Went in at about 1:30 pm to check out the new CR-Vs. With James' help we found the '13 model to replace our '04 model. Got all questions answered (and there were lots of them because this has 9 years worth of new features to play with), got a great trade-in and financing. Left at around 5 pm with the new car. Next day, I went to make arrangements with my insurance agent - already done. Easy, good deal, great service. I don't know how it could have worked out better.

What a wonderful dealership! Our salesman, Brian Lehane, listened to our needs and then brought out two vehicles for my wife to test drive. Jason, the Manager, approved our bringing the car home so I can drive it too. Our Ford Taurus died in W. Swanzey, NH and the salesman and sales manager at Monadnock Ford were unwilling to help us by giving us a loaner vehicle as it was after 5 pm. I would have to find my own way home to Vermont at my own expense even though I bought the car from them. So much for caring customer service at Monadnock Ford. We will never do business with them because they were not willing to help us when we needed them to.

Went to check out used 2016 CR-Vs and they tried to upsell us on the new model with misinformation (such as adaptive cruise starting at 2015, not 2017 like Sean stated) we also couldn't get any answer on when a sales rep would be available to help us so we left after about 30 minutes of waiting. I went to Honda of Keene after visiting several other dealerships in search of a 2010-2011 Honda Accord with a 5-speed manual transmission. As a young buyer, I had been treated pretty badly by other dealerships and went to Honda of Keene based on their good reviews. I was not disappointed. Mark Bouley greeted me at the door and set me up with test drives in both of the Accords that I had found online. I liked both cars, but they were both a bit out of my price range. Mark set me up with Stephen Brynn to discuss my price point, and we couldn't quite come to an agreement. A few days later I got a call from Mark and he was able to work a better price for me. I headed back down to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and ended up signing papers that evening. The car had a tire thrumming sound that I noticed when I went out for my last test drive, and I refused to buy the car until we figured out exactly what was causing the noise. They ended up throwing the wheels and tires from a different Accord on and letting me test drive it with those; turns out the problem went away. Stephen was able to give me two new tires and I took the deal. Financing was EXCELLENT! They were able to give me a fantastic rate and were helpful in explaining everything to me along the way. I really can't stress enough how honest, understanding, and helpful the people at Honda of Keene are. From the time I walked in the door, Mark treated me with respect even though I'm a young buyer. I will definitely be back to this dealership in the future

The dealership was very busy on a Saturday so it took a little longer than I'd hoped (with a 9 month old baby) but they did give me a good deal on a great car. I work in sales as well, so understand getting busy and going in 100 different directions. The managers were helpful in explaining the lease program, as it was my first time leasing. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely recommend Honda of Keene!

I had a very bad experience with Honda of Keene. On Monday April 25, 2019, I made an appointment for an oil change. I was scheduled to arrive at 1:30pm. They had the service ticket already printed, but I noticed that it was for the wrong person. It was for someone in Vermont with the same name as me. They reprinted the service paperwork for me and my vehicle and I was told that it would take 45 minutes. I said an oil change should only take 20 to 30 minutes. I was told that they needed to do a complete inspection including topping off all fluids. I said I didn't need that. I just wanted an oil change. An hour and half later I finally was told that my vehicle was ready and was told that part of the problem was they had to order and pick up an oil filter as they did not have the correct filter in stock for my vehicle. I was charged almost $50 for an oil change that would have cost me about $30 to $35 at the Hyundai dealer. I will NOT go back to Honda of Keene!!

Don’t finance through them. When it came time to finance my vehicle, they told me they tried multiple different banks to get me the best rate and that they’re financing was the best rate. They didn’t run my credit through any other bank. They are greedy and if you think you are negotiating well on a price with them, you’re probably wrong cause they’ll just add the price they take off in somewhere else.

For the past 6 years, I have had a positive service experience at Honda of Keene. This time, however, I was less than pleased. In checking for what seemed to be a brake problem, they found several successive issues, all costly, and one especially so. Getting authorization for coverage by my extended warranty took nearly a week and several phone calls. It took action by Rob, the Service Manager, to get the authorization and schedule the repair. I have paid for one of the other repairs, and am still deciding what to do about the third. My car is only 6 years old, and relatively low mileage. I am concerned that this could be the beginning of multiple problems.

