We did our research on what vehicle we wanted. Bruce our salesperson was no pressure and not pushy at all, but was ready to answer any questions we did have. We went in to look at a specific vehicle and ended up buying the one right next to it. The finance person was very professional and helpful. Great experience. I will definitely return.

The deal was not so smooth. Update: They screwed up the deal (wrote a zero % loan instead of a high interest loan) then hassled me for weeks to renegotiate. Lied that I "HAD to come in" to fix the problem. Told me my loan had "bounced back to them". None of that true. Ford credit processed the loan and I paid it.

My salesperson Scott Vincent was horrible. I bought a beautiful mustang GT that I have been saving for and he ruined the experience for me. Scott was kind of rude and has a smart remark with every question or concern I brought up. I eventually asked for a different sales person. A manager came and started to work with me and then said I had to let Scott be my salesperson even though I requested to be helped by someone else. BERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AutoFair is too big for their own good and seem to not care about the individual customer. Go somewhere else if you can.

Bought a 2018 Jeep Compass at Autofair Ford in Manchester. The day after I asked them to check my brakes, they said it was rust on the rotars and it would wear off. Took it to Bonneville to find out the warranty was up on June 30 ( bought July 11) also found out the rotars were warped and needed to be replaced! $450.00, bought an extended warranty which also didn’t cover it! Everyone passing the buck and not taking credit to the damage!!! Autofair should have replaced the rotars prior to selling the car! They had it on their lot for a month!! Will not buy a car from them again!!!!! Update: Spoke to Dan the general manager of Autofair Ford today and he was extremely helpful. After our conversation Dan made good on the repairs to my car. I also wanted to say our issue was never with the sales department at Autofair, they were all with the service department. Thank you so much Dan for all your help. I would be more than happy to work with you again.

I changed my mind on the car I bought because it didn’t have a feature I really wanted. I brought it back and they exchanged it for one that had the feature I wanted. I had the car for 4 days, but that didn’t matter. It was a surprising experience for me to have a dealership do that. When I buy my next car, I will return to AutoFair of Manchester.

I called in to schedule a service appointment for a recall on my 2013 f-150 3.5L . I spoke with Hollie and told her I would like to come to have a recall performed. She said they couldn't do the recall on the 3.5L. I never even told her what recall it was. She kept repeating that they didn't have the software for it. I tried explaning that the recall i was calling about was the brake master cylinder replacement. I actually called back a second time just to make sure she understood it was the brake cylinder and not the most recent transmission downshift recall. She said she couldn't do it. Called ford of londonderry they actually listened to me and booked a service appt to fix this brake cylinder recall. I will be going back to ford of londonderry when the software is released for the transmission downshift later this year.

Low end of average trade and initially they offered 8% for a score of 779 Settled for 4.7 Already refinancing and approved by credit union salesperson was great the people behind the curtain not so. Been here a couple times for service on my f150. Each time my problems we're never properly addressed. I was also charged a diagnosis fee for finding what was wrong with my rear power window. The techs told me it was the window motor and would cost some ridiculous amount to repair. I go home and research the problem and ford knows very well that the switches fail a lot. I bought a switch from Amazon for 20 bucks and the window works again. Only took me 10 mins to fix, but they were trying to charge me 400 and some odd dollars to fix it. Makes me think what else they've diagnosed as something more expensive and still charged the customer. Additionally they were never able to reproduce a brake fault I would have every morning when the brakes are cold.

Our sales lady, Miss Carroll was very helpful throughout the buying process. She answered any questions we had. She made sure we was comfortable with the deal we finally got. We quickly found a car that we were interested, and from Tim the Sales rep to the financing dept. they worked quickly and efficiently to make the sale final on a Friday night so we could take the car home. The next day, we noticed a discrepancy in the listed price of the same vehicle on their website, and when we returned to them to discuss why we didn't get the lower purchase price, they quickly remedied the situation and honored the sale price that we had seen on the website, without question and with many apologies. Tim Sewall greeted me with a smile and asked me questions to determine what my vehicle needs were before even looking at any options or numbers. This was a tremendous help and he made me laugh when I got a little emotional at needing to change up the energy from my current car. Before I knew it, I was test driving and buying a new Ecosport. It's perfect and has more features than my Escape, which was a very welcome surprise. There is no reason for a member of the service team to laugh at a customer and make them feel inferior. That was our experience. Jerome thought it was ok to do this to us today. If they would have written it up properly when I explained that the wiper blades were bad and we're going to scratch my windshield, maybe this wouldn't have happened. At the end of the day even if I signed a paper that was written up incorrectly..it doesn't give Jerome(a representative of Autofair) the right to laugh at me and make me feel like an idiot.

