BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT! This is a dealership with dishonest practices. I made an appointment via both email and phone to test drive a CPO vehicle at this dealership. I was in touch with the internet sales rep Caitlyn even as I drove the 80 minutes to the dealership, with the understanding that the car would be ready to go for a test drive. “I’ll go down now and get someone to get the car”, she wrote. When we arrived, she came down and introduced the sales rep, who “just pulled the car up and has the keys ready!” The rep, Jason, sat us down at his desk and proceed to tell us that the car “just sold”, but good news, we have “the exact same car” available. Turns out the “exact same car” is a completely different trim, with more miles on it. When we asked why she she said he was pulling the car up, we were given a story that someone just walking in and bought it - in the hour we were in the car. Sorry, I was not born yesterday. I’ve been given this exact coincidental story before by scummy used car dealerships employing this tactic, but I didn’t expect it at an Audi dealership. BUYER BEWARE, trust anything they say at your own peril.

Terrible communication. I spoke to three people on the phone e in two calls and each one was very rushed, not forthcoming with information, and one woman spoke so fast it was almost incomprehensible. I called yesterday about an issue I was having with my car and a very simple question: was the issue I was having covered under warranty. The first person I spoke to on the phone wouldn't answer my question unless I gave my vehicles Vin number. So I got my Vin number and called back. The second person I spoke to didn't need my Vin number but insisted that I would need to set an appointment to have it looked at, then we could see what my options were. Fine. I got an appointment for the next morning and it took 30 minutes just to sit down with someone who then said the problem wouldn't be covered at all. They wanted $140 to troubleshoot the issue. No thanks, I already have a good mechanic that's cheaper, reliable, trustworthy, and has good communication. Fortunately I work 15 mins away from the dealership but I still wasted over an hour and a half of my time (which I'll need to make up for this week) for a single question that could have been EASILY answered over the phone. If they can't even get this simple request right why would I believe they could get anything important right. I will never do business here.

xcellent experience from the minute I walked into the door at Audi of Nashua. Tyler Jones was my Sales Advisor. We had a 1:00 PM appt. and Tyler was waiting for me. This is my second experience with Tyler and I had called to see what he had for available A4 programs as my lease end Was approx. 2 months away. I had leased an A6 for my wife which we enjoyed very much, but was a bit too big for her so I asked for Tylers recommendation of which model would be a better fit for my wife. I had mentioned to him, that we had driven an A4 while on vacation in Arizona several months ago and enjoyed its handling and was very comfortable to drive. The performance was fantastic. He agreed, and offered me the A4 plus Sline. I have to tell you, he hit the mark with this vehicle. My wife is absolutely in love with this car. She finds it very easy to park and loves the features that she considers her every day favortes. Memory seats, heated seats and steering wheels, ease of use of A/C loves the stereo and programming her iPhone was very simple. Tyler, you will never get my wife into another model again. Tyler is a very knowledgeable sales advisor, he cares about his customers, doesn't hard sell just lets the deal flow. Id highly recommend Tyler to my friends and relatives but also Audi of Nashua. One of the best sales experiences I've ever had.

Had the best car buying experience to date with Catherine Traverse at Audi of Nashua. Cathy was a major factor in deciding to go with Audi, she was upfront and totally transparent. I had been leasing a Volvo and was set to go with them again however I couldn't get a straight answer to save my life from their salesman, he kept referencing phantom numbers if I "signed today." There were no games working with Cathy and Audi of Nashua. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Audi SQ5!! I have had two negative experiences with this particular service location. Yesterday, I took my car in for service and dropped it off in the morning. I received a message at the end of the day that my car would be kept until the day following. Towards the middle of the afternoon the next day, I called for an update, left a voicemail. When I was called back, I was told it would cost between 7-8 thousand dollars to fix my car, the biggest expense due to an issue related to high consumption of oil, something I spoke with someone about at the service center shortly after I purchased the car in 2013, certified. Unfortunately because this was a verbal conversation, there is no record. I do remember being told it was normal for Audi’s to burn oil quicker, but as it turns out, there was an issue with this particular model, and I’ve been adding oil multiple times a month thinking this was normal. Now I don’t even know what to do. I’m sure the car isn’t worth the repairs, and now I’m left without one trying to figure out my next steps. 3 years ago, I was also brushed off when I said my brakes were grinding. The service manager told me that was “normal” for squeaking brakes in the winter. A month later when I took it in for service I was told my brake pads and rotors were metal to metal. This is now two times that my concerns were dismissed, leaving me to pay for it. Very disappointing as I continued to be a loyal customer to this service location even after the first poor experience.

