I felt like I was in the Godfather movie but in a good way. No pressure, but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. A three year old leased car, certified, with remaining warranties having less then 15k miles and gave me a trade-in credit as well. Then they worked hard on getting me the best finance option available which came in under what I initially told them I was able to afford. I was in and out with my new vehicle in less than 3 hours. My thanks to Brennan (salesman) and Steve (finance) for their efforts.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation at 6:30AM on a Tuesday morning. I was one of the first in the door that day. The vehicle wasn't finished until 9:45AM. I believe that 3 hours and 15 minutes to change the oil and rotate the tires is a signal that your internal process is broken. I called into the service department during the prior week and was told 1) Service doesn't make appointments for oil changes and tire rotations 2) to insure a quick turn-around, don't come in on Mondays or Fridays 3) come in as early as possible. I find those policies disturbing as a consumer. Most companies want to give their customers a good experience so that they will return and also spread the word. This is the first time I can recall that an organization in your competitive market has told its customers how to do business. For these reasons, after my CPO services are completed, I will not be going back to Banks for service. There are other venues that are more accommodating to their customers.

Mark in sales is easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, personable and informative. There are many options for purchasing GMC and Chevy in NH but I always end up at Banks and with Mark. It's worth the drive.

I could not believe how poorly I was treated at Banks. Sales man just sits me in a waiting room for almost 5 hours while he takes care of other customers, then brags to me about it. We signed the paper work and I figured we were good. Nope, truck isn't ready. He then takes off to check on my truck and doesn't come back until I have him paged 25 minutes later. Took over 5 and a half hours to "get my truck ready" Then they forgot to put floor mats in, so had to mail them to me. Doesn't go over he truck at all. Just made it feel like they were doing me a favor selling me a truck. I get home and have a message "I have your temp plate here" Nothing else. I call back the next day to have him bring them to me and he would not because he's too busy with other customers. What? too busy... what about me as a customer? You don't have an issue with me being stuck with an unregistered truck, or driving it home without a registration? The next day, when I could see the truck I could see they did a horrible job cleaning it. Left things in the cab and even branches in the back. This is the first time I received a dirty truck. I have bought a number of vehicles and this is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. Every other vehicle I have purchased the sales people make me feel like a valued customer, go over everything in the truck with me, and make sure I'm satisfied before I leave. He wouldn't even take the time to put on the license plates, he just hands me. Any other dealership would have put the plates on. Not at Banks, as they are just concerned with selling more vehicles and once the P&S is signed, you don't matter any longer. Banks has a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. I'll likely go back to Ford with my next purchase if this is how GM lets dealerships treat their customers.

I've tried to trade here a few times with different vehicles, they always offer very low trade amount. This time about $10k less that what KBB says for trade in. Sales and managers also seem like they don't really know anything about cars, saying the tires need to be changed when there's still a good amount before the wear bars. Wouldn't recommend trying to trade anything here, because you'll get offered the lowest out of any dealer, and there will be no budging on their end.

Got home noticed small dent on upper rear quarter panel. Extremely high interest rate. Mistakes made on extended warranty, charging $100 deductable which they tried to sneak by after I questioned them they removed the deductable. Asked for second key and was told when I come in for my free oil change they would replace. My concern what if I lose the one key they gave me. Instead of calling Ekeys to the dealership they should have taken care of it immediately or sent them to my home for the fix.

Excellent out of state car buying experience. The entire process was easy - our guy we worked with, Kyle, was a pleasure to deal with and their level of service was great. Documentation Fees: Their fees are a fraction of what Boston-area car dealers charge. That alone, was worth the time it took to drive there. Dealership: It's awesome. They have a mini-diner where you can order breakfast, lunch or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is what a dealership sales floor is supposed to look like. We would definitely come here again. The fact they don't try to rip you off with doc fees, is a good sign they're not here to nickel & dime you.

If you don't buy your car or truck from Skylar at Banks then your just wasting your money and time. Skylar is the peoples salesman, and will go the extra distance to save you money and put you into the vehicle you wanted . Skylar has that Uncle Buck quality where you can just tell he's a good guy .

