My son and I had a great experience with Grappone after being to sevreal other not so good places that we won't get into as this is a review for Grappone. They work with you here and the no stress and anxiety of buying a car is great. My son had George and he was great from the beginning listened to us and our concerns and made car buying easy and haggle free. My opinion auto places shold go this way more since it's a better atmosphere. I'm sure other Sales Reps are just as good, however the experience I had with George was positive and would recommendo him highly. They deducted my oil change without me asking because it was my sixth one, and did my state inspection without me asking. The car was clean, done on time and the great service department was, as usual. always smiling.
Will not be returning. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went in after speaking with a woman through email for over a week. I had explained to her how I wanted the experience to go and she assured me that it would all go well. I walked in the dealership and immediately got bombarded by salesman. Four salesman walked over to me, hungry for someone to buy a car from them. Completely unprofessional. They proceeded to tell me that we were going to do a presentation on the car buying experience there. I told them that we wouldn't be doing it. We then got to the appraisal on my 2014 CRV. I told them to take my keys and do a quick appraisal while we ran numbers inside. They pretty much didn't let it happen and made me go out with them. From there, the staff was so rude that I walked out.
Had an amazing time at Grappone. Buying a car is never fun but Kevin made it so the time flew by and we had a great time! Kevin was honest with us when we asked questions and provided great feedback. We had initially only come into look at a car and walked away with a new CR-V. One month later and I am still in love with the car and am so glad we purchased it. I highly recommend Kevin as your sales associate if you go there!
We bought a vehicle hear a number of years ago and did every service with Grappone for years, which was always too expensive. I know, going to the dealership, probably my fault. But, what pushed me over the edge was when I called them up and asked them what was the easiest way for me to get my full service records for everything they had done on the vehicle. I was willing to pick it up, receive it by email, snail mail, fax, anything. They told me they couldn't do it. I tried again a few weeks later and got the same response. And that was the end of Grappone for me.
This was a very relaxed and pleasant sale compared to my past experiences at other dealerships. I went in with a pretty good idea of the Ridgeline I wanted to buy, and George was very helpful and straightforward, going over all the options in detail.

When we decided it was time to replace the car I've been driving for the past eight years, we were actually looking at a different make vehicle. On a whim we stopped at Grappone Honda to check out their Civics. You know how sometimes you just want to look without being shadowed by a pushy salesperson trying to get you to come inside and crunch some numbers? At Grappone Honda we were able to look at what they had to offer and decide for ourselves to go in and ask questions. Once we entered the showroom, we were greeted by Ben Smith, a very personable and knowledgeable representative who answered all our questions, offered us a test drive, and explained Grappone's hassle free upfront pricing. We were so impressed by Honda's technology and stylish good looks that we decided to trade in my husband's car as well. Their hassle free negotiating philosophy was like a breath of fresh air - from choosing to buy/lease to the trade in value of our vehicles. There was no pressure, no number crunching. The hardest part of the entire process was trying to choose which color I wanted. I bought my car a couple months ago and I had such a great experience I had to write this review! Austin B. is by far one of the best sales reps I have ever worked with, and I come from a sales background! Not only was he courteous, pilot, informative, but he was also non pressure (my favorite type of sales rep :). Every step of the way I felt Austin had our best interest, and asked questions that where for our families best interest not for the sale. I came in feeling like a hot shot with two vehicles that I thought where the best bang for the buck (as a salesmen myself I didn't want to feel taken advantage of so I did my research). Austin brought me to those vehicles let me test drive and spend as much time as i wanted with them and ultimately I couldn't make a decision. Austin said, "do you mind if I show you a vehicle that I think might fit you better". So I entertained the idea and he showed my wife and I the year we where looking for, millage we where looking for, better options than what we where looking for, but ultimately the price we wanted to stay in. Not only did Austin find us a better vehicle then we where looking for (same price range), had a non pressure sales approach, but he called me a couple days later to ask if I was happy with the purchase. I have already recommended Austin B and Grappone Honda to many friends and will be a lifelong customer! People were extremely kind and it was a fun buying experience. I went to a different dealership a few days before and the other salesmen were rude and disrespectful. I felt patronized and the guy was extremely rude to my dad putting his hand in his face and cutting him off. Patricia was our sales lady and she got me a great deal and was very accommodating.