I always dread walking into dealerships but our overall experience here was very positive. I didn't want the hassle of selling my vehicle through a private sale so I entered it into Kelley Blue Book's "Instant Cash Offer" program. This dealership called and emailed me over and over about buying my car for the KBB amount and even told me several times they would "probably even give me quite a bit more for it." It's about 45 minutes from my house and I work during the week so I ask if we can do the deal on a Saturday. They say we can and it should only take about 20 minutes. I make an appointment, and show up there at the designated time with my empty vehicle, a ride home, and the title all ready. They take a look at it, find it in the exact condition that I entered into the KBB site, and then lowball me about 15% below the price that was already set. Also, this is after me standing in their showroom for close to an hour. After that, they tell me I can think about it because finance is closed and they can't get a check anyway. I'm willing to bet finance would be open if I had a check for them. On top of all this, Travis, the Sales Manager could not possibly have been more rude or condescending throughout the process. I did end up selling it to them because I still didn't want the hassle of a private sale but I would never go back there even if I did want an Audi. It also took over an hour more on the day we actually did the deal. They get 2 stars instead of 1 only because I really believe the person that made the original contact with me was sincere and it was just management that were rude and ripped me off. Updated down to 1 star now because they continue to send me emails trying to sell me a new car after I unsubscribed from their email list and made it clear to them how terrible their dealership is!

I also shopped at Audi Burlington but there were lots of cocky and tactical people and I felt they were playing games all the time. Although I have always been quite satisfied with all aspects this experience was totally rewarding in many ways. I just purchased a car there over the weekend from John. He is new but very honest and I can tell he does care about the customer. I did have to go back and forth to get what I felt my trade-in was worth but it did work out in the end. I was sad to trade in my old car but felt it was the best decision. Once we got a sales manager to approach us, the process was fairly straight forward and relatively painless, our salesman Bryan was very good to work with, understood our situation, and didn’t waste our time. Two suggestions: 1) we were on the showroom floor and outside looking at cars for almost an hour before anyone from the dealership approached us. Once we were introduced to Bryan things went great. 2) we traded my wife’s BMW X3 in, and forgot the title - in fact, had to obtain a replacement title from the state. They would not close the sale on the Audi until we had the title in hand, I know for a fact that this occurs on an almost daily basis, and I’m not sure why they would delay the sale a week until the title was in hand, when you would have had the vehicle in your possession. Unfavorable part of the experience. Other than that, Bryan, Travis, and Austin all did great work supporting us. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with this dealership and these gentlemen again.

Have been inquiring about a vehicle for the past week checking in with the dealership almost everyday. Kept getting told it wasn't available to be shown. I get call today 9/4 to see the vehicle even though it wasnt ready. Set up an appointment for 12:30 and get a call at 12:08 to tell me it was sold. How does that happen who knows? I was told by the sales person Caitlyn that I was first person to inquire about the vehicle and would call me to come take a look at it as soon as it was available.

I went in yesterday knowing exactly what I wanted. I walked the lot for 30 mins and no one came to greet or help me. I went inside, stood on the sales floor for 10 more mins without a single person even attempting to help me. I had to go find someone, which is okay, I didn’t mind. But when I asked him a question, “excuse me, I have a quick question” he blatantly ignored me and turned around. I stood there staring at him for another 2 mins and said excuse me again, all the while there was another salesman next to him who also ignored me at this point. Finally I just walked out and off the lot and went to VW. The VW salesman greeted me the moment I walked in. Absolutely ridiculous Audi! You just lost a sale because you couldn’t answer a simple question. It’s too bad...

We were looking for a used car and found one they had listed on a 3rd party site. Came in, took it for a test drive and came to an agreement. Brian Gillis was fair and honest the entire way. He even met up with us at work to sign paperwork - just so we wouldn't lose time. From start to finish we were never treated any differently even though we were buying an off brand (not an Audi) used car. They made the car right before it left the dealer and stood behind it. We were provided first class treatment the entire time. They said what they did and did what they said.

