I asked for the spilled oil to be cleaned up after the oil change, was told that the tech cleaned it up. 10 minutes into my drive I smell burning oil, at over $100 for my cars oil change I expect not to smell oil, especially after I stressed that I would like it cleaned up. This makes the 3rd and final time I take my car here for service. I drive about 40 minutes just to go there for service and they showed me 3 times that it's not worth the trip UPDATE: I wasn't looking for anything for free, I did take it back for another oil change, the technician noticed that the rear pinion seal was leaking which it had been since the day I purchased the car. I made an appointment to have it replaced under warranty. I'm sure that is not the issue and I won't know until the next oil change. If it were indeed the rear pinion seal that I was smelling then it would have been all the time and not just after an oil change. I did add an oil catch can since my last service and I'm hoping that will resolve the smell of burning oil after an oil change that lasts for a week...... more to come after my next oil service

HORRIBLE-I did not even want to give one star-these people could not even take a phone call on a weekday. It took 3 phone calls when I just needed to get a copy of a key made. First call left me on hold until it disconnected me, second call the service guy said I needed to hold, then I heard "lunch time" and was on hold for almost 10 minutes, last time I called to let them know I had to come to get an old school basic Ford key made (NOT even a key fob one). Upon arrival at the dealership there were apparently all sorts of computer issues and overbooked customers and it took forever to get this simple thing done. Already had a bad feeling about them based on the inability for them to deal with simple phone calls but decided to give them a chance anyway, NEVER again. Will be going to Autofair from now on.

UPDATE: GM Michael Frassica refused to issue a correction with the credit bereu and also threatened not to do it until my review was removed! NH DOJ Attoryney General has been contacted.*** Wish I could leave a better review, but the truth is they forced us to apply for credit even when we had financing lined up. We walked In with a pre-approval from DCU, and just needed a purchase and sales agreement to finalize the loan. When confronted on this they basically told me “too bad”. I even called them later to discuss it.. they said they would call back and they didn’t. Now the GM is refusing to do the right things.. Stay away from this business!

This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. They have a horrible service department and an even worse sales department. $2000 and 4 trips to the dealership later and my repair issue still not fixed. I also inquired about purchasing a new vehicle i was so fed up with the one I’m driving. At which point they valued my trade at $10,000 less than other ford dealerships. I’d also add that this vehicle was purchased at Best Ford in 2016. I asked for a refund for the parts as the issue I went in for was never fixed. I was refused a refund and told there was nothing wrong with my truck. We’ll be going to small claims court.

Bought my 1st dealerships car here this month. NEVER AGAIN! 1ST they tried to sell me a used car valued at 23k brand new for almost 27k, then sold me a vehicle they had no legal rights to sell as they didn't have the title, took over 2 wks to get the title, in the meantime the staff in finance and sales wouldn't return my calls ( I eventually began dealing directly with the GSM) was finally able to get my car on the 24th of march after purchasing it on the 11th, they LOST all my sale paperwork and said they would overnight it to me (finally got it today 3/30/19 and I had to drive from Massachusetts to NH to get it), they also went and registered the car for me... and wrote my personal check out for over $1400 to the mass rmv to cover the Sales tax that was included in my loan, when I caught the mistake they tried to tell me they couldn't cut me a check to cover the difference until the next day, nope, I had to flip out to get the check that day so as not to overdraw my bank account, after all of this there's "nothing" they can do to makeup for the level of inconvenience and aggravation caused by purchasing through their inept staff. Additionally, there was a speaker box with subs in the trunk when I test drove the car, the salesman made a HUGE deal about them, guess qmwhat wasn't in the trunk when I picked my vehicle up? They also never cleaned and detailed the vehicle before I picked it up. I will be calling corporate 1st thing Monday morning. My family has bought Ford's exclusively for many years (4 brand new in the past calendar year, my next car will be a Chevy. What a nightmare. My cousin warned me these guys were a trainwreck waiting to happen, next time I'll listen.

