I needed a reliable vehicle and seen a suv that I fell in love with. I gave them a call let them know I was interested in the suv Lincoln Aviator . I let them know my situation I was in and they worked out price for me to be able to afford my beautiful Lincoln Aviator . I drove from MA took about 2 hours or so to get there . So worth the drive I was greeted as soon as me and my son walked through the door. We drove it home last night in horrific road conditions due to weather and traffic . The Lincoln handled like a dream . Thanks for being there . Out standing job and vehicles

This place is a joke! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! I spoke with their sales rep Jordan for a week and told him what I wanted and what I was trading in and that I was coming over TWO HOURS away to get this car and wanted to drive it off the lot. I get there and see the car and it has a huge scuff mark all over the drivers side front bumper that he never mentioned to me and then we go to start the car and it doesn’t even start!! And I looked at the cars pictures 100 times and no where in those pictures do you see any damage to the front bumper!! He knew we were coming 2 hours to get this car and you don’t even get it started before we headed up there?!?! DO NOT waste your time or money on this place!! Oh ya and then didn’t even say two words to me after we gave the keys back! Place is a joke!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

If you've put in your time to research quality used automobiles that are clean, reliable and affordable, do yourself a favor and visit the Amati Auto Group in Hooksett, NH. My wife and I have been visiting used car lots test driving autos and researching on the internet for months. Recently, we drove up to see Jeff, a salesman at Amati. Jeff was especially helpful as was the Amati Auto Group team. We feel strongly about supporting local family businesses that work hard to earn our money. Although the facility didn't rival the bright lights of many of its competitors along the street, It was immediately obvious that the owners had taken special car in selecting their used cars and prepped them meticulously for public display. It wasn't long into our first test drive that we were impressed with the superior shape of the car. Jeff and Amati Auto Group did my wife and I a tremendous service matching us up with an ideal pre-owned car that will, no doubt give us years of safety, reliability and pride. We were offered a limited warranty and Jeff's word that the company he works for is upstanding and stands behind their cars. We all know buying used is somewhat of a gamble. Confused and unprofessional. I arrived at the dealership after work to view a vehicle I was interested in. I was expected to work with Jason directly since I had already spoken to him about the vehicle over the phone and he said he would be there when I arrived to assist me. If I could do half of a star I would. These guys over at Amati are the last people you want to purchase a car from. They are a detailing company, meaning they are very good at making a car look great. But a month down the road you'll be kicking yourself due to the car you bought. I bought a Volkswagen 6 months back, and I've been regretting it ever since. In the first month of owning it I drove it for about 8 days total, the rest of the time it was sitting in the garage for repairs. I have already put $3000 into it, on top of the $9000 I paid for it. Oh and did I mention that it still needs a new transmission? Over $5,000 in repairs... so far... So if you want to pay for an expensive car and want to repair it as well, go to Amati Auto group. GET THE CARFAX ON YOUR CAR. They "Don't do carfax" at Amati, and there is a reason for it. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this "business" It will save you thousands and thousands of dollars!

I can say from personal experience that they do care about the customer experience. I would buy from them again. They do a complete inspection on their cars, they offer a 3 month warranty, and provide oil changes and State inspections if you buy a car from them.

Back in August we bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 from Amati. Considering how these things can go from past experiences, things went about as well as could be expected! We quickly agreed on a price. Nancy worked with us to figure out the out-of-state paperwork....quibbled a bit about the front door speakers that were blown, but in the end came to a mutual agreement. Our overall experience was definitely positive! I wouldn't have a problem recommending them.

Purchased an x5 from this dealer. Within 48 hours check engine light came up. A week later it was repaired. When purchasing vehicle they promised to repair radio in car that I brought up to them. They ordered it wrong 3 times! And still not resolved till this day.....I got this car in September. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone considering I had to go back and forth so many times to try and get issues fixed!!!!☠️

Drove an hour to look at a car that looked fairly good online, got there and half of the doors didn’t open, it looked like it took an intense beating, despite being 4 years old, and wasn’t cleaned since being turned in. The person working gave us the keys and didn’t even walk out with us, just sent us out to hopefully find the car. Said he “wasn’t aware it was gross”. Not to mention, their sewer was spilling out in the middle of the car lot, so it made the experience that much worse. Will not recommend to anyone looking for a car. Overall, not a good experience at all.