I also like how their sales team do not overwhelm the customer with unnecessary details and using cheap sales gimmicks to pressure the customer into making hasty decisions. Their professional, efficient, friendly approach from each employee resonated with me throughout my experience. There is a great selection of quality vehicles that are priced competitively with the market. Grappone makes it a point to put the customer first and it shows.

Excellent customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Sarah and she was wonderful! I generally purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years so I am quite familiar with the car buying process. I do not like car shopping at all because it is nothing but a game. A very discouraging one. However, Sarah and her team leader were nothing of this kind. Everything was done right in front of my eyes. No hiding behind close doors. And everything was explained to me clearly. She went through every possible scenario to meet my needs. They assessed my car carefully and were able to work up a fair amount for my trade. With that being said, the 2016 CR-V was not a fit for my needs and I purchased a 2017 Subaru from another dealer ONLY because Grappone did not carry that brand. If they did carry that brand, I would have purchased that vehicle in a heartbeat. In all honesty, Sarah was more concern about me being happy with the vehicle I was purchasing. She encouraged me to try out other brands just to make sure. You can not find that kind of customer service at any other dealership! Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from her, I will highly recommend this dealership and Sarah to anyone in the market for a new Honda!

My husband and I had not purchased a car for some 12 years and the entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and guide us through the process. I found working with product specialist Patricia Lord to be a very good experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, direct and listened to my needs and concerns. She didn't try to oversell. I could have given this five stars but after a long day, they took the car in for detailing which, I was told, would make it like brand new. The interior and windows were dirtier coming out of the garage than they were going in. A terrible job.

My daughter had recently bought her first car at Grappone and had an excellent experience. At 46 years old, I had never financed a car, had not established credit and had problems in the past because of it. My daughter convinced me to give Grappone a try saying that they worked really hard on her behalf, with her also being a first time car buyer still in college. I went in with the intention of looking at a used AWD vehicle that I had seen on their website. With it being my first purchase I figured I would shoot for one of their lower priced used cars, but actually expecting to be told that I would need a co-signer or just be told no because of my lack of credit history. Patricia greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She was very friendly and sat down with me right away to see what she could do to help me. I told her I came in to look at a certain car, and told her right off about my lack of credit and that I didn't really expect to much, but would like to see what my options would be. She was extremely helpful and positive telling me they had a great team that worked very hard to do the best they could for their customers. She then introduced me to Adam, and he asked me why I picked the car I had come in to see. He explained to me with my credit score that there may be a better way to go to possibly get financing. He showed me a car and asked if I thought I may like it. It was a totally different car than the one I went in to look at. It was actually newer, with less miles and a little bit more money, but still within a price range that I felt comfortable in. They were even nice enough to tell me they were going to work on financing before I test drove so not to have me fall in love only to get denied, which I really appreciated. While we waited for Adam to do his work with the financing. Patricia, my daughter, her boyfriend and I sat there talking about Miranda's experience and we even saw Angela, the woman who sold my daughter her car. She came over and even remembered the car she sold her! We chatted for about 15 minutes when Adam came back and told me that he had a strong offer for me. I was so impressed with how they both worked to get me in a really nice, dependable vehicle. They even stayed past closing to help me get all the paperwork done and I drove off in my new car that night. I am also actually very happy I got the car I did, instead of the one I had originally gone there to look at. I will recommend Grappone to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a car. I know I will go back to them when I purchase my next car!