I am currently in the market for a somewhat cheap car. I found a car I was interested in - a Honda Civic, listed for $4,000. I was ready to call the dealership so I could come look at it, until I saw that wholesale vehicles can't be test driven on the road. I would never purchase a vehicle without a proper test drive, as I wouldn't be able to fully determine the overall condition of the vehicle. If I were able to have test driven the vehicle and decided to purchase the car, this review might have had 5 stars. But because of this shortcoming, they have lost a potential customer.

Went in for what I thought was routine service an oil change. Tech was very courteous and let us know that the car was not ready for this procedure as it had been serviced at the last visit. He checked and filled all fluids and sent us on our way no charge. Nice to be confident in honesty of service personel.

I came in with a nail in my tire. They did NOT have a replacement tire. Sent me on my way with the nail still in the tire saying it wasn't leaking and a new tire would available the next day. Sure enough, tire went flat, I had to change to the spare and brought my truck in next day for new tire. Completely disappointed they didn't put the spare on to start with and the fact they had me leave with the nail still in tire. I'm also disappointed they didn't have a tire in stock.

I would not recommend using Best Ford for service. I tried them on two different occasions and found them difficult to work with. Here is a summary of my two visits. I brought my 2018 Ford Escape to Best to get the TCU Modem fixed. Three days later they tell me that they have no idea what's wrong with my Escape. The mechanic was a really nice guy but admitted they did not have the tools or training to fix a TCU modem in a vehicle. This was the second year the modem called the Telematics Cable Unit - TCU, has been installed in the Ford Escape to allow remote starts and stops via a Smartphone App called FordPass, as well as in car WiFi by AT&T. The mechanic assigned to my vehicle spent two of the three days doing something he understood and made money on, replacing a head gasket on another Ford Escape with the 1.5 Ecoboost Engine. After the third day I called and asked the status of my vehicle, I was told that the Ford Field Engineer looked at my vehicle and did not know what was wrong. I contacted the Service Manager via email and three telephone calls. I asked that they change the modem in my vehicle as recommended by the customer service representative at Ford Pass, and the Field Engineer as a possible fix. I received no call or email back from the Service Manager. Back in December 2018 I had my first experience with Best Ford, but I thought I would try them again. Their web site states that the Quick Lane Oil Change is open at 7am, this same time is also posted on their door. I arrived at 7am and I was immediately told they don't open to 8am. I ask why everything states 7am? The response, because they need to be there for 7am. I have worked with many dealerships in the past but I find something is really wrong with Worst Ford.

He showed me one used car that was already sold and said well I dont have used cars here so.... and gave me a dirty look. I drive a 2012 Ford escape. Never said I wanted to buy used. I called Best Ford and Lincoln today inquiring for some history on my 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC. To say I was pleased with the service is an understatement. My Mark only has 19,000 original miles. I just recently purchased it and wanted to get any history I could on the vehicle as far as maintenance or services that were done by the original owner. Nina was the parts specialist I spoke to, she went above and beyond to assist me. This is by far the best experience I've ever had in regards to getting help from a dealership. Best Ford/Lincoln really is "The Best"!!! When I was ready to buy my next car, I knew just what I wanted. My friend to me to go see Mike (owner) at Best Ford/Lincoln. I gave him a list of what was important to me and how much I was willing to pay. He got me exactly what I wanted with more features than I could have imagined at "auction" with only 22,000 miles on it! This was the best way to buy a car ever ... no stress. I will absolutely do it again. BTW ... the service is amazing!!! I LOVE their "quick lane" for little things like a new wiper or check and fill a low tire. Things that need quick action, no waiting ... just in and out with no appointment. I highly recommend Best Ford/Lincoln.

The service department at Best Ford comes through once again! My family and I were leaving for vacation on Friday morning. Towing our 37ft travel trailer to PA. When I started the truck there was a horrible screeching noise. I was able to limp the truck to Best Ford and Gerry was totally sympathetic to my situation and took me right in on the spot! Stay away from this place. My daughter bought a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty and was told by salesman Paul Schaffer that it covered “everything”. Well apparently the malfunctioning back-up camera and driver’s door lock aren’t part of “everything”. The service department had to send it to a Hyundai dealer because they couldn’t figure it out themselves. Repeated phone calls were never answered and service department manager Carol Gates voice mail box was always full so I couldn’t even leave a message.

