This time i am not happy with my car routine service..This is my second year routine service..They charge for state inspection ... Tire rotation and alghnmnt which doesn't make any sense to me as i have the maintenenece package.. Worst of all..they din't even wash my car properly..they use to wash car mats before but not this time..outer car was just like sprikles of water someone put by their finger..Bad service

I am SOO disappointed in this dealership after hearing of my friend Nicole's experience. She bought her first car here and when they were signing the paperwork they were pushing her to buy the added packages (rim and tire) (extended maintenance) she asked if she could remove them within a week if she changed her mind and they said yes, so she said ok, for now yes. She went back 4 days later to pick up her new car and at that time said she no longer wanted the packages... the finance manager said okay! AND THE PACKAGES HAVE BEEN ON HER BILL SINCE!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP HER!!! DO NOT COME HEREEEE!

Being a long time BMW owner, this isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve never experienced such unprepared, inconsiderate, inconsistent and just down right rude service at a BMW dealership before. The sales department at Stratham BMW ought to be ashamed. Absolutely do not go here and buy your next BMW. Disappointed is an understatement.

Not his fault but unfortunately the best updates ain’t worth anything when you are told your car’s issue is fixed and you discover upon picking it up that it isn’t. Sales Team slow and need to call multiple time to get a quote. Another think that I do not like is to be transferred from one person to other . The quote not transparent when asked to provide the details offer with the major components , or the model for a lease the answers was that we are to far a part.. I had 10 BMW ant this experience is by far the worst. I think is a lot of place for improvement to become client oriented and reflecting the quality of the product .

Bought a luxury car but the service department experience has never been luxurious. Why have such an unfunctional service area that is good only for drop off? There is nothing unusual about this dealership...from any perspective, sales or service. Big disappointment for the name brand.

In short, they have made the process easy and were very accommodating when we were having trouble deciding between new lease options. I also think we got a fair deal. Further, and given we live ~ 2 hours away, their policy on providing a loaner with free pick up and delivery for maintenance is a MAJOR plus.

My first visit to BMW of Stratham my service Advisor was Pawel (Paul ) Cruz I call at noon asking to get my Z4 in for a state inspection And they got me in mid afternoon. While I was there I asked Paul to check out a Vibration And with out hesitation he said they would take a look and let me know what they found. The made an adjustment to the hood and I think they got it. Very Pleasant service advisor. I will be bring my X3 in on Friday to have it inspected. As they say you only have on chance to make a first impression. Great experience !!!!

This was without a doubt the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I just had our first child and were looking for a card with some extra space. I saw a car on their lot that looked really appealing so we set up a test drive. We had our son with us so they sent us home and said they would work the numbers and get back to me the next morning so we wouldn't have to wait around. I owned the car less than 24 hours later. After finance looked at everything, the payments were a little higher than I could afford. A couple of hours after their initial call back, they left me a message with a whole new set of numbers that worked for me! They gave me more for my car and took some money off of the top price ... without me even asking!! I can't stress enough how nice everyone I worked with was (Mike and the finance manager) and how flexible they were. It was zero effort and I have a beautiful now car! I would highly reccomend them to anyone!

Had the engine replaced on our 2013 X3 due to a botched oil change done by a independent garage. Their quote was 140.00 less than their competitors. One would think that a major dealership would treat a new customer who is spending several thousands on one repair a little bit better. 1. Loaner provided upon receipt had a code on it. 2. Vehicle was returned dirty, not even vacuumed. 3. Vehicle had so little gas in it, we had to immediately find a gas station. It was delivered with almost a full tank. 4. Vehicle was returned damaged. My gas cover plate was missing. Only upon complaint was the cover replaced, and the gentleman who took our calls informed me how he went above and beyond. Got your coupon in the mail. Keep it. I have always owned high end vehicles. This was my first BMW, my husband bought it for me. This is going to be my last BMW experience probably if this is how they treat their customers. Took about 2 weeks for them to fix my heat and got charged more than quoted. They tried to bring the price down a bit though. After getting it back the dash was dirty (they removed it), the cigarette lighter in the back stopped working (could be coincidence?), and the assembly around the emergency brake was not put back together. A week or so after, my horn started randomly going off, so I called them. No appointment for a few weeks, so they said they would have a service manager call me back. Got no call back. And they didn’t answer after my calling to check about 4 hours after (within their operating hours). I’ll try again tomorrow, but this isn’t acceptable to me. For a $2,600 fix, they should at least have a level of attention to detail to put my car back together right... or at least take some level of responsibility.