I had a great experience here. We traveled from Oklahoma because they had an awesome deal on a Honda Fit. I made it to Concord NH where they picked us up at the bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took a test drive route with a highway and a bumpy road so I would know how the car drove. They look at the cars and do any repairs necessary before putting them on the lot. They also put the car on the lift so we could take a look at the underside. I would definitely recommend Grappone Honda. =)

My wife and I have been looking for a new car for about a year, maybe more. After plenty of talk and going back and forth, we decided on a Honda Odyssey. We just had to answer the question... where were we going to get it? After going through the typical dealer garbage, we landed at Grappone, and ended up talking to Ezekiel "Zeke" DesOrmeaux. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and all together, what you want in a sales person. Wasn't pushy at all either. If I ever need a new car, there is no doubt, I am going back here. About 3 months later, we still love our car. I was also very impressed with Zeke's follow up and genuine concern about our well being. You don't find that these days!

Recently purcashed a used 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid through here. While I didn't get my exact asking price for my trade in, they made everything transparent as to why this was the case. I had been in limbo trying to discern which bank to finance through, and after some thought, opted to go through the one they provided because it didn't cause me undue hardship in the long run. Which is especially vital given that I'm moving to Concord, seeking employment down there, and that my previous vehicle would not have sustained the mileage to commute to my current employer. They explained everything in detail, step by step, and never forced a decision to be made. They were cordial, generally interested in helping me find a vehicle that would meet my needs, and openly made an effort to communicate throughout the process. I'm a first time buyer for a vehicle of this cost, one of my previous vehicles was through a private sale, and the other was bought outright. I had previous experience dealing with Grappone about 2 years ago in discussing the purchase of a Hyundai Sonata. Going into this all, it certainly helped that I knew to an extent what I wanted, but having the demeanor and candor of the employees involved in the process made everything so much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a vehicle. Their thorough, kind, courteous, and genuinely care about the products they distribute.
I am only filling this out because the dealer sent me a link and asked me to submit a review. I purchased a 2013 Accord last May and owned it for 6 months. I traded it in at Audi of Nashua (5 star operation)! Funny story...I bought the car in May and my Birthday is in December. As you know NH does inspection by birth date. I did not receive a call in December I received a call in May 5 months later after I already paid for the inspection. "Happy birthday!" I informed the sales person...it was my birthday 6 months ago thanks! After an, "Oh" I got...have you seen the new Civic???? I replied as I stated a year ago I DO NOT WANT A CIVIC. Reply- "Oh". Overall awful experience pretty much every step. From the we do not negotiate anything to literally them showing you cars you said you don't want. I traded the car in 6 months later at Audi of Nashua and took a bath on the car because the price was way to high to start with but hey live and learn. if you are looking for a new car or even used go to Audi of Nashua and see Mark P! I am super happy with 2016 Audi S3! Do not go to Grappone ever!
This was my third time purchasing a vehicle from Grappone, and my experience just gets better every time I go! This time, I was purchasing a new car because mine had been totaled in accident, after only having it for about a year and half. When I learned that my car was a total loss, I immediately contacted the sales person I had worked with when I purchased my first HR-V, because I had such a great experience the first time! My sales person, Angela, and the trainee working with her, Justin, were both very welcoming and accommodating. When we arrived in the parking lot at our appointment time, Angela and Justin greeted us in the parking lot and then brought the car I was interested around for me to see. Angela is not only exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient, but also very kind and friendly. I enjoyed my experience because of this and had a lot of fun. My father came with me to purchase my new HR-V, and he has taken every opportunity to share how wonderful the experience was with everyone he has seen. I HIGHLY recommend Grappone! (And have already done so any time I hear someone mention they are in the market for a new vehicle). I personally won't ever go anywhere else again!

Really disappointed and, disgusted. They did over $1,000 dollars worth of work to my Honda Pilot (knowing I had to borrow the money to have the work done) that it DID NOT need but made sure to tell me that it needed a steering rack, had a chip in the windshield, some rust (06 Honda, rust? No way), has a bad radiator or radiator hose. So, if they knew that it had a bad coolant leak and that it was the radiator or hose than why not just tell me that and charge me for the work that actually needed to be done and, done that instead of taking what they could get from me? On the phone when I made the appointment I said that I thought that the water pump needed to be replaced but, I am not a Honda certified technician who has the training to notice the source of a coolant leak. We have all been taken advantage of by a garage at some point in our lives but, I never would have expected such dishonesty from an actual dealership. I live near Tilton NH and the car finally broke down in the south end of Boston, almost 90 miles from home. Tow truck cost almost $500 but, had they been honest I wouldn't have been stranded so far from home. Multimillion-dollar facility and they are screwing the little guy.