I had a very good experience with Amati Auto Group. There was a very strange problem that developed with the car I bought a while after I purchased and to Amati's credit, they totally stood behind the vehicle they had sold me and they worked on the car until the problem was proved to be solved with no cost to me, they were even able to provide a loaner vehicle for me. The service was such that I feel the need to write a review, of all the places in the area to get a car, I can't imagine getting service like this anywhere else. Thanks Amati!

We found a Chevy Blazer online that Amati auto group had. We contacted the dealer to inquire about it and spoke with Jeff. We were told that it was very clean and very little rust. So we drive 3 1/2 hours with a huge trailer to pick it up because we were told that it was in mint condition. We got there to find rust holes in many different places, the ABS light on, after we asked specifically if there were any lights on. And on top of that, there was a big round crack in the windshield and no rocker panels at all due to rust which we was also asked. We decided against purchasing the Blazer and he tried to then sell us an Equinox that had almost 200k miles on it for twice the amount of the Blazer. I would not shop here if they were giving vehicles away. So beware when dealing with this place

These people wasted hours of my time. I was told if I put money down on a vehicle then I go up in priority, turns out, as soon as I gave them a deposit they could not make any time for me. they just assumed that the deal was going to go through, they did not fix the things they said they would, I gave them an extra day to do so. When I came to pick up the truck and once again told them I wanted to put it up on the lift so I could inspect their work, they said no. I crawled around under the truck with a flashlight only to discover that half of the work had been competed!! They knew I was coming from 1-1/2 hours away, I had made an appointment to pick up the truck, and it still as not done. I got my money back and won't go back. I believe this problem is one of managements, not the sales people.

A few days prior to visiting Amati, I had a horrible experience at a major car dealer where I spent 3 hours trying to explain what I was looking for but was constantly having the salesmen try and sell me cars I wasn't interested in. At Amati, I walked in and within 15 minutes I was test driving the Q5. When I got back, the second car I was interested in was already warm and ready to take for a spin. I would recommend Amati to anyone looking for an easy, comfortable car buying experience without the hassle.

I went with a friend looking for a used car. We made three shopping trips here before purchasing the car. THE POSITIVES: they have a diverse, sizable inventory of clean used cars. The salesman was pleasant, courteous, and patient. The pricing was reasonable. THE BAD: there wasn't a car on the lot with an FTC Buyer's Guide posted in any window. This, I believe , is required under Federal Law. Discussion of Amati's used car warranty during the sales process is not clearly defined until purchase. At signing an FTC Buyer's Guide is produced marked "As-Is". Amati does not provide a warranty on their used car. Instead, they purchase a 3month/3,000 mile limited warranty from Preferred Warranties and provide it with the sale. HOWEVER-- the "warranty" has a total coverage limit of $1,000 with you the purchaser paying a $100 deductible.I questioned the staff about the quality of the warranty. The reply I received was that the dealership wants happy customers and if something were to fail on the car it would be a management decision about repairing it. My rebuttal was the written contract is the warranty, verbal suggestions are not a guarantee. After reading the fine print of the provided warranty it is clear to me it has little value as the limitations and exclusions are unreasonable.For example: if a head gasket fails, overheats the engine and cracks the head it's not covered. Cylinder head failure is only covered if an internal lubricated part caused the crack. And overheating is specifically excluded. From my perspective it is disingenuous to sell a car this way. It's a used car, post the Buyer's Guide on the window marked "As-Is", price the car accordingly, and offer clearly explained warranties that the buyer can purchase at extra cost.

