Amazed! Our last car buying experience at a Manchester dealership left us with such a bad taste in our mouth that we were fearful of what to expect; We contacted product specialist online and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Nate Hollins was the sales person that we met after we were greeted at the door. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the way the Grappone dealerships did business, and how they did thing differently and asked us questions in order to find out which F150 vehicle might suit me and my wife. We quickly narrowed the choice to one vehicle and we went for a test drive. Nate explained the product clearly, and was aware of what mattered most to me. Nate patiently answered all of my questions about the the differences of the Engines, and whether or not it would work for my snow plow. When it was time to talk about the dreaded price this is when Nate made all the difference. We weren't shuffled off to negotiate with some high pressure finance manager, or the "back and forth" with 2 other Managers. He gave us time and space to come to our decision and explained the different purchase and lease options. Our decision was based on facts without pressure; a huge contrast to our past car buying experiences. Thank you to the Grappone family for adopting this business model and Thank you Nate !!! for helping us make a great purchase. We love our new Truck !

So I have purchased a few cars from grappone now. There sales team is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. My gripe, however, is with the service department... I have bought cars from both the Hyundai and Ford dealers, and in my experience there service department is something that needs to be worked on tremendously. Pulling teeth would be easier then trying to have them do something for you. Everything that you need done will take at least an hour to do. Need an oil change? An hour. Need new tires? An hour. Need new wipers? You get the point. Two weeks ago I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT and they never put my front license plate bracket on, so I made an appointment for today for them to do it. I arrived at 8am which was my scheduled time to be there and I didn't leave till 9:10. Over an hour for a simple bracket?!?!? Needless to say I hate grappone's service department and probably always will. Grappone, you guys have a great sales team and create a wonderful experience for people who are looking for cars, now you guys need to focus on improving on keeping your customers happy with an outstanding service department because as far as it goes for me, I'll be doing my service dealings at another location.

The reason why I am leaving only 2 stars for the Grapone auto group is that I went on their website to get a free trade in evaluation on my car I wanted to the trade-in. The evaluation came in very close to the number that I felt the car was worth. It showed a high value and a low value. Depending on the cars condition. To finalize the cars value I have to bring it to their dealership. The sales person came out to look at the car, agreed the car was in perfect condition. They offered me less than the lowest value on the trade-in evaluation. I feel like this was a bait and hook deal just to get you into their dealership. I have done business with him in the past and felt I have gotten a good deal. This time I am not feeling the same. I am very disappointed and will find a different dealer to deal with for my cars in the future.

Due to an accident and total loss of my car I needed to buy a quality used car in a hurry. After a day or two of prep work checking prices online , talking to other used dealers over the phone and reading online dealer reviews I was left with the typical feeling of confusion and frustration that is common with the car buying experience. I decided to eliminate all that hassle and go with Grappone and their upfront pricing. While the listed price may have been a bit more than some of the other, smaller dealers I knew I was getting a quality vehicle from a dependable, reliable and honest dealer. Waiting around at their Hyundai dealer is actually comfortable and their public use computers are great. The peace of mind I had leaving the lot in my newly purchased car was absolutely worth it. This makes the third time I have purchased a vehicle from Grappone and I have no regrets.

Great experience buying my Mazda 3 here. Salesperson was knowledgeable and able to getting me the car from elsewhere when they didn’t have it in stock. They have a set price on all of there vehicles, and there is no going back and forth with negotiating. I probably could have gotten a slightly better deal elsewhere, but the process was so easy and I got a decent deal. Very likely to recommend them in the future.

My boyfriend and I worked with Charlie twice in the last 6 months. Although we didn't end up buying a car from Grappone (I decided to postpone for a few years, boyfriend bought a used vehicle that he had to travel far to get what he wanted) we had a great experience. The car buying process is not always an enjoyable experience for everyone. There are those who love it, there are many who fear it, and there are the ones who have been turned away from it all together due to the way they have been treated in the past. Regardless of how the car buying process is filled for you, whether it be excitement, fear, anxiety, or filled with aggravation; I have to admit my recent personal experience with Grappone was the first one that has ever been welcoming. I use the word welcoming, because from beginning to end, I felt welcomed by every member of the Grappone family/staff. From the very beginning Jill Haladay welcomed me, with her knowledge, while providing me the information that I was looking for on the exact vehicle, and suggestions of similar vehicles of the exact same make and model in the event I didn't like the one I inquired about. Setting up my appointment with her was absolutely flawless, and very much appreciated as often times you can find this process to be demanding and pushy. Never once did I feel this way, thank you Jill. During my appointment and test drive I had the pleasure of meeting with Melvin at Hyundai. Upon arrival, he greeted me at the door and throughout the entire process I was treated with the up most professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. Three very honorable and hard to find traits within a dealership! My trade on process was seamless, and Greg, was another pleasure to have worked with. Finding out that Grappone does the KBB instant cash offer, along with their own appraisal, gave me a sense or feeling that I mattered, just a little but more! The final steps with Renee, we're just as seamless. As I signed my paperwork she explained everything ensuring that I had full understanding and no questions. I didn't feel that it was you're typical sign here, here, and here fifteen times and go away, again it was welcoming. The hardest part about my entire experience with Grappone, was handing over the keys to my trade in. A car that I loved, some may understand that statement while others may laugh and be confused. However, the moment I drove off your lot in my new car, I welcomed my newest relationship with another vehicle and I haven't had a single regret. So to the entire Grappone family, but especially Jill, Melvin, Greg and Renee, I want to thank you for not only the most amazing car buying experience but my first ever welcoming car buying experience.