I have only had courteous and professional conduct from the staff at Grappone. My car is done when they said it would be and at the cost originally estimated. My only "criticism" is when in the waiting area, a rep stopped another customer to talk about her lease that was about to end. Maybe the customer was not uncomfortable, but I was. Things like leases and purchasing should be discussed in private, not in full view of the public.
I had a great experience here. Great customer service, and I left with a great car that I absolutely love.

I had an 8oclock am appointment this morning to have both air bags replaced. After Sitting in the waiting area for about 10 minutes I was ready to leave this place. They took down the walls and made it all open, not a good thing. The sales people where very loud and rude to the other people around them. There was some long legged guy with tight pants and sun glasses on giving orders to everyone. Why sunglasses at 8am in the morning and in side to boot. It was very foggy outside so you didn't need sunglasses on? I use to work there when they had big trucks and Bobby, Alan and John Grappone would not let something like that go on. What is wrong with Amanda Grappone. She is not a business person like her dad or grandfather. I won't go back there for anything, service sucked.

The buying process was smooth and easy. We ended up leasing which was never even a consideration until the folks at Grappone explained exactly how leasing works - the good and the bad. Also, we had some accessories added - the service department was able to get all the parts and completed installation by the following afternoon. I'm only giving 4 stars because we did have them take look at our 11 year old vehicle for trade and the offer was very low. Everything else was great thought.
Avoid Grappone Honda at all cost. We brought in our vehicle for a used car inspection. Costs $150, they told us absolutely nothing literally said the car was good to go... should have no problems getting inspected in VT all the usual. Well 2k in repairs later I am here to tell you their service is absolutely awful. Stay away!!! How did they miss the huge hole in the catylic converter? How about that the drivetrain is totally on its last legs. Struts were bad, CV joint needed to be replaced, this car was literally thousands of dollars of repairs to get it to pass inspection. Zero integrity here. Find somewhere else to service your vehicle. Their excuse? Blaming everyone except themselves. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to deal with because these folks are the worst. Never again! Bottom line, these guys apparently had no problem sending me and my family in a car that was not safe and they should have known.
Tim is the greatest. Everything else that happened was also good but if you get Tim you know things are gonna be great. Came in with a minor sob story about my loss of vehicle and failure to find a comfortable car (I am a gigantic man) down the street. Right away I was inside a few cars and in less than 24 hours I was in one of said cars and couldn't be happier with my new Accord.
No stress buying experience! Very relaxed and down to earth atmosphere. They definitely practice what they preach! Highly reccomend buying your next Honda there.

This is the cleanest, most magnificent operation in the business. It is a family empire with all of the freedom of choice that engenders. Love the no bargaining; got enough of that after four years in China.
The 2016 Honda Civic is indeed the North American car of the year! Beautiful exterior design, solid build, all the latest tech features, and so comfortable and fun to drive. If you're not in the market for a giant truck, like so many Americans, get this wonderful car.

