This place is a rip off !!!! $75 for a synthetic oil change for a 4 cylinder car is ridiculous !!!! I can go to a dealership and get it for $30 cheaper plus a free multi point inspection and all my fluids topped off as well. Is the oil made from gold?

weak sales department. vehicle wasn't cared well during its inventory. had to send back to be re-cleaned after being "detailed" & "coated" coating was improperly done (you can see the swirl marks and staining) coating already compromised and not working as described. after got the car from its "second" cleaning, it was clear that it wasn't washed at all and only wiped down with a cloth. they didn't clean the engine bay, and didn't clean the skirt you could see dirt and pollen all over it. "coating" process is 45 mins. car was cleaned,c coated, shown, cleaned again in 40 mins. shop team was spoken to twice by two staff members and still delivered a less than quality service, ironically after financier and I were talking about workmanship and quality delivery. also the team member who took my car to be detailed was audibly riding the clutch. the helpful member who aided me in delivering my vehicle also took the clutch to task on my personal vehicle. would not revisit, or purchase dealer coating in future.

My wife and I dealt with Ben Drake, a pleasant and easy experience thanks to his friendly and low-pressure manner. We had towed our 02 Durango to be repaired there and then realized it might be just as easy to trade and upgrade to a 14 Grand Cherokee Limited. When I told Ben it might take til the end of the week to do the deal, it was no problem, no pressure to use Chrysler Finance and we got the price we wanted, at the interest rate we wanted, and best of all left the old truck there to be fixed at their leisure (and not our cost!). Go see Ben if you want to be treated nice, fair, and kind.

The worst dealership I’ve ever been to, the service department is clueless and after I picked my car up my caliper fell off and I lost all braking. The service department is unwilling to help in any way, shape, or form and the warrantee advisor is an absolutely horrible evil rude person. The only nice person that I encountered in the entire dealership was the greeter lady right outside of service. I absolutely would not ever recommend this dealership to anybody as they do not fix vehicles properly and they become a safety hazard to you and your family. Please stay away and never go to this dealership ever

Service department sells. I was up sold a lot during my service appointment. They found my car needed one more thing fixed. Which also requires 2 more things, which raises the previously quoted price. Confusing? Agreed. My recommendation is to get a second opinion to determine if all of the work needs to be done. The advisor made some crass comments in the beginning. I should've taken my business elsewhere right then. Over the 3 hour visit I saw others getting up sold too. The service manager was very friendly. Well, he did ask if I know how to fix a car. I don't, but I do know when there's wool being pulled over my eyes.

Service department is absolutely horrible. Called last week to bring my truck I bought from them 20 days ago cause it doesn’t lock. They told me to come down any time Wednesday. Mind you I live 2.5 hours away. When I arrived I was dismissed and told my appointment doesn’t exist and that the problem with my vehicle isn’t covered by their warranty. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere to get serviced.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any dealership in regards to service. They had my car for two months for a job that was suppose to only take two weeks. There was no communication within the service department nor upper management. They were not accommodating in any aspect of handing the issue. I also wasn’t offeeed a rental car until the week before my car was ready. I spent countless hours on the phone to get answers and hundreds of dollars on transportation. Lastly, I didn’t receive any discount or a sincere apology for there mistake and misleading information. I hope this helps future customers doing business with this dealership. If I could giver this review zero stars I would.

Unfortunately, I feel that the customer was no longer part of the customer service experience at Contemporary. I found most everyone I dealt with to be rude, disrespectful, condescending, and not forth coming with information. You feel as if you are putting them out and disrupting their day to have them talk to you and/or work on your car. Shameful! I have since cancelled my last appointment and travelled an additional 30 minutes to have my car serviced. It was well worth the additional travel. If it was possible to give less than 1 star, I would.

