Long story short. My vehicle failed its first shot at an inspection sticker. Chris told me what was wrong and what was needed. He fit me in to a repair date that fit my schedule.(That sounds like I'm reading an advertisers paid promotion, but I assure you I'm not) I got a ride to work at 6 a.m.after dropping my vehicle the night before. 10:20 a.m. my phone rings... "...dalythethird, you're allset." Price was right. Timing was impeccable and the treatment was like you, the customer, wants to be treated.

My truck needed leaf springs replaced. Took it to Auto Mart, was happy with the price and work. They went above and beyond the request of just replacing the springs and when I got my truck back I could see that they painted parts of the frame because the additional lift made it easy to see rust coloring. They also washed the truck. The whole experience was very honest and professional.

I purchased my truck through Auto Mart in March 2015. The purchasing experience was no-nonsense and quick. My salesperson, Don, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner Jim personally greeted me when I took delivery and thanked me for my business. I left with my new truck with a very positive experience. It wasn't until this past week where the truck required a mechanical repair. It was there that I experienced their service department. Chris is service is outstanding - he took care to make sure the problem was diagnosed quickly, and did all the necessary paperwork to process the repair through my extended warranty company (which I highly recommend). In fact, Chris went above and beyond by finding shortcuts from a previous service I had performed at another garage and fixed those issues before they became bigger problems. Chris kept me informed on the status of the repairs and everything was completed on time. The truck runs like a top again, and they even washed the exterior before giving it back to me! On top of that the owner Jim was there again to thank me for my business. The personalized service I noted above is the reason why I will return to Auto Mart for any future sales and service needs, and why I highly recommend Auto Mart to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle and high-quality customer service.

My husband and I just bought a truck from Chris at Automart. He is the nicest young man. He helped us get in this beautiful truck quickly, painlessly and it has been the BEST truck we could've found. We drove from Arundel Maine to look at this particular truck and have not been the least bit disappointed. The truck had an issue with the air conditioner, they fixed it before we bought it and then the issue came back up. No questions asked, they got us in quickly and fixed it free of charge. This is a great dealership to work with. We would recommend them to anyone. I traded a 2003 ram 1500 for a diesel 2004 silverado 2500 from salesman Don. Between Don and the manager Jim, we were able to come to a good deal where all parties were happy. Master technician Chris is very thorough and made sure the new truck was perfect before allowing the truck to leave. Truck made the long drive from NH back to Long Island with no issues at all! I highly recommend automart.

I just bought an '04 ranger from these guys; specifically Peter. I found the truck online, and on their site before going in, and despite it lacking some features I "wanted", it had everything I "needed." Peter was helpful through the whole process, and the truck was priced really well (lower than most trucks a year or two older), and as such, there was no movement on that price. The service guys have been good too, covering a faulty ABS sensor and correcting the mistakes of the previous owners before I received it. They printed out the car fax for me when asked. Peter's a nice guy, service was good, and I got a truck I needed. I'd buy from them again.

I believe they are untrustworthy luckily I did not purchase a vehicle from them I asked to take the vehicle for a long ride because I wanted to see if the computer would reset itself to see if the 6 codes pending would clear out and the salesman Peter told me I was allowed to go down the road a mile because of insurance reasons never herd that in my life I test drove a car the other day had it for 6 hours was able to take it to my mechanic and have him go thru it to make sure I was not buying a lemon