I think that if you are on a fixed income don't go to Bank Chevrolet on Manchester Street in Concord New Hampshire no. My son and I stopped in there today to ask questions before we knew what they were running our credit and telling us they couldn't help us when we were told when we got there from the women at the front gas can from the salesman that they can Finance anyone and everyone they are a rip-off and a crook so if you are not dressed like you have money or you look different they don't want to help you Banks Chevrolet is a rip off scam place.. they told me to send the reason they would not Finance his loan was because he already had another loan out that he had co-signed for a vehicle and he is only allowed to have one vehicle Finance at a time while I know that's BS because my daughter has three vehicles finance and she's on Social Security

I leased a Buick from Banks in November, 2016. The young salesman was exceptional to work with. Though it took time to process all the paperwork involved including my trade in, as it usually does, all my needs in a new lease were met. I love my 2016 Buick and the service I receive at Banks so much that I decided to buy out my lease. Again working with the same salesman made it easy. I made and appointment. He had already prepared the financials and some of the paperwork, so the buy out went very smoothly and expeditiously. Actually it was fun. Also since I am retired, I am considering applying for a part time position at Banks. Banks is a warm and inviting car dealership.

Best car buying experience ever. We had Brennan Haywood helping us and he was nothing short of caring, helpful and kind. We were give space to discuss and try vehicles and he was understanding about us bringing our 1 year old with us. He even played Baby Shark for her through the dealership, lol! The work that we requested be done on our Acadia was done in a timely fashion and we were given a spare car to make life easier and keep me from having to sit there all day while they worked. After waiting over 2 hours for my vehicle from the quick lube my phone rings not to tell me my vehicle was ready but to try and sell me additional services such as replacing my cabin air filter on a vehicle with just over 11,000 miles. Ultimately, it took over 2.5 hours to get my oil changed after asking them to skip the normal car wash. I bought my last 3 vehicles here and have recommend it to others. Over the last few years I've had missing lug nuts from prior service experiences and a terrible experience trying to pickup my latest Silverado after it came incomplete and then after having dealer supplied equipment installed they didn't plug all the wires back in.

This is our second time in six months where we had a problem with our car brought it in and they couldn't find the problem we continue to hear. Then they fixed our brakes and damaged the ebrake in the mean time, that wasn't broken. Had to bring it back for them to fix something that was never broken when I dropped it off. They told my husband it would be a 10 minute wait but 1hour and 40 minutes later (meanwhile waiting with a 4 year old) they were done.

They found a myriad of issues that I was able to get fixed by the dealer who I purchased the vehicle from. Quirk Chevy said I needed a new rear spring due to noise I was hearing and they pushed me out past my warranty end date and wanted me to pay the remainder after Chevrolet discounted the cost. I called Rick Gauthier at Banks for his opinion and he took the initiative to investigate and found Banks could do it at no charge. When I had it checked out at Banks they found undercoating stuck to dirt in the springs which was documented as an issue by Chevrolet cleaned the springs, fixed the issue all at no charge! Repair appt. Isn't until next week so will have to wait to rate for that. Not thrilled they don't rent vehicles unless you are having warranty work done. Given they sell Cadillacs I was expecting the service guy to be more forthcoming with service schedules/information. Didn't happen. So far not the same as Faulkner Cadillac in Pennsylvania or Quirks in Manchester. Hope the repairs go well as I am expecting. Otherwise may have to return to Quirks for their awesome service staff and mechanics.

I just bought my second vehicle from Banks and again had an awesome buying experience. Jess B went above and beyond to get me into the perfect vehicle. What impressed me most was how Jess worked with me around my schedule. She would send me photos via text so that I only had to make one trip to the dealership. She also arranged for my new vehicle to be delivered to my house for 6:50 am so that I would have it in time to make it to work on time. I have bought many vehicles from other GM dealerships and Banks is by far the BEST dealership in NH/VT.

