helpful and professional. They were a pleasure to work with. However, the used vehicles on the lot that had been "cleaned" were obviously dirty. There was dirt and stains visible prior to opening the vehicles up for viewing. In the showroom there was a bucket full of trash next to a salesman's desk two days in a row. The service I received from Dennis was exceptional and I highly recommend him, but the dealership needs to work on its cleanliness.

Debra Basaldua

I usually have to steel myself to go car shopping and deal with condescending pushy sales ppl. What an amazing surprise at Miller Jeep! I had an appointment with Craig Tatro. After 10 mins of no one asking me if I was being helped, I wandered into Service area and asked for Craig. After about 5 mins, he came to find me. He told me he was with someone else and would be back shortly. After 5 mins more I decided to leave figuring this was a typical dealership and I should get back to work. Craig flagged me down as I was about to leave and I'm so glad he did. He did more listening than talking. Showed me the exact Jeep I was hoping for. Negotiation on my trade in was honest, straightforward and friendly. The Finance Manager was fantastic to work with. And, the owner of the dealership, Johanna, came over, introduced herself, congratulated me and showed me where her office was if I needed anything. 2 1/2 hours after I walked in I drove off in my brand new Jeep Renagade! Great great experience. Didn't feel pressured and felt everyone was very straightforward to deal with!

Deb Edney

I came in just looking for trucks. Ford girl at heart however after working with Dennis and test driving I have myself a new 2017 ram 2500 Cummings!

Michael Rodriguez

The staff here were extremely nice and helpful. The parts manager, Wayne, really helped us decide a few things. I have a jeep wrangler and was looking to do some upgrades and Wayne pointed me in the right direction as he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Jeeps.

Josh Douglas

"Service" department is trash.

Donna Boucher

I went to Miller Chrysler in Lebonon Nh with intent to view a red truck.I drove onto the lot and a young man came out to assist. He was very sweet and helped me with my selection.I think I was the only client for the next 2 hours as it was late afternoon. The bargaining took place but unfortunatlely I as a senior lady became somewhat overwhelmed.I had not been offered water or anything and it was a hot day. While discussing the deal -my young salesperson did the usual back and forth dance with the "manager".I told him I was fading quickly and needed to leave. The manager came out totally in disbelief that I would leave. He put papers in front of me and said sign which I did -not really knowing what I signed. I went back with another friend the next day-all the manager kept saying is he made such a great deal -why did I leave..I tried explaining but no impression made and as I have tried contacting him several times with no return call-I loved the vehicle-while early discussion was going on a butterfly kept flying against the window behind my young salesman. Butterflies have been a sign from my daughter who died of cancer .That may have contributed to my discomfort but ....I still never got a return call so I am getting a car elsewhere I just found out you did a CREDIT CHECK the day AFTER I left the the dealership-that is DIRTY !!!!

Heaven O'Hara

I was in desperate need of a safe reliable vehicle. They helped get me in a vehicle within my payment range and it was a better vehicle then I ever thought I would have. I am extremely grateful for their hard work and dedication. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dealership.

Nancy Cutting

I walked into Key to find out if I could trade my Jeep Patriot for a lease. I was introduced to Dennis. He told me all about leasing and so we started the process. I told him what I could do and in awhile we came to me getting a Jeep Compass that I love. It is everything I wanted a more. I am so happy. Thank you Nancy Cutting

John Rutherford

When they say don't buy local, there's a reason. poor service, dishonest, typical dealership with worse prices than Manchester or Burlington

Adam Kleinbaum

Service here has been reliable and affordable

Kathi Cardow

I went into Key Chrysler and expected to get the usual pushy salesman routine but I was pleasantly surprised. Greg Sieglinger , our sales consultant and the general manager Dan, went above and beyond . They were very helpful. Made sure they met the all the needs I had and made it a great experience. I recommend Key hands down. Thank you Dan and Greg for all your help. I love my Compass, Trailhawk!