While I had a great experience purchasing a Honda Accord, my last experience with the Service Department was NOT as impressive. I took my 2017 Honda Accord to the service department for a 25k service, and State Inspection. I had forgot the Registration, so dropped the State Inspection from the requested work. They call me to the office 90 min after check in, and explain I have a problem. The problem was the rear brakes, they had lost their lubrication and were not properly dis-engaging. As a result it had damaged the rotors and they needed to be taken off and turned. He explained it is not something I could even notice driving it, but part of their "inspection" process during service. As they had found it, they would not be able to pass the State Inspection unless I got the 200 plus dollar service done. It would only take 45 min to fix the problem plus the 200 plus dollars. No I had drove the car in, the brakes has been smooth as silk, no indications of problems. Having experience rotor problems before, I knew it was very seldom you can have a rotor / brake problem without some indication, pulsing / grabbing. So I told them to hold off until I could bring it in for the inspection with the registration. I took it to a very good garage in my home town who is a Master Mechanic, and a brake specialist and he performed the State Inspection and looked closely at the brakes. He found no problems, and even remarked they were in excellent shape. He said the rotors was absolutely no problem. This is called fishing, and according to my reliable Master Mechanic a common practice at dealerships. This is the second occurrence at the Fenton Dealerships, as they did much the same thing at the Toyota Dealership and said I had have all new brakes because they were "Rusted". That cost me over 800.00 that time and one of the reasons I was suspicious. Do yourself a favor, find a reliable mechanic you can trust, and use them! I thought Keene Honda could be trusted, but I know now they are not.

I had a really unpleasant experience with this dealership. I went in to look at a car listed at $27,500 knowing that their own trade evaluation listed my car at $6,500. That leaves $21,000. Our worst case loan estimate of 6% at 72 months puts you at $348. My previous loan was 2.9% and my credit Union will pretty much go 5% on anything I want. They offered about $400 for 84 months! We thanked them and left. They continued to keep bothering us for another week with the final offer being $358 for 72 months and they still wouldn't tell us the financed amount and interest rate after being asked more than once. My loan officer at my credit Union says the only way to match the offers they made would be to add $3000 to the price of the car or exceed 9% on the interest rate to get a kickback on the financing- either way I was being cheated. The saleswoman called me a liar when I pointed out the maximum payment we had told her the first time we spoke ($325 at 72) and they were pretty unpleasant afterwards. would avoid this dealership if at all possible in the future.

Honda of Keene was easy to use online and when I went in to get my car I was very surprised at how nice the place was. I will have my Fit serviced there as it is just the perfect service department. This shop was great 3 or 4 years ago, but has consistently dropped the ball lately. The quality of the service itself was fine, but they are RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. After telling me "this should be real quick" it took a full hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Have to wonder what a more complicated service would take... I've taken my car their 3 times over the past year for a simple A1 (oil and tire rotation) service, and each time is at least 45 minutes and delivered with an apology. The apologies mean nothing if you do nothing to change what caused the need to apologize in the first place. The third time was the last time for me.

Not the right car buying experience here... Unprofessional staff over the phone clearly just want money and not there for the customer satisfaction. Already had a deal in place and ready to be paid by my bank just for them to break out of a deal because I didn’t want to pay a $1k deposit to “hold the car”. My bank said it was skeptical since they were already gonna pay for the full price of vehicle and never had anybody ask for a deposit after they’ve paid for the vehicle in full. I fly for AA so I buy stuff from all over the world all the time and never had a experience like this one. 2 days waste of my time.

I got my CR-V here because the sales person was nice, loved what they were selling and not crazy or rude. You might think that is surprising but it's not. I shopped at 8 other dealers in three states and offered to pay outright. Many times I got a person kissing my butt and hating me for the butt kissing that I never wanted. Then I would be shown a price that was to high and after that they would tell me that everything I knew was wrong including stuff I read on the Honda website. I got variations of this at all but two dealers (not kidding) Keene and Enfield. I went with Keene because they had a colour I wanted. Tim Stone and Kathy G were great. Why? because they, like me love the product and were normal and exited about Honda.

Meghan has been my sales person for my last 2 vehicle purchases and she is hands down the best sales person and I will always buy my cars from her! i bought a brand new 2016 Honda Civic ex-L, love the car and for my first time buying a car Brian my sales rep made it very easy. Honda of Keene also gave me a very fare price on my car and they worked with me to help me get the monthly payments to where I was happy with making them. Unfortunately I am unable to enjoy the new Honda Civic as some idiot rear ended me on 95 in ct and I did not have the car for 48 hours let alone still had the temp plates on the car. While I hope it's totaled because now the car will be worth so much less, either way I will be having it fixed at Honda of Keene and with any luck of it being totaled I will be buying the same exact car through Brian.

