My wife and I stopped in to take a look at the cars they had, while we were driving through the lot two guys came out and yelled at us and told us to get out. Well...that isn't the way to sell cars!! Was weird!

Never bought a car at an auction. I bought a car on their online auction. Before I bid, I did my research. CarFax, and gathered as much information on it as I could. I selected a price in my mind I was willing to pay and put that as my max bid. The car is beautiful, zero rust, zero issues. I paid 1/8th of book value. I couldn't be happier. I showed up, went inside. (Left side, glass door before the fence) the woman was super kind. I told her I won a bid online, showed her my license. Paperwork was a breeze. She highlighted where I needed to sign. I paid the rest of the balance. Got the keys and drove out back to load it up and I was on my way.

Not a place for people looking to buy a car to drive right away. Cars are donated for a reason and need work. Be an educated buyer. Employees are nice people but should take more care of the cars. Seem to play to much bumper cars.

My Experience at Capital Auto Auction Inc was a great one. All the staffs are wonderful and very helpful. If you have any concerns they are ready to take care of it. The Auction itself is very nice looking especially the office. The management is excellent. One of the best car auction experience in The New Hampshire area is also Repokar car auction. UGH... Don't do it.. Think twice and think long and hard about what you are about to do. DO NOT do this one. You'll be sorry. I'm sure money is tight if you are looking here for a vehicle.You don't want to be out cash and an vehicle . So enough said about that. Here's what I got out of this deal. Car looked great.. Car fax looked great. Got the car towed to my mechanic and once he got the car on the lift he said" I can't believe they sold you this car... It's illegal to sell a car with a rotted frame which also has a huge hole in it in the State of NH" As Is or Not... So.. I called the owner said he would be happy to SELL it for me.. Just bring it back to Manchester. I'll give you $125.00 toward a different vehicle and I will RESELL the one you just purchased from me with the rotted frame that won't pass inspection and is illegal to sell in the state of NH. What is this guy NUTS.. Why would you ever do this to someone.. How can you possibly sleep at night knowing you are screwing people everyday of your life.. Than offer to RESELL it to someone else... UGH.. So...needless to say I am out the cash,and vehicle and now I have to find a salvage yard to take this vehicle. It will make a perfect parts car but nothing more. Unbelievable... Really.. This is such poor Customer Service..

Lynette was very nice to me and I had no issues at the auction. I would recommend this place to anyone. My only advice to anyone complaining would be to read carefully the auction details to know what your getting yourself into before complaining about anything and loosing your cool.

Bought my first car via online auction. A little nerve wracking, but I ended up making money on the car, so that was good. The staff were helpful, and the car was as described (other than the dog hair - the car was covered in it, and that wasn't obvious in the pictures.)

We bought our car through an online auction! I know it sounds crazy, but Capital Auto Auction actually made it pretty simple. We drove up and picked it up. Our mechanic fixed a few things. And we are absolutely thrilled! Would I do it again? Without a doubt.

The worst cars I have ever seen. I didn't feel comfortable buying even 1 car, when, at a regular dealer auction I buy several. I was driving one of my dealership cars with dealer plates, and the lot attendant said upon driving in that I should remove it from my car because it might get stolen. Not a good start. This was sketchy as you could ever imagine. I left empty-handed but at least I didn't get robbed.

Used cars being auctioned to the highest bidder! Really no frills but is kinda fun to see all the cars roll through and have the auctioneer call out pricing. Can find a car really cheap (lowest is usually $275) but expect to have to do work on a very low priced car (bought one that was clean but still needed to put in $1000 in parts to make it safe). Pretty much the cars are at the auction for a reason (someone didn't want to fix something on that car). Some cars are nice but have reserve pricing so they will only go so low on the bidding. You have to be prepared to at least put down a $100 deposit and then come back on Tuesday to pay the balance of the car. Also you may have to tow the car as it may be unsafe to drive it even with plates.