The process of buying the car took longer than it should have due to waiting for the title, but that was just paper work issues. The dealer did order and program a 2nd key for me free of charge which was nice. I'd like to rate higher but after 6 days of ownership (picked up the car on 9/17) and 250 miles of driving the Service Engine Soon light came on in the evening of Saturday 9/22. Will request the dealer to service this free of charge. Rating will go up or down pending the outcome of that.

I love the team at IRA Pre-owned in Exeter NH .... we had an emergency where the brakes failed while my daughter was driving our BMW ... fortunately she remained calm and put on emergency brake and hazards and called me .... I had AAA tow the car to the folks at IRA Pre-owned ... they checked it over and found a faulty valve .... replaced it and the gasket and got us squared away! Gary and the team are top notch !!

Twice, within six months, I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed, post service. Both times I waited for the vehicle to be washed; my vehicle was not washed either time. Is it a big deal? No. However, as an offered courtesy, I would expect the service to be completed.

Michael, I am the guy that bought the 750i from you few months ago. Remember how you and your salesperson screwed me and reneged on many things you promised to do to the car. I bought what was advertised as a CPO, the day I piked up the car it looked like it was barely washed and had dirt left in the trunk. The brakes were not done. The third party you hired to touch up the paint did a horrible job. You promised me 2 free detailing to fix the problem, something you never fulfilled. I called you many times and left you emails and you decided to ignore me. I will make sure whoever is considering buying a car from you, knows the facts about how you treat your customers. Since, and after 25 years of working with your dealership, I now service my car at Tulley where I know the dealership is managed by credible people.

Let me be clear. The Service team gets 5 stars from me. The Sales department is AWFUL. I got a call from a nice lady telling me that there has been specific interest in my car — a rare one — would I please come in so they could make me a generous offer on a trade. Made an appointment to see a fellow that day. Arrived for appointment. No guy by that name. No idea about the call I got or the appointment. Sat down with a sales guy who, after 1.5 hours, gave me a LOW BALL offer on my car — less than lowest Trade-in value on KBB. Started to tell me it was about mileage (factored into trade-in values on KBB), then told be it was about work needed on the car, all of which would be covered under the transferable pre-paid maintenance plan I have, and was work that service advisor said was not due until next visit on October. What a COLOSSAL waste of my time! Shysters! Buy elsewhere. Service here.

✅ Everyone was nice. Mike was patient & kind; Tricia was personable & knowledgeable. ✅The car was an ok deal. ❌ Mike quoted me a lower price on the car than what Tricia printed up on sales agreement, but she never changed it back to what he had quoted me. It made me feel ridiculous to realize that she was not planning on saying that she would fix it to Mike’s quote & was thus forcing me into a position to haggle, which I loathe & so refused to do, so was subsequently charged more than expected which felt very unfair. Additionally a discrepancy was found in the check the following day so I had to pay $47. more by credit card. Dislike! ❌ Horrible trade in value on my Millenium edition AWD Porsche. Probably was ripped off. ❌ At pickup, the Lexus was NOT detailed to standard. Very dirty rugs.

Overall a pretty good experience. One thing that upset me was when I was purchasing my car from Ira Pre owned, they said that it would be detailed on the inside and out and look like a brand new car. That was not the case. The inside looked like it got a quick vacuum and that was it. All of the dirt on the ceiling that was pointed out when we were buying it was still there. The for sale signs/trash was still in there. The smell that they said would be gone was very much still there. When I called to see what could be done, they told me I could drive the two hours and they would clean it again. Too far of a drive for me to have someone “detail” it the second time. I just felt like once they had the sale they had no interest in helping their customer out.

Second Review All in all an good experience with a couple of qualifications/observations. I am disappointed that when I got the quote for the oil change, brake fluid change and micro brake fluid micro filter change that it did not reflect that I had paid for an extended service plan. How is it that when I pointed it out it was listed on my record that then it was noted and the quote was fixed? Was this a revenue enhancement opportunity? They know everything about my car and what I purchased and when the car needs service but miss that I prepaid? This Does not build trust in me with the dealership. Be careful. Advocate for yourself. Know your stuff just like dealing with doctors!! It is a friendly clean dealership with a nicely appointed waiting area. The service took 2:45 and whatever the car was washed with left it dirtier than when I arrived. The film on the whole car when removed was black. Very strange... I did not take any of this with the dealer. First Review All great except it took 2 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation and a wash even though I had an appointment. Their IT systems don’t share data so I had to give them all my info again !!! It was okay that they weren’t quick as I had work to do and did so in the comfy lounge. Everyone is super friendly. Actually better than any other dealer I’ve used regardless of make of car (Acura , Honda, Toyota, Chrysler or Chevy). I live 55 miles away and I would say it was worth the trip. Just a couple things that they can make better and the experience would be perfect!! If I could I would give 4.9 stars.

