UPDATE: I didn't think I'd end up coming back to Grappone only 2.5 years after purchasing my Elantra, but after a serious accident that I walked away from with just a small scratch (the car wasn't as lucky) it was clear to me that Hyundai makes a very safe vehicle,and what better place to purchase a new one than the dealership that was downright awesome in all aspects when I bought the Elantra. Well, nothing has changed at Grappone, and that's a good thing! I called back up Nate right away and started the test-drive process. He was just as good, if not better, than when I worked with him with the Elantra. This time my wife and I had our eyes on a Tuscon (that upgrade we mentioned from the last review!). Nate delivered. He was patient, knowledgeable and super helpful. Made the whole process a snap. I said after the Elantra I was going to be a long time customer. I think now I am a LIFE-LONG customer. Impressed isn't a strong enough word this time around. Nate, you rock! Grappone, keep it up, and like I said before, never change! October 2015: I was already thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of Grappone when I was warranty issues with my scion FRS. (I had a poor experience at another dealership and my wife recommended Grappone for service, so I started taking my car there. Everyone is very pleasant and I was never overcharged for service or provided unnecessary service). I didn't want to deal with the FRS anymore so I decided I would trade it in for a more practical car. Grappone had treated me well so far so I figured I'd start the test driving process with them. I had the privilege of working with Nathan minutes after arriving at the Grappone Hyundai dealership. To make a long story short, he, my wife and I spent 4 hours test driving what seemed like a dozen cars! I've never worked with such a patient, attentive and knowledgeable sales rep! Nathan was eager to answer my questions and never pushed me in any direction. He had a great personality and respected my wife and I. I waited a week before coming back and Nathan was very responsive to my inquiries regarding my trade in and before you know it, I was driving off in a brand new Hyundai Elantra! I just want to express my gratitude towards Nathan for all of his help and excellent attitude. He made the car buying process fun, and I guarantee I will be a long time customer of Grappone. I just hope he's around for the next upgrade when we have a few kids and need some more room! Grappone, I am impressed. Nathan is top notch and your dealership is awesome! Never change!

Great service visit! Brought my wifes Kia Sorento here after having issues with the local Kia dealer and wanting to be sure to have factory filters and service performed.. Grappone Hyundai exceeded my expectations of service! Went in to have snow tires swapped out to my summers, and an oil change. They informed me it was eligible for a state inspection and needed some other recommended service.. being a technician myself I performed the recommended service at home, however was very excited to see the recommendations were honest and truthful. The prices were very fair and they even took the time to answer a few "model specific" engine related questions and concerns I had.. Thank you folks again, from start to finish the service staff was warm, inviting and accommodating! We will be back!

Overall fantastic experience. My wife and I were shopping around for a new car for her, and I randomly came across Grappone because of their advertised window pricing. We just moved to Nashua from NYC, so Grappone certainly wasn't the most convenient location for us, but it was well worth the trip up. Rachel Brown, our "product specialist", was cheerful and no-pressure from the minute we walked in the door. She had all the cars in the showroom moved on the spot to allow us to test drive a new Genesis that was completely blocked in, and then pulled a car from one of their sibling dealerships for us to test drive as well. We didn't buy on the spot, but after a month of searching for possible options and best deals, we came back and bought a Genesis. I even consulted with a family member who worked for another dealer in MA, but they couldn't get us a better deal than Grappone. They truly do mean that the window sticker is their best deal, and it also happens to be the best deal in the region. This makes for a very low-pressure environment. Rachel was in communication via email to answer any questions about the pricing, extended service contract, etc. I will be sending all of my friends and family up to Grappone going forward, as this was a unique, and pleasant car-buying experience (the opposite of most).

Overall best car buying experience in my life. Unlike any other car dealer. No pressure no commission sales people are really truly helpful. The prices they quote are competitive and even beast other car dealers. What I particularly like is that their are actually 5 car dealers all in one stop. My wife took her 08 Sonata for 2 recall issues. Grappone asked if they could give the car a "complimentary" check. She agreed. They came up with $450 of "necessary" repairs. We told them to hold off as we would like a second opinion. The "necessary" repairs were done at a local garage by a mechanic we have much trust in. His total, same repairs, $280. Much inflated parts and labor. Save yourself some money and get your repairs done elsewhere.

Pretty disappointed. I bought my car at Grappone and have had a majority of the maintenance and work done there. Tonight my wife stopped there at 4:50 after work to get a headlight replaced because she noticed it was out this morning. The woman at the desk said they couldn't do it because they close at 5. I double checked their website and service is open until 5:30.

