They made me feel like I was dumb before I ever opened my mouth and said what I needed. The lady at the parts counter assumed because I had a black part with me I was going to tell her it came in the wrong color when in fact I knew they all came black and I brought it in so I could get the right amount of paint. The facility is clean. They have a ton of staff but some how you still have to wait for someone to help you.

I was first exposed to the dealership through the website, which was easy to use and the used car I was looking at was well documented. When I called to ask some questions about the car, I received prompt and direct answers, which was refreshing. They also setup an appointment for me to see the car as well as put a hold on the car so I didn't have to worry about it getting sold out from under me before I could look at it. When I got there, Courtney was ready for me (she was fabulous!) and we got right to the test drive. My wife wasn't able to be there with me so they allowed me to take the car overnight, which was great. Once I had made the decision to purchase the car, they helped with financing and all the paperwork in an efficient and direct manner. Courtney kept me informed of the process and was great answering my questions during the whole experience. She even let me take another car for a test drive that we are considering purchasing in the next 8 to 10 months. Overall a great experience.

They did a terrific job hosting the concert in the showroom of the dealership after moving all of the cars, setting up a stage and helping run the event. The proceeds of this event went to support disadvantaged children in NH. A perfect example of a first class corporate citizen. Victoria was a huge help getting us out of a difficult situation! We got a flat tire halfway between NJ & NH, and we weren't having much luck locally finding the right match (and we definitely didn't want to drive back at 50mph the whole way on a donut). She was able to quickly locate a tire and have us added to the schedule, at a time that fit our busy day house hunting in the lakes region. We were so happy to have this problem quickly resolved... she was a great help! The wait was a pleasure as well. There were plenty of things for the kids to do while we waited, and the general atmosphere was very fun. Our oldest enjoyed exploring a bit, and our youngest had a great time in the kids' area with the toys. We were also very excited to find out a cook out was going on! The chef and other staff members were super friendly and polite, and the food was great!

We've purchased four vehicles from Grappone Toyota, and have all our service done there as well. The sales staff know their products and use a no pressure sales approach. The service department is friendly and keep you informed. This is a green facility and very clean with comfortable seating, a TV, computer stations, free wifi and a quiet room as well as an area for kids. They offer free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well as popcorn made with their own machine. We keep going back because it's truly the best dealership experience we've ever had.

Our Salesman John Leedham provided exceptional customer service. The non-commission based sales-process allowed his character and integrity to shine! When the paperwork could not be completed before the end of the day, they lent us the car on an Overnight Test Drive with a full tank of gas and refilled it when we returned from Portland, ME the next day. plus, you can't beat 10 free inspections! Service seems extremely expensive. Felt like perhaps they wanted to sell parts and equipment not required. (I was too sick to perform the service myself). I was also disappointed they play the "price on the window is what you pay." Which is pure BS. I just wish I had bought a chevy or just taking the toyota to banks. I am trading in my 4runner soon and will not be considering any grappone dealer as an option.

I had a question about driving my Toyota in lowest gear and stopped at this dealer to ask few questions to service department. At the service counter, I spoke to one lady and she was courteous and showed me how to drive in the lowest gears. I am very thankful for her customer service skills. Their Honda dept had no openings, but they called over and got me in to the Toyota one, still free. Service was prompt and friendly. Facility was clean and open. No one tried to upsell me. Last Thursday evening I was on my way to a meeting when I hit a nasty pothole around the Bow junction area. I was able to drive to the Grappone Toyota service center where they helped me as a walk-in. The service tech said I had a hole in my sidewall but they did not carry my brand of tire. My last purchase was from Carmax because I didn't want to haggle, wanted a big selection, and needed a no-pressure environment. It was fine, but when I needed another car I chose Grappone because they have deep roots in NH, are family-owned, and have an excellent reputation. I was prepared to get a quality car, but I was also prepared to work hard for a reasonable price, and to spend hours on paperwork. What I found was just the opposite. From beginning to end, the engagement with service representatives was stellar -- notably so. The woman with whom I spoke in order to make my appointment was affable, helpful, and patient (as I headed out to my car to get my odometer reading); the shuttle driver was delightful (and has given me a reason to look into the Granite State Wheelers); and the gentleman who finalized our paperwork gave us (my 9-year-old son and me) a recommendation for a local ice cream stand that we'd never heard of but will try out before summer's over. He also offered some good-natured multiplication challenges when my son mentioned that he loves math. I know this is on the long side, but really, I was thinking last night about how beautifully orchestrated the morning went and how helpful and kind and engaging everyone was with whom we spoke. I should also note that this was all the more impressive since I had come in for airbag recall service on my Toyota -- a vehicle that I purchased from my mother-in-law. This is to say that I was not a paying customer, nor had I bought the car from Grappone. The fact that the service was free of cost did not seem to affect how I was treated. I find this speaks incredibly well of the company and the values it espouses and demonstrates.