A three week frustrating search for a new car ended at Amati Auto. We had to replace a car in a hurry and on a budget. Most of the dealerships with cars in our price range could hardly be called cars, they were junk, and the dealers were shady to say the least. At Amati, we found a 2003 Jetta that was only just out of our price range. This car was well maintained by the previous owner (This has been verified by the dealership that serviced it). Andrey was pleasant to work with and did not use any pressure tactics. He worked with me to get the price down to a point that I could afford, and I drove the car home that day. The dealership I called to verify the maintenance of the car stated, "You found a gem." (Their exact words, not mine) We've been driving it for a month now and have put quite a few miles on it, and have had no issues. Thank Andrey!

I feel betrayed by this group of people that work here. They treated me good just for me to buy the car but after that if you got any problems or got a question they never got time for you. 2 days after I bought the car from them, the car showed me some codes in the system like airbag code, antilock brakes, electric power steering and tire pressure monitor so I had to drive back to them for 50 minutes just for them to tell me that the car is good and not to worry about it. They told me I was going to get a 1000 dollars of refund on the car if anything happened to it before time given. They say they will only care about you and the car that you bought for only 5 days until the inspection is due and after that they wouldn’t even pick up to your calls. One of the sellers that helped me through it was Jordan but he will only care for you and talks until he sells you the car. My car turned the check engine light on 2 days from that and I had to work it out by myself. Just letting people know they’re not what they look like.

Got a good car - dealer was a waste. After test drive I pointed out several problems - "oh, no problem, we will fix those". When I drove it home, nothing was fixed. I should have checked the car more closely before I drove off! When I paid for the car there was no no title, no sales contract - nothing, so I could not register car. It took them a week send it to me. Most emails and phone calls to them were not returned. There web site says : "Amati Auto Group is founded on trust, integrity, and respect" and "All of our retail vehicles undergo a vigorous multi-point inspection to ensure that they are safe and reliable for you and your family". BS! They are doing there best to make sure the reputation of used car dealers continues to be about the same as an indicted politician.

I put a deposit down that was 50 % refundable and ended up having to move to Florida and could not purchase vehicle. Manager personally called me and told me he would refund my money. Amati Auto is a great dealership. I bought a 2007 Honda Accord from them, a car that I love and found a good deal on. I noticed a squeaky noise a little while after purchasing the car, but as soon as I told the guys at Amati about it, they said bring it in and replaced the old belt for me free of charge. The boys at Amati offer great cars and exceptional service, and I couldn't be happier with my experience with them.

Amati Auto Group does what ever it takes to cut costs. What does that mean to you? You pay the costs on top of what you pay for the car. If you run into a problem, you are at their mercy. This is a bad place to be with a staff of very inexperienced technicians and service manager that will just recommend services that you don't need. I had issues and the thousands of dollars recommended and corners that were cut to get the car to pass inspection were ridiculous. If you absolutely have to buy from them, make sure you bring the car to a reliable tech and that it has been through a FULL drive cycle before you buy it. They have a habit of resetting the check engine light as there fix for everything. Well, that sucks because when you drive it for a few days after, the check engine light may illuminate. From that point you are stuck dealing with ignorance.

As a single mom of 6 kiddos I looked everywhere for a good affordable vehicle for me that I could afford. I stumbled across Amatis and found a Honda Pilot that was perfect for us. The guys at Amatis helped us the whole way and made the buying process very smooth. I'd give zero stars if I could! On March 12, 2016 I purchased a 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali. Upon bringing it home I have already had to replace the sway arm link. Additionally, all 4 shocks on the Yukon are gone, along with the air bags and compressor. We specifically asked the salesman, Jeff, about the sensor that came on while testing drive the Yukon that stated "Service Suspension System." We were told this was just a sensor that came on but the suspension was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it. Low and behold, the sensor is on because of the shocks needing to be replaced! You can stick your finger right through the airbags on this vehicle! And lastly, the CV shaft has grease coming right out of it. That too needs to be replaced. All 3 of these items would not have allowed the Yukon to pass a New Hampshire state inspection. Therefore Amati Auto Group put an illegal inspection sticker on this SUV! I have contacted the company with a formal complaint for a resolution, otherwise I'll be taking my complaint to the better business bureau!