I came to this location looking for a used car I found that was well within my price range. Everything went fine until the typical pre screen questionnaire. We get to the credit question on a scale of 1-10. The salesman goes and talks to his sales manager. Management didn't like my answer for credit. I explained my goals and reasons I needed to trade into a cheaper vehicle with less mileage to lower my payments and get a larger sedan. So the salesman wants to do a soft credit pull after I answer his questions because apparently for trade ins these days you need good credit even to get rid of you car which I know is bogus because I've sold and bought before. Never have I looked at a customer that I'm selling a vehicle to and said "typically for a trade with negative equity we need to see credit a bit on the stronger side, to determine what we can allow for the trade". Biggest load of garbage I've ever heard. So I agree just to see what happens. They don't test drive with me, don't even bother trying to help me reach my goal because at this point, to them they're losing money on deal and could care less about helping me out. No building rapport. No trying to relate to me as a human being. Just financial questions. Only interested in the money. That's where this dealership goes wrong. The salesman, Brennan, also performed a hard inquiry when he clearly stated to me it would be a soft inquiry and not affect my credit score which was a lie. This place is awful. A credit score is never required for a trade value. It determines if they want to deal with you or not. And that's exactly what happens at this dealership. If your credit is average or below average.. They won't bother as they're only in it to make money, not build customer experience and relationships..

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The service department is a joke and the general manager was even worse. Customer satisfaction and keeping their word is not a priority. The staff acts like you are interrupting them and a burden. Tried to buy a vehicle and the salesman couldn't put his breakfast down and complained about working on a Sunday. Service department tries to over bill you every time and doesn't keep their word. When you ask them to make it right they tell you, that you sound like the type of customer that wants a guarantee??

Easily the best experience I have had with any dealership. I look forward to coming back, rather than dreading it. I'm a young guy and this isn't my first car. I've been to other dealerships and been shrugged off and told I was too young to buy one. The sales staff are great at contemporary. My sales guy, Jay, was super helpful and informative. He gave me updates VIA text which was perfect. The sales managers are top notch guys too, they really add a nice touch to the experience. Also, the GM of the dealership is great! He really cares about helping the customer because he knows it will earn him more business. Well, he's right! I'll be going back for another car soon.

Worst dealership experience to date. They over-promise, lie and under-deliver to say the least. The first time we were at the dealership our salesman said I will be right with you and sat down. We watch the salesman take off with another customer and other vehicle and did not return for nearly an hour and a half. We asked for a different salesman so we could test drive some cars. We were promised a $250 lease payment 3/36k. We said we were going to shop around and would let them know either way . Later they called to see if we had made a decision they said they would honor the price . So we left the current Table we were sitting at and drove there happily and excited knowing that was the best deal. They even called to make sure we were on our way a stating the paperwork and car was ready for delivery. We got there and they had us sit around for over an hour then the manager Brian came out and stated they could not honor their price and the car was now $50 more a month. He apologized profusely and stated that he put in wrong rebates in and did the paperwork incorrectly. He would not budge on the price and wasted our entire day. I usually don't do reviews but this was such a bad experience after buying 10 new cars with many different makes in my life. They do not deserve the support of the local community has we live right down the road and hope no one else is treated this way. This was the worst car buying experience hands down for both of us. Management is obviously requiring a lot of training and how to do paperwork properly and accurately and customer service as they were rude and will not honor their word.