Pam Sherman

I came in for my 10,000 check up on my 2014 Beetle. I decided to wait for it and used the Wi-Fi to do some paperwork. Made myself some tea, sat at an available computer work station in the Volvo showroom and got a lot done. Nice and quiet and the men's room was spotless. Car was completed on time and you also washed it! That was unexpected, exceeded my expectations! Bob

Andrea Kelley

We wanted a particular car they did not have said car, they could not get said car, they did not have paper work for said car wanted us to buy off the lot ! So we left

danielle lihzis

Buying a car is my least favorite however working with dan and Greg have been the best experience in my buying career! Easy to work with fast reliable and honest! Friendly staff who are efficient and knowledgeable! This is the best place I’ve ever bought a car from! We will be back for sure!

Ariel Leggett

Miller Auto lives up to their longtime shady reputation, from used car sales to hosing you at the repair shop. If you are considering doing business with Miller Auto, you may want to evaluate some other options first.

Ethan Fortuna

Terrible. The check engine light came on while on the way to Montreal. Then lost a cylinder as we were pulling up to their garage. They wouldn't even take two minutes to plug it into the computer to say what was wrong. The guy was a jerk and basically told us to go away, he was too busy to help. Awful service.

Trish Murphy

Terrible service over priced cars they will go the extra mile to rip you off never again will I go there much better dealers out there

Robert Hoge

Go in and talk to Sam Hough; he made my buying experience a breeze! Transparent, upfront, honest - the new ownership has completely turned around the dealership!

Megan Sault

Excellent team to work with on the purchase of our new car! Great service and clean facility.

Very nice people got a good deal. Spent 3 weeks on my end trying to get it to work and Sam stuck with it.

Sherri Ackerson

This is our first purchase with Key and their Sales and Service team is outstanding! Almost forgot what great service was like!

Brandilyn Frary

We worked with Sam after our other sales guy blew us off. Sam was by ourside the whole time and never missed a beat! Thank you

My girlfriend and I came into the dealership in search of a better safer vehicle for our beautiful special needs daughter. We had uncertainty about our eligibility for a car and we were impressed by the help we received, also the owner spoke with us directly. I have to say we received the best most professional customer service I have ever seen and anyone I know who is in search of a vehicle come by they are fantastic!

Miller Auto Group says they "Go The Extra Mile" They do! They'll go ANY extra distance to avoid backing their products or providing quality customer service... Went in... SIX hours and 2 Test Drives later, I was ushered in to a 2007 Buick Lacrosse (the 1st vehicle was nicer and newer, but they couldn't work the financing). I told the salesman that I did not like the sound or feel of the brakes of the Buick... He said they were putting new tires on it, and he would have them check the brakes then. They CLAIMED the brakes were fine and even inspected the vehicle. Another mechanic (a reputable one) showed me the brakes were metal on metal. Almost $700 and Miller said in effect; Sorry, that's normal wear and tear... The tires they put on came with a "free" extended warranty. The left rear tire has been losing air constantly. "Sorry, if you had run into the curb and blown the tire we could help, but"... I called twice and emailed once, and my concerns were never responded to... To say nothing of the fact that there was dirt and trash throughout the car. I know used cars can contain unknown quantities, but Miller's unwillingness to supply a safe vehicle, or assist in correcting issues makes them an "AVOID AT ALL COST" in my book.

Patricia Rogers

Came here for parts. Great service.

Tamara Anderson

Was a very unexpected pleasant experience! Thanks Chris!

Julia Putnam

Customer Service was great until we bought the car... Keith and the business Manager worked with us on the payments we wanted. But once we bought the car and brought it home, we noticed there was no manual in the car, so we don't know how to some of the functions, including the code for keyless entry. My husband tried to call a couple times and emailed... heard nothing back. He also asked about getting the 30 day free fluid check... again nothing. Very disappointing!

Car Ren

Was quoted 2 different prices on one used vehicle. Run it through the shop and detail but they would charge over $2400 more versus right off the lot. I would think a dealer would run every vehicle traded in through their shop and check for possible safety issues or defects. I can understand charging a little more for detailing and maybe even fluid changes but the difference is enough to do changes for a year. We are now looking elsewhere.

Jennifer Hordych

My brand new 2015 jeep started making weird noises in the rear. I brought my jeep to the nearest dealership which was 30 minutes from where we were staying. Billy and Dave are AMAZING! Dave explained and showed us EXACTLY the problem which was very unsafe to drive. Billy arranged for a rental car and offered suggestions as to where to stay for the night. Dave has been a Chrysler mechanic for 15 years and very knowledgable. My jeep is safe in their hands. Thank you Miller!