I have bought a number of new Audi's at Audi Nashua, each of these purchase experiences have been excellent with the most recent purchase being the best yet. My salesman was Patrick Holland he was very proactive in keeping me informed of where my vehicle basin the delivery process and when I could expect to see it. Prior to the delivery I let Patrick know what extras I wanted for the car, we discussed price for the extras and he provided me with an updated vehicle cost with the extras included which I found very helpful in planning the actual delivery and financial dealing. When I took delivery Patrick was terrific at proving a mini tutorial on the car functions and helping me update my Audi connect account. My experience with the Business Manager, Veeral Bharucha was equally as good, Veerhal was low key, and very pleasant to deal with and NO pressure to purchase an additional extras. I did however decide to add Protectall Plus and the Allstate complete protection plan. I find the whole team at Audi Nashua to be of the highest caliber and extremely pleasant to work with from Sales to Service to the General Manager. It is their dedication to ensuring a wonderful customer experience that I will continue to drive an 25 additional miles out of my way to work with Audi Nashua.

I don’t even know where to start. I live in Baltimore Maryland and I saw the vehicle so I inquired on it and literally within 5 to 10 minutes I received a phone call and an email in regards to buying the vehicle. 2012 Audi a seven very clean prestige model, was able to get me great financing for my credit which is minimal but not bad, in addition with no money down. Jessica, Brian and the finance manager Veeral were all very helpful and helped me troubleshoot everything I needed to do to facilitate my purchase. Even the last minute hiccups I had before I flew out, were resolved before I got there. I love my new I seven and I definitely recommend anyone looking for an Audi within the Nashua area HAS TO go to this dealership. Best people to work with!! The only person we had an issue with was Mike Holtzman. He works in finance and he treated us like he was doing us a favor. He had a anger on his face while we walked into his office. His attitude was unacceptable and I will NOT recommend anyone to go him for any financing paper work when you buy your car. We paid big amount for our car and we didn't deserve to treated like this from this person. Our experience with him was just THE WORST!!!! NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH LIKE WE DID!!!! I hope the His Manager or Director reads this review and takes some necessary steps so Mike can change his attitude towards the customers and no one else have to face the circumstances that we did. Other than him, the whole car experience was good and I do recommend to go to this dealership if you are looking to buy Audi. Ask for Brad Downing or Ryan and they will take good care of you! One star is for having good selection of car inventory on the lot for buyers to look at what the car color looks like in person. I worked with a young sales rep who just wanted to make a quick sale, he didn't had the color I wanted available so he wrote up an agreement for me sign and told me this is just a formality not an agreement "it's just a way for me to request the car you want from another dealership, so I can bring it to our location and you can take a look at it" I reviewed the document and it was aactusly agreement for me to buy the car. I told the rep I have been shopping around and went to two other Audi dealership before coming there , he told me let me talk to my manager and see what we can do. While searching online I saw a used vehicle marked as a "Great Deal" located at Audi of Nashua, so I went down and linked up with Kyle Haggerty. But the most impressive (and unusual -- at least when it comes to buying a used car) was the negotiation. The first time bringing in our 2014 A6 was an absolute disaster. I made an appointment for 7:30 due to having work at 12:30 and I assumed the service and check up would not take too long, boy was I wrong. Upon waiting nearly 3 and a half hours it came to find out the car was never even checked in. The service member that took the car in told my boyfriend and I to wait inside and someone would help us. Not one of the employees that were sitting around at their desk's asked if I needed help or if I had been helped. I could see the car by itself in the service driveway; you would assume that some sales rep would have questioned why there was still a vehicle in the driveway but I guess not. Upon a very discouraging trip I did not even have the service I scheduled that day done. I searched around for other dealerships and found that the only other one was in Burlington MA. Coming from Amherst NH that is something I did not want to have to do. I gave Nashua another shot and to my disappointment I was let down again. After having the 70,000 mile service done I was told everything was fine and running. About a week later the back tail light went out. When attempting to schedule service on the car I explained to the service rep that we would need a loaner due to my boyfriend and I's conflicting full time schedules and she proceeded to try to tell me that "loaners could not be taken overnight and we would have to drop it back off that night..." why would you be giving loaners out if you have to give it back that day and your car is still not ready...... and then you are going to have the audacity to tell us to find a ride from there...... going to Burlington!!! Called the Burlington Dealership and explained the situation and even they agreed that this sounded ridiculous. Audi of Nashua is a laughable business that sells luxury vehicles at the expense of customer service and quality maintenance and I would H I G H L Y suggest looking else where for service on your Audi.

