Is a bit daunting to navigate..no signs to point to exit. Especially if you haven't been there before. Also...if you do get list in the stupid maze..there are salesman handy to laugh at you..point fingers. The good point ...Brittany the lady I delt with treated me like a family member. She's young..only been there 2 months , she's very personable. Stay Away from sales..go see Brittany. She's awesome!!!

I've had mixed experiences with AutoFair over the past twenty years, and I'm in a good mood, so that tips the scales to four stars. I bought my first real pickup truck, a 1999 F-150, there new in '98 or '99. I loved it, and the experience was a good one, so two years later I bought a 2002 that I loved so much I drove it until 2017, when I bought a third. In the intervening years, my family purchased multiple vehicles from AutoFair, and had several opportunities to experience their service departments for standard service, repairs, etc. My experience with the Ford department, in sales and service, has mostly been good, but they failed to apply a major corporate discount (that they made a big production about) to my young daughter-in-law's first new car purchase in 2018, and she didn't realize it until weeks later when it was too late to do anything. The Kia finance guy a few years ago literally told one of my sons he hoped his new car broke down when he declined the extended warranty after they made him come back because they screwed up the paperwork. I was so furious that if I didn't despise Best Ford in Nashua so much, I never would have gone back to AutoFair at all. The Ford department rescued the relationship with a positive interaction. So, still four stars after all, but just barely, and mostly because I'm not a fan of car dealerships in general, so I'm trying to keep that in mind and be fair.

I have been working with a service advisor named Chris. Chris has been extremely helpful, professional, actively communicates where things stand with the repair to my vehicle. He has taken the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle in terms that I understand. He quickly got me into a rental vehicle when the repair ended up being more than a quick day repair. Chris has taken the time to ensure that my vehicle is 100% perfect before returning it to me. He has completely explained my service warranty, how much time is left on the warranty and provided maintenance suggestions. Chris has provided exceptional, quality customer service and has exceeded my expectations. He has been fully invested in helping to rectify my vehicles issue. Went to test drive the new Hyundai palisade. The car was great and the test drive was fine. Afterwards, however, the salesman tried every sleazy trick he could to get a sale before I left. Extremely aggressive high pressure tactics, even after I made it clear I was not able to make a purchase that day. I may well be buying a palisade in the near future, but I will never purchase any vehicle from Autofair.

Autofair Ford in Manchester. Purchased brand new car, worst experience of my life, I have never felt more slighted. Could not advise more against going here. Have been misinformed, lied to, yelled at and bribed all by managers. Do yourself a favor and do not put yourself through this experience. Has 3500 miles purchased with 8 miles brand new had scratch length of the bumper off the lot, faulty headlight that took 2 appointments and a fight to fix. Never got paper work to register, another appointment to inspect they kept not doing it previous appointments. Has a LOUD rattle in the shop for a week get the car back with 14 miles to empty the rattle twice as loud, a plastic piece missing, and a tear in the headrest. Have made the hour trip down there more times over this brand new car because of employees and management not caring than I can count. As well as a rental car for over 2 weeks.

Just went there to get some Key Fobs programmed. I was pleasantly surprised when they price was lower once they were done than their estimate... no dealership does that... I looked around their show room while I was waiting.. I had a salesman answer a few questions, and was very nice. I didn't feel like bate... I'd definitely go back here when I get ready to get another car