There are many dealerships in the Manchester area, consider if your hard earned money should go to a business with so many negative reviews and trust related negative feedback. These guys sold a vehicle that not only fails inspection, but is deemed by a mechanic to be not safe to drive even with a rejection sticker. Then they not only refused to work with the customer to fix a vehicle that never should have been sold in that condition, they actually demand the unsafe vehicle they sold be driven back to their lot. A reputable - a term which may be difficult for Amati to identify with- sent them a reasonable quote of repairs not to make the vehicle perfect but NEEDED just to pass inspection and they refuse to consider making the vehicle they just sold eligible to be used on the road. In the end it was less of a hassle to pay someone I could actually trust to repair what never should have been sold than deal with this poor excuse for a business, but perhaps you will make the better choice up front. It’s too bad I found what what I thought was the vehicle I was looking for on a lot owned by these people. I should have trusted my instinct and first impression from when I drove onto the lot and looked around and saw the type of business I would be dealing with.

I was driving by and happened to see a couple vehicles that I might have been interested in and decided to stop in. Tony came out and greeted me within a couple minutes and was really friendly and was very helpful. I looked at a couple vehicles and after talking with Tony for a few minutes about what I was looking for, he suggested a couple different vehicles. I took 1 for a test drive and it just felt right. I wanted to go through my own bank and Tony was willing to work with me on that and it took a couple days for my bank to get everything straightened out. Tony talked to me everyday and we kept each other in the loop. I went and signed the paperwork and got everything done and drove away with the truck that I wanted. I would recommend Amati Auto Group to anyone that is looking for a great place to get a vehicle with great people to assist you.

The truck I bought had a good inspection sticker when I bought it then they took it off when they delivered it and I found out that the truck needs major repairs to be safe to drive. Of course they wont pay for the repairs they want to fix the truck themselves... no way would I trust them to fix it at this point. The wheel could have snapped off the truck and I could have died and all they cared about was making a buck! A shabby business, a lot of lies.... DO NOT BUY HERE. There are plenty of reputable dealers out there....now we are facing court. Safe yourself the aggrevation. They have violated all of the used car buying consumer laws. Look them up before you buy!!!!

A very different type of used car dealer as in it is not your typical intimidating sales atmosphere. There is one primary salesman here and he's pretty young and sometimes a little energetic. No harm in that, but he gets carried away a lot. It is a rather small facility, but with plenty of German make vehicles to choose from, as they specialize in German cars. One thing I can say is that whomever does the auto detailing really needs to have more passion and drive to show off a nice vehicle. I myself have soliciated the establishment about this and possibly showing them what I could do myself, but I never heard anything back.

This one star is for William. He gets five stars. We didn't even take the van off the lot. We spoke to two different people over the phone about the van, giving them a two day heads up that we were coming as cash buyers. After driving over an hour we find the van crammed into a spot at the back of the lot covered in bird **** and collecting dust. Crammed in so tightly we can hardly open the doors to look at it. First the battery was dead. The passenger door was cracked open a bit. No big deal, William jumped it for us. I expressed concerns that the timing belt hadn't been changed. William told us he would work with us on the price, since it was something I'd have to pay for right away. Great! We get in to take a test drive, tank is empty with the light on. Not a huge deal but pretty annoying when they knew we were coming to look at it. Head inside to get a gas card and we're informed that William, who has been the only helpful staff member at this point, won't make any commission because he's not the one that spent the five seconds with me on the phone when I called the day before to find out if they still had the van. Huge bummer for William because at this point he's been very sweet and super helpful with all the mishaps so far. But, their company policy is none of my business. The nail in the coffin is that the AC needed a charge. Also not a big deal but a bit of a red flag because from the car fax report it was charged not long ago. I ask William if they'd charge it, since the first thing on the listing states that it has air conditioning. I need it because I'm buying this van to deliver flowers in for my business. William goes to ask whomever the wizard of Oz is behind the garage door and comes back to tell us, we'll charge it but the van will be full asking price with all dealership fees added.... I loved the van and was prepared to buy it on the spot with cash. Clearly they don't care about you or your money at all if you're not buying an Audi or Mercedes from them. I understand that $6,000 isn't a lot to a place like this but it's still my hard earned money. We're not talking about a $1,500 wholesale vehicle here. This was a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I would buy a car from William any day, but this dealership will never get my money.