Started using Grappone Auto service over eight years ago for my 2003 Ranger. The service has been great and the people wonderful. Grappone was such a great experience that I convinced my wife to purchase her Honda Fit in 2008 from Grappone Honda with no regrets. It became time to trade in my 2003 Ranger for a new truck. I went to Grappone Ford. The team of Scott, Dan, Rob and Jami were great. They bent over backwards to find me a truck that I wanted in a price range that I needed, They gave me great value for my trade in. The purchasing process(paper work) was easy and relatively quick. The overview on operation of all the features in my new truck was wonderful. Highly recommend any Grappone Auto group for any auto needs.

Old school car buying experience re-packaged as "Stress free, no negotiation, and non commission based sales..." Get ready for an endless amount of emails and phone calls. 5 phone calls from various people at Grappone in the past two weeks and at least an additional 6 in the few weeks before that... Ended up purchasing a car in MA from a Toyota dealer to be done with the hassle. Also found their "non negotiation" pricing structure to be comparable if not more expensive than other local dealers listed price.

I came into New Hampshire to help my grandfather and I had to bring his car here for state inspection. It was a quick service but we also had some issues with the door and Greg went above and beyond to help me out with this issue and did a thorough check because the car hadn't moved in a couple months and they gave me some good advice to make it a smooth ride again. So back in 2005 I bought a car from Grappone, had a terrible experience with them and their service department. Swore to never buy again. Fast forward to 2015, they had the car I needed for my family. I gave them another shot. Sherrill sold me the car, she was great. She follows up with me from time to time as well. Recently something went wrong with it. My husband called them because the garage we took the van to stated the dealership needed to look at it for a warranty issue. I couldn't reach Sherrill and was given to Kaitlyn in Payroll. Left her a message and she got back to us really quick. She did some digging and found there was more than the original warranty we were told about, there was a recall on the part we were having the issue with. She made sure the service department knew about it for us too. I have to say, I am always weary of dealerships but Grappone has really turned themselves around from my last experience. When we got it home, it was smoking, so my husband called. There was an issue, so they had us bring it back and gave us a loaner. Wayne was great as well. Overall, very happy with them. I would recommend using them. We are very thankful for their help.

We were so upside down from our last buy (somewhere else) But they worked with us and we are all set now! Also met Lynda Krieger and Joe Orlando who were so great! They did so much to find the vehicle that we want at the price we needed to be at. They gave us more than what we thought for our vehicles and even asked if we would like to use one of theirs until ours was located. My experience with Grappone, Concord, NH - Used Cars, and specifically with salesman Nathan “No Nonsense” :) McGuigan, was just awesome. We highly recommend the dealership (and Nathan). My husband and I had been looking for good quality used cars for a couple months and the Grappone website ease of use, and transparency on getting information on the car (Carfax is right there on every car) made the process go even smoother. After experiencing the Grappone way and the people, it solidified our decision to not look elsewhere; it actually wasn’t even about the car anymore, really. We strongly believe in their real “negotiation free” ethical way of business they have embraced 100%, which speaks to the heart and core of the Grappone business. The punchline you hear from businesses so often (which never seems to ring true), is true at Grappone…they do treat you like you are a part of their family. We will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. They truly have taken good care of my vehicles weather I'm at Toyota or Ford the staff has been good answering question and keeping me informed about suggested maintenance or just getting the work done in a timely manner. I would make higher. However I haven't done much with sale staff other then telling them I'm just browsing my trucks is in service. Maybe a question or two on stats of a vehicle. Nothing sticks out. I recently purchased a "new" used-car with Grappone. I purchased 2 cars with them when I was younger, before they changed their business model to up-front and negotiation-free pricing. The last car I purchased was from a large dealership in Southern NH and the entire experience was a disaster. I felt taken advantage of and couldn't stand the thought of keeping the car long term after discovering things weren't what they seemed. After only a year, I came back to Grappone to look for a better fit. My husband and I worked with Moe. He was patient, kind, and helped us along the way. It was such a perfect experience, and much different than a typical dealership. I bought my truck here in 2014. It was only a year old with about 21K miles on it. I have all my oil changes and other maintenance stuff done right here. It was just in because the check engine light came on and they fixed it. I am waiting for a call back as the part they changed also made it so my remote starter doesn't work. They are trying to get the okay to get a new one installed for me for free and I will have to go back for that. Greg and Dawn are terrific at the service writing desk and keep me well informed of the status of my For F-150. Thanks!

