I bought 2 vehicles from AutoNation USA Henderson location and all I can say is... WOW ! From the moment you step foot in the building, you are met with the best customer service you have ever been a part of. Their sales reps will approach you right away and assist you with anything you need. My sales rep, Carlo, was amazing and truly cares about what he does and will go above and beyond to help you get what you want out of your vehicle. Very professional, kind and will bend over backwards to help you. But it’s not just the sales reps, their managers are awesome as well. Amanda and Brett are extremely helpful and will check in on your car buying experience and assist you with your final details as if they were purchasing the vehicle themselves. All I can say is AutoNation is definitely a dealership I will continue to go to for all my vehicle purchases and needs. I did experience a slight difficulty with the service department, but overall the staff will workout around any issue to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. And at the end of the day my vehicle was taken care of. So I’ll still rate my experience 5 stars. I just hope that the service department (specifically techs) is improved upon when it comes to customer interaction. All in all, Thank you AutoNation ! And thank you Carlo !

The best staff ever, awesome experience overall! I found what I was looking for using USAA’s car buying service through TrueCar. As I went down the list, the other dealerships didn’t share the CarFax until you get there ... and I’m coming from a place in the high desert where it takes 2hrs to get anywhere. So you can imagine how frustrating it is to finally get to these places just to find out that there was structural damage or some other thing wrong with the vehicle. Long story short, I had already been to a couple dealers before arriving to the AutoNation USA in Henderson, NV. I already knew what to expect because they were up front about the dealership fee and the CarFax was available online. So I didn’t mind making the 4.5hr trip to see them. My Sales Rep, Irene, stayed in contact with me the whole way through, and was always available when I had questions. She calmly explained the process up front, and was ready with the test drive and appraisal as soon as I got there. I was relieved to not have to haggle for pricing and wasn’t surprised by any hidden costs. They even gave me the best offer for my trade-in! Their sales floor is immaculate with great air conditioning, a lounging area for the adults to relax and a separate area for the kids to play. Plenty of free coffee and cold water on hand, and friendly staff that check on you and ask if you need anything. Once they finished writing up the paperwork which was within the first hour after arriving, they even threw in a fresh detail cleaning and a free full tank of gas. Irene even went the extra mile by presenting me my new car with a huge pink bow... nice touch! I have to say, this was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Kudos to the Henderson AutoNation team, keep up the great work!

Didn't have a good customer experience when first arrived, but it did end well. Did an oil change, tire rotation, and exterior wash which are part of the service contract, but also had them do an interior cleaning. The interior cleaning is quite pricey, so something I can't see doing very often. Overall I am satisfied, but they did miss an area between the passenger seat and center console where I could easily see a penny, piece of gum (un-chewed) and some other little stuff. They said they couldn't get in that area without removing the seat. I am planning to vacuum that area with my home vacuum narrow extension cleaning tool, which I believe will reach it. Other than that the car looks wonderful!

Had them do a mount, balance, and alignment on new wheels for my '05 mustang. I'm writing this review while I wait for them to finish. First, the facility is professional and well kept. It's what you want from a show quality service center. Second, customer service has been great. Scheduling to service I've had nothing but a good experience. Andrew helped me with exact requests and got everything I asked for and met unexpected upgrades while being able to communicate with service bay and they got the work done in a short time frame. I expect the services will all be up to par (hand tools only, no impact tools is a $10 up charge per tire). If not I'll edit at a future time with the issue. As of now, I strongly recommend them for any service they offer. Great customer service.