DO NOT buy a car from this car dealership. I bought a 2010 Audi A4 about one month ago. I was starting having issues within first month. The car has oil consumption issue which i did not know about or they never mention it. They provide me 3 month warranty or 3 thousand miles but it only covers 1000$ work and labor anything up to $1000 dollar, you have to pay out of your packet. I called Audi for oil consumption issue to get an estimate to fix it, it is gonna cost me more than 4K to repair oil consumption problem. My problem is that with this car dealership, they are selling broken cars and has many issues but they hiding form you. STAY AWAY from this car dealership and DO Not buy any cars from them.

I bought an 2010 Audi A4 back in April. I had issues with the oil since the first hour of me driving it home. I did more research and found out it had a piston recall back on 2010. I assumed it was never fix because the issue was that bad. And all they did was an oil change. It didn't fix anything. I called maybe twice a week trying to get in contact with the mechanics. One of them was on vacation and NOONE else could answer my questions but him. Eventually another mechanic began helping me. And of course he went on vacation days after. They later sent me to Audi of Nashua where Audi reps told me the pistons were most likely the problem. They gave me a quote on repairs and didn't actually do anything to fix it. (Which I don't blame them, I didn't have the money to pay them and Amati wasn't going to pay the $5,000 to fix the issue) I asked at least 5 time to get my $10,000 back and Amati ignored the question everytime. In the end they forced me to trade in the Audi for a car I don't want. And on top of that after further research the car I was forced to get isn't ever worth $10,000, multiple websites say its only worth around $7,000-$8,500. I'm only 18 yrs old. I spent the last 2 years working to get a nice first car and this is what I get? This place is a scam. What pissed me off was when I was given only about 4 options of cars I could take. The salesman had the nerve to say that they were DOING ME A FAVOR by taking the broken Audi back. Like no, you sold me a broken car, you NEED to do something about it. Don't waste your time or money here. Also, Richard P. The guy who's review is below this one, WORKS at Amati.. he's the one that sold me the broken Audi and forced me to get a car I didn't want. We just purchased what seemed to be a great 2011 Subaru Legacy...until it started sounding like it was going to stall out whenever we came to a stop. We were told "bring it in, we will fix it", we were told that it was the throttle body that needed to be replaced and that they would order the part only for them to have the car in their shop for 2 days and low and behold no new part was ever put in. When we picked it up the mechanic said they cleaned the filter and it runs just fine. Yet again driving it back to Manchester from Hooksett, it stalls. We call them and ask to be able to bring it to a Subaru mechanic to diagnose and fix the problem, they say okay. Just heard from the Subaru mechanic and I am beyond furious. Not only was no new throttle body kit put in, nothing had been taken apart or cleaned AND I'm told that there is no way the inspection sticker that was put on the car could be legal because the none of the tires on the car are passable in addition to it needing a new tie rod. Subaru says $2100 to fix...on a car I just paid 10K for!!! Currently waiting for a resolution but right now so far, NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! So an update...I purchased this car on 3/9 since then with all the b.s. we have been dealing with as far as getting it fixed, I've been able to actually drive it maybe 4 days, the rest of the time has been spent in either Amati's shop (where they did nothing to fix it, lied about what was done, and put an illegal inspection sticker on it) and in the repair shop at Subaru. Subaru is in the process of fixing the torque converter which it turns out was needed rather than "cleaning the throttle body kit" which is all that Amati has agreed to pay for. They are dragging their feet and playing games about all the rest of the things that need to be done to make it pass inspection. I would not wish this vehicle buying experience on my worst enemy. These people are crooks and scammers.