I went into this dealership trying to help my brother purchase a vehicle and was truly disgusted with the offer he received. They tried to cheat him badly by adding thousands over and above the sale price of the car. They refused to negotiate and we thanked them and left, only to have them blowing up my phone later with "we can do better come back!" Sounds great but they wouldn't get specific when I asked so I said no. Then they offered a new payment that was only about $1000 over the asking price but still OVER THE ASKING PRICE! I told them to stop bothering me unless they met our price and they refused. If they can't cheat you it's not worth it to them obviously.

Please do not trust this dealership. I took my car here for a state inspection. I was told it needed new tires, all new brakes/rotors, $1,800 in repairs total. I knew something was off because I just had a flat tire, and I was going to replace all 4 but I was told the rest looked good. But this is when it gets really disgusting. After handing me this massive bill, they then try to push their repair financing credit card on me to pay for it... To top it off, they never gave me an official vehicle inspection report, which the state requires they give with each inspection. When I called them about it later, they said their "printer was broken". If that was true, why not tell me about it earlier? Probably because they didn't do a real state inspection but still charged me $40 for it. I decided to get a second opinion at a mechanic I knew was honest, and they passed it without even mentioning any of the things Honda of Keene said needed fixed. I think they saw a young guy in a nice car and thought they could take advantage of me. I will be reporting this place to the state for failing to provide an official inspection report, and I will also be reporting this incident to Honda since they do not deserve to be a licensed dealer.

Was charged for a service that shouldn’t have been done, then they only agreed to pay back $88 of the $300 they owed me. The check they actually mailed me was for $82 and the service “director” Rob Avery gave me the run around for weeks just to get that. I’ve never worried about taking my car to any Honda service center before this one and I’ll never be back to this location. Honda corporate won’t do anything but file a complaint because they are independently owned so beware of getting your vehicle worked on here. UPDATED: I am not able to add a new comment for some reason but I wanted to update now that I see the owner has replied. I was never reimbursed with any "agreed" amount. I was told I would be sent $88 because that was what they felt like they owed me. After a month of trying to get answers and constantly asking for the full $300 back, I felt like I had no other choice but to take that and was essentially told that was the best they could do. When I did get the check it was for $82, so it wasn't even for the full amount they said they were going to send. Talk about two faced salesman just looking to screw over people.

My husband and I went to Honda of Keene to inquire about a Jeep Grand Cherokee after receiving a letter from the dealership. We have been customers of Honda of Keene for many years and this would have been our third vehicle purchased from them. Our experience yesterday was actually troubling and insulting. For starters the woman that we attempted to negotiate with was rude, apparently inexperienced, and lacks the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. She insulted us right away by asking if my husband was my brother because we had the same last name. That’s ignorant and never good to start off a sale by insulting the customer. Secondly, before going to Honda, of course we looked at Kelly Blue Book to see the fair market values of both our SUV we intended to trade as well as the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Needless to say the manager would only offer the lowest of the low end on a trade in value and would not budge. The sticker price on the Cherokee we were interested in was of course on the highest of the high end. When we attempted to negotiate all they did was print out a car fax that said our trade in vehicle had been in three accidents. Three times it had been backed into in parking lots with minor cosmetic damage that had all been repaired by the insurance company making that point irrelevant. They also provided the original letter that we received that indicated they could pay “up to” 110% of the trade in value. Well that was false they had no intention of even offering what it was worth never mind 110%. When we did test drive the Cherokee the sales woman came with us uninvited telling us exactly where to drive when to turn and when to switch drivers. This was a very weird and awkward practice that I have never ever seen before. This gave my husband and I no privacy or opportunity to discuss this potential purchase privately. Also this gave my husband and I no opportunity to actually examine the vehicle beyond the woman opening the trunk and commenting on how many groceries would fit in the back. It was late morning on a Saturday, the men’s room was filthy and the coffee urns were empty, it appeared most of the salesman were sitting outside on a picnic table smoking and joking. When my husband and I made the decision to walk because things were going no where the sales woman asked us to stay for a minute because the manager would like to speak to us first. We agreed and waited, however he continued to converse with another salesman standing outside his office while we stood waiting. Aggravated and insulted my husband and I eventually left after standing around waiting for him, he never came out of the office. How arrogant and pompous. Not sure what changed here but as I said before we have purchased our last two vehicles from here with great success. The way we were treated yesterday however was terrible, especially for a long time customer. We will be parting ways with this business based on rude business practices as well as failing to negotiate in good faith. We recommend saving yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
