Stay away from this place. The owner, John Kelly, won't back up their own issues. Sold me a truck and within the first month it had electrical problems. They tried to repair it 3 times and the problems keep changing. Now the speedometer is off 30 mph, and the owners only solution is to give me half of what I paid 6 months later. Paul Doane is a very good salesman, and tried to do his best, but the owner is lacking ethical responsibility to do the right thing. If you use their garage repairs make sure it's all in writing because their records are incomplete as well. Don't buy a car here or you will be sorry.

So I went somewhere else that actually seemed to care (Tims Truck Capital & auto sales) and they took the time to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I don't usually post negative reviews but I also don't usually go to two different companies in the same business one right after another and have one experience be terrible and the other be so good.

I first came across this dealership, because I was looking for a used, but not overused car, at a decent price. The dealership had multiple cars available at the time and throughout our business interaction I learned that the dealership often sells and receives new cars into their assortment. So, if you can't find one right away, the salesman make an effort to let you know about incoming vehicles. This dealership is buyer oriented. I never felt pushed into a particular vehicle or buy. The salesman Danny put in a lot of time and effort to address my needs and reevaluate different options. He was quick and professional in contact. Similarly the sales manager Katelin heard me out on my needs and made mere suggestions on services - again not pushing for things that could have been more beneficial to the dealership. In the end, I did not buy a car here, but only because a family member offered an 'in family' price on an old car of hers. However, Danny continued to present professional and even gave some tips on cars in general when he could have turned a cold shoulder.

I had the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. Everyone here is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The entire process of trading and and purchasing was quick, painless, and easy. Danny too great care of us and was very personable. Matt was great helping us out with financing, getting is approved for a great loan even with not so great credit. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We actually enjoyed talking with everyone during our car buying experience. I can't say I've ever enjoyed the process of buying a car until purchasing a car here. I would highly recommend think dealer to everyone, and plan on stopping by the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

I found a car I wanted online through my insurance company and drove away with it on Wednesday morning. I had a firm idea of what I was willing to spend and Ben got me a better interest rate, monthly payment, and overall cost of the vehicle than I could have expected. Even though I arrived with pre-approved financing, Ben and the team at Auto Wholesalers worked hard to give me a great price on my trade-in, plus got me even better financing through their networks. I noticed a couple of minor flaws during my test drive and all of them were fixed on the spot. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience here, just went browsing and left with exactly what I wanted, at a very fair price. Everyone was very friendly. Noticed a slight noise a couple days after buying, brought it in and they had it fixed within about 1 hr. Would recommend to friends and family, will buy from there again when I'm ready for a new one.

DO NOT buy any car from here. The car that was purchased for ($10,000) had issues within the first 3 weeks. No one mentioned any problems with the car and when we went back to this dealer they DID NOT stand behind their vehicle, they wanted nothing to do with it. Very dishonest. Car is worth less than half than what it was sold to us for, but we were made to believe it was a good deal. Has many issues that will cost thousands to fix. Very unhappy. Other dealers don't even want to do a trade in because the car is worthless. Usually don't write reviews, but we are so disappointed and wish we had known better.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this place. After noting a power issue with the vehicle, I was assured by the salesman and the Sales Manager that this issue would be fixed before taking delivery. Long story short, after taking the vehicle back 3 times and being given 3 different stories that all boiled down to "it isn't the alternator that we said we would fix", they refused to honor that agreement. In the end, I had to replace said alternator on my own which DID fix the issue. I strongly advise against going here. And if their mechanic couldn't tell that an alternator putting out 11.7 volts (tested and verified) is a bad thing, then I certainly wouldn't trust them with any vehicle.

My test drive was the first time the check engine light came on. (notice I said" the first") it was for the catalytic converter .They cleared it. The second time it came on it was the O2 sensor and they cleared it again. The third time it came on they finally put something into it by replacing the O2 sensor. The fourth time it came on was for the catalytic converter…. again. At this point I am the owner. God only knows how they cheated to get the NH state inspection done after all that resetting and no action.

