Bought a 2008 Ford F350 paid $27000.00 and the truck is nothing but a disaster, nothing works, has no lights, the day i picked it up i drove home only to call them to come get it, totally broke down in my yard, brought it back 4 times since then, i only had the truck for 3 days for the whole month of February because nothing in or on the truck worked, awful place to bye a truck, i'm horrified that i have to pay the next 5 years on a truck that i can't drive..oh and i still have no working head lights...

My husband and I drove all the way up from Berkley, MA to purchase a truck. They had it falsely advertised as having power windows and power locks (it had neither, in fact the locks don't even work properly) Then a few months later my husband was driving and one of the tires flew off and hit another vehicle. Upon having a mechanic inspect the other tires all the lug nuts were able to be turned BY HAND! The dealership denied liability and sent us a $100 gift card for our trouble (which we haven't used). They are now denying that we purchased the vehicle from them now that our insurance company is going after them. Real pieces of work these guys.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Bought a truck from these guys a year ago, they wouldn’t work with me on price hardly at all. They gave me as little as they possibly could on my trade in to the point where I almost walked but I figured they were decent guys so I stuck with them. Then sold me a rusty truck that clearly they hadn’t even looked at when they bought it. And they wouldn’t come down even 2 grand in price.. on a truck with 150k miles on it. Furthermore, both batteries died on this truck a week after I bought it, one battery at 9% life holding 0 charge one at 11% life holding 0 charge (don’t ask me how they managed to hold charge that long they must have had it on the trickle charger for a week!) Furthermore, they failed to mention the vehicle had been in TWO prior accidents in 2011 (partly my fault for not checking the car facts) however that just shows the shady ness that goes on around their dealership. I also was told I would be getting a replacement radio and that it would be put in for me and everything would be good! However, when the radio arrived they then told me “we don’t actually install those here” and at that point I was so frustrated dealing with them that I just hung up and never spoke to them again and had a proper mechanic instal the radio. But seriously don’t bring your business to these guys as they will take full advantage of you and I will steer anyone I know away from this dealership for as long as they can keep their doors open.

We just purchased our third vehicle from Joe at Mastriano Motors. This time they even went out of their way to find a specific vehicle for us. In less then two weeks we signed papers and got exactly what we asked for (and more!) Joe was professional and extremely helpful before AND even after the sale. This is a great dealership if your in the market for a truck. It's not a hole in the wall place like most others in the area. The staff is fantastic and very attentive to their customers. They went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted. I did run into a few issues with my bank and that was stressful but Mastriano Motors got right on it and cleared it up. Can't thank them enough for their service. I wasn't the easiest customer as I was new to buying a vehicle in new hamshire and had many questions and worries that came up. They were nothing but understanding and attentive. 5 stars

After my purchase had a minor issue that they 100% worked with me on to fix it for me, and they did in a timely manner. DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from them last summer. I was trading in my 2012 Ford Edge sport towards this wrangler. Went all good sign paper work and off we went back to Maine (3 hour drive). The next day they called me and said that the deal was off and hat I either had to pay 2700 towards to the deal (after I had put 1000 down already) or take my Edge back and just get the Jeep! Which here in Maine once the paper work is signed that is a done deal. I said nope it is a done deal signed and everything. They said no we will be coming to get the Jeep and bring your car back. After calling around we made the trip back down to he dealership and the finance manager is the one that dealt with us said if we didn’t sell my car in 6 months he would take it back! So we ended up taking the deal and having the Edge back! RICHIE the sale manager there said that he would undercoat the frame and fix the some of the transmission as it was very week and the clutch was gone in it and get me a seat belt that was broken and a 5 tire. So I left the Jeep there! After almost a month of them having it and trying to see when I was going to get my Jeep back they delivered it to me! The frame was under coated and they put a new clutch in but the transmission was not touched at all. The 5 tire I am not joking was off a Prius and no tread and picture this on a Jeep with almost 6in lift they said was almost new and it was not, and 37s on it. What the hell is hat tire going to do. He also said he ordered me a tire cover never received! After getting it back I took it to our local car dealership and they looked it off and there quote was almost 6k to fix everything wrong with the transmission. Richie said he would pay for whatever it cost if there was something wrong with it. We have him that estimate and he said NO as that was a dealership! So my husband and I own a garage and he would do the work if Richie paid for the parts! We have a quote if 2400 I think! He said he would do 1000$.. I have only received 500$ of that after he blocked and would not return my calls for weeks. Here it is August and I am still blocked and have not receive the other 500$ after he told me the check was in the mail for the 1000$! It’s funny after he said that is when he blocked me again. My undercoat is coming off and I stored it this winter! I WARN YOU DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are shady and do not follow through at all!!