To be honest this dealership is very fair and I had a very good experience. I was happy with the price and the quality of the vehicle I bought. The staff jason, fedor and nancie were very nice and made my transaction quick and stress free even with a 500 credit score. They even held my car for 2 weeks with deposit down until I was able to get my funds in order. I waited before writing a review to see how the deal went after the sale and wanted to get inspection. Just bought a 2007 Toyota Corolla for my daughter and it was a good experience. Worked with Yev who was friendly and offered no pressure. I went in simply to take it for a test drive. As I arrived and was looking at the car in the lot, they came out with a key and we were able to go right out for a test drive right away with minimal questions and no pressure. We came back and said "thank you" and that we want to go look at a few others for comparison. Again, no pressure and off we went. Later, I called back and we agreed on a price over the phone, and we went to go pick it up, and were in and out in no time with 20 day plates. One of the fastest purchases I've made for a car and no pressure at all. I would buy from there again. Since we left with an inspection sticker, I have high confidence it's in good condition and will remain that way for the foreseeable future.

Bummed and broke.... I was in need of a large, safe SUV to get from point A to B without trouble. I found the perfect one, with the features I wanted at a great price at Amati back in October - I noticed right away that the navigation didn't work ( it didn't have the disc in it) and I expressed an issue with the entire drivers seat moving forward whenever I went to stop on the Test Drive. The mechanic took a look and said the entire seat needs to be replaced and we will provide a map disc for you. I thought, great! I was given a "we owe" slip and told the parts would be ordered. I purchased the vehicle anyway, thinking I just wouldn't really drive it until the seat was replaced ( because I didn't feel safe feeling like I might go through the windshield every single time I went to stop......) thinking it wouldn't be long at all. It came time to register the vehicle, and MY FAULT - but I realized that I didn't ask them to put the taxes in my loan and they didn't offer ( amati is in NH, I live in ME) and it cost 1,000$ to register it. OUCH, in addition to the 600$ down Amati had required. Ok, my fault but I won't do that again.... it had been a month and my seat had not been replaced and my Nav still did not work so I called. Got put thru to Yaz'z? VM - and he had called me back and left a message saying that a seat was hard to "find" so it could be a while...... what happened to ordering me one? I did not realize they would be pulling it from a junkyard or something.... and they had my map disk and I would get it when I got my seat. Well. It's December 12th - almost a full 2 months, still no seat or map disc. But, it get's even better. I had been driving the vehicle short distances because at this point I had no choice. With NO NOTICE or indication something was wrong, it started acting weird, chugging - within 3 minutes it was dead in the middle of the road. I didn't even have a chance to pull over. I had nothing, no power at all and I couldn't even activate the hazard lights. The key was even locked in - I had to manually unlock the door to even get out. Someone came and tried to jump start me. Sparks started flying and it was insanely scary and nothing happened as far as getting it running. I started calling tow trucks, and found it was going to be at least 200$ for a tow - pulled out my dealer issued insurance, oh how nice it covered 75$. Someone with AAA got me a tow. Turns out - the alternator blew, and when it did it sent a short circuit to what was already a very old and corroded battery and FRIED it. So much for their thorough inspection, the vehicle didn't even have a mediocre battery. Their insurance for all the big stuff? it covered the alternater.... but almost none of the labor to get it replaced..... so, with battery and labor I was out another 600$ out of pocket - and I still don't feel safe in a vehicle I've had less than two months. So, just be advised - their "we owe" slips don't mean the problem will be solved in a timely manor - and be prepared for your new used vehicle to dang near bankrupt you before you make the first few payments.

