The service writer was friendly and courteous, and pointed out a couple of things I hadn't thought about when setting up the appointment to have my Expedition serviced. I had everything he suggested done, and the bill actually came in a little under the estimate he had given me. I'm a very happy customer!

Fantastic Sales Experience - Amazed! Our last car buying experience at a Manchester dealership left us with such a bad taste in our mouth that we were fearful of what to expect; We contacted product specialist online and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Nate Hollins was the sales person that we met after we were greeted at the door. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the way the Grappone dealerships did business, and how they did thing differently and asked us questions in order to find out which 2016 F150 vehicle might suit me and my wife. We quickly narrowed the choice to one vehicle and we went for a test drive. Nate explained the product clearly, and was aware of what mattered most to me. Nate patiently answered all of my questions about the the differences of the Engines, and whether or not it would work for my snow plow. When it was time to talk about the dreaded price this is when Nate made all the difference. We weren't shuffled off to negotiate with some high pressure finance manager, or the "back and forth" with 2 other Managers. He gave us time and space to come to our decision and explained the different purchase and lease options. Our decision was based on facts without pressure; a huge contrast to our past car buying experiences. My 2014 Ford Escape had a minor engine fault, but the folks at Grappone Ford Service were quick to take it in and diagnose the issue. While I waited, they accommodated me with a loaner car; the repairs were completed as promised, and as the work was under warranty, I only paid for the 30,000 mile service that I needed anyway. The Escape is running beautifully, and I feel confident knowing that any future repairs will be handled with timeliness, courtesy, and quality.

From the time I walked in to buy my dream mustang to having the service done I have been very happy. They treat you like a person they are talking to instead of another number person coming in. I do need to have some body work done and Ford rejected it. But Grappone is stepping in on my 2013 mustang to have the work done. When I have the body work done next month I will write another post on how the paint work came out. I do feel very confident that I will not be disappointed. I bought a truck here that was used and after the first couple days I noticed all my papers in the back were getting wet, the back window had a back leak, as I came out of the store one day I noticed that something looked funny under the drivers door, Checked it out only to find that the rocker panels were all rotted. They had put an inspection sticker on it, they sent it out to be replaced and it took 2 weeks. Now after only a year I see that the rubber around the doors etc is all coming off, I have been told by 2 people that this truck has been in a lot of water. Being a single woman I feel that they saw me coming.Don't go there for a used vehicle unless you or someone you know can really inspect it.

I'm partial to Ford. When I bought my new ford, I went to a dealership that was much more local to where I am living now. And that had nothing to do with any complaints I had about Grappone. When I had my Ford Taurus, I always brought it to them for service. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process. They did whatever they could to help keep the cost of any necessary repairs down, WITHOUT sacrificing qualify. I came to trust them very much, knowing that they would never steer me wrong. They always cared more about doing what was right than what was most profitable. The service manager at the time (who I'm sure by now has accepted a well-deserved promotion) kept me in the loop every step of the way and took good care of me.

We started looking for a car to replace our Ford Edge a few weeks ago. After completing our research and deciding examine two vehicles,we visited two dealers. The staff at the first dealer attempted to get us to commit to purchasing a specific vehicle before a trade appraisal and detailed pricing data would be made available. We walked and went to the Grappone dealership in Bow. The Grappone sales staff & management were most pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They provided test drives in both of the vehicles that we were considering as well as multiple detailed price comparisons for our use. They gave serious consideration to price and market data that we provided during the price negotiations & we were able to reach agreement without feeling pressured to do so. It struck me that the staff conducted business in the "old school" manner of the late Mr Grappone; of whom I know only through press accounts. I seldom make recommendations about dealers because one experience may not be representative but I will tell you that when I replace our other vehicle, I will go to the Grappone dealership in Bow for the new car.

If you plan to get your car serviced or detailed they are great. Saw a car I was interested in and did everything in my power as a customer to get a hold of someone on the sales team. Called in three times and left voicemails with no call backs. Emailed three different sales team members and finally late in the day someone got back with vague information on the car I was interested in. I had to pry an answer out for more information on the car and he got back the following day. I informed him I was very interested and could walk out the lot with the car that day, so we set a time to test drive. Then I got an email a few hours later and they sold it out from under me. Never been treated, so badly when purchasing a vehicle. Brushed off, ignored and lied to. Sales manager refused to do anything claims he will speak to the team, but spent less than an hour trying to find a new vehicle for me. Very much wanted this to work out from the beginning or for the manager to give me better options after it all, but that was not the case. Myself and my family/friends will be taking our business to portsmouth or hillsboro. Very disappointing how they treat their customers.