Had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer and Chris. My first inquiry started over the phone and the timing was incredible. I submitted an inquiry online and had a call within an hour. I was supported and assured that they could find me something that would work not only for my needs and budget! I scheduled an appointment and when the day came to go in for my appointment I was suppose to meet with Chris but he was with another customer so he quickly introduced me to Jennifer. Never once did I feel like information was being hidden from me. The process was simple and when I was there past closing they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing thmem. After 14 years, we had to replace a beloved and reliable car that had been through thick and thin. Erik Faust at Grappone Honda made it easier for us, patiently showing us and letting us test drive a number of pre-owned cars from all across Grappone’s inventory. There was no pressure from him, just a genuine desire to help us find a car that worked within our budget and needs. Purchased my used CRV from Grappone in 2013. Have been bringing it in to their service department for all regular service, repairs, and tires. The service department is always friendly and waiting area comfortable. I have always been satisfied with their work and have had no "surprises" when it comes to things needing to be done. I highly recommend them.
Just picked up my new 2013 Honda Accord Touring Edition and I love it. I had a wonderful buying experience at Grappone starting with my initial inquiry over the internet through their site. They were very prompt in replying and very helpful. I went there on a Sunday to test drive it and due to the poor weather I arrived late (very close to closing) but they helped me anyway and even stayed 2 hours after they closed to complete my purchase. When I took delivery of the vehicle it was well done and they took me through all the features. My sales person (Josh) was very helpful and knew the car well. I will certainly purchase more vehicles from this dealership in the future. I was also very impressed at the additional benefits "Grappone difference?" that they have above and beyond other Honda dealers. It really is a great additional benefit.
What a great car buying experience - everything up front from the new car price to two possible trade in values and being part of that process. My wife and I stopped in July and were not ready at that time, but drove over 50 miles due to the great first impression to come back when we were ready to purchase. We like the car very much, it is a smooth riding / driving car. I wish it had a little more towing capacity , 1500 lbs isn't very much. I also wish it still had the ability to be towed behind an RV with all 4 wheels down.
I have bought two cars here and hadnmost of the work for them done at the service center. It is easy to get an appointment and the work is completed in the time frame they give me. They have nice waiting area with TVs, magazines, chargers, and plenty of seating. They also have a children's area and a lactation room. As a breastfeeding mother I really appreciated all the amenities available. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I just bought my third car from the Grappone dealerships and what a difference from the first two experiences! They've changed to a civilized 'no haggle' system. Posted price on the car is the lowest they'll go so there's no dickering. The sales people are not rewarded on the price of the car they sell, just that they sold a car, so whether I buy a Fit or a Pilot, their 'bonus' is the same. And the best part ( for me) was that many of their salespeople are women. I had a great experience with Amanda Hubbard( my sales rep) and how often can you say that about the car-buying process!
Grappone Honda is always upfront about what to expect with service on my vehicle, such as timing and price. Their employees are friendly and efficient and show great pride in their work. Service staff were very respectful of customers, but also of each other - it was nice to see and a great all-around experience.
Great, great, great sales team!! Service team-absolute worst! Take your time and money elsewhere. I've gone a couple times to get an issue fixed and they claim there's no issue and don't fix anything. I'd give them negative stars if it was possible.
Everything is great at Grappone! The buying process is like chatting with friends. They get to know you and what you want & need and work to help you find the best vehicle for your life. The price is the price, so trust isn't an issue. Going in for service is a piece of cake too... from the friendly greeting to outstanding quick service to being on my way in a relaxed manner. Waiting in a comfortable space with complimentary snacks and drinks is always very much appreciated! I have purchased a Mazda, Toyota and Honda from Grappone and only ever had positive experiences. Review is on behalf of my parents. Becky the service manager went above and beyond on taking care of my parents with there 12 Honda Crv. They had an issue with a transmission concern. Prior to that there was some miscommunication on what was wanted or needed. Becky was able to clear it up quickly, and easily as well as going above and beyond on getting there vehicle fixed. Because of this Grappone has not only gained a new service customer but there next hondas will be purchased at Grappone. My parents have not stopped talking about how wonderful they where to all friends and family. Thank you to Becky and your team for doing a excellent job.
The service division is very good here. My transition was giving me problems and a local specialist quoted a 2k$ rebuild. I took it to Grappone and the evaluation revealed that a sensor needed to be replaced. While it's not the cheapest option in the market, I at least know they will do a good job. Dave helped answer my questions. I am very satisfied with my service experience.
Recently bought a new Honda Pilot from Grappone Honda. The experience was low pressure and enjoyable. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
My salesperson, Rob Cummings, was very patient with me, since I hadn't bought or leased a new car in 15 years. The diverse car lines at Grappone attracted me, and while I initially focused on purchasing a Mazda, I made a "U turn" the following day and ended up with a Honda Fit, which I conclude is (excuse the pun) a better "fit" for me. I then returned after the weekend to get additional assistance with my new car, and everyone I've interacted with has been genuinely willing to help, which leaves mostly a good impression. I do wish, though, there were more classes and/or orientations available from car dealers for older buyers like me (age 40+) who are unfamiliar with and in some cases downright scared of all the new technology in cars today. An additional caveat: be prepared for the sales pitch at the end to buy the optional Zurich products; the most important being the Zurich Shield exterior sealant/interior fabric protection, since once applied, it is nonrefundable. I added the Zurich Shield to my monthly lease payment, but still had some misgivings about it. I spoke with a tech in their detail shop, where it was applied to my Honda Fit, and he insinuated that the interior protection is superior to the exterior protection. Due to the high heat on the afternoon it was applied, some bits of sealant remain on my car. The detail shop removed what they could when I returned, and I am hopeful that the rest will fall off over time. Zurich Shield does come with a warranty, so I will use it if necessary. In the end, if it protects my car from anything beyond "normal wear and tear" for the duration of my lease, perhaps it will be worth the investment.

