Horrible place to get a vehicle... first, they kept telling me that they paid off the loan on the vehicle that I traded in, then when I get a phone call from that loan provider saying that they never got a payment from them and I call and ask for the confirmation number from the payoff, they blew me off, and now my account is in default, so my credit went down 70 points, then they didn't correct the problem.

Went by Friday without calling ahead the Porsche Boxster I was interested in was unavailable. It was out for service. I get that not upset at all. Says will be back today or Monday. So I called Saturday at 4. Ask if it is there, guy at the dealer says yes it is. I say are you sure? He says came back it’s good to go! Said great I’ll be down tomorrow. Got there for opening today it HAS NOT come back yet! Can they call me when it comes back? Was ready, preapproval in hand, spouse with me to sign. May have been the quickest car sale ever

absolute scam artists. would not give us a price on a vehicle we were financing, saying "lets see what the bank says". we ended up buying a car that they overcharged us for and was covered in dog fur that we were assured we be cleaned by their professional detailer. there was still tons of dog fur all over the interior after we brought it back twice because of the horrible job they did. the detailer also ruined the interior with carpet fresh powder. they also fraudulently forged the amount they paid off on our previous car loan. when my wife confronted them of their lies, they ganged up on and berated her. I plan on taking them to court to take the car back this place has every cliche in the book , greasy haired looking thugs, do not ever purchase from them they will scam you in some way or another.

A few months ago I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was driving up 28 and a honda civic out front caught my eye. I walked up to the car and the price wasn't listed. First red flag. Though I continued to ask a salesman what the price of the car was. Instead I told him my price range ($5,000). He then pointed me to the back lot. I asked if any of these cars would pass inspection, and his response was "you will never find a car for that price that passes inspection". If I am spending 5k on a car, it better pass inspection. At this point I decided to humor him and see what he would try and pull. He led me to a Pontiac G6. I asked him which engine it had in it, the 3.5L V6 or the 3.6L V6. He told me it was the 3.5L V6. Well he opened the hood and sure enough, it was actually the 3.6L V6, which is known for timing chain issues. I informed him of that, and he tried telling me that these engines use timing belts, not chains, and it was something I can try and replace. I then informed him that I wasn't interested and left. He gave me the dirtiest look as I was leaving. I will recommend people steer clear of this dealership.

Found a truck in was truly interested in. I stopped by just to look it over, and do my homework, before I started shopping around. High Pressure sales doesn't even begin to describe this place. The salesman, Leo is completely relentless. He called me 3 or 4 times a day, while I was at work, 8:30pm one night, and when I didn't answer, followed up with a text each time. I told him many times politely that I had a few other trucks to look at and I would be in touch. That didnt sit well with him, he continued to call and text me every day. I finally had to tell him, that while I was interested in the truck, due to his relentless pursuit, I was unwilling to buy anything from them. He told me he would keep his eye open for any more trucks in my ball park/description, I told him not to bother. I will also add, that the truck I looked at was priced almost $2500 over NADA. Do yourself a favor, unless you are looking for a new texting buddy, stay the hell clear.

I must start out by saying I was injured at work in Derry because safety was not on my employers priority list for people in tool room at mold shop. I fell off a skid because we bought machine and he never removed it.Being 60 years old my knee was injured for two three years till it repaired itself.During that time I was the owner of a 2007 CTSV with 6 speed manual shift and 420 HP. Caddy with Corvett Mussle . 3.9 seconds 0-60 mph. Car never seen rain or snow. Problem was I could not push clutch in without pain. Spotted 2005 SL500 convertible at Highline Auto Sales with automatic trans, 41K miles and worked out a deal with Kevin (owner) to get me in to this Benz.My caddy only has 18438 miles . I believe if you are not satisfied with an action or a problem with a vehicle transaction or malfuntion ,go to the top and Kevin will staighten out your problem. He will listen and negociate a resolution.Do not post animosity or bull because you think you have an unresolved issue. Go to the top and close the office door and talk.I am very happy with my new vehicle and will go back for another . Wes Hill automotive proffessional since 1973. 10/4/2017

This is the biggest mickey mouse opperation. I bought a car from there a year ago and was the biggest mistake of my life. Kevin made me write the bank check out to him personaly. I shouldve stopped there but didnt. After 1 week of buying this car i found out that kevin had put gear fluid into the oil to hide that this car needed an engine. Called kevin on his cell phone and he denied everything. Car was only driven 3800 miles before the piston siezed and blew smoke and oil all over the highway. That couldve killed people behind me or on a motorcycle. Again kevin didnt care. I did replace the engine and had to fix tons of other hidden repairs by kevin and his GREAT mechanics. I would not recomend buying anything from this place in salem. So kevin if you were a nice person you would help me out ....seeing how its a used car and the warranty u sold me covers only 3000.00 dollars the car lasted just over the 30 day mark , you won kevin. You got thre best of a unaware customer. Great job and great customer service. Hope you can sleep at nite. Im sure your personal car runs. 8

I bought a challenger r/t at high line. I chose not to get the extended warranty(I know bone head right). So a short time after buying the car when a loud knock started in the front end I decided I’d call them anyway to see if they’d help me out. They not only took my car and replaced a number of parts in the front end but they also put me in a very respectable loaner car while they had my challenger. Keep in mind.. I CHOSE NOT TO GET A WARRANTY. Yet they fixed my car and gave me a loaner until I got my car back which felt like a brand new car when I got it back. Leo was an awesome guy to deal with and Kevin was more than happy to take care of my car problems even though they had every right to tell me to get bent. I will absolutely recommend these guys and will be back for my next ride. Thanks guys for a great buying experience.

