I bought a car from Hagan's in May of this year. Due to their knowledge and professionalism everything was very easy. This is only a part of the reason I am righting this review. I am righting this review because they have earned it. In the past month I have had to bring two different vehicles for three different reasons and all three times I drove away satisfied and sure the job was done right, Not to mention I didn't have a feeling that I just got robbed. The customer service that Mike, Amie and the whole Hagan's crew provides is paralleled by none. They have made it their business to know their customers and cars and do an excellent job at it. Mike and Amie have also earned my business and loyalty as I am sure they will yours. I suggest anyone looking to buy a car or just have service done on their car needs to go to Hagan's Motor Pool. I couldn't find anything bad to say about Hagan's Motor Pool or any of the people in it if I tried. We have made them our family mechanic and dealer and I know you will too.

What you're doing is WRONG! Please, a gentle reminder! When the framers of our constitution were allowing people to bare arms, they were working with MUSKETS! I would NOT want to take away anyone's rights, but giving away a coupon for an ASSAULT RIFLE is just WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS! It's not often that I, as a consumer, come across folks running a business who have such integrity that it inspires me to write a review. However, Mike and Amy are an amazing pair! This is not an auto shop that just wants to take your cash and send you away frustrated. They respect you by listening, focusing on the work to get you safely on the road, and communicating honestly what can and should be done to do so. The prices are fair and they are very polite. If you are looking for that diamond in the rough, this business is it!

Triple A put my Mercedes ML on a flat bed a few days ago & took it to Hagan's Motor. It was as dead as a door nail. The passenger front seat wouldn't even move up so Mike could get to the battery. Yesterday Mike called to say he "figured out" how to get the seat to move so he could get beneath it. That is one of the key ingredients to their success, I believe and why I rated them 5 stars. They "figure it out". Three new batteries later, it's running like brand new (and it's not!). Yes, 3 batteries -- Mike will have to explain exactly where they are! Bottom Line: Always, always pleased with Hagan's work ethic, communication, and entire Team. AND most of all very grateful for Mike's service to this great Country of ours. Bless you, Mike.

More people should take these folks example, if you want to see what it means to be a real American like Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Honor, Character. This shop and it's owners really have it together, and it shows there are still True Americans left in this Country! God Bless you all! I stopped going to Hagans Motor Pool about 2 years ago when they hired a service manager and I started to see "shop fees" tacked onto the bill and felt like I was getting overcharged. I did'nt say anything at the time, just paid the bill and walked away. I decided to give them a second chance recently when my wifes audi was having some cold start problems since they specialize in german vehicles. I also asked them to give a quick look at the windsheild washer reservoir as it was leaking and to also do an oil change. I get the call that they diagnosed the cold start as potentially being improper gap on the spark plugs and they recommend replacement. I asked if they could just regap the current plugs and they said no, that it was time to replace. I authorized the work and they also diagnosed a known problem of a coolant temperature sensor (it was throwing a check engine light and I had already hooked it up to a scanner) and I authorized them to do that work as well. When I go to pick up the car, the bill is well over $400, and they forgot to do the oil change!! They charged me $75 of labor to "diagnose" the leak from the windsheild washer reservoir, which they actually didnt diagnose and said it was behind the fender and they would have to dig further to find out more (bullshit charge). So for over $400 I got four new spark plugs and a $30 engine temp sensor that they charged me 1.5 hours of labor for (that I could have done in 30 min in my garage). These folks overcharge for absolutely everything guys!!!! I complained, especially about the $75 of labor to diagnose the WW reservoir and they gave me a bullshit story about the mechanic not properly communicating the actual labor involved to the service manager. HOGWASH!!! Intentional overcharging and shoddy service is what you get from these people and I will never set food in the doors again. It does pain me to blast a fellow Veteran. Do the right thing dude, stop overcharging.

I inquired about a BMW Convertible online, heard back the next day from Mike, and in the car by the end of the day! Impeccable service and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Most comfortable car buying experience I think I have ever had! Look forward to doing business in the near future! Oh and the car is a GEM!!! something I have been looking for now going on 3 years! I had an amazing experience with the Hagan's Motor Pool team. Rob was awesome as he took a back seat to our viewing. I hate having salespeople hounding me when I want to look, and Rob did a great job in letting me walk around. I took about 3 weeks to look for the right car. I went to 20 dealerships, at least. Very few had prices on the cars, salespeople that give you room to breath, and they just wanted to stuff me in any car. I went back to Hagan's because they didn't harass me and I loved their selection of vehicles. I chose one on the second trip and I was out of there in less than an hour and they even drove it to my house as I had a car that I didn't trade in. They went the extra mile and will buy from them again. Please go there first before you waste your time elsewhere. These guys are pro's and they are building a "long tail" customer base just by being better than the competition. Also, they are next to another dealership so make sure you go to the one on the left.

I am so pleased with the service that I received here. They listened to me and actually figured out what I would like so that they could show me cars that fit my wants and needs. They had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the office, I could tell that they all wormed great together as a team. ....which is sometimes very unusual. I recommend going here if you are looking for a great car at a great price. I drive home in a new car the same day:)

This place is amazing! Well to tell my story back in August I made a grave mistake buying an Audi for my wife from another dealership in the Rochester area. The car had elecrical problems from almost day one. Every time it rained, she washed it or the snow melted the car wouldn't start the check engine light would come on. It was take back to the dealership I had bought it from four times. Finally after my wife was stranded during last Saturdays snow storm that dealership brought the car to Hagens Motor Pool. It didn't take them long to diagnose and fix the problem. These guys and ladies are awesome! I consider myself a really good judge of character and when I met the owner Mike and his employees it was refreshing to be around a team who were actually concerned with fixing the problem with my vehicle instead of just putting another bandaid on it and reseting the check engine light. I was treated so good I actually bought another Audi from them while they were fixing my wife's car. I would like to give a public shout out to Mike and his team! I bought a 09 bmw 535 series from him last week the second day I drove it the car had no coolant in it. They had to replace the coolant reservoir that I had to pay half of which should have been noticed during the state inspection also I told them that it was making a rattle noise and the there was a vibration going on. They told me that they did not notice any rattle noise or vibration so I took it over to meineke and they said that the cars rims are bent and gouged also one tired has a gouge in the side wall and one tire has a bubble in it which they should have also seen in the inspection as "specialist" they could not even diagnose my vibration and mike the owner would not work with me to get the rims fixed I asked for him to do new rims and I'll buy tires he said no I asked for him to buy new rims and ill go half he said no. In the end just stay away take your money elsewhere