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle!!!! I've heard the radio ads saying that they "do things differently" than other deslerships, and I wanted to believe it, so when my car was totaled I had no where to turn. I have been watching the on line adds for almost a year to find a used low mileage Jetta hybrid to replace my daughter’s 2010 TDI that VW is buying back. On Saturday, March 11, I was looking at different web sites and found that Grappone had just listed a 2014 Jetta hybrid on their web page, but it was listed as on hold. I started an online chat to ask what the on-hold status meant. The person on the other end was fantastic and checked with the store to ensure that the car was available. I was able to talk to Jen to set up an appointment to see the car in less than one hour from my phone call. My daughter and I jumped in the car and arrived at the Grappone Ford dealership 15 minutes early. We were met at the door by the head sales person (I believe that he said that his name was Dave) and he let us know that the car was ready for a test drive and that he had a sales person set up to meet with us, but that he was currently with another customer. He had Charlie Mann step away for a moment to meet with us and then copied both of our licenses so that we could test drive the car while we waited. Imagine my surprise when we walked out to the car, were asked if we had any questions, given a briefing on test routes that are often used, and then were free to drive away from the dealership unescorted. My daughter was able to get a really good feeling for the car and we were not rushed or pressured on the test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, Charlie was ready to answer any questions that we might have. We already knew that we wanted the car, so we started the buying process. The no hassle pricing structure was familiar to me since I had purchased a Saturn in 1992 from Grappone and I am personally a fan of this non-negotiation process. At this point, Charlie introduced us to the team leader, Lindsay Gordon. She was also very kind and helpful talking directly to my 21-year-old daughter when she learned that the car was for her. As we worked through the paper work, I was surprised to learn that we would be able to drive the car home that day. We were not planning on financing the car since the VW buy back covered the majority of the new hybrid. I expected to have to go to the bank on Monday to get a certified check, but Charlie told me that a personal check was fine and that I could even put a large amount on my credit card if I wanted to get some “frequent flier” miles. Charlie did walk us through their extended warranty options since the used car had a low number of miles on it, but this was not a “push” on his part. He understood when I told him that although I was interested in an extended warranty, I was not able to commit to their service without doing my research. When we finished, he checked with the service department and found that they needed another 45 minutes to finish their preparation and my daughter and I went out to lunch. When we returned at 03:00, Charlie walked us out to my daughter’s “new” Jetta hybrid, told us that she had a full tank of gas, and explained that although he would be away on vacation next week, that anyone could help me with the quoted price he had given us if we wanted to take the extended warranty option. All in all, it was a great day. Charlie was fantastic and made certain to ensure that my daughter was not ignored in the process, Lindsay checked on us several times, we were treated like our business was very important to the Grappone team. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they always went out of their way to try to make it right. They were good at crisis management which is a clear sign they are bad at doing it right the first time.

While Gene, the sales rep, was nothing but pleasant, my experience since driving off the lot has been nothing but terrible. My 2012 used Ford Focus Titanium (purchased 2 years ago) has had issue after issue, all of which were well hidden during my test drives. Just to note a few - they topped the coolant reservoir with water, which then subsequently froze and caused the car to dangerously overheat. The techs failed to properly attach the heat shield after it was noticeable sagging during purchase, which then caused it to basically rot away. The shock absorber detached from the body of the car only 3 months after purchase.The list does go on. To top it off, the “free” inspections always come back with some kind of overpriced work or diagnostic needed. It’s safe to say I will not be back as a customer, and I recommend others look elsewhere.

And she even remembers my name(not that I have been in an overwhelming amount of time). But normal service. I am very pleased with the service I receive, and I can't wait to be able to by my next car at Grappone. I do have 168K on it now, I am thinking soon!! Real soon!!!