I found this dealership through my dealer in which I've been doing business with for a year, his name is Will. I went in to trade out my car that Will got me into at the dealership he worked at before hand. I traded my car because of major issues, and had no problem at all with this transaction. These people are honest and very helpful, Kevin the manager is very nice and understanding. I got a crack on my windshield and he sent me to his guy for a cheaper price. I recommend this place to everyone!

***Long review but worth the read before you buy. I was never going to write anything but this was the last straw. I bought a car from Kevin in August of 2013 and apparently the "brand new battery and alternator" he bought was purchased almost 9 months prior and now in less than 3 years I now need another one. ANYWAYS... I bought a car from Kevin a few years back and at first he was one of the nicer people I have encountered for auto sales. My god, is he able to put on one of the best fronts you will ever see. At the end of 2013 I was in a car accident and looking desperately for a car as I worked in NH and lived in MA. After multiple failed attempts I was able to find Highline Auto Sales in Salem, NH. A week after I first visited Kevin and his place of business I was not able to find a suitable car within the price range I needed. Some time after Kevin gave me a call stating that "he had found the perfect car for me and bought it at an auction with me in mind." As this was my first car purchase Kevin saw me coming from a mile away and took complete advantage of that. I do blame myself for not looking at previous reviews and doing better research but I was in a bad situation which he knew about. So about a week later we purchased the car from Kevin.. within the first three months we had over 2,000$ - TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS - worth of repairs that needed to be done. A new alternator, a new battery, new flex pipes (expensive in Nissans), new front breaks and rotors, new shields. I asked for months and months for him to fix repairs, to give me work orders, for him to do anything respectable so that I didn't have to pay hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars a year on a car that was apparently purchased with "me in mind." Instead, I was forced to stand outside Kevins place of business on a hot ninety degree summer day that stated "DO NOT PURCHASE CAR - OVER 2,000$ WORTH OF REPAIRS - BE CAREFUL." This is the extent that he pushed me as I had exhausted all other options. Without this he would not have even paid me any attention as he just brushed me off for months already. He offered to sell me a new car with negative equity so that I owed more on a new loan and did not get value for my car. He was unhelpful and just tried to make some more quick cash off of me. Unfortunately, it being two and a half years later I can not do anything but accept responsibility for trusting someone at such a young age. I just needed to post this so everyone understands what they are getting themselves into. Heres a little snip it of the timeline I kept: August 12th, 2013 I returned to Highline Auto and talked to Kevin about the new problems happening with my car and what he did, along with the work orders of my car. He refused to give me any work orders, or separate work orders showing what was done to my car already. He turned confrontational on me when I requested the work orders of my car and tried to humiliate me on the sales floor with employees, customers in front of him - he also stated that he would not give me two separate work orders and that I would get the work orders when everything on my car was done because "he wanted to do it that way." Once again, I left my car to get work done and for the problems to be fixed after just picking it up. That is just the tip of the iceberg, There is a character limit or I would continue this but everyone be aware the type of person you are dealing with. The bad reviews are indeed true and get a complete inspection from top to bottom of any car you buy from this guy.

This place sucks I wish I wasn't such a impulsive idiot and looked at the reviews here. I bought a Lincoln MKX from here over a month ago and its been nothing but a nightmare. The heat in the car barely works on the passenger side the drivers blows sub zero cold. Took it to get repaired three times each time they said it was taken care of. It still isn't. The last time I got the car back and mysteriously I have two messed up rims and a tire with a huge hole in it. I was pretty much blamed and called a liar but then they offer to pay for two tires if I pay for the other. Made me feel like they were doing me some huge favor. Also they told me that they paid for the inspection and that I didn't need to get one. I got pulled over last week and the cop told me that they only did a new Hampshire inspection. ( I live in Ma) luckily I didn't receive a ticket. Stay away.

Overall great experience. Down to earth, professional team to deal with. Kevin made finding and purchasing a used car very easy and simple. There were lots of cars to choose from. I was able to get into a mid-size SUV that was only a couple years old. They got me an interest rate that was way better than what a new car dealership offered (under 3%!!!!). So happy with my purchase.