I won't write them off just yet, but I'm unsettled by the apparent lack of effort they put into helping me. Charged $100 to test the hybrid system, came back to say I would need to make a $2700 repair at some point--no apologies or much of an explanation. Just shrugged. Car only has 147k miles and I've already replaced the hybrid battery once. So much for Honda making decent vehicles.
Up front pricing, friendly & helpful staff, stress free environment. Also, we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase had it not been the right car. We got a fair trade in price and we are very satisfied with our purchase!
BEWARE: Nice sales experience, great techs, but TERRIBLE warranty experience. The service department places contractual warranty before customer service every time. I am replacing the tires on my 2018 Accord at 15,500 miles because a misalignment caused them to wear irregularly. The replacement cost is over $800, and Good Year states that the alignment must have been off for at least 10k miles in order to do this level of damage (they checked alignment and confirmed it is out). The service department at Grappone said because I am 3k miles beyond the 12k mile/12 mo. limit from Honda, there is nothing they can do. Any reasonable person would see that this is an opportunity to serve a customer well, I pay for the tires, you realign the car. Think they are? NOPE, on my own for that $130 expense too. I won't buy another car from here despite a stellar sales experience from Justin.

Brittany at Grappone Honda is the ONLY reason we purchased from Grappone. We had some bad experiences with Grappone and other dealers during this process and did not look forward to making a decision, but we needed a new vehicle. We purchased a Rav4 from her a couple of weeks ago and she was fabulous!! She spent time with us during each test drive (we had many) building a rapport rather than hammering us with a sales pitch. We had done a ton of research, but did have some questions. Anything Brittany couldn’t answer she followed up on and reached out with an update. Her marketing background was a definite asset during the shopping process. She listened and built a relationship with us, which is critical when you’re spending money on a vehicle. It was as if we were a mini focus group discussing our likes and dislikes of various vehicles. When we would come in, Brittany greeted us with print outs of the various trim levels of the vehicles we were deciding between. She even highlighted the relevant details that we had asked about: headliners and headlights, windows and wireless chargers, automatic transmissions and auto-open cargo areas. Brittany was out of the Honda store, but answered questions outside of her store and her shifts. This was a tremendous help, as our work schedules didn’t always match up. Brittany always made us feel welcome and never forced any vehicles or decisions on us. The next time we need a vehicle, we’ll surely ask for Brittany!! :)
What I most enjoyed about my experience at Grappone was the friendly staff. Everyone there was smiling and looked happy and proud of where they work. That to me says a lot about a company. Angela was my sales associate and was down to earth, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. She took the time to ensure I understood all features of my new vehicle and ensured it met my needs. Finally found a dealership I trust!
They claim they are a no pressure dealership, but their was a lot of pressure to purchase Zurich Shield, which I was lead to believe would protect exterior from scratches. He said if you planning on selling your car, this will make it look brand new when you go to sell. I have it on my own vehicle, I highly recommend. I was duped.
Excellent service. All worked completed professionally. Went in for an oil change, and the service rep informed me I needed an alignment. I was on vacation visiting family. The service rep put in line immediately for the alignment. All work took less than one and a half hours.
I got on-line pricing in real time from your web site after providing contact info. You had the model and color Ridgeline that I wanted in stock. We arrived without an appointment the next morning and within a few minutes a sales advisor was assigned to help us (Justin Diamond). Justin spent the next 4+ hours with us as we discussed models, pricing, and leasing options. We had many questions and Justin was extremely helpful - and patient - while answering all of our questions. We did a test drive, and spent a little time inside a couple of vehicles to compare them. We made our choice and decided to finalize our transaction the same day (we did a Lease). The process seemed very easy and relaxed, and we never felt rushed. There was no sales pitch whatsoever. The Pat's Peak ski passes were a nice touch, and I plan to take up your offer of free annual inspections.
The people at Grappone are wonderful and make you feel very comfortable. Grappone is NOT the lowest cost dealer - but I knew that going in. In this case I was after a brand new model that everyone was charging full list for. And they had the exact trimline & color (ext & int) that I wanted. So I went ahead & bought from them because I didn't want to take the time to hunt up another matching vehicle and push for a discount. No regrets - the people are so personable and competent that it was worth it.

