Good experience at the Gorham store. Professional and knowledgeable staff that is willing to work with you to get the vehicle you want. My sales associate Pido Mujkic did everything in his power, including staying after his scheduled hours to try and ensure I was getting the best experience possible. It’s the type of costumer service you can only hope for when making a large financial commitment like buying a vehicle.

I went in for an airbag recall. 3 stars for not trying to take advantage of me (I'm a young female, had some people in a Toyota dealership in Florida make up car problems.) Very friendly staff. HOWEVER when I got my car back there were grease smudges all over where they removed the passenger panel that they didnt bother to clean up and an unidentified brown substance all over the front passenger seat and in between the seats. I just had to spend 40 minutes cleaning all of that up. I'm not pleased.

We bought a car last night. Everyone working was amazing. My 2 young boys were climbing in and out of $50,000+ vehicles on the show room floor and the staff entertained and chatted with them as they did so. We went late/close to closing to see a specific car we saw online and ended up leaving with that vehicle way past closing time. Thank you Sam for being patient and working with us. So impressed with how easy going everyone was especially with my kids far past their bedtime! And so far I love my car too :)

If I wanted a new Toyota and Berlin city was the only Toyota dealer I'd switch brands. The manager can't even return a phone call after 3 polite messages. I will never deal with you clowns again. Can't even do a decent alignment . My truck pulled worse after you ding dongs aligned it and didn't even try to make it right. Negative 10 stars and that's being polite . It says 1 star because I needed to give a star to post

I was looking for a vehicle and just happened to stop in to Berlin City by chance. I was greeted right away by a salesman..Tucker Murch. He was awesome! Knowledgeable, sharp, quick to offer suggestions and went above and beyond to find me a vehicle. He found me a vehicle that met all my needs, was below my budget and even traveled to Windham to pick it up to have a service done to it. He has checked in regularly to make sure everything is going well and that I am happy with my new vehicle. We dealt with over 11 dealerships in 3 weeks to come up with best price and available options on a rav4. They came in over $3,688.00 dollars below the closest dealership to sale price. And were not afraid to show us what the salesman recieved for a commision. Then thru in a couple accessories for free for being first time buyers with them. I have sent 12 people up there and 7 have bought vehicles off of them. Excellent.

I walked in to shop for a vehicle. Three employees just stared at me. I felt super awkward and mentioned I was shopping for a vehicle. They continued to stare at me for about 5 seconds and then the receptionist said, "try the next showroom over we're all busy." The other showroom had one person in it who was with a customer. I'm fine with a busy situation but being stared at for 10+ seconds without a word made me feel they didn't want my business. Maybe I'm wrong but it was certainly awkward.

I had a great experience from start to finish at BerlinCity. From research to delivery I never got off of my couch.Two of the tie downs in the back of the truck are damaged and should be replaced and the fm stations do not come in at all which I will take up with my local dealer.

I purchased a car from them that was preowned. It was it complete lemon. It had a homemade electrical system complete with duct tape that was not disclosed to me. Then I bought a second vehicle for them that was poorly aligned and they refused to compensate me for my brand new tires. Save yourself these frustrations and shop elsewhere. They are not the only game in town. And addition I was chewed out by two different managers who told me that this was not their fault and they would take no responsibility. Customer service is awful.

The two stars are because Berlin City has generally been friendly, also they have offered to reimburse me for a faulty part. The lack of the other three stars is because in less than a year and in under 10,00 miles my power steering rack has failed twice and I have been stuck paying Toyota for labor three times over. The first fail was after only 700 miles. I have confirmation from a dealership in Arizona (where I now am located) that the part was not installed correctly. I have contacted Toyota directly, pursuing different avenues and always hit a dead-end on reimbursement for a service that was essentially not performed. I do not think I should have to keep paying labor while they learn how to install a power steering rack. This is the only service I have had performed at Berlin City, and it has been an expensive and time consuming nightmare.

Do not buy your vehicle here. I bought a truck from here 6 months ago and it came with a warped rotor which caused a ton of problems. After calling there service department for three months I finall got someone to call back (since they would never return my wife's phone calls) immediately after the appointment it was very clear that even after they said it was sold with bad parts and the shakeing scared them.. the problem was still not fixed. Now on the third visit they don't want to service it.... In short don't buy from them, don't let them touch your vehicle, and don't expect a quick call back ever Espesally if your a woman calling. I've used Berlin city for ten years now since I was 18 and fresh in the army, never again.

I didn't end up buying from Berlin City, but I did take up a bit of their time in my search. I was looking for a very specific used truck, and worked with Jordan Hewson for several weeks while trying to locate it. He was very helpful and touched base once a week or so, not pushy at all. The dealership is way up north, but they do offer a delivery service which sounds like a nice perk so you don't even need to stop in.

We recently purchased a 2018 toyota Camry. The experience could not of been better. We were very specific in what we wanted and our salesperson George M worked extremely hard to find our car. The price was very fair and we had no problem accepting it. What we love about Berlin is that they treat their customers A++. There is total trust in us and did not require a deposit and payment was with a personal check. We trusted them and it was a very nice experience. This is our third vehicle we purchased through Berlin and quit frankly we dont even consider shopping around! Nice job Berlin!!!

I have an extended warranty and the door actuators stopped functioning. 4 trips later it is hopefully fixed. I would love if I could have gone once for the fix. They had to diagnose the problem, then order the parts. The first trip I had an appointment at 11:15. At 1230 I went to see how it was going. My car hadn’t even been looked at. I eventually got it back and had to go back when the part was in. That trip was quick, 1 hour and I was out of there. Free snacks and hot chocolate is a plus. About 3 days later another door stopped working again. So we had to have them “diagnose” again. Order more parts and go back again to have it put in. All of this cost me nothing but time as I for-mentioned have the extended warranty. The people are very nice. The environment is good. Area for kids to play. Free snacks and some drinks. But the system sucks. Especially when they don’t have parts on site that fix issues. If I take it to a smaller auto shop they have Napa right over with the part needed. No multiple trips necessary. Another plus that I did not use was free shuttle.

Buying the car was hassle free and they took my POS trade in (for $200 ha). However, it failed inspection due to steering rack. I had it sent back up and the service department said there was nothing wrong and gave me a sticker. I thought it was fine. Next year, same problem, failed inspection. This time I made them repair it. Was a huge hassle, as i do not live near Berlin. I would not buy another car here.