My father and I were looking for a nice first car for me online on sites such as Car Gurus, Autotrader, Truecar, etc. We found that many of the cars that we liked were found at Amati Auto Group and displayed a great price. We decided that the next day we would drive there and look at their selection. When we arrived we were greeted by rows and rows of beautiful, mint condition, German cars. We walked into the office and we were kindly helped by Jordan who leads the company in sales during the last few months. He gave us a list of cars in our budget of $15,000 and highlighted the ones that best fit for our style, mileage, features, and price. We looked around, finding out which brand was the most appealing, and decided on Audi for their sporty looks and luxurious interior. We test drove 3 cars which Jordan gladfully pulled out without hesitation or frustration every time. We decided on an 2013 Premium Plus Audi A6 with 94k miles. The car is feature packed: Leather and Heated Seats (Front and Back), Heated Steering Wheel, Blind Spot Assist, Premium Speakers, Push Button Start, Bluetooth, Backup Camera, and so much more all for $13,750. The car looks brand new and has no mechanical issues at all. Jordan explained that the dealership looks for well-maintained cars and then they repair any and all issues that the car may have so that they perform perfectly, inside and out. My car has no rust, mold, or major scratches on the car. Every car at the dealership is equally cared for and kept up as well. It came time to do all the paperwork and choose a payment plan for the car. After the dealership fees, etc the total came to just over $14,000, we put $3,000 down. They were able to find a 4% interest rate and got our monthly payment plan under $200. When all the paperwork was done, Jordan hand washed the car’s exterior, windows, and tires. We were so impressed by the level of customer service we received and how genuine everybody was. They also offer a great insurance plan that covers just about bumper to bumper for an additional 5 years or 100,000 miles. Amati Auto Group is unlike any dealership my father or I have encountered. We visited many other places before this one and were provided bad deals and service which was not the case here. Amati lowers their prices as aggressively low as possible and does not negotiate at all which makes the buying experience hassle free for both parties. It does not surprise me that they move hundreds of cars a month and are full of buyers every day. The quality of the cars, the welcoming feeling and service, and the appealing prices make this dealership simply outstanding. If you are looking into BMWs, Audis, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and various other brands then Amati Auto Group should be your next and final stop.

If they took the time to communicate with me they would have realized the real situation, not just what was on paper. Will never contact this dealer again.

I recently purchased a 2008 buick enclave at Amati Auto Group. When I went to test drive the enclave, I was very excited with the car performance. A week later, I went to pick up the car from their lot. As soon as I was pulling out of their lot, I noticed the car was making a noise from the front end and the ride was rough and bouncy. The next day, I took the car to goodyear to have it checked out. I was told by goodyear that the front struts are weak so they need to be replaced. I called the dealer regarding the issue, they scheduled me to have the car service by them. Their mechanic took the car for a test drive and then put the car on a lift to check the front suspension. Minutes later, the mechanic informed me that a sway bar link was loose, they tighten it up and the noise is gone. I took the car for a test drive just to be sure that the problem has been solved. Unfortunately the noise was still there. The car definitely needs front new struts. Car was pulling when braking also. I went back to the dealer and told them of what I found wrong with the vehicle. I was told by the service manager "Andre" that they can not replace the struts because this issue will not cause the car to fail state inspection. After spending over $8000.00 on a car, you would think that you won't have to deal with auto repair bill at least for a month or two. Well not when you buy from Amati Auto Group. Since they have a second buick enclave on the lot, it makes me wonder a lot of things. For example : 1) I wonder why the sway bar link was loose when in fact it was fine the first time I drove the enclave. 2) I wonder if the struts that were on the vehicle of my interest when I first test drive it are the same one's on it after I picked it up. Please stay away from Amati Auto Group. ***Edited*** February 28, 2019 You helped out with the tpms sensor repair because it was cheap to fix; under $90. You clearly knew that you sold me a car with bad struts to the point where it makes a lot of noise when going over bumps. Also the car handles very poorly after I picked it up from your lot. The car was fine when I first test drive it, there were no struts issues. If it did, I would have mentioned it to you before I made the deposit on the car. Come on, you know exactly what you did back there. Very dishonest people at Amati Auto Group.