I continue to do business with Grappone for their non-negotiable pricing. Working with Amanda has been great and the sales staff at Toyota and Ford have been great in the past. I have not been a fan AT ALL of the sales person I've had for my last two purchases through Honda, however. I gave this person a second chance and it wasn't much better this time around unfortunately.

She was quick to respond with the answers to my questions. I was in the market for a new car for almost 3 years searching for a Civic Type R, every dealership I dealt with was extremely difficult, almost as if they didn't want to sell me the car. We are in the market for a new vehicle. Decided to test drive some trucks and made it clear that we were not buying today. Mark Colin the sales person was incredibly accommodating and helpful taking us on a test drive of a Honda Ridgeline and a Toyota Tacoma. If we decide on one of these trucks we will buy from Grappone and Mark. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
Polite, courteous, efficient service experience every time. Great communications. I've purchased 4 vehicles from the Grappone group, 3 of which have been with Honda. Good prices sold and serviced by great people. I recently brought my accord in for a simple tire swap, as it was the beginning of spring quite a few customers had there vehicles in for the same. As a result my scheduled appointment completion was going to be delayed, without asking I was promptly accommodated with a loaner vehicle and told that if I couldn't get back that day, it was no problem I could pick up the next day. The focus on customer services at Grappone Honda is second to none, and a majority reason I will buy from them for years to come.

After getting rear ended, I went to a local dealership and ended up having a terrible experience. After 5 hours, a deposit, and then a phone call saying the car was no longer safe to drive, I was back at square one. I remembered Grappone and was familiar with their radio ads, so we took the day off and hoped for the best. I went in telling myself that if I wasn't satisfied, I would just walk out. Thankfully, I ended up driving off the lot in a perfect used car! Joe was knowledgable, extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. But so was everyone else! The "I'd like you to meet my manager" was actually just that; it wasn't "meet my manager so they can talk you into spending more." I also loved that when I called to schedule the appointment, the car I was most interested in was put "on hold" so that it would still be there when we came in. (Good thing because that's the one I got!) We still spent about 4 hours from start to finish, but it didn't feel like a pain or a waste of time. At the previous dealership, we had a huge problem with the "finance guy," but Grappone doesn't have a "finance guy"! Joe walked us through our different warranty options with a pretty neat ability to select and deselect options and seeing how it affected the monthly payments. After having a really terrible first car buying experience, Grappone was awesome and I didn't leave frustrated. I feel confident in my new car, the cost, and the people working at Grappone. I will definitely recommend them and will be back when it's time for an upgrade.

I no longer own my 2008 Honda Civic. I always brought my Honda to Grappone Honda for regular maintenance and any repairs. Dan Girard was the customer representative who I consulted on most of my visits. His manner was always professional. He always explained what work was to performed on my vehicle clearly. He proved to be trustworthy at all times. I would gladly recommend a friend who's interested in purchasing a Honda model to seriously check out Grappone Honda. I would likewise recommend anyone with a Honda to have his/her car serviced at Grappone Honda.
