As usual, the work was done to perfection, no recommendation left undone, done in a very reasonable time frame as promised. I typically only leave feedback if I've had a really good or a really bad experience - this is one of good ones! I recently purchased a Highlander from Irwin Toyota and the process from beginning to end was actually a pleasure (for once when purchasing a vehicle). I personally worked with Bob Travers and he was polite, responsive, & informative throughout our dealing. He was prepared when I showed up to pick up the vehicle and spent 20-25 minutes with me in the vehicle to explain to me the control panel and what each of the buttons do. I thought it to be a nice touch not to rush out of there once he handed me the keys. The dealership is also clean & inviting and I found it to be one of the better Toyota dealerships I've visited over the years. I plan to recommend Irwin motors to my friends & family going forward.

Was extremely surprised and pleased with how our transaction went! We had been shopping locally for a new van and a rep reached out from Irwin with an initial offer with a van that met all of our needs. The price was at least $3k lower than our local dealers. When trying to work with our local dealers they couldn't come close to both the sale price of the new van and also the trade in value of our current van. We were given the "We have had customers come back saying that the deal wasn't what it was" line from both but after multiple questions and assurance from the initial internet sales agent we decided to make the 3hr drive. I was skeptical the entire time but from the moment we arrived... to working through the financing and warranties.. everything was exactly as it was initially agreed on and more! They honored there agreement to fix it at no charge. Also honored my sales agreement of free oil changes for a year. My dealing with Michelle and Jameson was a very excellent experience. I told them that I was going to purchase this new truck from them due to the fact that they did indeed give me their best price at my first visit where as the other dealers were hemming and hawing about their bottom line. Not one second of pressure to buy and they answered all my questions honestly. I called and talked to Isiah Anderson (this guy was awesome) he beat the online price. I also told him I needed it ASAP and he made that happen I scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm and about 1:45 I was on my way. Chris at the Irwin Toyota service department listened carefully to my repair issues. They service department then did an oil change, put the summer tires back on their rims, and did the yearly inspection. The best part was I had reported that the headlights seemed dim and this Toyota technician figured out that a faulty bulb was causing the entire head light electrical system to dim. The service department charged me reasonable labor rates and were very responsive through this process.

Brought by 2018 Toyota Corolla in for routine check and annual state inspection. This was my first experience to the Service Department and I wasn't sure where to park. I brought two Camry's to be worked on. I told everyone I spoke to that I had a six hour drive to do right after the second car was finished. It had a Engine Maint light on. The first car had a 7 AM scheduled start time and the second car had a 9 AM scheduled start time, and it was there on-time. At 10:30, I asked for a status. The person at the counter asked the mechanic and relayed there wasn't a problem, maybe we needed to change the oil. Did I know the mileage? The sticker was on the window and he went back again. It was due, slightly. I was very upset they had me waiting for an hour and a half, no updates, and they had me waiting when there was nothing wrong with the car. I left without being charged or oil being changed, and they LEFT THE MAINT LIGHT ON when no maint was required. I can't go back there, which is very disappointing as I bought the first Camry new from Irwin. I made NYC just in time to hit rush hour. What an exhausting day.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota truck from Irwin Toyota (Irwin Automotive). Initially it seemed like a good truck and price, Irwin boasts in their advertising of what a great value they offer and their alleged good reputation but later I found this truck needed thousands of dollars’ worth of repairs. The truck was also taken in on trade, and previously being serviced by them. On the evening of delivery, I drove the truck home and found it was making a noise. It also had a vibration somewhere in the vehicle. The next day I looked under the truck and discovered the rear differential was oil soaked with a leak. I called about the issue, threatened to cancel the sale and they agreed to look at it. They replaced the rear seal and probably deciding to save a little money and time didn’t bother to refill the differential with oil. A couple months later, the differential was ruined. It was diagnosed with a bad rear pinion bearing that was starving for oil. The differential was found a quart low. As some kind of ridiculous defense, they claim the differential was probably bad when they sold it to me. I guess that makes it better for them. I returned the truck a second time, after they supposedly fixed everything and charged me, and the truck was driven less than a thousand miles. From the time I purchased it, the truck would randomly start shaking and vibrating at highway speed. The truck was completely unpredictable and unsafe to drive. Unfortunately, they told me it would be a couple weeks until they could look at it. It was another week to diagnose and fix, three weeks in all. This time they found a second leaking wheel bearing, and claimed the vibrations were coming from worn out front brake pads and rotors, and a frozen, rusted and corroded emergency brake. All of which passed their safety inspection. I wonder how that was possible? Now after all these problems, and after the sale, they recommended a new timing belt and water pump, as well said it needs a new differential (they ruined the original). They even also found the taillight was cracked and needed replaced, all of which existed when they sold it to me but didn’t find any issues when they originally inspected it. They totaled up over $4000 dollars of needed repairs. When I purchased the truck and inquired about the timing belt, I was originally told that the truck didn’t have one. After I insisted on checking this, they did admit it had a belt but couldn’t determine whether it had been replaced. The service department said it sounded ok and recommended to forget about it, that “nobody replaces them anymore”. Now along with the rear differential, the front differential was just found bad, a common defect issue on the second generation Tundra. That issue had a bulletin and recall for years, now expired. I suppose that will add another $2000 to the $4000 they already recommended. Beware of this dealership and the second generation Tundra’s. This dealer gets them cheap on trades or at auctions, does nothing or next to nothing then flips them for retail on unsuspecting customers. The truck suffers quality and reliability issues, and now has a weak drivetrain, a leftover design from the smaller truck and as well still has the frame rot issue. Not sure how new you would have to purchase to get away from the issues but you may be best to check other trucks and definitely another dealer. By the way, if you get stuck with a bad deal on a pre-owned vehicle from a Toyota dealership don’t bother calling Toyota. They don’t care. The final outcome and comment to me was “you bought a used vehicle”. Guess they would rather you buy a new one and could care less about what happens after. Good Luck with “Going Places"

I was in the market for a new SUV and narrowed my search to either the Toyota Rav4 or the Chevrolet Equinox. After driving both cars numerous times and researching reviews and safety options, I decided to go with the Rav4. A friend recommended that I go to Geoff Cunningham at Irwin because he had had an excellent experience with him. Geoff was great. He explained the benefits of the vehicle, took me for a test drive (and didn't cringe at my driving), showed me all the options, and treated me like a real person. He answered all my questions and was not pushy. I ended up leasing a Rav4 and love my car. Geoff even picked me up and drove me to Irwin's to pick up my new vehicle - a significant investment of his time. Geoff's service did not end when I finalized the deal. He has checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything is okay and has followed up by making sure I received all the perks (for example Irwin gives a gift card to prospective buyers). He made sure that my experience was - and will be - a positive one. One final note - everyone else at Irwin has been great also and I highly recommend the dealership as a whole. Plus I take comfort in knowing that they have an excellent service department so I am confident I will have reliable mechanics maintaining my vehicle.

Harness for same apparently had been worked on previously and wiring colors did not match original. Work included repair of some detariated wires and sensor. Also did inspection. This was our first car buying experience in NH as well as with Irwin Toyota. from my first conversation with the internet Sales Manager to walking through the doors at Irwin Toyota and being greeted by their Product Specialist, Erik Faro, the purchasing process could not have been more straightforward, nor supportive. We received a very fair price for our new Highlander , and every opportunity to review options and answer questions was presented to us at every stage of the process. We were never pressured to take on additional warranties and service agreements at any point of the process. I should note that we received this same type of service on my wife's Lexus when we needed some minor body work a on the bumper a few months ago.