My engine light and temp gauge light came on. I called and could only get an appointment a week out. They suggested dropping it off that day and they would try to get to it during the week. The next day they called me with the problem and that a part had to come from CT. Thursday I picked up my car, 3 1/2 days before my appointment! My 2010 runs like new at 91,000 miles. I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Best Ford!

Went there recently for grinding sound from brakes. They diagnosed and fixed the issue, plus a coolant flush/refill, oil filter and oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades in one day. This included replacing a sticky rotor. All for a price that can't be beat when I don't have time these days to do it myself. Just fantastic and I can't recommend them enough to anyone!

Only good thing about this dealership is Jerry in the service department. If you buy any ecobust you will need to make friends with Jerry , you will be seeing him often. But don't expect a loaner car when you take in your $50k vehicle , you will pay for a rental!

Service representatives need to replaced. Techs - no complaints. It's interesting when you drive into the service area and not a single person looks up from their desk. They sit there (or aren't there) dressed like they don't work at the dealership. Try maybe a company branded polo at least? Good luck getting quicklane on the phone. Tried calling 4 times the other day and no one picked up so I called service who said... Oh its busy. You can come in whenever. So I show up at 7am (when Quicklane opens) only to be told that the techs don't start until 8. Not sure how the timing of that makes any sense. It's like having McDonald's open at 6 but they don't serve food until 7. I have purchased cars from here. The process was decent. Not a ton complaints. It's really the front facing service. Clearly no effort or management is being done in this area. I'm looking for other dealerships. It may be a Ford thing. I love the vehicles. Not the dealerships.

They were very friendly when I dropped the car off and answered all my questions. Overall good car buying experience. Most dealerships are pretty much the same when it comes to the negotiation process. Bought a 2018 hold over F-150. Beautiful truck. The Salesman, Keith Woodworth was awesome to deal with. I would buy a car from him again, and I would recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car at Best Ford. The day after I bought the truck I noticed a dull spot in the finish. I took the truck back to the dealership right away. When I walked in I was greeted by Keith and Brian. Brian, who I assume is a sales manager, asked me what the problem was. I told him and he said I was the number one priority. They took the truck in and buffed out the dull spot right away without hesitation and threw in a free oil change (when it's needed). I was very happy with the way I was treated post sale. I would definitely buy another vehicle at Best Ford.

I returned to Best Ford the morning after I had picked up my "new to me" pre-owned 2013 Ford Fusion. The purchase included a state inspection sticker, but the service department was closed when I picked up the car. The salesman told me to ask for him and he would assist with the sticker process. I told the salesman that there were some exterior lights on the vehicle that were not working. After a short wait, the salesman took the car into the service bay. A short while later, the salesman told me the car was all set. I had to leave for an appointment, but later, when I checked the lights on the car, I found that the lights in question were still not working. The service department had passed my vehicle and put a state inspection sticker on it, with exterior lights that were not working, even after I had mentioned the problem to the salesman. What else had been ignored or overlooked?? I also told the salesman that morning that one of the key fobs that came with the car was not working. He said he would see what he could do. After speaking with a manager, the salesman told me that the inoperative fob needed to be programmed, at a cost of $50 to $60. I was not happy that I did not have two working keys to the vehicle that I had just purchased for several thousand dollars, but the salesman told me that at least I had the two key fobs, even though one of them was useless unless I spent another $50 or $60. It seems to me that if the customer cost for programming the key fob is $50 to $60, the cost for the dealership to do this for me would be a bit less than that, and would have been the right thing to do for their customer. These two seemingly minor examples of "customer service", leave me with the impression that Best Ford cares primarily about making (and keeping) every dollar that they can, and cares very little, if anything, about being thorough, doing the right thing, and taking care of their customer.

Refusing to do a refund on a deposit for a deal that fell apart ! Stating only one person in the dealership can do a refund of $200.00 bucks . The deposit was on a credit card so no cash is involved. Easy to do you would think. Not for them. It has now been over two weeks and no one will return my calls . Every time I call all the staff is busy . Very petty of them would not recommend them at all ! I took my business else where got a better deal and was treated with more respect.

