Dealership seemed extremely reasonable on the phone. In person they became your typical car dealer. They knew I was coming in to buy the vehicle. They did not detail the car the day before. I picked up on a Sunday so detail was never done. I bought a new terrain and it has 30% oil life.... explain that to me ? Dealer refused to pay for an oil change (I understand that I get two free all changes for the first two years I own the car; however, a new vehicle shouldn't have 30% oil life). They offered me a free detail and oil change, but I live almost 2 hours away and they know that. That’s why they made that offer. If they truly wanted to do what was right I would get it detailed and oil change near my house and send them the bill and they would reimburse me.

Quick, convenient and friendly. This was my first experience with the service department at Key Buick GMC in Somersworth but, it was a very positive one. Liz was very helpful and got all my issues taken care of.

Went there to get a replacement car key. The gentleman behind the parts counter was excellent, full stop. The key we were replacing was a transponder type (the key "talks" to the car before it will start to help thwart car thieves) which was overly expensive. Non-dealer sources we're 60% cheaper but the customer service and advice mostly made up for the cost difference. The cost is General Motors suggested/mandated and really not the dealer's responsibility but it was still too high. Thus the 4-star review.

We drove hours to visit your location to see if you could help us trade to a GMC. You told us that you (Derick) would have to have your financial person see if leasing would be an option for us, and that you would call us the next day which was Sunday. When you didn’t call, I called. I was told you were busy and would call us right back. When you didn’t I called you AGAIN Monday morning. You said that you were waiting because the loan companies were open. That you would call me back. Then you didn’t call again. I called AGAIN on Thursday and spoke to Jordan Who said you weren’t there, and that the other manager would call me back because he was with a different client. Guess what? No one called. If it couldn’t be done that’s all you had to call and say. But as your company is obviously not professional enough, I don’t think we will be doing business ever with you and I will be leaving reviews on all social networks indicating the very same. A very unprofessional company I definitely don’t recommend them.

No customer service, didn't do the work we were charged for and wouldn't work with us to fix what they didn't do. Also, said work needed to be done that didn't. Had to get car fixed at a different garage and the other repair they said we needed doesn't need to be done.

By far the best dealership I’ve bought from, extremely helpful and now only buying from here. I worked with Derek, the sales manager that had no issue helping us! There was minor rust on one of the fenders of the truck I bought and he not only fixed it, but he fixed the rust bubbles on the opposite side free of charge. Looks brand new. The quality of the services performed are worthy of 5 stars, the cleanliness of my vehicle upon receipt of repairs is where it tanks. The staff in the service dept are wonderful. You would want your vehicle to be returned to you in the same cleanliness condition as when you dropped it off. Not having to clean grease and oil off of the dash, steering wheel, floor mats (aren't they supposed to put paper ones down on the interior?) Again, it would have been a 5 star rating if not for the way the technician left my interior.

I had a great experience at Somersworth GMC. I inquired about a truck I was interested in and Derek gave me a call to come to the dealership to check it out. I was satisfied with the way Derek treated me while negotiating and came to agreement with no stress. Stephan was also very helpful. I had the opposite experience with Quirk GMC. I tried making a deal twice with them (where I purchased my previous truck), both times telling me what I wanted wasn't possible. Then I go to Somersworth GMC and I am in and out with a new truck. I recommend this dealership and the service department for easing my anxiety level when the door trim had to be replaced for a factory oversight.

They hold you hostage! I will never do business with they dealership. They took our keys to look at the vehicle we were looking to trade in they kept the keys and wouldn't give them back to us. I had to ask at least 4 times. They would only give them back after we talked to the sales manager. He was not nice to us never smiled and you could tell he was so upset that we were leaving and not purchasing a vehicle. We went to GM Holloway in Portsmouth. They are the complete opposite so friendly and helpful. We found exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. We are so glad we went to Holloway to buy our car.

I could not thank these guys enough. Not only did they stay 2 hours past closing but they took my car (which I considered junk) for more than what any other dealer offered. I recently purchased my first SUV from Key Buick in Somersworth. I have not purchased a car since 2007 and felt very comfortable through every step of my buying process. I worked with Kyle Rugh, and it was the smoothest experience. I was in and out in 3.5hrs— expecting it to take up my entire day! As a woman, it can be intimidating but all of the staff made me feel like they cared about me, every step in the process. I even noticed that the oil wasn’t recently changed, and Kyle gave me not only my first oil change at no charge, but my second one too! I’ve had my car for almost three months now, and had my free oil change with tire rotation this past week. Again, I was treated like they cared about me, and I was even able to make my appt on the same day that I called! I would send anyone to Key Buick in need of a quality, safe, and stylish vehicle.
