Josh of Ira Lexus was a ray of sunshine in a situation from Hell!! We have owned other Lexus vehicles in the past. Of the people we have dealt with at different dealerships, Josh was by far the best and most knowledgeable.
Bought a car from them on 12/17/18. They gave me a 21 day temp plate. It is now 1/28/19 and they still have yet to register my car and give me my plates. I received the car a week after that plate started and the car has been sitting in my driveway since the plate expired! I literally got to drive the car for two weeks! I have been having to get rides from people and rent cars on random days. They have excuse after excuse ! Customer service is awful! Terrible experience!

I dropped the car on Saturday and they gave me a loner and informed part is not in stock and it may arrive on Monday. Monday evening I got a call from Don stating part is not arrived and advised me to take the loner for my travel to Delaware. Tuesday morning I got a call, stating it’s ready and I postponed my trip by a day. Within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership, check engine light came again and I went back, again Don advised me to take the loner for my trip. Kevin, the service manager called back saying they reset the lights, car just needs to run for a while and it’s ready, while I was driving home with the loaner. I decided, I will take a shower and go back, He called 2 more times while I was in bathroom, concerned about the loner and asking to return the loner. While I was there Don informed me that they may need to replace another part, if the light came again, that it’s safe to drive with check engine light on. The check engine light came back again after few minutes. It appears Kevin and the dealership are rushing the fix and they are more concerned about the loaner than fixing my car properly.

Quite simply the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The staff was Very attentive, especially Nick in Sales, Brandon in Finance, and Chantel in the Internet Dept. I honestly can't say enough about the entire process, start to finish. Not only did they relocate me the exact color vehicle I was looking for from a partner dealership in Massachusetts... But they didn't charge me for that, and gave me an extraordinary deal both in pricing and in interest rate. If you're thinking about buying a Lexus anywhere else, stop into the Manchester branch first. You won't be disappointed!

I called on Monday for an oil change and the only days available were Thursday and Friday late mornings when I work. Reluctantly I took a Saturday appointment here at 8:45 and the rest was downhill. I was there early to process paperwork and It took over three hours to get an oil change. If I am getting a service at 8:45, it should be serviced at 8:45/9 when the paperwork is done. When I was suppose to pick it up at 11, they told me that the car hadn’t even been looked at yet and then at 11:40 they asked me if I wanted recommendations done to my car for other services after I’ve already be waiting too long and I knew they hadn’t even started working on it. Well deserving of a 1 star review.

I normally don’t bring my cars to a dealership. My new ES 350 needed some scheduled maintenance. Initially I was concerned because the early morning crew was short staffed and it took me longer than expect to get checked in and on my way with the loaner I was provided. I was pleasantly surprised by the service agent Laurie. She listen to my questions and my concerns. She answered the questions she could and obtained the answers for questions she could not answer. Laurie kept me up to date during the day on the work status and called me when the car was ready. Ira Lexus was flexible with my schedule and made it easy to pick up my car in my time frame. I must say I was impressed with my first Lexus dealership service experience. It was better than any experience I have received in the past. Overall my car buying experience was great and efficient. I liked my salesman, Matt, who helped me through the process and was not pushy or anything. My only issue was that I noticed there were some scratches on the windshield a couple days later. I reached back out to the sales and service team to see if this was something they would buff out quickly, but I didn't get a response back. If they would address this issue then I would easily give 5 stars.
The worst experience I’ve had with a dealer’s service department. While my service rep was responsive and helpful, he was out of the office the second day my car was there. During that day, I had to call SIX times in order to receive an update on my car. Each time the person who answered said a rep would call back. And each time I had to call back an hour later asking for an update. When I finally received an update at 6pm I was told my car would not be ready until the next day. I finally heard from my original service rep early the next day, and he said my car was in fact ready the previous day. Just a total lack of customer service resulting in an extremely frustrating experience.
I was greeted by friendly service people and my service was completed on time and I left with a newly washed and vacuumed car!
Brought car in this morning for an oil & filter change. When I took delivery of this car 5 months ago, Tech put too much fresh oil in engine at that time as part of used inventory car prep. About one quart too much. Today was the same experience. I checked dip stick prior to leaving dealership and it showed about a quart too much. I brought it to the attention of service writer and he concurred and brought the car back into the shop so Tech could drain some in order to get level to the proper amount. More oil in engine than what manufacturer recommends, is not good for the engine. Also, service report noted windshield washer fluid was “topped off”. I checked washer fluid reservoir just before bringing car in and the level was the same upon picking my car up after service was done - which was an inch below the reservoir filler neck. Shouldn’t claim to have done things such as topping off of fluids when that is not so.

