Dan was amazing to work with, he helped me pick the right car for me, and worked to get me a price within my budget. Matt from finance was personable and made the financial aspect of buying a car much less painful than it has been in the past. I would highly recommend this group to my friends and family, or anyone looking for a positive and memorable car buying experience.

I went for Oil change & State inspection and dealer failed the inspection because of Exhaust leakage, they insisted to replace the Exhaust flex pipe and for parts and labor $1000. I went to local Auto care for second opinion and they said it’s just a gasket change and bold are missing and they did for $180 including their labor and parts cost (Gasket & 3 Nuts). The dealer was just pushing to replace entire thing that's not required. I request dealer to serve the customer that required and instead of insisting the things that are not required and also provide the full details in summary for the cost. I totally disappointed with dealer.

Really, they deserve a 10 star review!! Literally could not have gone any better! I was very nervous about going in, being it was my first time buying a car. Rich and Autumn were so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, funny, and most importantly respectful. They stayed within my budget and went above and beyond to accommodate any of my questions and needs. Service from Brett was TERRIBLE I have never been treated so poorly. Will not go back or recommend this dealership. Complained about customer service They didn’t not seem to care. 2 cars purchased here. Never again. Would also like to add that they wanted me to pay for a broken blinker arm at almost 300.00. When I showed the manager he pretty much shrugged his shoulders without checking warranty’s. The service tech Nadia went above and beyond by offering to look into it for me. She called me the next day and said it would be covered. Great work Nadia. Thank you for your kindness. I also call Richard st jean twice with no reply back. Second car purchases here and will be my last. The owner replies to all that bad reviews with what looks like a copy and paste telling me to call the same guy who doesn’t return phone calls. Awful.

Our salesperson was Keith Rodriguez. He was very helpful and patient. I was uncertain as to what vehicle I wanted to buy and Keith just kept pulling them out for me to drive. Gil Martinez, the head of the finance department (I believe) is single-handedly the best person I have ever worked with in this type of transaction and business in the auto dealership industry. We had cancelled a trade-in and new lease with Honda after extensive strings being pulled for us. Despite this, he still continued to be professional and worked very hard on our situation to get everything back to normal. As a person and not just a department head trying to keep their numbers high, Gil is an outstanding person to work with and I would highly recommend. Props to Shawn Pabst as well, and Autofair and the rest of their team. We didn't even get a car, and had even wasted days of their time. We are just absolutely impressed.

Hello all, I spent around forty-five minutes at Auto Fair Honda this past Monday. I brought my odyssey in for what I thought was a tire pressure sensor issue (air would come out but wouldn’t go back in). Spoke with Andy at customer care. Being a disabled, I parked outside, he promptly brought my van inside and prosesed me in. What I thought would be costly indevour end up with a savvy technician handling the issue with a valve stem replacement, something I couldn’t have handled on my own. My hat is of to this crew! Thanks for the prompt service!

Way over priced. They tried to charge me way more than they needed to. I noticed on the list of charges they tried to charge twice for the oil change and a bunch of other stuff by calling it something different. I called them on it and they took it off. Once I questioned the bill it went down 400$. Imagine if I just paid it!?

I was proactively called regarding an airbag recall for my Honda pilot. The service staff exlained the importance of the visit and gave me several options for scheduling along with their hours of operations. I brought my car in at 8am. Someone immediately addressed me, took my name, verified why I was there, took my key, and explained that they would call when it was done. What an amazing car buying experience. We got there at 7:40 20 minutes before closing. They stayed with us until 11pm when we left with our new car. Harrison was our salesperson he fought hard to get us a great deal (Make sure you ask him about the red civic and weather tech mats) he was very patient with us and explained the cars features in great detail. I had the oil changed and the tires rotated on my 2009 Honda Civic. The cost was actually less than I've paid at the local oil change specialty shops using conventional oil and I got full synthetic oil at Autofair. My service advisor Naudia was very helpful and professional. She pointed out some things that the technician noticed when performing the service on my car but she was not pushy with her explanation. One improvement that could be made would be the printout of the results of the checks that they made on my car. The printout was in black and white and the references to the checks are referenced by color. This made it difficult to determine what actually checked out good or bad.

