My faith in humanity is renewed!! I recently purchased a vehicle with 100,000 miles on it. Only days after purchasing it a major engine component broke. It was an internal bearing that no amount of inspections would have known was going out. I purchased this vehicle without getting the independent mechanics inspection that everyone knows you are supposed to get when purchasing a used car. It was an ”as is” sale, meaning no warranty after it leaves the lot. I thought I was beyond screwed when it broke! To my utter amazement and delight the team (AJ, Dave & Kamil) paid a pretty penny to get it fixed, even though legally they didn’t have to! On top of that they wrote me an apology letter! Then to all of our horror the mechanic sent it back with an entirely new issue! They paid to get that fixed too!! They have treated me like family and with dignity and respect!! I wish I could leave a negative 5 stars. These people are money hungry and untrustworthy. I will NEVER be coming back here one of these worst experiences I have ever had. They decide not to sell a vehicle to me so they could trick some other poor sap into paying full price on a beat up truck. Unreal and a waste of time. Don’t bother coming here instead go to a trustworthy dealership that won’t try and scam you.

I just bought my third car from Budget Auto Sales. The first car was all cash, really good durable car but I ended up selling it a few years later as we needed something that would waste less gas. The next two purchases we did in house financing. They’re very flexible and willing to work with you. He let us choose how much we wanted to pay each month and on the months where I was having a hard time, I just emailed them and asked to pay a bit less that month and they were willing to help. They really care about their customers and don’t want to do them wrong. The third car we didn’t have much to put down, only $2,000 and once again because we were loyal customers they were ready and willing to help us. These people really have heart and aren’t like other scum car sales lots. There’s a reason I keep returning.

If I could give less than a star I would. This place has literally ruined my life in 1 year!!! They have wasted so much precious time and money for myself and family. NOT 30 days after purchasing my SUV the Engine fell out while I was on the freeway! I contacted the dealership and they advised me to drop the car off at their personal mechanic and they would cover the repair cost. (J AND F AUTO CARSON). After they reviewed the vehicle they reached out to collect payment from the dealership and they informed them that the dealership had " changed their minds." We were instructed to contact the warranty department since we purchased a warranty. They covered the new engine since it was found to be at no fault. However the cost of their mechanics labor was in access of 2k!!!! That's not all!!! Not 3 months after getting a new engine the ENTIRE COMPUTER SYSTEM FAILED! This was not covered and the car was towed in to Garcia Auto in Reno where I paid over 2k more dollars for a computer system!!! Now 1 year later the check engine light is on again and I'm still making payments since I've had to invest all into repairs! I'm only listing the major repairs as we have also replaced struts, a radiator and new fuses due to an "extensive electrical failure". The dealership stopped answering our calls and never even offered an apology for the lemon truck we received. To save yourself money, time and heartache please choose anyone besides Budget Car Sales to receive a "car of your dreams." This place is a nightmare.