Chengyu Wang

This is the worst place in the world if you want to ANY service with your car. You will be ripped off, purchase or maintainance. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

John Pepper

So far under new ownership I’ve been delighted and yet at the same time disappointed. In this latest service experience, we have had the vehicle there for over three weeks, and I’ve had to call at least four times to try to get any information on its status, I’m not pushing them to complete it quickly, just simply to provide any status update and I’ve had trouble getting anybody to call me back. Hopefully they will, and I can move this rating back up. I usually try only to leave positive ratings, but this is definitely a systemic issue... look forward to seeing things improve

Just looking at new cars, deciding what fits our lifestyle. Salesman was curtious and helpful. Good experience even though we didn't buy anything.

Dody Laclair

I purchased a new vehicle from them because they treated me like family until after the purchase was over then they started to ignore me and treated me like durt...don't go there ....

Jenna laflamme

My boyfriend had his vehicle serviced at a local shop and they kept telling him different things wrong with it. After spending way more then he should have I told him to get it towed to the Key store. I called in on a Saturday and the service manager instantly told us no problem Get it towed right down. She even got him into a car to drive so we wouldn’t have to keep sharing a vehicle. Just got the call today to pick it up and it’s all ready. The lady who checked us out went over our bill and was helpful. My boyfriend is glad he listened too me! We will be back with our Jeep!

Rich Gauthier

Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through. They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all

Bruce Richardson

We traded for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in April, this was our third Jeep Grand Cherokee. This vehicle is more than I would of expected to buy. I dealt directly with David Cicotti, why? Because this was our 21st vehicle we have bought from Miller Auto over the past 36 years. On the way out they took in a Chrysler Sebring convertible, that became our 22nd car/truck from them. Thank you to all of Miller Jeep employees, you made the purchase easy. And yes, it does pay to be a dedicated customer.

The sales part was excellent. They gave me way more than I expected for my traid in. The next day we went to sign for the new jeep and are paper work was missing. The jeep wasn't cleaned and no first inspection was done. I was going to pay out of pocket for the fancy undercoating package. I called 3 times Friday before anyone would pick up then when they did they had no clue what I was talking about. They said the sales team would call me back......still waiting. I ended up taking the jeep to a different dealership to get it done. I wont go back again. Service is supposed to keep the customer after the sale not forget them.

Brian Lombardo

Thanks Martha for saving me a trip. I got the same mailer that seemed to indicate that I also had won a flat screen TV. Jumped through all the hoops and read every word of fine print to see what I was missing. Figured there had to be a catch and indeed it looks like it is in the wording about comparing the confirmation code to the prize board. Just like you , thought why not go see what they have to offer, my Ranger is on its last legs. But now I won't bother, they have lost a visit and any likelihood of me showing up in the future as a customer.

KYLE MCLAUGHLIN

Great staff, they make it really easy

Katelyn Hathaway

Place was horrible!

Richard Monckton

They were willing to deal. They were helpful and knowledgeable. Pleasure to deal with.

Aphrodite Papadoliopoulos

Craig is awesome, he was always there to greet us with a smile. He was always there to answer all of our questions (even the most obvious ones). Craig isn't your typical salesman, he would check in from time to time but he wasnt calling everyday to ask if we made a decision yet, which was surprisingly refreshing. Thank you Miller Auto Group for our second Jeep!

Kenneth Baker

Very polite, helpful, and they get on top of there deals!

moll Bro

Great repair people. Sales people had no problem ripping off my single mother of two kid sister, typical dealership. Always about that sale. Nice place in hell for them!!

Scott Lucier

Great experience purchasing my new Durango RT. Alton was a great salesman took me out on test drives of different models explained everything to me was vert knowledgeable and didn't once ask me to purchase vehicle. Dan the sales manager took time to explain purchase and lease options, gave me pricing handout which clearly outlined purchase price and estimated payments and once again let me leave once I got all questions answered without asking me once to purchase a vehicle. Very relaxed and no pressure atmosphere definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Very enjoyable process.