The manager says need to reschedule because it take 2 hr for allignment, 30 min for oil 1 hr for recall.... And they close at 5.. WHY would you then give me an appointment at 3,......... I was shocked, bewildered; by such a experience of a dealership with such good reviews and name for themselves...my experience was exhausting and unforgettable...I had my Audi Q7 (my baby I spoil.) serviced and I decided to have the service department do a oil change (although I didn't need it for another 1k miles.) which I actually had my oil checked a few days prior before - bringing in my Audi for other service related issues which they did take care of BUT!... Lo' and Behold! Upon the completion of the service issues, I drove the Audi home and just checked my oil to see if it needs to be top-off...(A habit of mines for years) and my fears was warranted! The filter was changed as I looked under vehicle but the oil had possibly one (1) quart in it...when I immediately contacted the service department manager and explain it to her the situation...she literally laughed and chuckled over the phone. I honestly felt this women in a service manager position laughing like a sociopath! Unfortunately, I wasn't amuse at all. This was a awful experience! Left me feeling as it was something personal but one thing is for sure! They were absolutely NOT Professional! I caution anyone especially if you really take care of your vehicle and have a lot of upgrades and extras invested in your vehicle; DO NOT TRUST this dealership; in my humble opinion - the best you will receive from their service department is a good laugh!

First of all be aweare of this dealership! About 3 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to check out the water coming in from the drivers side sunroof and dripping down the door panel and all over the driver side floor! So they scheduled me for Wednsday 9/19 at 7a.m., and with the loaner given I was heading back to work. Now that was Wednsday at 7a.m., and I have not heard from them till tuesday of next week, with really bad news! My Sunroof was leaking and that I would need a new AMP, which would cost about $4000.00. Hmmm kind of funny right!! Because I told them that the sunroof was leaking and that my radio was turning off and on when its raining! But it took them 6 days to call me and tell me that, and charged me the diagnostic fee of $142.00. Now when They had me go pick up the car after six days of sitting in the same spot, and they haven’t even looked at it, not even moved it form the spot I left it there on Wednsday, I came to get it on a rainy day, with a leaking sunroof Great Job Audi! It only took you six days to tell me Something I already new, because I am not the only one with this issue its all over the internet! At the end when I went in to pay I wanted some answers from the Service Manager, which by the way was very rude and unprofessional! When I asked her how come no one called me with an update in six days, her answer was they had 26 cars scheduled and were too busy, then I asked her Why did I make the appointment then??? Why did you have me drop my vehicle off at 7 a.m. to be looked at??? Why is my vehicle parked in the same spot as I left it and why am I picking it up in a rainy day with a leaking sunroof?? Her response was I am too busy with a customer!!! Ok, but I am not a Customer??? She just ignored me and walked AWAY! The funny part here is that I almost bought another Q7, but after this experience I will not spend my money here, and will visit another Audi delaership for a second opinion! Thanks for nothing Audi of Nashua!!! This one star here is too much! Zero stars is what the deserve!!

He personally helped with the documents you needed and also made sure I get the right car with a decent price. I recently purchased a 2018 wrx with under 11k and was told it was stock and still had the original warranty. Also getting me to purchase the extended warranty until 120k. Two months later my check engine light is on and I have a lean code. I brought it to a Subaru dealership and they called and told me that the car doesn’t have catalytic converters and therefore it voided the warranty. My Subaru has been in the shop for a week and a half and I still haven’t gotten a call from them, eveytime it’s me trying to check up getting a voicemail every time and then if I’m lucky maybe a call back. All around terrible experience with false information on not only the car itself but the already voided warranty they sold me. The customer service absolutely horrid and no one seemed to know what was actually going on with my car.

Horrible experience. Wanted to buy a new car this week. Salesperson quoted me on the two cars I was interested in. A day later proceeded to tell me one car was no longer available. I told him I would then proceed with the other car and he had no idea what other car I was referring to. He could have easily reviewed our emails or made note of the 2 vehicles I was interested in but seemed to not care. Then told me neither car was available. I wonder why he bothered to waste my time quoting and negotiating 2 cars that were not available. No one has time to waste these days. They whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This is supposed to be a luxury car and was definitely not a luxury car experience from the lack of care to the unprofessional attitude. I asked the salesperson to call multiple times and he never did. My advice is to spend your money elsewhere especially if you are a busy professional and don’t have time to waste.