Adam is an extremely friendly & helpful service advisor. I dropped off my car for a routine maintenance, new tires and inside/outside detailing and he informed me that there was a possibility it may not be finished until Tuesday, but that the loaner vehicle was available to me either way. In the end, my car was finished almost 3 hours before the service department closed and my car looked AMAZING!! I have been to BMW Stratham the past three weekends for two separate reasons. Weekend 1: I tried shopping for a pre certified / used X5M or X6M and unfortunately they did not have any, and to get one from another dealer in their network would require a several thousand dollar deposit which would be nonrefundable. So although the sales person I dealt with was very nice that policy cost them a 50k dollar sale as I bought an X6M elsewhere. I figured my pre approval would have shown enough seriousness? Weekend 2: Very efficent recall work on my 335xi and Adam in service was very accommodating and helpful, unfortunately weekend 2 led to weekend 3. Weekend 3 was not ideal, I explained that after the recall work I had immediate warnings stating multiple issues occurred, I did express I did not think this was a coincidence that this happened only after work performed. I was explained only today that the first 30 minutes were free to diagnose, after that it would be an expense I'd incur. I did not like the way I was treated in giving my opinion calmly on the matter as this is an inconveiance for me. I was given a ride home by a very nice individual, however I was not offered a pick up by the female service associate which she obviously knew I needed. Perhaps it was because I chose not to use them for a $482.50 battery install which was their diagnosis of the warnings I was getting. Two things will keep people as repeat customers accommodation and customer service and unfortunately I didn't experience the best of either this time around. Perhaps I'll try again in the future?

The service at BMW of Stratham is always inconsistent compared to other dealerships I’ve been to throughout the country. My main complaint is that their folks’ answers to my questions always seem to be “no.” The other BMW dealerships I’ve worked with have always seemed to operate under a “get to yes” philosophy. I definitely don’t get that vibe at Stratham. I will likely shift my business to Nashua or Manchester at this point. So disappointed after my interaction at Stratham this weekend.

This is a beautifully decorated place with a very large exhibition hall. However, I personally think I had really bad experience here . The first reason was that when I walked into the hall, no one took care of me or even asked me what I needed. The second reason is a bad attitude. When I entered the service area, those people were sitting in their own small office and pretending to be very busy, or did not pay any attention to me. Even more heinous is that I do not know which boss I should go to for service procedures. And when I went to pick up the car, nobody even took care of me. I really didn't know what they were doing there. When I got the car, there were still some problems with the car, so I drove the car into the service area again, and nobody took care of me. Then I stood there waiting for more than ten minutes to wait for the big boss to salve the problem after asking. Is this the attitude BMW? Excuse me?I can not believe it! If it is not close to home here, I will never go to this store.

After owning 8 BMWs , buying from this dealership for the first time was the worst experience I've ever had. If you must buy from them , which I highly do not recommend, make sure you get the things they promise you in writing and don't trust anyone there , including the Sales Manager and the General Manager.

I bought a new BMW from Scott Murbly. When I called for an appointment for the weatherproof coating, I was told I must go through the salesperson who sold me the SUV. I contacted Scott (took 3 phone calls before I could speak with him since he didn't return my call) and he assured me he would make an appointment for the service, have a loaner car waiting, and would meet me at the prearranged time. When I arrived, no Scott, no loaner, and no appointment. Luckily, a service rep, Pawel Czwz, did fit us in and get our service done. I appreciate his efforts. My next vehicle will be purchased elsewhere as I am very unhappy with the service from the sales department at Stratham.

Very happy with my recent experience at BMW of Stratham. I purchased a 2016 X3 from them. We had the privilege of working with Sovy, who was absolutely amazing! They were great at following through with the process. We had a couple of concerns and everything was taken care of in the proper manner. Car was serviced properly but was not happy when I picked up the car. It was not clean. Had bugs on windshield and front grill.inside was not vacuumed . It is 3O Miles to where I am staying in York Maine from BMW of Stratham but my car had been driven 101 miles since I dropped it off when I got back to York. That means someone drove it 71 miles while being serviced . Why? I drove the loaner 60 miles and added $13.50 in gas before dropping it off. No gas added by BMW of Stratham after driving my car 71 miles and not cleaning it.

Overall, it was a good experience. The only difference from other BMW dealers to this one is that other BMW dealers vacuum your vehicle when you take them to an oil change. However, this is only a small detail.

Excellent service. They repaired my car on a Saturday. Due to a warranty extension. Adam and Jacob were great. after going to another BMW dealer in Nashua who is horrible. Don't Waste Time Going To Tulley in Nashua they just want your money they don't care about helping you. In my case it was definitely worth the 50-mile ride there and back to get my car repaired will always go to Stratham BMW this place knows how to treat there customers once again Adam and Jacob were great.