Being in the catering business we do a breakfast meal for ira about every two weeks or so and I stopped in set up the breakfast and the showroom is absolutely spotless probably one of the nicest I've ever seen anywhere they always have a very nice selection of cars. The sales people are not pushy which is really nice for a change and just overll a nice dealership.if you need to have work on your car this plenty of entertainment that you can watch on the TV things like that while they work in your car or if you wish you can go shopping at one of the nearby shopping centers and then come back a little bit later on but they definitely have a lot of what I would call personal attention they really wait on you hand and foot which is a good thing considering it is a luxury car line .

Bought 2018 Lexus Feb 19 and front tires were balding and pointed out at delivery . Told me they were fine they measured treads etc . Well Had it looked at by a tire company and said the front tires are worn and need to be replaced . $45,000 car and I had To pay for new tires asked dealer to reimburse me as i had asked for nothing else on delivery and was told Flat out no .. not good service or business .

I thought that the whole service activity was handled very professionally, however that comes at a cost. The cost is high and comes as somewhat of a shock. Especially when you have to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors & replace transmission and transfer case fluids at 29K miles.
We have purchased 3 vehicles here and have had very positive experiences each time. Joe was excellent to work with for our last 2 vehicles, keeping us informed of the progress of our orders. The configurations we wanted weren’t available anywhere so we placed production orders. The orders were accurately fulfilled - no issues.
Not a good experience with this visit. Way underperformed from previous experiences. Showed up exactly 10:00am. Service person finally came to me 40 min later as far as the work to be done and sign paperwork. I also noticed they fudged the time that I showed up as 10:14. I explained to her that I waited 10 min before anyone took the keys to my vehicle. She corrected and she said she would expedite since I had been waiting so long. She also acknowledged being short staffed with Service personnel. Only had two people. I then waited another 11/2 hours for 80,000 maintenance and inspection. Seemed a little long. Arrive person finally checked me out at 12:15pm. She did discount the inspection for my wait, but then I had to wait another 15 min to get my vehicle. Service person had my keys and had to go to back parking lot to find my vehicle and bring it around. Worst service experience I’ve ever had at IRA Lexus. Should have been in and out in an hour