I my F150 from Grappone and recently had my first service call. Staff is courteous and I waited about an hour for them to complete my service. I do have a rattling issue within the engine, but service tech could not get the noise to happen when he test drove it, and I will have to go back in the spring and hopefully they find that issue.

The service center did not have to help me out as there was no warranty to cover but they told me that they would fix the truck at no cost. Seems like Ford Credit and the dealership (Grappone in this case) are on two different planets. My lease is paid off, and my intent all along has been to purchase my year old Explorer, however I cant get the two parties to work together. What makes it even more frustrating is that when I talk to someone in Grappone's finance department, and then expect follow up, I get none! Messages don't get returned by the finance folks there. The initial sales experience was great, however I would be hard pressed to do business with Ford and Grappone again. Bill

I bought a used Ford Flex. I had found it online and drove over on my lunch break to be told that the car wasn't there. Fair enough. Get back and its still online so I sent in a contact request. The online team got back to me within minutes and confirmed that the car did exist and that it was there. Went by after work and they had it parked out front for me to take a test drive. Robb was the sales rep and was very personable and knowledgeable. We quickly checked out a couple of other options that had 3rd row seating, but decided on the Flex. The purchasing part was a lengthy process and I don't really enjoy the back and forth part of car sales with management, but it is what it is. My main complaint is just the length of time it takes to close the deal and do the paperwork. We got there around 5:30 and didn't drive off the lot until 9pm. Everyone I encountered that evening was friendly and customer orientated though. I had bought a car from Grappone Honda approx 6 years ago and wasn't impressed with the Service dept. or their customer service in general after the sale, so we'll see how Ford does.

After searching for my first vehicle purchase at different dealers, I found that Graponee had the best price around. I was looking for a new truck and found one that, compared to other dealers around, was priced perfect. I was nervous going into the dealer but after a few minutes the staff there really put those feelings at ease. They put me in the truck I wanted and there was none of the back and for crud. I odered a F350 2017 in August because it was a special order I was told it would be there the end of October which was good because I needed it for work, my first sales lady is no longer working there the second person they gave me doesn't know anything about it other then they had my money for a down payment and the order, after many conversations and finally talking to a lady higher up, I finally went December 16 and picked up my new truck, I thought they should compensate by doing something nice but the higher up me and said no the PaperWorks is done, done deal, not even A courteous extra oil change,disappointed in the professionalism!!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Grappone and my sales rep Brandyn. I felt very calm and confident working with him; super knowledgable, family owned and clearly a business full of integrity, patient as we dealt with hiccups from my insurance agency filling out paperwork incorrectly. It was my first time buying a car and he was able to answer all of my questions and make the process crystal clear. They don't base sales rep commissions on the sale price so there was no pressure to buy a more expensive car, no haggling, and they were super transparent about the status of the vehicle. It was a used car & we literally walked through each item on the vehicle report (plus they had just put on new brake pads & tires!) Superior customer service: not only was I able to use Brandyn's computer/printer to finalize some lingering paperwork from the car I had totaled (generous of him & made my life so much easier) but when my insurance company messed up the paperwork a SECOND time Brandyn responded to my frantic email immediately (6pm on New Year's Eve!) used a typewriter to redo the dealer's portion of it and ensured the now-correct form would be delivered with the car. That's right: they deliver vehicles, too. Super happy with my experience and with my lovely new car.

My buying experience with Grappone Ford was exceptional. I have purchased a few cars in the past 40 years and this was the best experience by far. There was absolutely no pressure from the sales people right from the beginning. I was able to look around their lot without be hounded by a sales person. When I was finally ready to talk to someone, I was surprised to find that I needed to set up an appointment, because that is how busy they are. That told me, they are selling a lot of vehicles for a good reason. Their low up front pricing and reasonable appraisal on my trade-in was also nice to deal with. There was no need for the back and forth dickering over the price, that you find at most dealerships. The overall experience was very good. And I will do my business there in the future and definitely recommend them to all my friends.

