This is a no BS dealership. I’ve gone shopping here before and had the same experience. They haven’t changed, which is good. They’re honest, there is no visiting managers non stop or trying to sell you on something you can’t afford. They’ll tell you if it works or not, and let you decide on what you want to do. My experience didn’t work out, but that was on my end, not there’s. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle and want a no stress, personal experience, you won’t be disappointed at Bensons.

Everyone at Benson's was great... (I was there Feb 12th 2019) The sales associate Dan that I worked with, and the rest of the team there, create a warm and welcoming experience. Even despite the many obstacles standing in the way of my forward progress to owning a vehicle after a blown engine ended my transportation abilities thus causing a domino effect ending in a year that spiraled down to closing my business & the car going into repo status, I was treated pleasantly and optimistically and Dan did find an approval for me... wow! Thank u for your hard work. In the past I have brought my vehicles to there service department as well and except for my last visit with someone I wasn't familiar with, they have always explained the situation and options well and been incredibly fair, reasonable and very pleasant. Keep it up

Had the recall done on Pontiac grand am for the key and since then off and on the car won't start unless you this little trick and now the security light is on all the time. Car was fine prior to recall. Called and told them the issue and they basically said it had nothing to do with what they did. I will not recommend Benson's to anyone. I seems as if they cater to only certain types of customers.

Benson Auto Chevrolet has earned my business once again! From start to finish this dealership had me out the door in a brand new Duramax in 2 hours 45 minutes. They have an excellent sales team especially Dan Hughes who has now sold me two trucks! They also took the trouble to swap my plow and sander wiring from my old truck to my new one, very professional job! Zac in sales was fantastic, the service department could be better. Brought my 2018 silverado in because its downshifting hard, especially with a load. Was told nothing's wrong with it yet it's still having same issue. Only 25k miles. Guess I'm taking it back in again soon.