I went to this dealership a couple days ago, the salesperson said the price was in the 20's (we saw it on their site for 19k). After a test drive, we started showing interest in moving forward. All the usual ensued- politely insulting our credit (assuring us "miracles do happen"), dodging our questions and insisting we wait for any specifics. 10 minutes later they came out with a handwritten figure of several thousand down beyond what we previously indicated what might be possible and a monthly payment that simply didn't make sense. We responded by saying we'd bring our own financing and would like an actual price for the truck, as well as a price for the trade-in we were bringing in. That's when the masks really came off- the dealer actually refused to give us a vehicle price- any price- insisting we agree to a monthly/down payment combo. They claimed that they didn't know the price, which is absurd, that it "depends on the bank". Well, wait a second- if it depends on the bank, that actually logically means that the price depended on the maximum loan for the vehicle they could find- in other words, the highest price they could possibly get away with. The trucks market value is around $15k, and I estimate they were shooting for a loan right around the $25k mark. I don't know who would give such a loan, but we didn't want it. When we put our feet down and insisted the dealer negotiate on the terms of an actual vehicle price, the salesman (the owner of the business I believe) responded with "don't let the door hit you on the way out". I still am in disbelief that they actually refused to give us ANY vehicle price. Stay far away from these people- read up on shady dealer tactics before going anywhere. If nothing else do not negotiate based on monthly payments because no matter how bad your credit is, if you don't see an actual vehicle price you are being scammed.

Amendment to below review: The dealership gas agreed to contribute $1000 to the cost of the transmission replacement. This is a mutually agreed upon compromise since $1000 is less than the replacement cost, but the warranty technically only stands if they are doing the work and they're agreeing to pay it to our mechanic. Bought a $23,000 2014 dodge 2500 3 months ago. 3 weeks after purchase the transmission went. We are fighting to get them to cover it but it's looking grim. We're 3 hours away and they said they'll only cover it (50% of it that is) if they do the work. Quite honestly, that's too far to take our truck and we don't trust them. They lied initially telling us the truck would come with a plow (got there after 3 hour drive and found out the plow had been sold 2 weeks earlier). They've lied with all communication (We called about the transmission, they said they'd have their general manager call back. He didn't. They're now denying having talked with us). Going on THREE MONTHS of this agonizing dead end communication and looking at a $3000 transmission replacement. We're filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Other complaints: Thermostat broke and the truck had to be towed within a week of purchase. Our mechanic has since told us there are several other issues that will need to be fixed soon (Oil pan, radiator hose, rusted parts). Also, replacing the plow they'd said would come with the truck cost us $4000.

Bought a 2015 lifted Dodge Ram w 35s. Replaced 2 wheel bearings, 1 lower ball joint, Front brakes and rotors, Oil pan and gasket , 2 front cv axles 4 new tires. Cheap oil pan was rusted out had to replace it as soon as I got the truck. Got 1 year out of the brakes and ball joints. The radio just shut down completely out of no where for no reason. Now I am back to the mechanic once again today. I have had nothing but problems since day one with this truck. Steer clear of this place! Point blank, they sell over priced junk and Rich the manager is not helpful at all and doesn't care about the customer. I paid a lot for this truck and this is crazy for all these problems to happen in 1 year of owning it.

There are lots of dealerships on route 28 is Salem, but few with this level of abject disregard for customers. These guys are straight rude and their prices are always extremely high. They certainly have a nice selection of vehicles but who cares when they treat people poorly and ask top dollar for a used car. Go someplace else. Save yourself the hassle.

I bought a $40k truck. Did my financing through them. Signed all my papers and was set to pick up the truck the next day. The morning of the day they called me up and told me they found me a bank with an interest rate 6 points lower. They pulled my deal back from the original bank I signed with and saved me $30 a month and a YEAR in payments, something like $8000 in interest. They did all this for me after I signed. They already had my $$$ but they still worked for me and saved me a ton of $$$$. Of course I recommend Mastriano!!!!