I had a wonderful experience buying a used car at Ira Lexus! The model I bought was not even a Lexus, but Phil and Nigel kept complimenting the car as if it were! The test drive process was easy, and they let me take as much time as I wanted to look around and inside the car before deciding to buy. They lowered the price from the CarGurus listing, and that price was below similar models of the same car I was looking at, so I felt like I got a great deal. I did not even have to haggle or argue too much to get a good deal. They did a great job detailing and buffing out some of the scratches on the car while I was in the office, and I was thrilled to drive home after finalizing the sale. Anita was fabulous at responding to my questions via email before my appointment, and made the process a no-hassle experience since I knew my options for payment and registration. I bought a used F 150 from Ira Lexus. The car buying experience was actually quite painless compared to other experiences. I made an appointment to come see the truck a number of days before I actually got there. It was still there. I got to take it on test drive without the sales person breathing down my neck. Another bonus. Up front pricing did not leave much room to negotiate on the price of the truck. However, I was given a fair offer on my trade in after some discussion. I had the truck for less than 2 weeks and dashboard lights came on. I got the extended warranty so I took it back to Ira. They were willing to assist me with getting it to a ford dealer and getting a loaner but stated it would faster if I took it there myself. I took the truck to Autofair and they have had it for nearly a week. At first I was told it was parts they were waiting on. Then I was told the repair was taking longer than expected. As of today I am being told the truck has a rare issue that does not happen often. Something having to do with the drive train and turbo charger. I am just surprised that a vehicle that was on the lot for a long period of time did not get put through a rigorous inspection before leaving the dealership. I got to be honest I am almost left feeling like I went to car dealership and left with a lemon.
Good: I purchased a 2016 Rx 350. This is the third Lexus I have owned in 20 years. Despite the very, very poor service and treatment I make the purchase only because I knew what I wanted and it's the only Lexus dealership within the state of NH, which does not leave many other options. She was definitively a typical and aggressive "sales person". She knew the product and was able to explain most of the features on the car. The dealership has a nice facility and front desk was welcoming. Due to Tricia my sales person being promoted, I was assigned to sales person Mark Gauthier on the day of closing. Mark was very friendly and did a much better job explaining all the functions on the car and how to use them. He was willing to answer questions even after I left. Mark did a good job. Bad: Tricia was all about the "sale" other than thinking of the me, the customer, especially a lifelong customer. She was definitely hard ball and all about the commission. No wonder she was promoted to Manager of the BMW store. Although she was promoted to BMW she spoke negatively of BMW product, as she knew it's a brand I was considering due to the higher price point of the Lexus and I was getting a better deal at Tully BMW in Nashua. Ugly: I did not get what my trade in was worth. Although KBB is a very reputable site and I have used this site for many years to buy and sell cars. I was being lead to believe that Lexus can't offer me what KBB suggested for my car because my car was not worth it. Although my car was accident free, had new tires, brakes, AC compress all within the last 6 months. I have all the maintenance records and it just has an oil change 2 months ago. This we a well maintained car that only saw snow 4 months of its lifetime. I was lead to believe they could not give me what my trade-in was worth because the information on KBB is random and "not accurate". They offered me half of what the car was worth and did not budge. I again was bullied by the Finance person, Jose. I explained my husband secured a loan at our local credit union. He insisted they still had to have pull our credit. He went back and forth with me for over 10 minutes before he said, "oh yes I remember, yes we don't have to pull credit". If you are doing a full time job, I am sure I am not the first person who came in and had outside financing. In addition, he did not do his part by getting the paperwork to my bank so they can proceed. Until I called him back and insisted he did or I am not purchasing the vehicle. Even when he did send over the purchase and sales agreement, it was not completed accurately. Then begun to put demands on us to go in and sign immediately so they meet their numbers for the month January. Tricia also later pointed fingers stating I was held up because I refused to use Lexus's financing option and that was the reason for the delay and the complicated process. In which that's not correct. I am an educated person and have bought several cars in my lifetime. I left they insulted my intelligence and took advantage maybe because I am a woman, I don't know. I understand they are sales people but they are also representing the Lexus brand and not some buy here, pay here, used car lot.Overall, I felt bullied and they knew they had a customer who was loyal to the Lexus brand and they took advantage of that. This is not a good way to do business or maintain the Lexus reputation. When I told Anita, the finance manager at closing about my concerns she only apologized for Tricia's and Jose's behavior and stated she would offer 20% off all the other stuff they try to sell at closing that you don't really need for the car. In addition, I left a message for the manager, Chantal Cote, she called me, after my initially visit. I left her a message with my concerns and yet to have a return call; it's been at least 4 days. If I had another dealership close by to go to I would have. But I like the Lexus brand and would only buy a Lexus from a dealership due to warranty on the certified cars.

Thanks to Dawn, my car has never been better and I have avoided the big ticket maintenance bill by taking my car in for it’s scheduled maintenance.

There was no hard sell and I feel I got a fair price. IRA went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them. I bought the first 2019 ES 300 Hybrid to leave their lot and I love the car!

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle the sales consultant assisting was professional, attentive, and willing to help me find the right vehicle. However that vehicle was not available. Only critique I would ha e is they need to update their website with accurate inventory.

Tanya's was my service advisor and she was great. She was informative and help me get my RX350 service in a timely manner. All the services was done free of charge due to having a secondary warranty on the oil cooler line. Tanya's offer me a 2018 Lexus NX 300 for loaner vehicles while my vehicle was being service. Horrible all the way around to buy a car almost 5-1/2 hours!!!!!!!! Paperwork waiting 2-3 hours for finance I bought a Certified car and finance Brandon still trying to sell me everything after the fact ! I drive the car home and within 3 days had to go back in shop ! What about this awesome 161 point inspection? Don’t go to IRA LeXUS in Manchester not to mention the FEE of almost $600 extra to buy a car NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable technician answered all my concerns and fixed the problem. Also provided me a loaner free of charge while my vehicle was there for service.
I had appointment at 10:30, arrived at 10:05. Checked in and requested my loaner care that was scheduled with my appointment. No loaners available however I could take their shuttle home. While waiting for shuttle I overheard another customer looking for his loaner, no loaner available. He went on to say he cancelled his appointment the previous day because once again there was no loaner. You should stop assigning loaners if you don't have them. Terrible customer service. I was told my vehicle would be ready that evening about 5 or 6 and someone would phone me, no phone call. My wife was going to drop me off at 7 on her way to work however my neighbor said he would but not till 9. That was fine but I called at 7 and they were just starting to detail my car. That takes about 5 hours. I asked why they couldn't start until morning and was told that there were to many vehicles were scheduled for detailing. I asked why and was told that the appointments were made in Texas not the dealership. Total lack of communication between dealership and Texas. For a luxury car company the service department needs to get the act together. First Lexus and possibly my last. There are many more luxury car dealerships out there not to be able to provide excellent service.

Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive. Chantal the online Sales Manager responded to our inquiry efficiently and provided information that influenced our decision to visit the dealership. Britney Costa, the Sales Consultant has a deep product knowledge. She is especially pleasing to deal with, responsive and works to satisfy and inform. The details of our purchase were handled smoothly and expertly. Anita met with us to go over special programs/after purchase products. Again, she provided wise advise and clear explanations. She was well versed in all aspects of the Lexus programs. Our entire experience was a positive one. The culture at IRA Lexus is unlike any other we have had dealt with in the past. We give them high marks in all categories of the purchasing experience. Bought my first car here, a used 2013 Toyota Rav4. Jeanne Mills was an honest and direct salesperson that made me feel entirely comfortable in my purchase. Our nephew has been staying with us this summer and his Lexus needed service. We own Audi’s so we had never used this dealership. They were first class start to finish. There service drive-in is well organized and I was greeted by no less than three enthusiastic employees. I was then introduced to my Service Assoc., Lexi, who took me the rest of the way. I was in and out in about an hour and everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend the service department at Ira Lexus.
It was 20 - 25 minutes from when I turned my car over to the valet until the service rep called me into her office. The Lexus customer area is very nice and fancy, but waiting that long just to discuss my service needs, after I had made an on-line appointment (I was on time for the appointment) was unacceptable. No amount of warm cookies and bottled water make up for it.
I used the valet service for the first time today and what a great service it is! Instead of having to drive 2.5 hours (round trip) and spending another couple of hours waiting for my car to be serviced they picked up my car and gave me a loaner until they returned it. What a great perk for buying my car at Manchester Lexus. Also they found and removed a screw from my tire then plugged the hole at no charge. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks so much to the service team and Fraser the driver.
After visiting several dealerships shopping for a new lease, no one treated me more fairly and honestly than Ira Lexus of Manchester. Everyone was down to earth from the person who greeted me at the door all the way up to the General Manager. My sales rep Fred was exceptional in working a deal that fit my budget, took time to understand my situation/demands, and didnt come across as your typical car salesman just trying to close a deal. We went above and beyond to make the deal happen for me. I highly recommend this dealership and will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market again for a new vehicle. A+ all around!

I had such a great experience at Ira Lexus Of Manchester. From the salespeople to the finance people, to the managers. Everyone was very personable and great to deal with. I ended up buying two new Lexus vehicles, one for my wife and one for myself. I also ended up coming back a few days later and my father got a good deal on a new Lexus as well. So truly a Lexus family now. Our salesman Matt was great, very knowledgeable of all the Lexus models, options and functions. He was able to answer all of our questions on various model Lexus’. Same with Brandon and Jose in the finance office. Very knowledgeable and they are great and going through options in the buying process. Anita, Alfi and Nigel were all very personable and were able to answer my questions and worked with me and Matt to close a deal. Alex was very helpful and a great energy in the showroom. Everyone was really awesome very much a family/friend feel there. No bully tactics or a lot of back and forth. Very fair on trade in values. Didn’t feel like I was “raked over the coals”. Will be back, made me a Lexus customer for life! Thanks guys!

What a great place to go purchase a vehicle. All employees are very polite and make you feel welcome and at ease. The facility is very clean and neat and has a great atmosphere to it. I have been in a lot of dealerships over my years and have never had such a great experience and feel this good. Very highly recommended to go and experience the great feeling.
Recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti from IRA. Jasiaya was a pleasure to work with and was very professional - no hard tactics. Ended up with a fair deal for both parties (new and trade). Very accommodating to my wishes of letting my mechanic thoroughly check the vehicle. The day i drove off the lot, I noticed some minor damage to 2 interior doors. I immediately sent a text to Jasiaya and headed back to dealership. When i arrived, I was approached by Jeff (Sales Manager) and he already knew why I was there. He then checked out the vehicle with me and assured me all would be fixed, which was completed a couple of days later. I honestly have never been treated so well when purchasing a car from any dealer new or used. Kudos to IRA. It's these types of things that really make a difference. We will definitely be returning for our next purchase!