Len DeJong

Excellent vehicle purchase customer service team experience including connections with the GM, Sales Mgr, Sales Consultant and Service Mgr. Recently returned for NH vehicle inspection and received timely and courteous follow-up.

My husband went in to look at a car (not to buy, he just thought it looked interesting) and a salesperson came out and said they needed used trucks and would sell him a new truck at the same monthly payment. Later, he brought me there and we sat for 5 hours as they offered us cars, gave us one price, then got us in back to sign paperwork and offered a completely different price. When told we couldn't afford that, we were interested in what they could make work at our current payment, they brought another vehicle and did the same thing. We were never let out of their site to have any discussions about the vehicles or the finances in private. When we were uncomfortable with the payments and length of the loan, we were accused of coming in for the sole purpose of wasting their time and informed that this was their living and other people were waiting to be seen. We finally left, completely exhausted, starving, and felt like we had been beaten. They called back later and left a voicemail saying they had great news and a better deal for us, but even if they managed to come up with a stellar deal I'm not working with these people! Yes, this is your living, but using bullying tactics isn't the best way to do it. Over the past three years we have purchased three different new vehicles, and every time the salesperson was 100% transparent about every facet of the cost of the vehicle, loan term, interest, and payments, and encouraged us to leave and come back after we had worked everything out on our own and thought about it and discussed it in depth. The time spent in dealerships for those three purchases combined was less than the amount of time we were babysat on the sales floor of Miller Auto, and we were always treated with respect and candor. It felt like at Miller they were trying to force us into something without adequate time to process the offer. Everything bad I had heard about this place was true, and next time we're interested in a Ram we're going back to the dealership in Claremont, even though it's farther away.

Cory Parton

I had a great quick experience

ramiro onofre

this guy treat so good and i highly recommend this place to buy your chrysler and dodge vehicles the best

Donna Orlando

Had my Toyota Highlander in for a recon, wash, wax, etc. Justin and Matt did a beautiful job! Strongly recommend! Kevin runs a nice shop, always has!

J

Friendly staff and no high pressure sales tactics. Thank you for the pleasant and informative test drive experience

Cathleen Francis

My Husband read the google reviews before going down. He did not tell me and let me form my own view of Miller Auto Group. We were told that they had what we had specked out through USAA, and that we could test drive it on Saturday. They did not have anything close to what we wanted, after an hour plus drive down. They tried to get us into a van with high miles, compared to the new van I went down there looking for. After we said we were not interested, the sales guy went to get his manager to try to close the deal that wasn't going to happen. I called this morning to talk to my original contact person. He made it sound like this never happens, except we all know it does. Don't fall into their tactics. Go somewhere else.

Randall Woodward

Terrible service lately. Kept my truck 2.5 days without touching it all while letting me think it was nearing completion. This has happened twice to me. No communication. I'll drive 35 miles away from now on for better service.

Sastry Nittala

Great dealership and service center. Nothing but praise. Got a great used JGC... smooth process, great quality, etc. though be aware of upsell. The service place on the other hand is amazing. I had nothing but great quality and experience. (Thanks to Bill).

J James

I had a perfect experience at Key Auto Group in Lebanon. Very honest very straight forward and very knowledgeable. Tony sold me exactly what I wanted for less than I expected to spend. Tony also knew more about the vehicle than anyone at other dealerships. Dan the GM was extremely gracious and friendly. I wasn’t planning on buying this vehicle just yet but the price offered was really good and they were able to get the paperwork done quickly as I had another appointment. I look forward to a long relationship here. Much better experience than I’ve had other places. Thank you to the entire team.

Chris Baronowski

Amazing company! Easy to work with and very transparent. If I could rate more stars I would.

Dorah Coulombe

Our family purchased a ram truck and lots of wants & needs on thst vehicle. Alton Young was patient & found us the perfect vehicle! We've compared prices & no one could touch their price! Excellent experience!

