Dennis was the best!!! He is the biggest reason we decided to purchase our Hyundai Accent. He was friendly and HONEST! We had been around the block with salesmen for the 3 weeks prior to visiting Hyundai of Keene and were getting very discouraged. OMG, this has been by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Right from the start Kathy took really good care of me on the phone and addressed each and every question and requirement I had. Then I arrived at the dealership and met Sean (GM) and he continued the great service. No pressure and exceeded my requirements all the time with a smile on his and my faces. Then I met with Mike (salesman) He continued to exceed my previous treatment at any other dealership.They had to locate the SUV I wanted and they did so the very next day. Everything went so smoothly and the pricing and bang for my buck couldn't be beat, (and I tried other dealerships for this SUV)!! I got a pre-approved offer and spoke with Jenna over the phone and she assured me it was for real so I headed to the dealership. Challenged the salesperson Chris to trade my 2011 Tacoma truck for an economic car and an older truck, all for less then my current truck payment. He rose to the challenge, and the next day I brought home a 2012 accent and a 2008 GMA full size pick up truck. The whole experience was efficient and pressure free. Just picked up my new 2000 1700 Santa Fe. Best experience ever. This is my third vehicle that I bought from Fenton family dealerships in the past 8 years. I live out of state and driving three hours to come here is well worth it. There's never been an issue on my trade-in value and the prices that were quoted are prices that I paid. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. I don't see how you could go wrong.

Service is awesome! I tried to go to a quick oil change place first and they were insisting that just an oil change was $80- just to start! Luckily they stripped the drain plug and said they couldn't do it. Took my Chevy to Hyundai Keene and they replaced drain plug, oil and filter- for less than half! So, here's my story.... I have been buying older cars for years always hoping they would hang in there and never having much luck. I also, through no ones fault but my own, have very poor credit. I once again was in the position of looking into sinking some money into the car I had or setting myself up to get disappointed at yet another dealership that promised they could help me , only to find out they wanted a LARGE down payment and then MAYBE they could get me into something. Enter Hyundai of Keene and Paul and Kenney. They looked at my situation and knowing all the particulars about me and what I was able to actually do for a payment and made it happen. With my trade and a small amount of cash , I now have a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with only 48k and the balance of the warranty ! Not bad. Thank you guys....but it wouldn't be me if I didn't take this social media moment and try to guilt trip/black mail them into getting me a key-fob ! Ha ! Ha ! Just kidding(kind of ?) Thanks again ! I really like my car and would not hesitate to send people I know their way in the future .

We do love our Hyundai Sonata. While purchasing a car after leasing made the process a bit cumbersome, the Hyundai employees were helpful and friendly. I recommend planning for more time than you would think. My experience with this dealership is the wait time here is always about twice what we are quoted, both in the service department and the customer service. Still, friendly people who are conscientious.

I got duped - they sold me a rotted out P.O.S. I guess I'm partly to blame because I let my guards down at how nice the salesman was to me. Too bad the car was a "lemon" but in NH there is no Lemon Law. For starters, the carpet was burned from cigarettes and I had to pay to get new carpeting installed. The gas tank had a hole in it - and I ran out of gas on my way home on the highway because the float valve was busted and didn't register correctly. Then I found a hole in the NEW tires they put on. An exhaust leak happened upon me after two days (bubble gum band-aid fix wore off, apparently), the transmission was slipping, it had a broken plastic vent. They also sold me an over-priced vehicle warrantee plan which I regret now, along with a stupid $150 Protect All coverage - what a fares... I had the car for 16 months and the frame rotted. I had no choice but to trade it in for nearly $7500 loss and had to roll over $7K in negative equity into a new vehicle which I am pissed off about having to do - The NH AG's office said I really don't have much recourse without it costing me an arm and a leg. Good thing the lender told me I was eligible for a partial refund on the warrantee contract - because the dealership would have kept that money and not said a thing ... this place does bad business and gets away with it ... BUYER BEWARE.