The Service & General Manager practice unethical business tactics. My vehicle was brought in for service and quoted a two week lead time. My vehicle was held / serviced at the dealership for over eight weeks. I was not provided a rental car until week six. I was not informed and kept up to date on my vehicle’s progress the entire time. When I called no one would give me a straight answer and I received the run around from the Service Manager. In the meantime the first Service Manager I was dealing with left the company and my car went unserviced for weeks. I signed a diagnostic test for $100 and quoted $800 for repairs. I was latter charged +$600 for diagnostic tests and a final bill of $3,300. Week six I was quoted $1,800. Week seven $3,300. Week eight +$5,000 as a new problem was found. I asked to receive a discount for my troubles. Then I was communicated by the Service Manager all I needed to pay was $2,500 for my trouble. The General Manager interrupted and said “no we have to much time and money in this, this is your car your problem you can pay all of it or we will not give you the keys.” In the meantime I asked for my car to be assembled and picked up. They communicated they already started to work on the vehicle and I needed to pay in full. Once my car was finally ready, I went to pay in full and the General Manager communicated he would not take my credit card. I started to write a check and he communicated “I am not accepting anything but cold hard green cash, I dont trust you.” I paid cash and left. They did not allow me to keep any paperwork for my vehicle and communicated the break on my vehicle no longer worked properly. This was not the case when I arrived to drop my vehicle off at the dealership. They do not have trained technicians that know how to properly work on all vehicles they sell or say they can service. I have never had worse customer service in my life. STAY AWAY. You have a choice where to buy and service your vehicle, do not go here!

Contemporary made the process painless, most of the details were done over the phone and through email. The next day I was off in my new pro master city. I have a growing business and will need more work vehicles in the coming year and I will be going back with out question. No pressure on anything not even in the finance office which I was in and out of within 5 minutes. Just a very good experience all around.

They had my Jeep for 2 MONTHS.. they could not figure out what was wrong with it so they decided to order a new engine.. well some how the wrong engine came in.. stop here because don’t you order the engine by the vin??? We’ll then they order a new one to slack and lazily put it in. I came to get the car guess what.. the car didn’t start. So it gets fixed bc they didn’t tighten the starter correctly.. to on my ride home realize that there was low pressure in my right rear tire. It was a nail on brand new tires I bought a week before I dropped the car off. Of course I called them and they told me it wasn’t them and they would not be replacing my BRAND NEW TIRE. There service department are idiots. Never ever buy a car from here.

Purchased a used Fiat 500 yesterday from Contemporary Automotive. All through the process, the sales guy, Jacob Saunders, was excellent. I did not finance through the dealership so I cannot speak to that, but minor issues noticed with the car on the initial test drive were immediately fixed and Jacob did a great job of keeping me up-to-date. There was never any pressure, and it was pleasant to go through the purchasing process without any of the all-too-typical pressure sales tactics that so many dealerships still employ. Five stars and a great experience all around.

So I brought my car there to have a recall done to it since they are the only fiat dealer in New Hampshire you going to have no choice but them make a long story short brought my car there to have a recall the windshield was broken and they told me they're not responsible because you sign the work order so be aware if you bring the car there for service check your car make sure they sign off on some sort of agreement or just bring it to Allen Mello Dodge nashua I heard they my going to start services fiat not 100% but if I was you don't bring the car there to fix it that is just my opinion

Terrible service department, my mom bought a car from there last year, service has been giving her a hard time because it’s an intermittent issue and they can’t look at it unless it’s happening, issue with the washer fluid on a 2018 challenger, which is a safety issue, dodge should be ashamed of this dealership, she even called the gm to tell her about her experience with how rude the service manager was and he didn’t even care! Shout out to Allen Mello for taking care of my mom when these guys wouldn’t , save yourself the trouble and don’t buy a car here.

Horrible service department. First issue with my challenger was the remote start I had installed at time of purchase that I was told would work with the phone app. I spent hours here only to be told they didn’t know it had to be installed in factory for it to work....offered no compensation for this whatsoever. I have also been having intermittent trouble with my washer fluid in a brand new 2018 challenger that I purchased here. This became a safety issue in the winter. They have been unwilling to try and resolve this issue and the service manager Miguel has been rude and short with me. I called dodge in Nashua who offered to get me a rental car for the day and order a switch to try and resolve the situation. They were very helpful & willing to work with me. I called the gm today at contemporary auto and told him about what had happened with his service dept and he did not make any resolve to fix the situation and could care less that he is losing me as a customer. I will not return for service or the purchase of another car at this location.

