I have been a 1st Priority customer for close to 10 years. Robert and his team are great. They take excellent care of my vehicles and keep them running perfectly. I can't say enough about them, their work is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This place is a scam and the man I dealt with it an absolute liar. I have roadside assistance for my scooter which only covered $150.00 then I was told the total would be $265.00 for 17 or so miles. So i call first priority towing and ask hiw much it would cost and the man tells me $215.00 and then I call my roadside assistance to inform them of the difference, they call and tell me the man told them he never quoted me that price which i know is an absolute lie. Avoid these scumbags as much as possible. If you want honest service please call 5 star towing for honest affordable service without a hassle. But stay away from first priority because you will get screwed.

Towed upon arrest for an invalid unpaid parking ticket on Voting Day as a Primary Election Candidate. Returned to retrieve my personal items and pay for the tow on same day. Was NOT allowed access to personal items or needed medications. This company stole all personal items including my Father's Casket Flag and family Bibles from car. Moreover, signed 3rd Party Candidate Filing Forms were in vehicle. Discusting company paid off by the GOP and former Senator Kelley Ayotte. The Vehicle is still in their possession even though it was scheduled to be repossesed due to non pay of my VA benefits and VA Choice Program problems.

Car broke down on the side of the road on Sunday. There wasn't a lot of places that could tow in a timely manner, but the staff at 1st Priority was able to come out in 15min and get the rest of my day going. The driver was also a great guy with a great attitude.

I have been using this company for over ten years. I have followed the owner from his previous employer. They do excellent work and keep costs down. They keep my 22 year-old car on the road. Even when we cannot find replacement parts, they come up with a workable solution. They tow and store a lot of cars for the police, so I expect that a lot of disgruntled posters are upset mostly because they must pay their fines plus storage fees before they can recover their car.

Scam Artist DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.. they over charge for tows and when left in there possession they will open your vehicle and steal any valuables because they know it's hard to prove anything was stolen in court.

Replaced my motor with a used motor. Lasted 8k miles, 7 months. Plugs were rusted and cracked, other missing parts, several issues with the workmanship. I got yelled at and the owner asked what I expected. A sketchy place with shoddy service.

I have been a 1st Priority Customer since they were back on main street as Tilden. Over 12 years. We've trusted them with 5 vehicles over the years. Several years ago I was stuck in Manchester, needed a tow. The autoclub sent someone without a flat bed, which would have ruined my car. I called 1st priority and they towed it properly. Don't be fooled by negative reviews here, 1st Priority charges market rate, but you will get honest work and professionalism. They do not need to make faulty or fake repairs, they do not "scam you" for money. They have extensive experience, repair only what needs to be repaired, and will give you a 100% honest breakdown. We've saved a lot of money with them in the long run because they tow properly, and they do honest work when a car needs repairs. It's hard to find honest mechanics and towing that isn't some large chain and all about the bottom line, but this small locally owned business is a blessing. They once saved me over $2,000 when I encountered a warranty issue with my car, yes I had to pay for the diagnostic, but they helped me understand what the problem was and how to speak with the dealership.

I'm not sure I will ever use 1st priority towing because I don't live in Nashua, But I will definitely recommend them to other people, this service is 2nd to none! Thank You

Brought my truck in for a no start diagnostic and repair, called back and told my alternator was going bad as well. I asked the price of the alternator and the owner began screaming at me over the phone about only putting in quality parts and that if I don’t like it he will stop right now. I told him that was fine and ordered the same part for less. He then told me my truck had an oil leak, News to me. When I left I got under the truck and discovered i had a pinhole in my oil filter. This was done by somebody at his shop in anger that I didn’t have them complete the work is my theory, but regardless as soon as I decided they weren’t doing the work apparently an oil leak in a very identifiable spot was no longer worth telling a customer about. Glad to say this place made this customer the last priority as he couldn’t make as much money as he wanted to off of me!

2017: Thank you 1st Priority Towing for taking care of my car. I have had my car serviced by Robert and his crew for years now. They are always professional and treat you with respect. 01/23/2018: once again. 1st Priority Towing came to my rescue. The weather was wet and cold. I hit a pothole on Rte 3 in Litchfield NH and ended up with two flat tires. I called 1st Priority and after dispatch took my info I thought I would have to wait an hour or more. (A prior conversation with AAA said i would have st least a three hour wait for a tow.) Steve from 1st Priority showed up in 45 minutes! He took great care loading my car and transporting it. Thank you Bob for sending Steve out to tow my car. I was treated professionally and my car was handled with care. Like your name, you’re first with me for towing and service!

Called BMW emergency assistance and they connected me to Priority. They said they would take care of me in 15 minutes!!!! How’s that for service?