Disappointed with the sales and service personal. We don't buy many cars, and we've had the last one for 11 years. My last 4 cars have been Lincolns, and we were looking to downsize, so we decided on a Lincoln MKX. The one in our price range with the options that we were looking for, in our area, was at AutoFair Ford in Manchester. We were amazed at the many gadgets and beauty of the MKX that AutoFair had. Just what we wanted. We asked to see a Carfax report 3 times before one was presented. After looking at the report we noticed that there was an accident. We were told that it was just a bumper replaced. I checked another agency about the accident and said it was a moderate as opposed to a mild accident. We negotiated and settled on a price. We brought the car home, after they said it was detailed, and started cleaning the car, it was not detailed by AutoFair. While cleaning the car I noticed deep gouges on the right front bumper, and called and told them about the gouges. Their reply was "if you don't like the car you can return it". What?? Where is the customer car and asking "what can we do to make you happy". I also bought floor mats that had" MKX " embossed in the mat and splash guards. While installing the splash guards I noticed a different manufactured tire on the right rear. Looking more closely it was a completely different size tire and rim. It was almost the same in style, but even the sales manager didn't notice it until I showed him. I'm not looking forward to something going wrong with this car and having to bring it back for their 3 year 125K mile warranty. I have more to say, but I'm running out of space. Disappointed with honesty and service.

Not so pleased with the purchase of this 2015 Ford Explorer from Autofair in July 2017 - based on this - looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee as my next vehicle. However, my service advisor at AutoFair for the past two years has been Joe Reardon and he is an excellent and fantastic customer service rep. I'm extremely comfortable dealing with Joe and request him whenever I need service. Autofair is very fortunate to have an employee like Joe - trust me - based on 40 years working in the business world- you don't find too many good employees.

Been to this place several times and every time I come here I feel like I'm being ripped off... I just got a LOF and my car leaves with having a bad sensor broken which I did not have problem when I gave it to them. When asked about it service manager claimed they can't have cameras everywhere to watch their employees..so he wont do nothing about it. Done with this place.. go a hour North to Irwin ford their honest with great service! Ask for Ron he is a real service manager!

Terrible experience here. Was given the wrong year and information about the vehicle I purchased. Was told it would get 30 miles per gallon. And when I brought it home and drove it on the highway. I got 16 mpg. Called to see if maybe something was wrong with the vehicle and they blew me off. Then asked for a 5 year loan and they put it a 6 year to lower the cost to try and sell me on the extended warranty. Not impressed at all. I will never buy there again. Update:. I'm glad to see you feel free to give that information after it's been 30 days. Since I have called multiple times and no one ever mentioned that. Until it's been past the 30 days.

Came into AutoFair Ford on the recommendation of my neighbor. Asked to see Dave K. Did the standard 'What are you looking for / how many $$$ do you have'. In short order Dave was able to find a few candidates in the yard to look at. Nothing really matched. Off site storage was the next step. Ended up in finding a new F-150 that ticked all the boxes. Came back the next day with Mrs. O. Asked for and we believe that we received a fair deal with little stress on anyone's behalf. Didn't expect to drive out with a new truck. But that is what we did. This current version of AutoFair Ford is a vast improvement from the AutoFair in 2002. Thanks to all involved.

Update: After my initial trip to the dealership to fix my problem from below, I had to come back, because there was a problem from the repair that they did. They fixed my problem, but also refunded me the difference in what I paid for the repair and what I was originally quoted on the phone before the repair. From what I understand, I was not supposed to have received that lower quote originally, but I am happy that they honored it in the end. Original: Was quoted a price over the phone, and when I arrived the price had jumped by almost 3 times what I was quoted. Due to the issues with my car I was unable to bring my vehicle anywhere else so I was locked into their service and prices. I was very upset about this, and felt cheated.

My overall Experience was very poor with Autofair Ford in Manchester and I don't suggest doing business with them! As a first time car buyer I was hoping for a better experience but it left a bad taste in my mouth once it was all over. The management did not care about its customers, ONLY what it would take to make a sale. Once they made the sale, they no longer cared about their customer service. I was having issues with our agreement and the terms of fixing some physical issues with the car and the management team blew me off multiple times and basically ignored me until I finally just came and picked up the truck. To make matters worse they forced me into an express checkout process due to a time restraint that I had which I told them about before going through the buying process and they even forgot to put mats in my car! I hope not all Ford dealerships are like this or I wont be buying another....

Do not...I repeat...do not buy from here!!!!! Here's my experience: I signed for a car for 14000 with a 5% interest rate...I drove the car home that day... Knowing my credit wasnt the best an "sales agent calls me and explains that he couldn't get me the rate and I would need to come back in to resign my paperwork. At the resigning the paperwork stated I was financing 19500 dollars. I question the amount and was told that the car is still 14,000 but the amount WITH interest would amount to 19500 I agreed and signed. Forward 2 years later and talking to my accountant about my loan and she informs me that I paid 19500 for my car. These people lie to make a sale. There not out to help you in any way but to make the sale...they will lie, steal, and take advantage of anyone that walks in there!!!! Do not I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I got the run around for a week with without any Communication from anybody there to the point where I called and spoke to a manager and they still didn’t give me any information about it That’s with putting $1000 down and showing up a few times. Dealing with multiple people. Finally they got there head out of there butts and we went there and they changed the vehicle we put the down deposit on. Then it took a few more days to even get a check back from them because they said they never put a request in for one like I asked days before.

They charged me over $2000 book value sale manager keep me busy saying if you have good credit you pay less and bank rate important too i said okay finally result came you have good credit i was so happy he started giving me paper to sing i trust him and i ask him what is value of car he said same i asked what happened book value. I can't give you that i said i don't want it he said you sing it it's yours. Before signing anything make sure you got that what you ask I'm not visiting anymore this dealers ripping of everybody good luck