I stopped in to Contemporary late one evening having seen that it was a new location with lots of inventory. I also liked that they are not afraid to advertise their best prices online. I got to know Cody as I visited with him several times and the manager Russ is a great guy. Cody is super knowledgeable about the vehicles as I picked his brain during my visits and several emails/texts. We test drove several of the Challengers and keeping up with the models and options is no small task. Cody was very patient with me even though he knew I was just in the information gathering phase. We continue to stay in touch which is something I never do with other dealerships. If you are looking for a knowledgeable sales advisor who listens to you, don't hesitate to work with Cody!

The most unprofessional place I have been to, I understand people just being new at their position but don't yell or be little them for being as such. If you want to keep employees proper training is needed and this place does no such practices. Apparently there is a revolving door of sales members at this place. Someone from the dept of labor should come take a look at this place soon.

I've been a customer of this dealership for years. Their parts department has been friendly and helpful, their service department is prompt and friendly, and their sales people (Clayton) have always been friendly and accommodating. Unprofessional leadership that lacks the ability to take customer feedback and process it to deliver value to customers. Finance Manager and multiple sales personnel called to wish a happy birthday to a deceased member of family. Children as well as widow answered repeated calls from Contemporary Dodge and were upset as each sales person asked for their deceased father/husband. Databases have been around for quite awhile and basic communication between finance/sales/management should have eliminated this issue after the first occurrence. For this to happen repeatedly over the course of the 18 months demonstrates has not only been hurtful but also serves as a reminder about the automobile industry. There are numerous dealers who offer similar tangible products. The difference between those dealers becomes the service customers receive and how they interpret that service as value during their shopping experience. I am disappointed in the treatment I experienced from each of the individuals who I dealt with personally and can only imagine that this is not an isolated event. I had done the Build & Buy through Consumer Reports - not really thinking that anything would come of it - and perhaps thinking I was not quite ready to buy. David Ohlson responded to the online request and sent me an email right away; followed by a phone call (the clincher - it would have been easy to ignore the email!). We talked about what I had "built", what they had available (almost exactly what I was looking for), he answered some basic questions and determined a good time to test drive. The test drive was fun, David was easy going, kind, personable, let me ask questions, but was NEVER pushy or launch into a stereotypical car salesperson spiel. The short version... If you want honest (don’t think I have ever used that word about a dealer), and knowledgeable folks to work head to Milford and see for yourself. Make sure you ask for Clayton Bogus or Brian Young. Recently worked with Clayton Bogus, Account Manager and Brian Young, Sales Manager. I Spoke with Brain over the phone and drove down to meet with him, not even knowing he was the Sales Manger. He answer every question I asked and then some. He referred me to Clayton who showed me the vehicles I was interested in, pros and cons of each and answered every question I had. Then we started working with Brian, which vehicles had the best incentives, lease programs etc. Next it came down to the dreaded negotiating of going back and forth from Clayton to Brian. NOPE. Clayton and I stood at the counter with Brian and had an honest open conversation about Vehicle price, leasing options, and what was in the best interest for me and my family. I didn’t even buy a vehicle that day. After shopping around for a month, exchanging countless emails with Brian and text messages with Clayton, and even recruiting professional help.Their pricing and customer service could not be beat. I didn’t get a great “deal”, I got a great price, great customer service, and honest information. Go see for yourself drive the extra five minutes out of the city and at least compare Contemporary Jeep to everyone else. Thank you for all your help Clayton and Brian!

My husband and I were looking for an AWD or 4x4 vehicle to replace my front wheel drive car, and we went to 3 dealerships. Couldn't find what we wanted, and dealers were pushy and trying to get us to purchase vehicles we did not want. Gave up, but stopped here on the way home anyway. REALLY glad we did! Mark was extremely personable, actually listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and helped us find our new Jeep. It was a 2 day process since we showed up close to closing, but it was a great experience. He even called a few days after we left with the jeep to see if we had any new questions and to make sure we still loved it. Compared to the other 2 experiences we have had purchasing vehicles in the last 6 years, our experience with Mark was by far the best one. Painless shopping and buying experience, and we didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle we didn't want. I credit most of that to Mark, since he was honest, knew the vehicles he showed us, and didn't try to convince us we needed a vehicle we didn't want. From walking through the front doors to leaving with our jeep, to even now a few months later, Mark was there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Mark and this dealership!