WORST EVER, this place is as low as it gets, they posted a price in a magazine on a vehicle I wanted, so i called and went to the store, upon arriving there was a sketchy looking man sitting at his desk that says "hey what’s up"? I said i called earlier for a vehicle you had listed in auto solutions magazine, he says ooohhh yahhh the cars out back go take a look and ill see you when I’m done eating. I was shocked at how low and unprofessional this place was, but decided to look at the car anyway. After about 45 mins I finally said, you have it listed for 9995.00 I am interested if you can get closer to 9000.00, the guy looks and laughs at me and says hey listen, not only cant I do that, but you need to ADD like 2000 cash and then another 1200 cause we did work to the car so maybe we could sell to you for like 13200 + fees! what do u think he says? I immediately said you are joking right? he says no didn’t you READ the disclaimer in the side column of the book? I said well NO I guess I didn’t realize I needed to turn the book upside down and sideways to get an honest price. He said well maybe we could just round it down to 13000? I figured at this point this was a scam and needed to leave. I posted this because places like this should be allowed to be in operation, I’m sure people have suffered major damages as a result of this type of fraud. Take this all for what its worth, I bought the car I wanted the next day from Tulley BMW for less money, certified, lower miles and a very nice salesman who I would highly recommend to my friends. There are plenty of good places, no need to be scammed by this fly by Night Company.

"High Line" more like UNDER THE BARREL. If I could I'd give this 0 star. These scums took advantage of my sister when she was a super young new mom who didn't know much about buying a car. They sold her a car that had been in a wreck wo saying anything. The wreck severely damaged the car that her life, at the time my baby niece and toddler nephew's lives were in silent danger every day in that car. Had my sister never been rear ended she and my family wouldn't have found out until it was too late.

Great experience all around when buying my Mercedes convertible here. I noticed a problem with the convertible top's operation and was told by Bryan and the owner Kevin that they would take care of the issue. I felt more comfortable taking the car to a Mercedes dealer to get the top looked at and they were understanding of my needs. The Mercedes dealer said it needed a whole new cable system and would require extensive labor to remove the top and re install. Kevin offered to have his guy look at the top but I wanted it to stay at the Mercedes dealer to be repaired. Kevin paid the portion of the repair i asked about now questions asked. He advised his office to issue me a check for the amount I requested and it is already in the mail. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend anyone to buy a car here. I took an hour and a half drive to get to the dealer and it was well worth it. Bought an 02 clk320 convertible with only 43,000 miles and LOVE it. Thanks again Kevin and Bryan for all your help.

My wife and I bought a car from there about 2 weeks ago picked the car up on tuesday.. then I got a call from them stating that the bank rep need to see the car about the milage being wrong and what was in the in the car.. so I took it in today and they told me they had to take the car back cause it was denied by the bank.. they said we lied on the application which we didnt... we hadon't signed papers before my wife was let go from her job.. which she is collecting unemployment and will be starting her new job at the end of the month.... Bill and Kevin are two scumbags... Kevin was the one that called pretending to be the bank rep!!!! So I will be calling the police and a lawyer.... and I will call the auto association to report them!!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Even if you have it check out by a mechanic which they do not like , they will rig it anyway they can so it looks ok ... 3 years ago we went here to buy a BMW M6 . we buy the car in August and also the owner Kevin had us make the downpayment checks out to him personally ... games and more games ... In October the engine blew up on the highway could have killed someone and ourselves ... .they put gear fluid in to cover the engine issues they did not care and we were stuck with a huge repair bill as the warranty did not cover everything ... It needed a new engine .. 3000 miles and less than 2 months ... Kevin the owner could of cared less he got his $$$ .. the worst ever !!!

I'm shocked by some of these reviews, unless they are confusing Salem, NH Highline with the one in Lowell, MA (there is no affiliation and I've been warned to stay away). Kevin, his wife Jen and his entire team take customer service to another level!! They conducted an extensive search to find me the exact Mercedes that I wanted since they didn't have it currently in inventory. He purchased the car from an auction house in Pennsylvania and had it shipped to Salem. The car was flawless inside and out, except for one problem; the stereo wasn't producing any sound. It turned out that the entire command center needed to be replaced. The auction house refused to pay for the defect, so Kevin personally paid out over $2,200 for a refurbished, warrantied, replacement unit from the Mercedes dealership (new, they run $10,000) even though it put him in the red on his profit. His crew even transported the car to the dealership twice. Once for the diagnostic test, and then again when the part arrived. I have since, sent them friends and family who have all had great experiences as well.

Purchased a 1998 HD FXDWG here for well below book. Bike runs great! About a week after closing the deal it occured to me I didn't get a key with the bike (HD big twins only need a key to lock ignition off) and contacted Kevin about it. The NEXT DAY, my key arrived overnight express mail. I found everyone here friendly and helpful.

Scam artists. Owner is a tall bald guy with an ego problem. They didnt give me a price for my car until the bank approved a car loan and then charged me the max the bank would give me on a loan for that car with my deposit. 2002 BMW 325I FOR 11,000 DOLLARS!!!! A 2002 !!! not an M series, not a AWD, had 90k miles sure but those go for 6 or 7. Would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership. said i was signing a credit pull, but it was a bank loan sheet. super shady people avoid at all costs