Made an online appointment with Jessica, she set me up with a time that was convenient for me. When I arrived at the dealership Jessica introduced to Patrick the Audi specialist. Patrick had the Q5 I wanted to see ready for a test dive. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Audi systems. Two days later I purchased the Q5. The whole staff at Audi of Nashua worked with myself and wife to work out a fair trade for my car and get me in the Audi that day. I’ve had two great buying experiences at Audi Nashua. I just got my second car from them, and both times I worked with Austin. I can’t recommend him enough. He focuses on finding a car that meets your needs, and doesn’t try to upsell you to a car that isn’t right for you. Both times, I took awhile to decide on a car and pull the trigger on it. Austin never pressured me to buy anything, and was always accessible to answer all of my questions. If you buy from Audi Nashua, request to work with Austin.

Cathey is extremely knowledgeable, eager to satisfy customer needs/expectations, thorough, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with ... and no high-pressure sales pitch! Travis was open, honest, and fair; you can't ask for more than that. Then there's the dreaded meeting with the Business Manager to complete the transaction -- but it didn't turn our that way. He presented us with the usual list of additional services and seemed to sincerely want to meet our needs -- nothing more, no pressure. After service done I find the Pumber have some scratches then I spoked to the manager DANIEL she was Rule she also removed the part ( headlight cover ) put them into the top of engine and closed the hood to make the cover broken , then she said no worries I will order you a new one , so if you want your car get damaged please come to see Daniel (service manager ) You can check the Facebook and see the pictures And comment . So we went in to look at a used A3 that we had seen online. We worked with Jeff Kalchbrenner and we took it for a test drive and he was great at explaining everything and all the features the car had. So we loved the car but when we got back to the dealership Jeff asked if he could get us in a new lease for close to the same as the used if we would be interested and we said yes. Jeff worked his magic and now we are excited to be picking up our new A3 on Wednesday I highly recommend working with Jeff he made everything easy and painless.

I usually don't write reviews but for this dealership I will make an exception. I live in Massachusetts, the only reason my car was at this dealership is because it stopped working near Nashua. I had to bring my vehicle back three times because they couldn't figure out the problem. The third time my engine light came on I reach out to the service advisor Trent and did not receive a call back. So, I reached out to the service manager Danielle who contacted me back to inform me that there are hundreds of reasons why my engine light could be coming on and then proceeded to lie to tell me her service advisor returned my call. I checked my call log and my voicemail, he did not call me back. A few days later after they claim the issue was resolved, I received a call from the service manager Danielle which started off with her saying "Are you going to come get your car" in a very rude tone. I had informed her service advisor Trent a few days prior to this call, that I am in graduate school, work full time at a private school, and work in consulting four days a week. I would come and get the vehicle as soon as possible, especially since it was my third time driving it back to New Hampshire. I thought the service manager Danielle, attitude was very aggressive and rude. I would have preferred not to converse with her throughout this whole situation because she actually frustrated me more than working with Trent. Two other issues: 1. The service department does not clean out the loaners before they give them to the next person. There was sticky residue on the controls in the car and the steering wheel had dry sticky residue. Another person shirt was in the back seat. 2. They have you sign paperwork stating when you return a loaner the gas tank must be on the same level as when it was given to you. Each time they gave me a loaner I brought the gas tank back on full. They gave my vehicle back on empty, my gas light was blinking.

I purchased a CPO 2015 A3 from here in October. Within a couple of weeks I noticed that the rear end was making a thumping noise. Long story short, I have had my car into this service department 5 times since October and 5 times it came back to me making the same noise. The service manager Danielle was no help at all. One of the last times, I was told by service that the rear differential was the problem and that it was changed, but after looking at my service record it is apparent that only the fluid in the differential was changed and still the car is making the same noise. At one point I was told by service "that some cars just make noises" and service gave up and no additional repairs had been made. I called and spoke to the corporate offices today and was told that they could not help me with the dealership issue, but recommended that I take it to a different dealership for a second look. I have made that apt and I hope for better results. Overall the service department was useless and the Service Manager was useless and unprofessional. I would not recommend buying a car or getting your car serviced at this dealership. I will also be pursuing action with the Better Business Bureau.

Kyle was very helpful in our search for a new vehicle. First visit and test drive of an Audi . . . only one needed as we bought the first Q7 that Kyle showed us!!! He listened to our desires and searched for and found the right car. Although we had planned on looking at some other cars, and visiting other dealerships, my wife and I talked on the way home and called Kyle back to let him know we wanted the car! Went in next day and completed deal with Kyle and then worked with Viral in finance department - he was possibly the best ever (I am 66 years old, and have purchased a lot of cars).