The whole purchase process was excellent. No complaints there. The vehicle did however have the check engine light on when I picked it up. (with 18 miles on it) I was told to bring the vehicle in the following day, Saturday, as it was 8:00 pm when I was picking up the truck. After taking time to get the vehicle late Friday night because I had things to do on Saturday morning, I arrived at the dealership around 3:00 in the afternoon. No information was given to me to arrive early in the morning because service closes at 2:00. A waste of time and fuel.. I went back first thing Monday morning. They pulled the vehicle in for diagnostics. They found the issue, but did not have the parts. I was told they would be ordered, and be in in the next day or two. I was not available to bring the truck back until Saturday, and received a 8:00 am appointment with a loaner vehicle "just in case they couldn't finish it in time on Saturday." I received a call on Wednesday informing me that the parts had arrived. Great I thought to myself. Saturday morning arrives, and I bring my vehicle in, and get into what feels like a closet of a loaner vehicle after having bought a brand new full sized truck with an engine issue. I arrived home and went about my day, with a phone call coming about two hours after I had dropped off the vehicle. I was excited to think that my truck was finished, and I could enjoy my purchase. Instead, I was informed that all of the parts needed were not ordered. There was another part needed to complete the job, that wouldn't be available until Monday. Monday will make ten days I have owned the vehicle, and it has been to the dealership 5 of those ten days! Again, the sales experience was a joy, but the communication with service has been sub par.

I usually service with Herb Chambers but after moving I was told Banks is the best in this area for quality service. I have owned many Cadillacs because I enjoy the luxury and of course how enjoyable they are to drive, I won’t have anything else. But one of the main reasons I choose to drive a Cadillac is that I love the standard that they hold their cars, service and sales personnel too. Nothing is ever subpar, I have a true passion for GM. The experience I had was less than satisfactory, I went in for an oil change everything was great until the car came up and my cream interior was covered in oil and grit. Not only is this disheartening to know they would let poor quality roll out of their shop, it’s disgusting that someone can disrespect your vehicle and no one find it to be a big deal. It is a big deal. And all I was told by Ed Penn the Service Manager is well I’m not going to give your car a full clean if all my guy did was leave a couple finger prints then laugh it off. I was offered another oil change between chuckles but no clear remorse for the piss poor state my car was returned to me in. Well it’s the principal, hopefully this will show you and others what to expect from Banks Cadillac.

I had a good experience purchasing my 2018 Silverado recently at Banks. Erica in customer service was my first line contact and she was really great and provided several quotes for me as I adjusted my requirements for the vehicle I wanted. When I went to look at the new truck at the dealership, I was assigned Beau in sales and Mike (sales mgr) to work with me. I felt both were excellent and in the end, we came to terms on my new truck and my trade. I think I got a very good deal with Banks and I've done tons of research to realize this. There were none of the typical scams you may find at other dealerships, just very straight forward. On the negative side, the customer parking area is awful. This is a high volume dealer of both new and used vehicles, but the tiny strip for customer parking and transitioning test drives in and out is something they should look to improve upon. One additional small complaint I had is with the detail shop, and how they were so shorthanded that vehicles were not getting detailed on time or thoroughly. I've restored cars myself, so I had planned on doing a more thorough detail to my new truck once I had the chance in the near future, but upon delivery, I would say the cleaning/detailing was below average. Overall I was very happy with this purchase and this dealership. I would rate my experience a 4 1/2 but not able to choose 1/2 stars. My rating...... ZERO. Would never recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle here. Service department and customer service has been a nightmare. We have never been treated so poorly. Apparently we were sold a brand new vehicle that unbeknownst to us had damage done to the heater box by a rodent (before we bought it). The service department has had our vehicle for over three weeks while "fighting" with GM for new parts. Never heard of such a thing. No updates unless we initiate a call, no end in sight to this nightmare. No path to a resolution in sight. To make matters worse, the first loaner they gave us was filthy and smelled so bad I thought I was going to be sick. We're making car payments on a brand new vehicle we don't even have. Time to put in a call to the Better Business Bureau and/or take other action.