***PLEASE READ*** I've been working in many dealers in NH and MA for about 10 years as a subcontractor. I know the good, bad, and the ugly that comes from most of these stores. While some vehicles are a match made in heaven we all know that's where thunder and lightning come from. There are a lot of people out there who decide not to buy new and go for a used vehicle to keep the price down. So the ultimate goal is to find the vehicle that suits you but also as close to "new" as they can find. So people seek out the used car dealers or in this case used trucks. I would like to point out one great used truck dealer. I came across Mastriano Motors in Salem, NH as I drove into the lot I was immediately impressed with the selection, presentation of the trucks, the building, and even the landscaping. I noticed all the employees were hard at work. They noticed me waved hello and I knew that I was going to have a chance to scan the lot without being bombarded by a suit and tie salesman. The truck selection was great everything from your basic mid sized truck to your high line full size diesels which they had a lot of not just one or two like most lots. I found the truck I wanted, salesman came out, a very nice guy named Mike set me up for the test drive. Truck drove great and looked absolutely flawless. The price was very reasonable and there was some extras that I was looking for and they were more than willing to help me with that such as rims and tires and also tonneau cover. When I sat down for financing I couldn't help but notice the coffee and treats that was offered, typical for a new car dealer but not often found in a used car dealer. Everyone was busy the phones were ringing and I was liking what I was hearing. I knew that if I bought this truck and there was an issue that they would be right on top of it. After all it is a used truck. They let me take it to my mechanic who gave me the green light. The truck came with a sticker and plate and they walked me through the whole registration process which was real simple. The truck looked great upon delivery I couldn't have been any happier with the whole experience. About a week later I noticed a couple minor issues I called, and no problem at all they were fixed. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used truck. It was a great alternative to a new truck dealer. I received the best service possible. They showed me the same respect I showed them. As a buyer I did come across as a know-it-all. I did not show up 30 minutes before close expecting them to start a 4 hour financing process. When issues were found I did not lose my cool and they went out of the way to make sure they were corrected. I've read the other reviews a couple great and a couple not so great. I couldn't be any happier with the truck I bought and also the process. I feel as if the negative reviews were not at the same place I purchased my truck from , or they were just being very unreasonable. People forgot that used truck dealers offer an option to not spend the ridiculous money on new unproven trucks. Used trucks might come with a couple speed bumps but it is nice to know the dealer has your back and makes you feel part of the family. I am excited to know that out of the 30-40 dealers I've worked in there is one out there that I can look forward to my next purchase. I never write a review but I strongly recommend Mastriano Motors to anybody in search of a truck. Great selection, fantastic service, and even better people.

Place is unreal, good at first, after purchase of my truck during week 1 started falling apart. One thing after another head light went out, truck was "serviced" before sale a 4" piece of the air filter was sucked through the turbo and caused the truck to stall out on the highway, turbo had to be taken apart, along with the the turbo inlet being replaced along with the entire intake system. The "body work and paint" was done subpar to say the least and started chipping off during the first wash down to the prime . Along with that they painted over rust that was on the bed, cab corners and frame. Wait there's more, there's more the abs sensor that was "replaced" was done wrong, brakes started to make a loud high pitch noise, it was the abs sensor broken off and stuck in between the rotor and caliber. To top it all off, they would NOT stand behind my 30 day warranty and still have contacted me back after multiple attempts of trying to work out a solution. Do NOT buy from this dealership.

They make you feel like they jumped through hoops and did this great service by getting you approved and then you later find out it’s not even for a vehicle you would ever purchase and make a payment on. The folks at Mastriano Motors really know their trucks. Richie and Mike we dealt with most but everyone we came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a Ford F350 lariat from them. My wife had to make the trip herself as I had to work and they treated her with the utmost respect. Answered all her questions and spoke with me a few times on the phone. The truck had aftermarket rims on it and they were even willing to switch them out for factory rims with new tires. We ultimately declined we loved the aftermarkets! Thought that counts though. If I ever need another Diesel truck these are the guys I'm calling first.