I rarely write reviews about my experiences but for this location I had too after the worst experience I ever had. Hopefully Honda Is reading this well. I m a Manchester NH resident since last 15 years and surprisingly I never bought a car at this location which is 10 mins drive from my house. So far I have bought 5 cars from Salem, nashua and Lawrence Ma since last 15 years for myself and my family. So here is what happened I went in and test drove a Honda car with a sales person names Susan, first of all she is not even educative with features of the car. negotiation wasn't encouraged at all and I get it they are in the business to make money, but hey I m spending my money to buy a car so hence I m here to save the money. So I took off next day to Peters Honda Nashua, and they were awesome with customer service and worked with me with numbers, but I couldn't finalize the deal as I didn't have a trade in car available with me at that time. So I told Honda in nashua that I will be back in couple of days. So then later that night I got an automated message from Manchester auto fair Honda for checking the status of my interest and I replied with my terrible experience at Auto fair Honda Manchester and I shared my price which I got from nashua. So next day Andy the General Sales Manager called me from Auto fair Manchester and asked me to stop my next day stating that he can give me better deal on Touring model instead of EX which I was originally looking at. So I stopped in next day and found out that out of the 2 touring models which they had in stock they sold one, so I waiting for the manager Andy to come out of his meeting and give an offer on the other touring available. Andy didn't even stepped out and address me and some other manager came in and LIED to me stating that other BRAND new car is in the service shop due to some issue so they cannot sell me that. At that point I just took off from that location and sat in my car in the parking lot and called one of the sales person at auto fair Honda Manchester and found out that car was available for sale and there was nothing wrong with the car. I felt like I was treated unfairly due my skin color. No wonder I never bought a car from here since last 15 years. I get it if they do not want to negotiate and don't want to sell their car as they are in the business no make money, but at least they should have the decency of coming forward and speak the truth, not just come up with a straight face Lie. Great job Andy and the Team for treating me unfair. I m sure this place will go downwards in the long term. And I shall make my personal agenda to tell my family, friends and Co-workers about my terrible experience I had this location. To the people buying or already bought the cars from Auto Fair Honda Manchester : This dealer might be located close to your house but please make sure you give another try to other Honda Dealer which are less than 30 mins drive from this. location such as Peters Honda in nashua or Rockingham Honda Salem. So finally I did get my car for 3500$ from Nashua (Infact they also have lifetime Transmission warranty) compared to Auto Fair Honda in Manchester, so stay away from this fake faced, racist staff and LIER's of AUTO FAIR HONDA.

Very disappointing customer care. I called to see if they had a specific car that I have been looking everywhere for. The woman I spoke with said they had it, and even repeated the car make and model and trim back to me. I was very excited and exclaimed that it's been so hard to find that car, and that I would be driving over an hour and a half just to see the car. So I get there and it was no where to be found. They didn't have one on the lot at all! They couldn't even trade with another dealer because no one had it! I'm unsure if it was an intentional bait and switch or a misunderstanding, but it's very frustrating. They made no effort to try and gain me as a customer. I reached out to see if they could order one and she said "it will be 3 months". I then inquired about other makes that they did have and she didn't seem like she wanted to help me. Made absolutely no effort to have me come back in, even after I asked the prices of other models they had on the lot. They definitely lost a customer in me.. and all of my Honda loving family.

Had great service in the past, but wouldn't recommend going here anymore. I dropped my car off for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, etc), and it was done pretty quickly. A few days later my battery died and I had AAA replace it, the roadside tech noticed that my transmission fluid cap was off and the fluid leaked everywhere and there was almost nothing left. I called up AutoFair immediately to schedule it to be fixed, since it must've been one of their Honda techs who forgot to put that cap back on since I hadn't had anyone work on it since. They were able to get me in quickly, but I had to wait over 2.5 hours and they said they provided a transmission flush for no cost for the mistake, like I was getting a deal or something. Luckily my battery died and we noticed this or I would've had to have a new transmission put in. Lesson learned, always check your car after it's been serviced, you would think simple stuff like this wouldn't happen at an overpriced dealership, but it clearly does. The advisors are friendly, not going to fault them, but really hope they have their techs double check their work in the future. Side note, they parked a car inches away from my driver side door, so I couldn't even get in my car when the work was complete, just another aggravation. Find a good local shop after your warranty is up, not worth bringing it to the dealerships.

The employee that helped me was good but I had an appointment at ten am to get 4 tires mounted and balanced which I brought with the car and a front end alignment this took almost three hours which is crazy if I knew nothing about cars I’m sure it would not have mattered but this whole process for both should have been 90 minutes tops the fact that I had an appointment not just walked in should have made a difference in getting my car in at my appointment time but clearly it did not I’m not sure if I will return there

Count us as fans. In January 2018 on a visit for inspection, service advisor Liam Farley took all the time I needed to understand the fine points of adaptive cruise control. Much appreciated! We have continued to use AutoFair Honda for servicing the car. Naudia Iannuzzi was very helpful this week when we got the oil changed, the tires rotated, and a nail was found in a tire! Fortunately, it was small, so they plugged it at no charge. Very relieved!
