Horrible customer service! Purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali assumed the DVD players in headrests were gm which once they stopped working and I brought to local gmc dealer to have fixed found out that they were aftermarket nothing like buying a upgraded package to find out you paid for upgrades and got aftermarket. When contacted they get very argumentative and don’t return calls salesman and managers never last long there so you never get to deal with the people who made original sale. Frustrating to say the least. Typical bate and switch sales, shady very shady. Would not do business with them again there is nothing EASY about them.

Jeremy was quite literally the best salesperson I have ever dealt with over my 30 years of purchasing ANYTHING!! He worked with me for 6 hours on Saturday to finalize my purchase of my 2014 CR-V. We did everything over the phone and he delivered my car to me later that evening and picked up my 2011 CR-V trade. Jeremy was friendly and non-abrupt. When my first choice purchase fell through he called me and offered the 2014 that wasn't even listed in their inventory yet. He gave me all its specs and then texted me pictures; if I was interested get back to him anytime. I fell in love with it and now it's mine! Any person who doesn't trust salespeople, take a chance on Jeremy at Berlin City Auto Group! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you again, Jeremy! If you're still in sales in 4 (or so years) I'll be looking to upgrade

Worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Service staff is rude as can be. My buddy’s clutch blew out while we were on vacation, we took it there since they were a certified Honda dealer. They fix it 2 days later which was fine. BUT when we got the car back we noticed the mechanic used ZIP TIES to hold together two wire brackets, are you kidding me? You’re gonna charge him 115$ an hour and replace brackets WITH ZIP TIES. Unbelievable. Also, a motor mount was either broken or not tightened all the way when he picked it up. So like anyone with 2 brain cells, we took it back and demanded for it to be fixed PROPERLY. They did that, then when my buddy went to talk to someone in charge to get some sort of refund, what do you know, ‘no manager is here’. We both have tried reaching out to the GENERAL MANAGER AND THE SERVICE MANAGER. Both have ignored us, so here we are. Also, once we got the car back we were headed for dinner and witnessed an accident by the Chevrolet dealer so we naturally pulled the car off to the side of the road to help those involved. The next day when my buddy went in, the service lady really had the audacity to question him and thinking that we got into an accident. Overall, if I could rate this dealer at negative 5 stars, I would. My 3 eat old nephew could run a better business. Pitiful.

Buyer beware. They won't tell you how much the car is going to cost you until you commit to a delivery date. They specialize in long distance deliveries so are you going to keep going back to them when something goes wrong? Unprofessional sales prople.