Buck Stricland

Started off having a bad experience but when they realized things went wrong they were more than accommodating. Left feeling better, Heidi is amazing at trouble shooting! Thank you for a great experience

Robert Sponable

My wife and I are very pleased with our recent experience in buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Key Dodge Jeep in Lebanon, NH. From our salesman Tony, to Dave and Alex the sales and financial managers, we were treated politely with professionalism and honesty. Their team was friendly and respectful and they didn’t resort to the high pressure “in your face” sales tactics that has become today’s norm. Highly recommend you give them a try!

Reed Anderson

Smooth. NOT Miller.

Erik Bergeron

Buying process was great. Prior to getting the truck we waited three weeks. Body shop had it for about a week and it took them two weeks to do rear brakes and sway bar. When getting the truck I noticed the manifold was leaking. We took it back for inspection which it failed for that. They then had the truck for a month. Which took them 1 day to do the job. Granted we were given a loaner both times. The service department needs to pick its game up.

charles robb

Buying a car there is Hell

Leona Dane

I had a great sales experience. I worked with a few different sales members but they were efficient and made sure I was happy with the vehicle I chose. I also appreciated the time spent to go over the new vehicle features with me--a lot of other stores don't do that and just hand over the keys.

Hillary Lumbra

Great service, very helpful, excellent variety of vehicles, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle here.

Robert Sundell

I was purchasing a Ram 1500 and asked to make sure there were two sets of keys. they said they would check, when I had finished signing the papers they told me that they did not have a spare key, that costs $600. Do not sign papers with these thieves unless all is settled.

Christopher Luce

PARTS DEPARTMENT PROVIDED EXEMPLARY SERVICE. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Sean

Great place go get my Jeep serviced! Awesome, no pressure sales staff! SO glad I waited until it was owned by Key to purchase from!

Sarah Aldridge

Truly grateful to the service department at Key CDJR of Lebanon NH. My husband and I were moving from Hanover to Boston and as we were leaving town my jeep's muffler started making a AWFUL noise. I called and service was closed. But the sevice manager happened to be working along with a mechanic. She told us to come right over and they would love to help us. They looked at it and our muffler was falling off. They took both my husband and I out and showed us how bad it was. We were given multiple options and they helped us and got us on our way. Without charging us and just wished us a successful move. The reassurance and the immediate response to our emergency will not be forgotten. THANK YOU KEY AUTO!

Jim Lally

Service writer and salesperson (Tony) were very helpful to this new Jeep owner

Bill Wes

Great service department. Bill W

Karen Koskoff

Great service

I came in to Key Auto in Lebanon, the service department was extremely busy. My wife and I were greeted by two VERY busy ladies. They both greeted us at the same time and it instantly put my wife at ease, along with a good laugh ( i am forever grateful for that) being in a stressful situation as we are traveling through the Upper Valley on vacation and our check engine light came on. We were instantly taken in and the problem was looked at and resolved. They arranged a shuttle ride so that we could go have lunch. When we came back the service manager had answers for us and reassured us that we were safe to continue on our way and enjoy the rest of our vacation. During check out we were again surprised by the low cost bill we were presented with., thank you too both of the ladies from my wife also EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! wish we lived in the area. Well Done

Sherrie Coleman

Had my vw car in for service this week.Scott was very busy but said if i can leave it for the day he would get it done. And he did plus service manager washed my car.AWESOME

David DeSimone

The best! What a great group to work with at all levels of the organization. So glad to have you here in the Upper Valley!

tony Ferri

Great sales team! Nice facility, hands down the best prices around !

Sandy Suckow

I went in for a routine mile check-up with Miller Volkswagen Volvo and had a great experience. Courteous, polite and efficient. After my check-up they called to see if I wanted a free car wash. Again, a wonderful experience. Thank you

Graham Hoffman

This is a great place to buy a car. Not pushy, and they do everything possible to make your experience a pleasant one. Thanks guys!

Derek Corbin

You want to be ripped off...head right on over to miller...they also love taking advantage of elderly people..pretty sad..

Adam Adolph

Just bought a vechile yesterday an was very pleased with there service very friendly an was very straight forward with everything. Definitely a different environment under new ownership. Will buy there again for sure

Shawn Barlow

Chris was very helpful and found me a vehicle with all my "must haves" and even my "would likes" at the price I wanted. He went over everything with me and provided lots of options. Very happy with my new leased Jeep Cherokee.

