Excellent, knowledgeable guides conduct walking tours of floor models while you gaze through the glass wall into the surgery room as restoration experts perform their precision restorations. Neil this was an incredible experience. It was able to test drive a GT350 Shelby Mustang for $25. No you can't be test driving any car for $25 loan loan a Mustang GT Shelby 350 how many was so incredible. The salesman was on point very helpful extremely friendly and gave a pretty good description of the bells and whistles that would come along with the Shelby GT350. Now I don't NV his job because he has to do ride-alongs with people who really don't know how to drive a car with 535 horsepower luckily for him I did. But still I think at least he had a good experience driving with me for the day now you can take the car out for an entire day for $250. That's probably why I've been seeing a lot of the Shelby GT350 is because they're being rented out. You mean you figured with that $50,000 car you're not going to see it on the street everyday but most of the time whenever I'm looking I end up seeing one somewhere. The tour guide I have this to be a friend to Shelby's for about 50 years Carl Shelby so he's been exposed to a lot of stuff and it was really honored to have the opportunity to hear some of the stories that he had to say about the experience that he had with Carl Shelby. Now if your car not this is definitely a place you got to go model cars you name it

Nice place to discover the interesting history of the Shelby organization, Carroll Shelby himself, and many of the interesting cars developed. Quite a few cars from the history are on display and a handful of them are even for sale. Rare prototypes are included, not just production cars. The roomy gift shop has Shelby branded merchandise in any fashion you could possibly imagine. If you're a fan you'll almost certainly find something to delight you. There are two narrated free tours each day given by one of the historians on staff. Personally I found the tour too long winded with personal interest stories (it lasts over an hour and a half) but I'm sure afficionados would enjoy it.

Been here a couple of times and if you enjoy the shelby name you will not be disappointed. The cars are beautiful and the facility is emasculate. You get to see the history come to life and you also see the garage working on their creations. The gift shop is pretty extensive as well, you can get a leather jacket( for a couple hundred dollars of course) or they have their own bottled watter and everything in between. It is a great time for everyone.

I took my 13 year old son here on July 4th as a fun surprise. He loved every second and commented it was the best 4th of July ever. The tour is free and was provided by a gentalman with a great deal of knowledge. The tour is about an hour and a half long. The gift shop is just as phenomenal. With lots of things to choose from at great prices.

Visiting from Australia we were just driving past and saw this place on the side of the highway. We made our way back off the highway and I'm so glad we did. As a car guy I loved it and the kids did too, the cars are amazing and the free tour is informative, you can even sign the workshop wall. Lots of Shelby merchandise at reasonable prices. Just south and not far off the strip. Great place to check out.

Beautiful showroom and FREE tours! Easy to get to and free parking. Store has a huge selection of items for all tastes/ages at affordable prices. We walked from the welcome to Vegas sign. I wouldn't recommend that if you have any physical issues. It's only 1.3 miles but no sidewalks. Only sand and gravel. Uber is worth it!

I visited the Shelby site while my wife and I were in Las Vegas to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I enjoyed looking at all the cars and browsing thru the apparel section. But can't say the ending was enjoyable. Bought 4 items and went to check out. The lady noticed the Texas Cobra Club logo on my jacket and asked about it. I gave her a quick summary of the club and she replied "that's nice". She then told me that if I bought one more item then I would qualify for a free Shelby glass. After I thought about it I decided that I had bought all that I wanted. I then paid the bill and as I walked out i glanced at the bill and saw that I was .45 cents from qualifying for the free glass! For 45 cents I definitely will never go back. I've already shared the story with my local car club members. Too bad they are all about money. Paul Cass - Corpus Christi

If you are a Shelby dude (person) you have to visit this place. A museum with dozens of beautiful Cobras and Mustangs and some bizarre Chryslers and is also the factory location. If you take the free tour you get to go out to the factory floor and the guide provides some great information, if you can hear him over factory noise. Even if you can't hear him, take the tour. Starts at 1:30PM, may be other times but this is when we went.

I had an excellent experience there. We went on Valentine's day and I was able to test drive the gt350. Afterwards I was able to take it for the remainder of the day for a small fee until the next morning. I was in heaven. What a car and I will never forget my experience that I had in Vegas.. thanks to all the staff at the museum.

No charge to enter. There are three parts. The gift shop, which has everything you could imagine branded Shelby. The museum which has a bunch of cars and the life of carol shelby up on the walls. And you can walk into the shop and see the mechanics building Shelby’s. It’s worth taking a walk around and learning the history of Shelby racing and seeing some rare cars. The gift shop has a clearance section and they usually have a special.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had some great stories. Previous reviews about it being hard to hear, I no longer think would be an issue. The tour guide has a mic and can be heard well beside the minor echoes (some sound proofing panels would help). But not an issue. Also the other review about not getting free merch for 40cents or something then crying to his car club like a child... just read the signs they have. They clearly state how much you need to spend to get free stuff or save money. So if you can read and add or subtract, you'll be fine. Good prices and products as well! A must see!

WOW!!!! What an amazing place! It's one of the few truly free things to do in Vegas and it's definitely a must for any petrol head. I could have spent hours sat on the seating area watching them work in the garage, but the draw to the cars on the display was too tempting. They are so beautiful I spent a few hours dreaming about taking one out for a spin. It was also exciting to see the cars on display are also for sale (albeit a little out of my price range)... I'll be back when I win the lottery for sure!

Your husband's will drool and talk about cars for a while after this visit! Mine did!