Worked with the internet manager on a new Ranger over the course of a week. Quoted me a great price, was great to deal with over email. I double checked the specific car and stock number a couple times, plus everything that was/wasn't included in the price; Unfortunately, when I drove the 45 mins today to go buy the car, after test driving it and being at the dealership for almost an hour, I was told that she somehow quoted the wrong truck (even thought the stock # was correct somehow), and that it would cost me $4,000 more than the agreed upon price. Really disappointing, especially since I had other offers at closer dealerships that were thousands better than the "new" offer they gave me. Sales staff was nice, but it was hard not to leave with a sour taste after that. Do not plan on coming back to this dealership.

First of all it sucks to give these hacks one star because they dont deserve it. Just walking through the door I could sense this dealership didn't care about the customer. There was one couple upset with a sales person in one corner then next to us was a woman that drove 2hrs that was promised a check only to find out there was no one there to sign checks that afternoon. My buddy was promised heated seats in his new f350 only to get the run around. Ive owned 17 ford trucks and have a great relationship with my hometown ford dealership. Ford has a great product it's a shame ford motor company allows people like the staff at best ford of nashua to represent them . If they were the last ford dealership around I'd by a Chevy and they suck just not as much as Best Ford of nashua does.

Came in to look at a Chevy around 5pm they were open til 9pm which was great, nice clean car, low mileage and good price. However I was unable to use the bank I wanted and was forced into using one of there's which resides in California. Test drive was good, no hidden secrets about the car. *Unfortunately was given way too low of a trade in value for my car due to they "have to sell the car based on what KBB values the car at not the actual trade in allowance they quoted it for which was 3 grand higher" so needless to say I wasn't too happy about the amount of negative equity I had to roll over, I knew there would be some but not double of what I expected. Also the salesman assured me I'd have an interest rating of easily 4.5 and when it came time to do the paperwork it was up to 5.9% and my credit score is over 800. Overall happy with the car itself, not happy with the stealership. Thanks

When I bought my car I was promised free first tank of gas and oil change. When I went to collect was told I could not get them because the right manager needed to be present and he didn't work there anymore. I was told I could just come in without appointment for oil change and then was turned away. When I made an appointment to get first recall of door latch fixed, which was what the appointment was for was told they did not have the guy who knew how to put them in working. Finally now I have this new recall notice stitting in my lap called 3 different lines and apparently no one works there had to leave a voicemail to set up an appointment to get recall parts fixed. I won't hold my breath that they will call back because they have literally fallen down on every part of my customer experience. They do not give a hoot about you once you sign the paperwork and they have your money. Do not go here. Ford is a good car, good company this dealership just sucks.

Went there today to get some parts for my truck. The parts department was extremely helpful in helping me locate what I need. IO do not have any experience when it comes to their sales staff so I am unable to comment on that part of the dealership. The lack of 5 starts is due to their power sports department. I went over to that side of the dealership with my son to check out an atv or a sports bike. We were browsing the store and were not greeted by anyone. While looking at a child's atv another couple walked in and started looking at helmets which is right next the were i was and further back in the store. The sales person greeted them and completely ignored me even though i was basically standing right next to him i felt. At that point i decided to just leave and not bother looking any longer.

I went to Best Ford on a lunch break to try out a slightly used Mustang and see if I'm liking the 4 cylinder turbo with the 10 speed automatic transmission. I had my reservations that it might not be enough for me but I loved it. I went on a test drive with my salesperson, Michael Scott (not from Dunder-Mifflin) and it was awesome. We took it on a full highwaay test and I was impressed. Michael told me all the features as we drove around. Their price was the best around. I ended up buying it and at delivery, Michael made sure to help me set up the Sync system and showed me all the settings and features. He has since checked up on me a couple times in the month or so it's been since buying it. Pretty great experience.