Michael Lang

Great experience. Did research prior to visit. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. They had the car i wanted. Manager worked the deal expected and I drove away in my new Jeep Renegade Limited a couple hours later. Nice people working hard to make it reasonable and easy.

SL350Z .

STAY AWAY! This company has issues that start at the top. I purchased a BMW 328XI Coupe here, that I later found out from one of the service writers had NEVER been out through the shop. Since then, I've put over $12,000 into this vehicle and when I brought it to the owners attention, a previous friend of mine, whom I trusted, "she" said.. "If you ever have a friend who is tried and true, fu@k them before they fu@k you." Well done Miller. Way to go the extra mile..

Cody Matheson

Chris and his staff do a tremendous job there. I was able to get the exact car I was looking for at what I thought was an unrealistic price but the team was able to work over a few days and get me what I needed. If you want excellent service and affordability, head up to Miller.

Mark Berry

Was told i had a bad emergency brake, would have been hundreds to fix it they said ! Made appt for later that wk. Meanwhile I had a certified mechanic take a look at it and its fine...held a 18 % grade. ..just saying !

Kaitlyn Christian

My husband and I bought a 2014 Ram with the help from Keith and John. Let me just tell you they completely changed our view of Miller. They went above and beyond to make the deal. It was an excellent experience and look forward to going to Miller for future purchases. Keith even held our baby so we could sign papers!! Very helpful! Thank you again guys! We love our new truck!

WJ Patry

Pretty awesome sales people, and some pretty awesome trucks! I bought a Dodge Ram Bighorn eco-diesel, and I love it! It gets an average 25 MPG!

Bruce Turner

I showed the Service Manager an imperfection in my rear bumper basicly to have it documented as I lease the vehicle. She said it needs to be corrected and we set an appointment. I was given a nice vehicle during the repair and they returned my vehicle to my home when it was ready. Great Service!

Nick Yager

I had a great experience with the service department that started on 11/10/2016. We brought my wife's dodge caravan in for warranty work and I found the service desk to be extremely helpful. Not only did they make the warranty portion painless, they helped me to get a rental car approved under the warranty, a benefit I didn't even know that we had.

Stephan Torres

Tried to hustle me so I left and bought my new truck somewhere else!

Nicole Mangum

Heidi is PHENOMENAL!! We were coming from NY to pick up our daughter at Cross Country camp. Our engine light came on an the car was over heating. Thank God I made it to New Hampshire and Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram of Lebanon!!! I walk in and Heidi literally took car of us, our car and even gave us a loaner so we could get around. They are amazing and truly care about their customers. You cannot ask for a better dealership!!!

Stephanie Darling

They didn’t fix what I ask them too fix. Installed a battery that I didn’t need without my authorization. Never ordered my key fob and key I asked for. When doing the oil change failed to reset the sensor. Failed too top off all fluids( windshield washer was empty and others as stated by a different service station.) also never fixed the head light they stated too me that the battery I didn’t asked for would fix the problem with the headlight it did not my light still doesn’t work.

nancy warner

I recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Gran Caravan from Miller Chrysler Jeep of Lebanon. My sales person was Craig Tatro, I had looked at some vans online then called Miller, Craig took his time to go over everything with me getting me a great deal on a new vehicle. The finance department worked hard to get me a great loan, helped to keep my payments affordable. Everyone that I dealt with at Miller was pleasant and respectful. My Van was delivered to me at my job the next day. I have told everyone about how well my experience was with Miller I will continue to buy all my automobiles from Miller

Shawn Hunt

Great service! I had an issue with a wheel bearing on a Friday night. Called Saturday morning and the service department is closed on Saturday. Luckily the service manager Heidi was there and a few techs. I explained my issue and she told me to bring it down and they would take a look at it. She was very pleasant and very helpful. The truck was not in great shape to drive so she gave me a nice loaner vehicle to drive for the next couple of days. Definitely way better than Miller Auto ever was! Thanks again Heidi.

User: Ballisticbam_b

Overpriced half-assed service and maintenence, idiots, always disappointed. Might as well go to Jiffy Lube. Zero customer service, salespersons are idiots, worth the drive elsewhere when buying. Save $$ time and energy.