Though the truck I bought is in great condition and has no problems, they still completely understood having the truck taken to a local mechanic to check it out and get a second opinion. My experience with Pete and AutoMart was exceptional. I live in Mass and my 17 son has wanted to use his own money to buy a Suburu WRX and he found one online at Automart. We drove the vehicle and decided to buy. The price was reasonable and the condition of the vehicle was very good. I am an educated consumer and know the laws in NH are not as comsumer friendly as in other states but nonetheless, my son purchased the car. Pete was friendly, knowledgable and most importantly, listened to me and my son's concerns, needs etc. The car had an issue, which was not an issue that was easily noticed, nor found and Pete went above and beyond in trying to help us find and fix this issue even though he had no lawful reason to do so. My son paid for the fix out of his own pocket and without giving out too much info, he was more than stunned at the gesture Pete and Automart made to him after we made him aware of the issue, again not having to do anything with, or for him. Pete was always available when we called and always called back with an answer when we needed one. You can't please all of the people all of the time and when you buy a used car, you should be aware of what you're buying but I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend, family member etc, to Pete and Automart to buy a used car. Our experience was very pleasurable

Complete losers here. Bought a car here a while ago. Needed rear brakes, and worked it out with the salescum that they would replace it before I took delivery. Well, after a severe pulsation, I noticed that the surface of the rotors were rusty, looking like it was from sitting for a while, and low and behold, they were never replaced. Had to drive all the way back there from lowell, then drop it off for the day, to have them take care of it. Literally right after the 30 day warranty was up, the clutch went. I called them to see what was up, and basically got blamed for it. Salescum and owner wouldn't own up to it being a lemon. These guys are crooks, and cowards, completely spineless; btw watch out when they put your vehicle back together, because nobody that works there has any nuts!

Overall a nice truck. I guess the dealership just didn’t want to tell me about the broken latch for the sun visor, the faulty lock buttons, the tire pressure monitor system needing to be serviced. I’ve had this truck for two days and I’ve been finding more and more wrong with it. How long until something serious reveals itself? Couldn’t even change the oil before they sold it. All I can say is I went from happy and appreciative to curious and skeptical. Damn shame. Maybe this is the real reason why they don’t offer any kind of warranty besides the extended warranties?

First of all. Holy smokes they truly don’t sell cars they sell an experience. Drove by on a test drive from elsewhere. Saw a gorgeous truck that caught my eye. When I came back to look at it. I was Greated by Pete. This man has to be the most stand up guy in this industry. He single handed has changed my mind about used car sales men. Didn’t push me into something I did not want or could not afford. Jim was awesome as well and they both made sure I left with what I wanted and nothing I didn’t ask for. What a team. My husband and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler. Buying an older model car there are always going to be little issues that come up. We realized that the key didn't work in the drivers door. My husband told them about the problem and they told us they would handle it. Well my husband procrastinated for a couple of months - I called them up expecting them to say it was out of warranty...NOPE...all scheduled to be fixed, they are taking care of it. I rarely write reviews but these guys earned it. I can think of little I like less than car shopping but it was time to replace my old van and I wanted a pickup truck. For 2 months I researched daily, visited lots near my home in Mass. and basically found overpriced trucks in good shape or reasonable trucks with problems not always obvious in the ads or in casual inspection. Then I found 2 trucks I liked on their website and decided based on the reviews to make the trip. I had nothing to loose so I was honest with Frank in sales about my trade and my budget because I only wanted to pay cash. With no pressure but a lot of straightforward discussion I bought a 2003 F-150 that was in better condition than trucks half its age. They checked it out, replaced the brakes and tires and delivered exactly what was advertised at a fair price. I've never purchased from anyone other than a new car dealer before, so just to be sure this truck was not too good to be true I had my local shop inspect it today. They recommended an oil change and air filter but otherwise said it is in GREAT condition. If you are looking for a hand selected used truck keep you eye on their website. I'm very satisfied!

I bought a beautiful 1 owner 2005 GMC Sierra Denali in 2015. One of the better vehicle buying experiences I've had. Well priced high quality trucks for sale here. Fast forward to Feb. 2017, the truck needed some maintenance after some issues with supplies and improper installation from another mechanic, I brought the truck to Chris in the service dept. who not only fixed it but fixed the other guys hack job and washed the truck for short money. THESE GUYS GOT ME OUT OF A JAM! ...and quickly.
