I would highly recommend this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle with the help of Jake. Jake was very professional but layed back enough to make you feel comfortable. He never pushed the sale or pressured me in any way. He was also very upfront about the vehicle and if I had any questions that he could not answer, he found someone who could. Justin took great care of me price wise and put all of the information out on the table and was willing to work with me and make a more than satisfactory deal. Brandon was excellent, he walked me through the paperwork and took the time to stop and answer any questions I had regarding purchasing a vehicle out of state, limited dealer warranty, and my extended service plan. When I first visited to view the vehicle Jake showed me that there was some heavy scratches on the rear bumper and there technicians did a great job buffing the scratches out. I also found some chips in the windshield which they honored and allowed me to get fixed AT MY OWN CONVENIENCE, at one of there Portland location closer to where I live. Save yourself the hastle and shop here first!

I would've given them a 5 star but it seemed like after I bought my vehicle all communication had stopped. Before signing the papers the delivery guy handed me a piece of paper of what I would like and wrote spare key down. So I have been waiting for almost a month for the sales associate to get back to me about the spare key. I've tried calling him at his work his work cell and texted his work phone. I bought my own key fob (since it is push to start) and drove up there just to be turned around because there wasnt a "dodge tech" at their dodge dealer and was told to come back during the week when I have to work and it's over an hour drive up there. If communication is a problem with associates then dont give them cell phones to work deals with. Lastly there were some issues with the vehicle that I brought up after reviewing the vehicle after purchasing it like somewhat stuttering when in park, the front bumper is not fully attached, was not aligned, and no inspection sticker on it. If I DO business with them again it might be with a different associate. Lastly about this associate is when talking to him over the phone I asked for pics of the vehicle and he said it was right outside of the dealership and he would get them. Well when the deal was done with the bank I told him that I would come get it but ge refused me to get it and have the delivery driver bring it (due to it being in vermont but told me that it was in their lot). Needless to say communication is a key factor before the deal during the deal and after the deal.

Not only has Berlin City given us good deals on trade-ins, but the service department has always taken good care of us. Whenever we take a vehicle in for service, we know everything will be checked and fixed, if needed. The last time I had my oil changed, I mentioned a couple of concerns I had and they said they'd take a look. When my car was returned, they had addressed my concerns, found the problems and fixed them. I went out to get my car and discovered they had also washed it. I couldn't ask for better service.

He found what that fit, and sent personalized video showing truck and features. Before negotiations even started they knocked off about 10% off from msrp, then figured what rebates I qualified for. Best part was that I am 200 miles from dealership and they brought truck to my door and drove my trade back. They gave me more personal attention than my local dealer would. My local dealer wouldn’t budge on leftover 2018, got a 2019 from Berlin. Appreciate their time, and questions answered. Lindsey is awesome to deal with for registering vehicle. Had couple hiccups but she moved quick to resolve. Will recommend and check back when me or the Mrs are due again.

Recently moved to NH from out of state, so finding a reputable place to trust with my vehicles was nerve wracking for me. I brought my trunk off my car that had damage to it, to the berlin auto group body shop... and I literally can not say enough good things about my experience and the results. Chrissy was easy to approach and to talk too and she handled all my needs and requests with 100% understanding. Instead of telling me "oh you need this and that and i would recommend this" (as most body shops do to get a few extra bucks)... she sat down and listened to everything i wanted as an individual, and saw me as a person instead of "easy money". My trunk was done super fast... i believe it was a turn around time of 3 days... and the results were absolutely flawless! (And this is from a perfectionist's point of view!) Im MORE than happy with my over all experience from start to finish... and when my car is out of storage for the winter, ill be 10000% returning here for all my body shop needs. I also wanna give a shout out to Nate Richard and Teegan Paulin. They were on my reciept as the men who fixed my trunk. Awesome, perfect job. Thanks guys! Oh! I came in the day after Christmas and bought a used SHO. It is a big, beautiful, beast of a car. Unfortunately, Berlin City forgot to do some body work, and there was some exposed metal that quickly rusted in the door. I called them to ask about it, and they paid to have a local body shop (I live in Vermont) do the repair at a significantly higher price than just fudging it themselves. They stood by their sale, and did the right thing. Four stars instead of five for the oversight, but 4 stars instead of 2 for doing the right thing!

My husband and I were greeted by LeeAnn Kallenbach at Customer Service at GMC. She assisted us when we first walked into the service department! A warm smile made us feel comfortable. As she was a new employee and us having talked with Randy Grondin, LeeAnn went to Randy's office to let him know we were there and we were invited into his office. Randy had our paperwork from the Service Department and went over what was done! I questioned Randy about the fact that new brakes and rotors needed to be replaced for the front! With my memory, I thought these had already been done at my last service, but this was for service at my last visit!! My mistake!! I apologize!! I paid Randy for the service that was done in his office!! When we were back with LeeAnn for our keys, she was ready to take our payment! I mentioned that I had already paid Randy! LeeAnn wished us to have a good evening with a smile and a than0k you! She works very good with people in our observation!! Randy mentioned that I was close to an oil change and asked me if I wanted it taken care of, at this appointment!! I had to mention that I had bought that service plan, which included three oil changes along with a car wash!! Randy went back into my service on the computer to have seen this! If I had not mentioned this to Randy, I would have lost out!! I do not understand why this service did not come up for him to have seen and known about this before I mentioned it to him???? Not good!!! When I arrived at the service department to get my car, I noticed my car had mot been washed??????? I paid for this with the oil change program! I need to go back to the GMC Service Department next week to address another issue with my Terrain, therefore, we decided to get the car wash done at that visit! I received a letter stating the vehicle had to have been washed!! These errors caused me to rate with 4 stars and not 5! The car appears to be running well and appears the issue I had was addressed at this service, although, I have not been out with the Terrain enough miles!! Thank you, Elaine and Frank Borowski