On top of all of that, they were willing to give us a loaner car for the entire weekend, no questions asked, they emphasized they wanted to make this process as convenient for us as they could! Very good experience! Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and even though we didn't make an appointment ahead of time we were matched up with a product specialist quickly. Adam listened to what we were looking for, went over the different models and pulled out the two to test drive. After we chose what we wanted the purchase was easy. Everything is laid out for you and you don't have to go through the whole haggle thing. Went for lunch and Adam called to let us know the car was ready. At delivery he went through the car and showed us all the technology and we were on our way. Start to finish it was about 4hrs, not bad compared to other places we've purchased from.

When i filled out the credit report form for my loans i wrote down how much money i make per month, and then i received only one loan option and it was for a higher APR and less months than i wanted. That's fine, the loan offers are from the banks, that's not on the dealership. What isn't fine, however, was that two hours later when we finally got to signing actual paperwork i noticed that on the final form for loan information they had made an error in between the form that i signed and the form that went out to financial institutions, listing my monthly income as almost $1,500 a month less than what i really make. By that point i had been there for almost 5 hours so i decided to deal with it another day. I called the bank and they said that i should pursue the matter with the dealership because they could alter the loan if the dealership would just fax them the form updated with my actual income. I called the dealership asking if they could, and the saleswoman first corrected me that "first off, we didn't make a mistake; there was a miscommunication between our processes", (sounds like a mistake to me), and that they couldn't do anything. I pursued it further, requesting to speak to someone in person about it at my first service check and learned from an employee that i asked for help that she had to practically beg someone from the office to come out and speak to me about it. A man came out and just kept repeating to me that because the loan application had been accepted and i did get my car "no harm, no foul". Well, i'm paying an extra $40 a month for 6 months longer than i wanted to because of there "miscommunication" and refusal to fax a piece of paper with three updated numbers on it to my loan holder. Only putting two stars instead of one because of the woman who actually tried to help me and because the service department seems to be swift and on point.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. They claim to provide an up front, haggle free price, however it's anything but competitive. 1. Look at the window sticker... why should I pay $900.00 for a delivery charge? Isn't that the cost of doing business? 2. Pricing isn't at invoice, let alone below invoice like most dealers are offering these days. 3. Doc fees? Again, why am I absorbing their cost of doing business? I was in to buy a 2018 Mustang GT. Grappone price $33,100.00 after all fees and rebates. Invoice price, $33,165.00. Their competition offered me $500.00 below invoice, then $1,500.00 in rebates AND no document or delivery fees. Buying here is a bad decision, you will pay thousands more than any other dealership.

The service department at Grappone Ford is the best I have seen. They fully have the best waiting area around. TV, computers to use, many areas to sit, even a out of the way reading area with a comfy couch. Children's toys and area for children to play. You can enjoy their customary coffee, popcorn and hot dogs as well. They also have muffins you can enjoy for breakfast. The service people up front were courteous and kind, and they got us out in no time at all. I was having my oil changed, when they noticed battery had no life. It was still under warranty and was replaced in an instant. Very helpful and was a good experience with a service department. Thank you

I am delighted to report that the entire process, from our initial discussions, to test drive, selecting the exact car we wanted, delivery and then further instruction, was excellent. Brandyn is there to assist, at every step, even helping us to determine how to set up a 240 volt charge station, e.g., communicating with our electrician and suggesting the appropriate charge cable to purchase. Me and my wife are in the process of purchasing her first almost new vehicle her trade in was estimated to be $4500 on the graponne website and the low end was $3500 however graponne ford went by the Kelly blue book and not their own website and offered only 3000. When we asked for them to honor it they said they don’t negotiate. We continued with the deal! However when we got it home the check engine light came on. The Ford Escape only has 18k on it. It’s been a wonderful experience buying from graponne ford.

cost way too much for 30,000 mile service. all they do is change the oil, rotate tires, and look at stuff and charge you 270.00. if you need any work thats not in your warranty then that is out of pocket. witch i understand but you add that to the cost of them to do the service your out more than a paycheck. they really could do much better if they were to address this issue.
