This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Michael T was wonderful, when I got there he had the car I wanted ready to test drive. He wasn't pushy,( the car I asked to test drive was a base model), he never once tried to upgrade us to a fancier model. I knew what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and he never made me feel bad for that. I will be asking for Mike T when we are ready for a new car again. I also have to say that the Auto serve for life program is a wonderful perk, free oil changes and state inspections for life, who does that? Great job Autoserv.

My husband and I were comfortable the moment we stepped into the dealership. No smarmy sales tactics, just the assurance that Kyle wanted to get us into the exact car we wanted. They didn't have our blue Sorento on the lot, but Ritchie went right to work locating one for us. (He didn't even blink when I told him that the interior color of the vehicle he had located wasn't right; he went right back to his computer and found us the exact right car.) They went all the way to Connecticut to get it for us, and they brought the cost down to our comfort range. When the deal was done, Ritchie threw in an add-on that hadn't been included in the price. Classy! Mike handled the final sale when the car arrived and was very patient giving us an orientation to the vehicle and the technology that was new to us. Finally, the financing officer, Gabby, was delightful. She walked us through a number of options and entertained us with an animated story about an ill-fated turkey that flew at her car. Thanks, everyone!

The car buying process can be so overwhelming, especially when you are forced to replace your recently-totaled car due to a deer coming out of no where & destroying it. I reached out to Michael Zaccheo, who sold me my previous (used) car that was my all-time my favorite. It was impressive to me that my salesman was still at the same car dealership years later. Michael took away a lot of my concerns and even went above & beyond with educating me on my choices by handing me a copy of the "Consumer Reports" on Which Brands Make the Best Cars. Ultimately the choice was mine, but he wanted me to have information from an outside source to help me get the best car for my situation. I'm not necessarily an easy customer either; I had a lot of questions, all of which were clearly answered. Another thing, Michael told me to take the car that I was considering buying home overnight to get a true feel for it. That I did, had the afternoon and evening to test drive it. A no-pressure, no nonsense atmosphere. I can understand why Michael Zaccheo has many repeat customers.

Low ball offer on my trade, not upfront with pricing, and very pushy. One of the sales managers even tried telling me I couldn’t use my military rebate as cash down. Ended up going to a different kia dealership and had a much better experience. Overall very unimpressed and wouldn’t recommend.

Draw your conclusion... Three years ago, Autoserv told me that my car had a leaky power steering line. I declined to get it fixed, got a second opinion from another mechanic and there was no leak whatsoever. Three years later, the power steering fluid level never dropped and the power steering mechanism is fine!!! This week, Autoserv told me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced (They said that the brake pads were down to 3mm thick)… They were unaware that the rear brakes had been replaced less than a year ago. Again, I double checked with another mechanic and the brake pads are between 6mm and 8mm thick; perfectly fine for at least another year or more Stay away from that dealership, they will try to make you pay for unneeded repair.

I came here a couple years ago trying to buy a car with horrible credit, they worked with me and got me into a vehicle,and did. Almost 2 years later I come back to see what my chances were for a trade in. And again they worked with me and made me feel great about how much better my credit had gotten.Got me in to an almost brand new vehicle that I LOVE!! I can't believe this rating of 5 stars for this delearship, the service department does NOT deserve it. I get it, they tell you to give them 10's on thier survey but if you dont then they tell you your car can no longer be serviced there. IT HAPPENED TO ME . So in other words, if you don't get good service or if its unsatisfactory and you tell them so on the survey mutiple times, you cant go back. Yup, new 2015, close to 20 years doing business wwith them, all three of my children have bought cars there and this is how they treat you. I tried giving the service department a word of praise once when the Kia dealership was still over in Laconia or Belmont and Mr Gaudet (the owner) negected to give this wonderful crew the praise in the letter tthey deserved so I hand delivered the letter myself to the service department. Many folks I know have had bad experiences with AUTOSERV TILTON but wont speak up on the surveys because they fear actions from the dealership....it's ashame!! Like I said, they don't deserve the 5 star rating, period.

Michael Zaccheo was fantastic. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. I don't know what else to say - he did his job. I also give high marks to your parts department. However, the you woman, Kate or Katie, from your finance / extended warranty department was a blood mark on your Autoserve's customer service. My wife and I are both teachers and Katie introduced herself as a former elementary teacher. Her introduction was both superficial and was perceived as unsincere. She began her patter almost immediately ( a speech I am sure she told too often and she came across as nothing but adolescent) pushing for an 1800 dollar price point for an extended warranty our new car. When questioned about the steep price point her teacher facad turned stoic like she was playing a sick game of "how much money can I take these people for". If I do purchase from autoserve and or recommend people to purchase I will tell them to get financing from their bank. I don't know how a company rewards a person like Katie but it seems obvious you are promoting a behavior of sales that is - well harsh and snarky. On one positive note the girl who abruptly replaced her and the PSU student working with State Farm were very good. Perhaps Katie should shadow those two. Just to be clear - i met with Katie for a. Very short time and this was her impression on me. If she reads this and feels that I gave an unreasonable response - and gives a flip comment then that would be the time for her to self reflect. My hope is that Katie does work with others and if at the least practices expressions of wanting to help others verses taking their money.