My experience with Hyundai and Dave Lamontagne were excellent. This is the 4th car I've purchased from Hyundai and my second with Dave, which to me is amazing! How many times do you go back to the same dealer to purchase a car and the person who helped you purchase your last vehicle is no longer there? I bought a used Vehicle that was not a Hyundai, but my experience was the same as if I was buying a Hyundai. I highly recommend Hyundai of Keene dealership. Our salesperson, Coty LeBlanc, was very helpful to us, especially figuring out all the newfangled tech stuff on our loaded Santa Fe Sport Turbo 2.0. The finance manager, Brian Battersby, was also great, going above and beyond to make things right when a scratch was discovered on one of the back doors and the hood on the day we picked our vehicle up. Beware -- I was told I needed new rear brakes just weeks after my state inspection. I refused to have the work down even though the mechanic told me he hates to see people drive their car with brakes as bad as mine. I went went for a second opinion and was told my rear brakes were just fine. After going back to Hyundai of Keene I was informed that the mechanic lied, apparently he was going through a break-up and need extra cash. And that was just one of my problems. Since my car is under warranty I had no choice but to continue to go. They are nice and friendly, but don't be fooled. They lie and it is a pattern. They will fix your problems and add a few as well -- every time.

my experience in purchasing my new Hyundai was a continuation of my having had my Santa Fe serviced during the past 7 years, Excellent. First of all the setting is very pleasant, The Sales Manager took the time to hear us relate what we wanted in our new car and what we felt we could pay. Our daughters first cars (Sonata) engine seized. There was a recall and the service manager worked with Hyundai to have the motor replaced free of charge. The whole thing took 3 days, including ordering the motor. My faith has been restore with both the dealer and Hyundai as a company. Did I mention the recall extended the warranty to 10 years/120,000 miles, which ever occurs first. We were at 8 years and 129,000.

This place is awesome. I was surprised at how far Hyundai has come. My salesman Dave was awesome him and Chris the GM got me in a car even though my credit was flawed. They got me in a 2016 Accent which I wouldnt have picked on my own but I'm so glad they showed it I absolutely love this car. Overall it was a awesome experience and I will definitely be back. Also Jenna got me through the paperwork end of the sale way faster then I expected possible I wish there was more then 5 stars to give Hyundai of Keene!!!!!

We purchased a 2013 Sonata Limited PZEV on Saturday, 9/29/13. We live in PA and were purchasing the car in NH, had one day to get the transaction done. I started online with Cathy G. and she was excellent! She gave me all the info I needed on financing, models available ( more on the lot than advertised), what I could do beforehand to make the transaction easier. She also set us up for an appt first thing Saturday morning. We met with Kenny B, told him what cars we wanted to compare and test drive, what we would like our payments to be, and the rest is history!. NO back and forth, and more back and forth tricks to the sales manager! 3.5 hrs later, we were driving away with our temporary plates on our new Sonata..got everything we wanted....and more. I'll start off by saying that I walked away from Hyundai of Keene absolutely confident that this was the single best car buying experience that I have ever had! As a customer, it was quite easy to tell that the staff here was passionate about matching the right vehicle to their customers needs while providing a laid back ZERO pressure buying experience. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul Sport and had the pleasure of working with Mark Bouley and Sean Singleton. Financing was not even up for discussion until we were confident that the Soul was the vehicle that I wanted and fit my needs. The Soul came with a 2nd set of wheels and snow tires. During the test drive, Saturday 8/16/14, the winter tires were on the factory wheels. I had asked for the summer tires to be removed from the aftermarket wheels and mounted on the factory wheels. This was absolutely not a problem to have done, however the service department was closed by the time we had finished all of the paperwork. This was no problem at all! Especially since my insurance company was closed as well. We agreed on a time for me to come by and pick up the Soul after work on Monday 8/18/14 at 4:30. Once I arrived at the dealership on Monday, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!!! Driving home in my new to me Kia Soul...I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years and have NEVER left a dealership completely happy and willing to recommend their services. That is simply not the case with Hyundai of Keene...Thank you Mark and Sean for all of your help and keep up the Great Work!!!