I have always HATED the "traditional" process of buying a new car. Those who could haggle would always get the better deal. You we're often not even sure what you we're paying for the vehicle or what you actually got for your trade in. My feeling has always been, if you can't negotiate the price of your groceries or clothing etc, why should a car be any different. Why should I pay more or less for the same vehicle than somebody else because of a difference in negotiating skills? Well Grappone has "Broken The Mold" with all of that. We just purchased a new Hyudai Elantra. From start to finish, the experience was refreshingly awesome! We never felt like we were being "up-sold" or being pushed to make quick decisions. No one was working for a commission, no one was trying to meet a quota. It was all about us and our needs. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a new vehicle to try any of the Grappone Dealerships. They changed MY mind! Great Job!!!

A positive experience in car shopping. I bought a Quality used car over last weekend, but by Monday morning I knew I just couldn't live with the car. I emailed my sales associate, Lindsay Gordon, and she responded promptly with a friendly "Come on back in! I'm here to help." All the staff made me feel as though my purchase was important, and no one blinked an eye at honoring their "3-day Money Back Guarantee" when I was not satisfied. (The car just wasn't for me, but it was a great deal.) I ended up with a Certified PreOwned vehicle, and I am loving it. Their inventory is varied enough that anyone should be able to find what they like, and within their budget. I also like Grappone's new "no commission" structure, meaning the sales crew isn't focusing their efforts on getting people into a higher-priced car than they may have originally intended. When I'm ready for my next car, I'm going back, and hopefully Lindsay will be there still. My husband likes another dealership in town, but he may just shop at Grappone Hyundai for his next vehicle, based on how things went for me. I recommend the dealership very much.

My wife and I bought a used Toyota Prius from this dealership. The whole process was top notch. We pulled on the lot and were greeted by Kevin a salesman at the dealership. Kevin did not waste our time with paperwork like other dealerships had before we were able to test drive the cars we were interested in. One of the cars was at his dealership while the other was at their Toyota dealership up the road. we drove the first and then wanted to see the other. Kevin said he would go get the car for us and to take our time looking over this one until he returned. We test drove the other car and loved it. The sales process was seamless. When we were waiting on the Business manager to finalize paperwork one of the owners introduced herself to us and made us feel like we were part of the family at her dealership. I would recommend the Grappone Group to my friends if you want to do business with a family run business that makes you feel like you are part of their family.

Coming from a sales background (which has left me somewhat jaded,) I really like the setup they use, where the employees don't make more money by selling you a more expensive vehicle- Makes finding the right car much easier.That said, don't let them rip you off with warranty and insurance add-ons; The practice of "growing the fear" before providing a price for protection is alive and well there, to the extent that it's even a computer program.

I liked the no-pressure, up-front approach to car buying. I knew what my preferences were and thought I would try to be up-sold to a vehicle out of my price range. Toby asked me what I was looking for and I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Everything was laid out in front of me so I understood exactly what I was getting as well. The ONLY THING that kept me from giving Grappone Hyundai 5 stars was the fact that the vehicle I purchased did not have floor mats. It was brand new (2018) and I bought it off the showroom floor. I did not notice it didn't have floor mats, I assumed (which is mostly my fault, but still) that a new vehicle would have floor mats. HAD I KNOWN, then I would have insisted they be negotiated into the sale. After I noticed (the next day, after purchase), I called and brought this to my salespersons attention and was told I could come in to buy some for $150. For buying a $23,000 brand new vehicle, I would have appreciated being taken care of in this regard. BUT, that is a minor set-back. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Honestly the best car dealership I have ever been to. It was the first time I was at a dealership for over an hour and didnt feel like I wanted to hang my self. The staff here and at Grappone Ford and Honda made me feel like a customer not a target. I went to almost every dealership just to see who could compete and the numbers werent even close. Autofair was probably the worst of them all. The up-front price was 3000 dollars less then Autofairs "best price while still keeping the lights on". I just bought my third car in three years here. I just bought a 2010 Ford Fusion and during the test drive noticed a slight issue. They put 4 brand new tires on it, full tire balance and redid the alignment just to help me without me asking. Not to mention they dont wait at the door like vultures waiting to tear into you. I ask everyone to give them a try once and you will never go anywhere else again. I brought 3 friends, my grandparents and my girl freind here to buy cars and everyone told me they felt respected and actually cared for. Just asking about a car they brought me the invoice showing exactly what they paid for it and the recomended MSRP and showed me what they are asking to see all three numbers compared together. You wont find a better place....best of luck Grappone and thanks again!