Service department is terrible. I bought my truck from them 3 months ago. It started smoking from the rear wheel from a fluid leak. There were not any lights on nor were there any driving issues. The truck was towed there and the leak was covered under warranty but they told me the brakes were badly deteriorated and the rear needed a brake job. This is only 4000 miles after they gave me an inspection sticker stating it was fine. When I tried picking up the truck the traction control light was on. I told them and I was told it has nothing to do with anything they did. Even though the traction control functions from the wheel sensor which they had to take apart to fix oil leak. I'm going to a real dealership with real mechanics on Friday to fix the screw up from Gary and his wanna be mechanics at contemporary dodge.

I got there at about 2 on a Wednesday and at first thought the place was closed...there was no activity. I pulled in and the truck I was interested in was parked in front of the showroom so I walked around it, crawled under to check the frame then sat in it and checked out the interior...and no one came out. After seeing a bunch if dents and scrapes that you couldn't see in the online pics I decided to move on. I was there on the lot 20 minutes and no one came out, no greetings, no questions. At one point a salesman did walk out with a customer, walked him over to his car then went back in... never said a word. I didn't drive to the middle of nowhere to get ignored.

Wasn't impressed with the service I received. Went to look at new cars that I was interested in possibly purchasing in a few months and was pushed out the door. They weren't busy and didn't offer to show me anything. Also the sales associate didn't know what they had. Wasn't helpful and I suspect it was because I said I wasn't purchasing a new car for another few months. You would figure with it being a smaller dealership they would be more up for great service and the sale.

I was very excited back in July when I purchased my new Renegade. Clayton did the work to get the color I wanted from another dealership, and they delivered it to me at work and took my trade with them. He made everything very easy. Within a week I had an engine light on and had noticed a tear in my seat from where they cut the plastic off (again, that part was probably the other dealership, but it must not have been looked over before being brought to me). I fought for over a month to get the seat fixed and was told to "sit tight", but when Russ (I believe the GM) stepped in for the service manager (Nuno?) who is no longer there (Thank God!) he got that taken care of. BUT... the engine light, they told me was that the car needed to learn my style and needed updates. I didn't have time for them to do all the updates so they suggested I bring it back on Saturday and I would have a loaner. I get there Saturday, ready to drop it off, but they did not have a loaner. The service guy, Gary I believe was his name, sat on the phone looking like he was trying to get something done, but never gave me an update. It was about 10 minutes of him pushing buttons on his phone. So, I ended up sitting there for a while to finish the updates. Now, at 14,000 miles I had a tire/alignment issue. I thought there must be something wrong to have this issue already, as I've had the car for 10 months. I thought maybe this could be covered with my warranty, which it isn't (warranty is for 12,000 miles). I get a bill for $94.21 for diagnosing the issue, but as I look at the bill it says $86.04. I turn the page for the breakdown and it shows a misc charge for $8.17. I question the charge and got an answer that it's a garage charge. I'm not sure what that meant... that's what I'm charged just to bring it in??? I'm not pleased with the service department needless to say.

I dropped my Jeep off before they opened on Saturday. 11:30 a.m. I receive a call stating that they could not complete the work as they did not have the hardware to install the hitch for the recall. Our family uses Contemporary Dodge for service, parts, and general maintenance of our cars. Our experience dealing with the Service Department could not be better. Every time we bring our cars for repair, the Service manager/staff takes the time to explain what the problem is and discuss the various options to fix it within our budget. If I'm unable to wait for service to take place, one of the staff members will drive me home and come back to pick me up when the car is ready. If you're looking for great service and personal care, Contemporary Dodge is the dealership for you. We have purchased several cars from them over the years and get the same attention when servicing our cars, regardless of where and when they were purchased.