Got my Veloster Turbo at the end of May. Came across the car online. Drove 2 hrs to see this car. Took it for a ride, I was hooked! Although, it took a little longer for the "vitamin-C" color to grow. I think Dave enjoyed the test drive more than me. Everything went seamlessly. Edited: because the company replied back and decided to confuse what actually happened, so i'll go further into depth. To clarify: Scott, the parts manager- was the SINGLE light at the end of this trench. He will be the only person i talk to from here on out if GOD FORBID anything ELSE happens with this car. He is the ONLY person who treated me with respect. The General Manager gave me the run around over a bulb breaking. Even though i had the car less than 30 days he told me I'd have to pay for it because it was a cosmetic issue. Which isn't true at all because it had been less than 30 days. THEN my car started leaking florescent green. SO i called Hyundai of Keene. The person i spoke to then told me that at 8am (when i called and when they opened) that " no one had shown up for work today" and there was no one i could speak to about my car leaking green fluid. I told her to transfer me to ANYONE with ANY authority in her general vicinity. She told me a parts manager named scott was around. I said perfect, please transfer me. She agreed. I talked to scott, he calmed me down and told me to bring it over- which i did. I picked up the car just before 5pm. I talked to scott again and he told me that i wasn't going to be charged the $450-$500 bill because YOUR BUSINESS did NOT inspect the car properly and it was something YOU missed. I said fine. I thanked him up and down as seemingly the hero of the day. I stand by the fact that he was the only decent person i had any interaction with. As for Harry- I had little to no interaction with him. He handed me my keys and i said thanks. So for you to reply saying that he was shocked i was irate is just not truthful. All he did was hand me my keys, i never went out of my way to thank him up and down like i did scott. When i initially wrote this review, i hadn't yet dropped off the car. I still stand by the fact that Scott is a fantastic human being, everyone else is sub par. The General Manager is awful and i will never EVER speak with him again. This is an updated detailed account of my dealings and why i still stand by my advice of NEVER buying a car here. If one MUST get their car serviced here, ONLY SPEAK with scott. He will be the only person who will ever treat you as a human being.

I'll never take my car there again. I spend closer to $400 to connect 1 wire to aftermarket radio. I told the guy what's going on but he didn't listen. He replace some parts and charge me for it. I went there 3 time and finally I told the guy again, it started after I install the aftermarket radio... so they rewired the radio and said there was 1wire was misconnect. They replace the speed sensor and few other parts that I didn't need it. JUST BE CAREFUL GOING THERE...

I am very disappointed with this dealership. I am a auto mechanic in Boston,MA and i thought I'd treat myself and bought a BMW from them. The first thing i noticed when i first took the car for a test drive that it needed an oil change. and some covers were missing under the engine. I requested that the car get a proper oil change and the cover to be ordered and replaced. They told me that they had just done an oil change and just forgot to reset it. After getting the car back to boston I took it for inspection, to my surprise the car FAILED SAFETY INSPECTION! (emergency brake did not work). I had a local garage check it and found that they did not replace the brake shoes. the dealer had given me a 10(ten) page paperwork stating all the work that they had done to it which included EVERYTHING. After seeing that the brakes were poorly serviced I had the local garage do an oil change and the oil coming out of it was pitch black! a color oil should never be! When they checked the onboard computer to reset the oil light it said last recorded oil change done at 35,000miles, the car now has 47000!!!! despite not doing an oil change or service the brakes properly. they did not do anything that they claim that has been done!!!! the car needed a battery, and it had coolant leak from the thermostat housing. well just a headsup for any future victims of this dealership, I would take your car to a local trusted garage and have them do an overall check on your car anytime you go to that dealership! Because I seriously doubt they do anything on your car! these people are a SCAM!! don't be fooled!! I will post pictures up as soon as i figure out how to do it. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

I am the co signer of the vehicle my wife purchased from them and I am currently deployed and I get to find out that they sold my wife a car saying it is awd I was there when she bought it and I know that they said it was awd and We find out that the car is actually front wheel drive. no where in the paperwork did it say it was front wheel drive and she’s been getting stuck on the side of the road and had to leave her vehicle in a parking lot because she couldn’t drive home now that we are aware the vehicle is front wheel drive and I have her contact the man she bought it from he was also unaware that the car was front wheel drive and after doing some talking and trying to see if they’d make it right and give her the awd car she was told she was buying this store wants to charge her 5,000 to trade for the exact same car but awd that’s ridiculous and their thought of making it right is just giving her some cheap snow tires for free. How is that fair we would’ve never got that car if they didn’t lie and say it was awd when it wasn’t I’m furious because the car she had was the same but older and it was awd and worked great We would’ve just stuck with the car we had before.