Though I am overall happy with the purchase deal and liked my sales lady but the things that annoyed me most is the customer parking on the lot and the fact that the car was not ready after I driving 90 minutes and on time for my appointment. The lot is huge but there is barely room to find a space because the new vehicles are pushed too close to the sales building, seems all quantity and no quality. I had made my mind up to buy before I ever entered the dealership. I made a 1.30 pm appointment with the online sales woman, Casey. She told me to ask for Scott, her sales manager when I get to the dealership as he will have the vehicle ready when i get there . I got to the dealership at 1.15 pm, I asked for Scott who brought me to Cindy's desk, the sales woman. The vehicle was not ready and was not even on the property, Cindy had to get a drive to another lot to get the vehicle. I made a deal, bought the truck and then came the fiasco of transferring the contents of my old vehicle into the new one. Every modern dealership except this one has a covered space for this propose. It was sleet and hail and I was trying to transfer contents but the vehicles were parked so close that it was next to impossible to accomplish. Ridiculous in my view, it just shows that in this dealership you are a sales number and that's all.

Went in for a regular oil change and service. Unable to make an appointment, as dealership will not do appointments for oil changes. Drove an hour to the dealer, and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Only one vehicle ahead of mine. Totally unacceptable. They asked if I wanted the cabin air filter changed, and I declined because it was not dirty. Customer service rep said they would put the filter back and wash off the car. Be ready in a few minutes. Took 35. The whole process at Valvoline is well under 20 minutes. I will not be returning. ZERO customer service here. You CAN do better!

My first visit was to the Banks service department when I was overdue for an oil change (usually did them myself). Haven't touched a wrench to my car(s) since and that was roughly 12 years ago. Their service department is fast, easy, fair and do good work. I just bought my second truck from Banks (first was back in 2008ish) and had another great experience with the sales department and salesperson Jasmine. Never felt pressured or awkward, which often is the case in other dealerships. Though I won't be buying again for some time, I will continue visiting their service department and will buy from them again when the time comes.

I am a bit jaded with my banks auto experience. Three different cars in two years went to shop for various repairs and came back each time with obvious dents and marks. They did fix it each time at no cost but that does not do anything for time lost. It takes me 30 min to drive there plus changing schedules to be able to go. The waiting room is great but it better be because you will spend at least two hours waiting on an average day. Buying a car? Get ready for the "let me talk with my manager" experience to negotiate trade in credit because they do nothing about msrp. I will only go here because of my warranty or recall.

The dealership has grown too big and cannot handle the capacity in service. The service writer bent over backwards to accommodate the shortcomings of the company. With that alone, he deserves a raise and a steak. The tech was very pleasant, he was accommodating, and professional. The cogs in the wheel usually get punished for poor reviews. This should not be the case. The ones who should feel the pain are the corporate management team and the owners who have lost focus on what is important to customers-service when you need it, honest scheduling (if you are full, do not let anyone overbook the day), and straight answers BEFORE the car is dropped off. The issue boils down to poor ownership, poor high level management, and complete oversight on service scheduling. Many of us cannot drop a car off during the week. Weekend appointments are the only way to get service done. In that respect, Banks needs POSITIVE incentives to bring more techs in on Saturdays. Overtime, bonus payouts, and other incentives are important. The downside is to have techs come in only to have appointments canceled. Spring, fall, and good winter days (weather plays a huge role) keeps bays busy. Being smart about scheduling labor increases will increase the bottom line. As far as GM quality... Not so much, I switched from Ford to escape rust and poor build quality. Same rust bucket, different name. Take a lesson or two from Honda. Their cars last 10+ years without rust.

Quick lube? Really? My husband just spent 3 hrs waiting for an oil change on our 2013 GMC Denali! No one else was in line when he pulled up. We purchased our truck here and have done quick lube many times. Comes out looking nice because after, they wash and vacuum. He told them at 11:30 he had a meeting at 1:00. He’s furious. The buying experience of my 2017 Chevy in July of 2017 was great. The price, the service at time of sale, and the delivery process all went very well. The follow up service when my truck started having issue after issue was frustrating to say the least. I would repeatedly hear "couldn't duplicate the problem" or "it's within specs and normal". I would always get a loaner that didn't have these "normal" issues, but no one wanted to hear that. Very disappointing experience dealing with them. Due to the frustration at my last visit when they returned the truck with all the same issues and forgot to do an oil change (despite the dash display saying it needed it and my request to get it done) I traded my truck in same day on another make and model. I normally keep a truck for 200,000 miles, but it's so nice to have a smooth shifting truck that doesn't shake and sound like there's an exhaust leak. Sadly, despite the smooth sales experience, I would not go back here or recommend it to anyone.