Absolutely horrible place to buy a vehicle from. They don't fix anything covered under warranty, they will lie and say they don't make the part and weld your sway bar and say it's fine. It's been a nightmare trying to get them to do or fix anything wrong with the vehicle. They put 2 clear stickers on it before they inspected it which is illegal and still it was not safe for the road. DON'T BUY FROM AUTO WHOLESALERS!!! You will end up screwed

DO Not Buy Here! I went to Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett and the salesperson Jim said he would take $1,000.00 off the sales price. I signed a purchase and sale with this quoted price and on the day I went to sign, they jacked up the price $1000 and told me they 'had' to do it as a condition of the loan. They jacked up the price by saying “Oh this the owner and he’s going to co-sign for you, but it’s going to cost you a $1,0000.00. They said they thought they told me this. They claimed the amount they quoted was if I was going to purchase it outright. Classic bait and switch. Then they made me purchase a five year warranty also as a condition of the loan. They neglected to include excise tax in price of car. They promised, to try to remedy the situation, even the sales person, Jim said, “Yes, normally we do include the excise taxes in the loan ($1,250.00!)” in the loan, but you didn’t ask me to. Boy, I sure learned a lesson this time, you are teaching ME!” Even after 5 calls to them, they promised to call back but never did, not even to tell me they were not going to help. Because of slow leaks in the tires, needs air in tires every week. They gave me the car with no gas. The oil in the car was black and had not been changed in over 60000 miles. The car is now dead! The first friggin cold day of the year and guess what the car is deader than a door nail. Click click, click,click,click,click, I wonder what that could be? Any suggestions out there? I bought this car because they assured me it was in great condition and that they stand behind their sales. THEY LIE!! $!8, 000.00 is a lot of money, if you have it, fine, but if I were you, Auto wholesalers of Hooksett is the last place I would shop. I’m reserving Judgment on Heritage bank of Hooksett who financed the deal. As yet I don’t actually know if they are in cahoots with Auto Wholesalers. And their shoddy dealings

What an awesome experience here! Was thinking about getting a convertible and happened to see that they had one fresh on the internet.... didn't even have any pictures yet! Turned out I was going to be heading toward Hooksett so I called and talked with Ben. Ben could not have been more helpful. He was quick to offer to head out and shoot pictures of the car inside and out, even took pics of the backseat so I'd be able to see whether there would be room for my child seat :) Ben set the car aside for me and when I got there, I literally could not believe how clean it was. Thought for sure that being a 2011 with 40K miles it would have something wrong with it. But no! Ben let me test drive the car, and I was immediately in love... both with the car and the dealership. Just a bunch of super down to earth people. Ben, Paul, and Katelin (the General Manager) were so nice, and so accommodative to my wild children... got the whole deal done while we were off doing our thing, and when I came back we signed and took the car home. The car has been an absolute joy. Will definitely do business here again!

These guys got me approved for a car - They took my car as a trade in with no money down (I had a cosigner, but I went to Merchants Auto originally and they were asking for $1000 down, w/ a higher BI-WEEKLY payment) At Auto Wholesalers, I have a low MONTHLY payment. The whole process took less than an hour to get me the car. The sun roof didn't work, and they had it working by the time I came back to pick it up the next day. I've only had the car for less than a week but I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I will definitely recommend Auto Wholesalers to my friends & family.

This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tim and Paul made life very easy. Conducted my purchase mostly by email. Picked up my vehicle a week later (on my schedule). They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes overall. The service department is phenomenal and inexpensive. Brian has been great, squeezing me in for a headlight bulb or new wiper blades without notice. Oil changes are much less than anywhere else (full synthetic) and their mechanics are certified so your warranty is honored. Extremely pleased with everyone and every transaction I have had with them.

He did! However, the quality of the vehicle is still to be determined- I know a few people who have has negative experiences. Always research the dealer you're going to and never be afraid to walk away.