Kalyn Gelinas

Nothing like Miller!! Awesome staff.

Teymour Javaherchi

I would give no star, if I could. Went there late in the evening and asked if they have any advise for me on cross overs for tge area and weather since I am new there. The DB guy just said no advice! Guess what, I took my business elsewhere and I leased a new mazda within next 3 days! Avoid if you can.

Nicolas Doak

This is about sales- haven't dealt with the service folks yet. Tried to buy a new car here... had to go somewhere else and bought the same day. Soon as I moved to town I started hearing horrible stories about Miller, but since I was looking for a brand new car- I thought I'd see what they'd do. Test drove a new Jeep here with a nice older gentlemen who was very knowledgeable and the father of the manager. Came back the next day to order one, and a vulture sales guy jumped on us right away. My wife didn't even want to talk to him since he had a strange, slimy vibe. Asked for the guy from yesterday and the vulture says that he quit. I didn't believe him but thought I'd get some numbers and decide. Walked in knowing everything I wanted to order in a new car. Told him everything we wanted and asked for a trade-in value. They wouldn't even give a number until they could get us to talk monthly payments. Since I don't care about the monthly payment, I couldn't get them to budge on giving a trade-in value and had to walk out. Sales guy had no issue watching a sale walk out the door, and the manager (who wouldn't give a trade-in offer) just sat at the counter and watched. Drove to the Jeep dealer 45 minutes away and bought the new Jeep.

These folks have refined "Bait & Switch" to an art form. The promo in my mail is misleading at best. The promo does say "compare your confirmation code to the prize board and claim prize". The bait is that I clearly won a flat screen TV. Didn't need one, but hey, there's always Craigslist. The switch is that when I got there, although I had registered my confirmation code online, it didn't match the confirmation code for the TV. While the Lebanon Police indicated that this isn't illegal, there is a clear disconnect between what the promo indicated, and what came to light to be the truth. However, I still qualified for a $5 WalMart Gift Card. While it made for good slick salesmanship theatre, it is not how I would ever want to be treated. I didn't accept the gift card. It's not the money, it's the principle of the thing. I-N-T-E-G-R-I-T-Y is how it's spelled. I learned that in order to post this, I had to at least indicate one star. Unfortunate.

Jonathan Farhadian

I had an amazing experience at key Chrysler dodge jeep ram. Went in to compare pricing on new Ram and left with my new truck that day. Sam my sales guy made the truck buying experience simple and painless with the best price around. The GM Dan Lagrange was incredible and sat down with me to make sure i was completely comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I highly reccomend and will never shop anywhere else!

Jer Lago

Just had a great experience here. I stopped in with no appointment after my Check Engine light went on. It was a Saturday, and the service group is officially closed. But Heidi, the service manager, and John jumped in with a quick diagnostic to ease my mind before a long drive I was taking. This is the kind of service that deserves a shout-out.

Greg Sieglinger

Formerly Miller, what a pleasant change the Key group brought to the place. Much more pleasant sales environment with amazing deals and personable staff.

Keith White

Went in looking for a wholesale vehicle . dude tells me about a truck for 3000 he named the price look at the truck make the deal. Had 2 grand on me girlfriend goes to bank to get another grand while we do the paper work get to the mileage verification and it was wrong I called him on it the guy goes to check it the sales guy comes back with I can't sell this truck the one I was buying went to auction. Then tries to put me in some Nissan 4 cup piece of garbage. Sorry but anyone who doesn't hold to a hand shake deal and try a end around is garbage

Elizabeth Mosher

We drove 5 hours from New York for a new Jeep Wrangler. The best deal we have seen anywhere! We worked with Sam and he was wonderful! Finance was amazing as well. Step by step during the paperwork process and not rushed out the door! We have never received service like this at any other dealer! We will be coming back for another vehicle in the future!!!

Niecy Kiss

The ONLY awesome thing about this place is Sam Hough. I feel like he doesn't treat me like a $ sign.

Eric Iberger

The staff in the service department were very helpful and very accommodating. We had an emergency need to fix transfer case shifter while we were on vacation and they got it done in less than a day.

Dillon Nutting

I do a ton of service work here and by all my cars here always have a great experience