No hassles. Everything upfront. Pricing was competitive and fair without needing to spend hours haggling and going back and forth playing a game. We started at the Grappone Honda dealership looking at Pilots but decided on a Toyota Highlander which had better manufacturer incentives at the time. Our salesperson Justin was fantastic, spent time explaining or clarifying anything we asked, and was extremely helpful. Justin was happy to show us Toyota vehicles to compare to the Pilot, and never attempted to persuade us in any one direction. He continued to work with us through the Toyota purchase even though he technically is a Honda specialist, and was completely forthcoming that if we would prefer a Toyota specialist he was happy to step aside if it made us more comfortable - but we preferred working with him start to finish because he was great to deal with. Grappone was great overall because their upfront pricing means you don't have to feel locked into any one vehicle because you've sunk hours into negotiating the price. At another dealer if we decided on a Toyota after an hour spent with a salesperson, I would expect we'd be starting the haggling process over again - with a different salesperson. Another highlight - Justin delivered the vehicle to us on a Saturday morning and picked up our trade. He forgot the spare key, and promised he would bring it by the house when he finished up his work day. We got a text around 7:30pm that he had dropped off the key. Fantastic service. We would've been fine with getting it in the mail, or meeting up somewhere. He was happy to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy and there was no inconvenience to us. We are very happy. The vehicle is great, and our experience with the dealership was excellent. This is our second purchase from Grappone, and if we are ever in the market for vehicles they offer, I don't expect we will even bother going to other dealerships. The two women I spoke with on the phone on the days prior to visiting the dealership were both pleasant and helpful, the upfront pricing is a huge stress-relief and takes the adversarial relationship out of the process, our salesman was great and it seemed we had his undivided attention, the payments/loan rates/total $ etc were layed out very clearly on paper so we could evaluate between several options, they did not try to sneak in optional fees on the contract, the dealer terms/policies on the purchase give peace of mind, like the return and exchange, all in all a pleasant process. Also we were assisted by 3 different people with the paperwork process so it wasn’t exactly “1 person” but it seemed to mostly speed things along while our salesman was getting something or going to fill the gas so that was fine.

So Grappone has very nice people working there, no question, courteous, helpful and pleasant that's great, but are you there to buy a car or have a pleasant conversation with a sales person?. Their "upfront" pricing is a joke - I easily beat their "competitive pricing model" elsewhere with little effort. All the so called perks they offer many other dealers do as well. Do you homework!!! - that's all it takes and it's pretty clear their pricing is no bargin, same with their trade in valuations. They claim to be a lot of things many are accurate, but the best deal in town or even NH they are not.

I have been a long term customer with Grappone for my personal vehicles and my business vehicles. I recently purchased a car at Toyota of Nashua because they had the make and model of the care I was interested in. Either way, I decided to bring the car to Grappone for the repairs because typically, I receive exemplary service. With this being said, I have only dealt with Grappone Ford service. Since I have a Toyota extended warranty for my new vehicle, I had to schedule the appointment through Grappone Toyota. There were a few things I wanted you to be aware of from this past service appointment as it directly affects my interest in returning to Grappone to service my vehicle. The issues experienced below: -Making the appointment was a hassle, was promised a call back from the service manager which never happened -I had to call multiple times just to get an answer on whether my appointment was set-up correctly for my service contract to be billed rather than myself -I showed up for the appointment to be greeted by *Service Adviser* who was so upset to be at work it made me feel very unwelcome -Before I left the building I made sure that they were just going to fix the issue I told them to car had (the issue had already been diagnosed and they had the engine code which I provided) -Close to 6 hours passed with no call so I figured I'd follow-up, the woman I spoke to told me that my car had been done, Tanya was just finishing the paperwork then she'd call me back. Another hour passed with no call so I just went back to the dealership where *Service Adviser* didn't greet me again. I had to approach her for her to acknowledge me. -She then tells me that I need to pay $96 for a diagnosis fee and that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I told her there is no way that there isn't anything wrong as the check-engine was on. She said they reset the code and if it came back on, to not come back and just change my gas cap because that was most likely the issue. Why not just replace it if that was the thought I wondered? I didn't entertain an argument with Tanya as the service thus far was nowhere near acceptable and I couldn't bear for the experience to get any worse at this point. -I picked my car up on Friday afternoon and Friday evening the check engine was back on again. So now I drove from Boston to Concord to service my car because I trusted Grappone to have wasted gas and $98 for absolutely nothing. Now I have to go through the nightmare of finding a new dealership to fix something that should have been taken care of. I am very disappointed as I had such a great time having Greg over at Ford as my service adviser. This certainly makes me want to never come back which stinks because I still have a check engine light on and need my car fixed.

Worst used car dealership and service area ever! Buy a used car here if you are happy to be having things falling off your car in under a year- our 2014 under 70,000 miles that we purchased 7 months ago has had break problems, a maintenance light alert, a piece of plastic come off near the feet where they stuck it over a hole in the carpet, and part of the muffler literally fall off... Grappone service area refuses to take responsibility for selling lemon cars and stands by their dishonesty. I was better off with my 2007 Kia that had 170,000 miles previous to the one I bought here. In our opinion- stay FAR away from this place.

Extra charges and inferior parts made this a bad experience. I've had Toyotas for many years. My wife took our Prius in for a service. As per usual, the service rep called and asked for approval on a number of issues, large and small. She approved some and not others. When she picked the car up, they told her that they had noticed her windshield wipers were old and needed to be replaced. They went ahead and did that at $8/blade. There were two problems: they never asked... and we had JUST replaced the blades. There was no way they were as worn out as the dealership claimed. Too bad they had thrown them away so we couldn't test their assertion. To add insult to injury, the blades that they put on were cheap blades that stick and pull in the snow. Much worse than the nice blades she had on there. Not a great experience.

I recently did a trade in for the first time, and I was relieved how easy Sarah made this process for me. At my first visit, all I really wanted was to learn about the trade in process and run some numbers without being pressured to jump into a new car. Sarah was patient and answered all of our questions. By the end of the visit, I was ready for a test drive! Sarah kept in touch with me during the process and did a lot of behind the scenes work before the day I went in to buy the new car, making that visit short and sweet. This time I was told the service would take about 2 hours, and I decided I could wait. The facilities for waiting are excellent so I didn't mind hanging out there.To my surprise it was done in an hour and a half. The only issue that I encountered on this visit was in scheduling. I had scheduled my appointment online, but then I was contacted by an associate to say that appointment was not available. We rescheduled to another day, but apparently it did not get on the service departments schedule. However, they still honored my appointment and as I said had the work done on time.