I would highly recommend asking for Gary Guyer if you're in the market for a new (or new to you!) vehicle. There was no pressure, and everyone we encountered was awesome! I picked up my car last night and it was looking beautiful! (obviously just washed/waxed, inside was spotless, and the gas tank was topped right off!). So happy with my purchase and I will definitely go back to Grappone whenever I need another vehicle and would certainly recommend them.

Went in for a "free" inspection.... Have a car bought from them and just hit 60K today. Car failed inspection for burnt out marker light and a crack in the bumper. The bulbs no biggie, but the crack in the bumper for failing was extreme. Also seemed like a proper time for them to recommend a $210.00 trans flush, $50.00 cabin filter, $50 intake filter and $28 for two bulbs. We got the paper work back non of the "free" items the check for you were not completed, IE: Battery, tires, brake pads Etc. If you look at the paper work of the two pictures you will also see the official state paper work showing failed only for 2 bulbs being out and that's it. But under their own paper work states failed because of said bulbs out plus right bumper damage. Also no name of the performing Tech on the vehicle. Picture of said crack bumper for fail sticker.

I drive approx. 600 miles per week to and from work. I walked into Grappone Hyudai talked to Steve Kurtz. He listened to my needs and found a car that met MY needs at a price I wanted. No one tried to over sell me or pass me to a deal that did not fit my needs. I was working with another dealer in Laconia when I stopped by. I was quoted one price then another. I was promised return calls that went unmade. I asked for info that was not given. All this in search of a good deal. Dealing with Steve and his team was fantastic at the start. Their response to my needs was prompt and they called back when they said. I looked at the car on Tues at 7 and drove it off the lot Weds at noon. Knowing my time is short they had everything ready to go within an hour of my commitment. All this and at a rate of interest almost half of what was quoted by others. Back in May, I got a flat tire and had to be towed to a tire store. My car was towed incorrectly, and it burned out my transmission. My car was taken the next day to Grappone Hyundai, where the team there took immediate ownership of my problem. The car was under warranty, and I was given a loaner car immediately to use while they figured out my problem. The tow company, the Hyundai insurance people, and the tow company’s insurance people all dragged their feet while Mike from Grappone went to battle for me. I can’t say enough nice things about how much Mike helped me! Really, he made the situation, which could have been a nightmare, a breeze. What a difference one person can make to a situation! While Gene, the sales rep, was nothing but pleasant, my experience since driving off the lot has been nothing but terrible. My 2012 used Ford Focus Titanium (purchased 2 years ago) has had issue after issue, all of which were well hidden during my test drives. Just to note a few - they topped the coolant reservoir with water, which then subsequently froze and caused the car to dangerously overheat. The techs failed to properly attach the heat shield after it was noticeable sagging during purchase, which then caused it to basically rot away. The shock absorber detached from the body of the car only 3 months after purchase.The list does go on. To top it off, the “free” inspections always come back with some kind of overpriced work or diagnostic needed. It’s safe to say I will not be back as a customer, and I recommend others look elsewhere.

Taylor, who was from the Toyota Showroom, patiently worked with us as we made our decision to purchase a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. This ended up being our 7th or 8th Hyundai purchase. Taylor helped through the entire process and spent additional time helping us establish our Blue Link connection. Since Toyota is Taylor's primary vehicle line, she was supported by sales staff at the Hyundai show room one provided an excellent orientation to the car, and then another (Steve) helped Taylor navigate some Hyundai specific details of completing the sale. The management staff was helpful too, and not pushy.

I feel ripped off! $38.45 to replace a headlight bulb?... $43.87 to replace a fog light, !@#$%, this is a hyundai, not a lexus. I changed the other one myself 2 weeks ago in 10 minutes with an $8 bulb from Walmart. And when I flinched at the cost, the girl says "that's not bad...it used to cost $55" I work so hard for my money. I even bought the car here. Time to find a dealership that charges a fair price for the service they offer. Oh and by the way they charge $39.95 for a state inspection and $36.95 for a regular oil change with an additional $22 "haz mat supplies" charge??? You can find it a whole lot cheaper at Auto Serv (free w/ purchase) and Auto Fair ($17.95)

My elderly mother took her car there for an oil change and when they say how little mileage her car had they sent s salesmen out to talk her into trading in her car. To make a long story short they raked her over The coals on her trade in. What kind if dealership screws a widowed women over. I don't suggest anyone ever going there.