This first purchase experience at Nashua Ford did not disappoint. Made an appointment first thing in the morning to look at a vehicle as our commute was 2.5 hours. Got there and another person was driving off in the truck for a test drive. We were told that the other customer made an appointment before us and that they didn't know it was for the same vehicle. I was "KICKED OUT" of the dealership. I visited this dealership on Sunday 09/16/2018 looking to to see and test a ford mustang 5.0, I was greeted by a new sales man according to him, who was very nervous about me and my friend, we sat down and I explained to him what I was looking for and what other cars I was also looking into, he didn't know much about his product, so he kept asking me about VIN numbers and pricing which I was not sure about, eventually he asks me when I'm planning to buy, I replied somewhere in the next 2 months, he immediately tells me if I would buy today after given a good offer, I said I will consider it but I'm buying in the next months, this all happen before I had driven or even seen the car, he seemed really upset at my reply and proceed to talk to his manager after that he came back and said I'm sorry but we are not comfortable with you, so I was literally kicked out of the place, horrible service.

This dealership can't nail down details of the deal without numerous corrections, revisions and apologies.They are trying to do better but haven't totally succeeded as of yet. Some of the employees are very strong eg Bill Haas in sales and Kate in customer relations ... others are very weak and can't get the material for the sale right eg Patrick in finance. However, the car is much more than adequate ... great safety features and comfort. Love the sound system. Happy to drive the hybrid version ... my second! Super mileage and coaching prompts that helps with driving efficience. Pick up adequate - less than the non-hybrid version but perfect for me... however the hybrid is poor in snow. The front wheel drive non-hybrid version (I had previously owned) was great in snow. Fortunately, I have my wife's Suburu to use in ice or snow. The MKZ-H is a Good looking vehicle too. Love the voice-activated command system. Will continue to be Lincoln friendly ... hopefully still at Best???

Getting a regular, routine service done to my vehicle is never an issue here (oil change, inspection, etc), but trying to get something fixed that's under warranty is a whole other story. Both times that this happened to me, I had to initiate calls with them in order to prompt responses. Then I had to follow up a ridiculous amount of times to get the issue resolved. The most recent time this happened I called them a total of 12 times throughout the process of getting my car fixed under warranty. The first time I called, I was told that they submitted my claim and hadn't heard back. After the 8th time of calling them (about a month and a half of waiting since the initial visit to get my claim submitted to Ford), and being promised calls back multiple times that never actually happened, I called Ford HQ and asked if my claim was submitted by them. They looked up my VIN and I was told that Best Ford DID NOT submit my claim. So I called again and had to prompt responses and service. I ended up with another individual who also promised me calls back. Of the 4 times I called, I did get two calls back, so I consider this progress, though still not very good customer service. This time it took about 3 weeks to finally get my claim submitted and approved and my vehicle worked on. I'm happy with the end results of the work on my vehicle and I DO love my Ford, but the service at Best Ford is very poor. I'm disappointed with them and ultimately felt like a pain calling as many times as I did, but my issue was under warranty and I didn't want to let the issue go so that it got so much worse and affected other parts of my vehicle. Mine and my husbands frustration level got to the point where we were ready to trade my car in for a whole different make and model. Fortunately, the final time I called, I finally got an answer that I was waiting for. The fact of the matter is, if I was at least communicated with throughout the process and not lied to, then I would've been fine with the length of time that passed. Unfortunately, I had to continuously initiate calls and wasn't called back or communicated with when promised. It's really disappointing.

My salesman, Norman Brown, along with the Sales Manager, Scott Miranda, were extremely honest and helpful trying to make a deal with me. However, one salesman who had spoken with me during my experience lacked the discipline and knowledge to responsibly discuss pricing for the vehicle I was interested in. He threw out a number that was below the price the dealership purchased the vehicle at. I drove back the next day with that number in mind, and full intent to leave with the vehicle. I was informed that the price he had thrown out irresponsibly was not going to be possible. The ignorance of one employee can not speak for the company as a whole however, as Scott and Norman went above and beyond to explain the situation to me, apologize, and give me the lowest possible price their business could allow. But I came back to buy the vehicle at the price mentioned, so sadly I did not leave with it that day. This place does not seem like the type to try and pull a "bait and switch" maneuver, however, I hope their salesmen smarten up, and don't speak without considering the implications their words have on the customer.

Last time, they told me I would need a new exhaust system to pass inspection. I went to a reputable mechanic to have it checked out and he said the exhaust system was fine.