***ATTENTION!!!!!!!!**** This place is full of scam artists. Please please please watch out for these guys. They’ll sweet talk you like crazy. They took advantage of me being a young naive college student and took me for everything I had. They did a title for title trade on my 2007 Mini Coop for a 2003 Mitsubishi Diamanté. Little did I know, the car was complete junk. These guys let me drive off their lot with a car that was unsafe to drive and the whole frame beneath the car is cracked and rusted. When I brought back the car after driving an hour to get there from where I was staying in New Hampshire, they said there’s nothing they could do to help me and made no effort to do so. I had to drive this car for three hours back to my home town. Now I’m out of luck. I dealt with the salesman, Rich. He gained my trust quickly, but ended up being a scam artist. I honestly don’t know how these people sleep well at night knowing they scam people ALL the time. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. P.S. they probably shut the lights off in the mini coop to get their next victim. The mini coop only needs two minor things to be fixed, but I doubt they’ll fix it. And they certainly won’t fix it after you buy it. Also, I bought the Mini Coop for $3500 a year ago, yet they have it up for sale for $4995. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR FOR THAT PRICE. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS CAR FOR THAT PRICE. Better yet, don’t even buy the mini coop at all or any car. This place deserves to be shut down, and all these people should lose their credentials as “professionals” due to what they do to people all the time. Don’t believe me, read the other reviews!

Bought a 2013 with 61,000 miles, paid cash. Drove off the lot and the engine light turned on after 30 miles, called them back and they said they would fix it, engine light turned on 30 miles later. Now the breaks are failing and stabiltrak is going. Tried calling and talked to a very rude manager that said "if he was a mind reader, and could see the future, he would be on a different career path" also that he was done doing "charity work". The two times I brought this in it was not fixed! Save your money to somewhere else!! Compete fraud!! Do not stand by their vehicles! Definition of a scam!!

I have never liked Car dealerships, i always had anxiety when preparing to deal with the usual sales people. But the worrying was for no reason, i felt comfortable al most straight away. The process was so easy, i saw the stunning red car i wanted. We went for a test drive and i felt that myself and my wife were like best friends with the sales person who was named Burt BTW. I think a little reality came to town, as my credit is not that great. Me and the wife, went into see the Finance Manager who was named Shamus! We struck up a friendly conversation with no rush, like normal dealerships. It turned out that Shamus is Irish, like my heritage lol. Anyway the Finance forms were helpfully filled out by Shamus, and we had a decision in not much time. We were both shocked at the great rate, he had got us. We traded our old car, for an almost new RED car, and the payment was less than we expected (even getting Financed) So i guess you could say, we have found new Friends in the Dealership with an awesome car. So smiles all around, Auto wholesalers of Hooksett 5 stars, highly recommend.

Looks like a good dealership but it engages in sketchy behavior. Like registering website domain names of nearby dealerships and redirecting customers to their site. Sure, your internet traffic is increased. But you have to respect customers. If I search for a different dealership and end up on your site it is annoying to say the least.

Sold my son a truck. Had no lights on when we test drove it. Was told it would be inspected. We drove 3 hours to pick it up. Light was on, no inspection sticker and blue smoke on the way home. Son called immediately while under extended warranty asking to bring back and get a different vehicle. Zero communication. Can't get a sticker. If theyake it right I will edit this post. I was sold a vehicle under a buy here pay here contract. The vehicle was stated to come with a New Hampshire state inspection covered under a 30 day or thousand mile warranty for inspection related issues. I had informed them within the Thousand Miles that the check engine light was repeatedly coming on for a catalytic converter code. They did nothing meaningful to fix the problem in the light is still coming on. However when I informed them that the light was coming on the owner, John Kelly, spoke to me as if the vehicle did not come with a warranty, and at first was refusing to do anything to rectify the issue, but they did put catalytic converter cleaner in the gas (oh that'll fix it!) because the vehicle passed inspection when I brought it in For the inspection after the hundred and fifty miles they told me to drive first. Complaints have been issued to the FTC, Better Business Bureau, and the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicle Safety because I feel Mr. Kelly is unwilling to stand behind the vehicle/warrenty his dealership sold me! I would probably think twice, no 3x's, before purchasing a vehicle at this establishment! I've bought more reliable vehicles from Craigslist!

I purchased a vehicle and afterwards noted that the rear inner sliding window was plexiglass and white filmed obstruction view. Windows are covered under their 30 day warranty. When they were notified, they refused to replace it even though it was well within the 30 days. We spoke to garages and the department of safety and they stated the vehicle should have never passed inspection. A complaint has now been filed through the better business bureau and the department of safety is now involved. Worse possible experience with customer service I have ever experienced.