I am really happy with my experience at AutoNation, Mark was awesome! He was never pushy, and gave us space and was really helpful and knowledgeable (which unfortunately was not the case at other dealerships I visited, I felt pressured and intimidated) . I really enjoyed the atmosphere at AutoNation. It was my first time buying a new car at a dealership and I am happy I stopped by. Mark was attentive, and followed up with us via text. When I text him that I was on my way to see the car (I visited friday night, and test drove the car of my dreams, then went back with my husband on Saturday) He brought the car up to the shaded area so the car wouldnt be so hot when we got there. After a deal was made and I rejected it because lack of money down because of situation circumstance decided to walk away with out buying a car. I get a call from the manager. He said he would try to make deal work and would he would call me back.. never got a call back from him. I call back a different manager and then he said he call me back and he never did. Then few days pass I see my credit alerts getting hit and no communication from dealer or manager I call back and get told my offer was good and they ain't going to help me. I asked for them to stop getting my hopes up and to quit calling me because of further aggravating me because they can't help me.

I had received an ad in my emails for an oil change. So I had called them up and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I came in for my appointment and was greeted by Chris Jackson, he quickly answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped me with a quote for trade in value on my vehicle. I was told it would be about 45 minutes for my oil change and they were done earlier than expected. Was quite happy I came here to do business and will most likely come here again.

Sales Rep was really nice and really willing to help with everything. Overall experience with the company was horrible. I had an appointment and when I arrived the car wasn’t ready for a test drive. I had to wait about an hour for servicing. I waited around for a long to get all the paperwork together. Through that process there were so many intrusive questions even when I wasn’t financing through them. After the paperwork was done I was told to go find my sales representative for the keys, as if I knew my way around the building or where her hang out spot is. It was not an easy process, I was there about 4-5hrs all together. Apparently there was a piece of the deal that was overlooked on their part and the harassing phone calls started to flood my phone. I needed to come back in but I was going to do it at my earliest convenience, which was not an option they wanted to entertain. I don’t think I will be doing buisness with them ever again.

Took an extra hour longer cuz the computers had been sent to some type of sale, they missed a signature had to come back again the next day, touch screen on radio ended up not working has to be replaced.they didn't have me change my insurance over to the vehicle or set up my payments automatically. Also think by interest is way too high considering how high my credit score is. I don't think I would actually use autonation again.

Just got my new to me truck from here. The process is simple and the price was fair. I didnt get a smoking deal and they didnt take me through the wringer. But what set them apart was Chuck. Amazing customer service!!! He texted me though his first day off to get me all my paper work, and came in on his 2ed day off just to make sure I was taken care of. If you go, ask for him, hes the reason for the 5 star review. Also I dont remember the finance guys name but super easy going, non pushy, and saved me some $$. Will reccomend people here in the future!

This place is amazing. I know not everyone is always gonna be happy, but I sure am. I had Jenelle as my sales rep. She went above and beyond to acquire my dream car. I had expressed interest in a Dodge Challenger RT, she went to the Sahara store where it was located, only to find out it sold while she was on her way there. I was really bummed. I then found one in the Tempe AZ store that was even better than the first... a 2012 SRT8 392! She and the staff made all the arrangements to have the car delivered to Henderson. I went to buy it and ran into all kinds of problems. All of which were my own. She was so patient with me, worked with me for nearly three weeks to make my dream a reality. They are rude, customer service is awful, and will lie to your face about your warranty and your vehicle. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from them you are better off going to CarMax or purchasing one brand new. They have been the worst dealers I have EVER dealt with. There was also a multi point inspection done as well. He went over this in great detail with recommendations for my next service appointment. Found a car online in CA for an amazing price. Talked to both Henderson and CA dealership about the car, for 3 days. Spoke to about 5 different people about the car (email and phone). Hired a babysitter to go down for my scheduled appointment to sign papers to get the car. When I arrived the person I had been mainly dealing with was not available for our scheduled appointment and the price of the car and increase by $11,000!! The excuse, "sorry, it was an error and was priced wrong". So glad I could bring that to your attention and you could fix it. Wont be dealing with this bait and switch company!

I would never recommend Auto Nation simply because they do not quality check their cars prior to placing them on the sales floor. By making this blunder and inconsoderately selling vehicles that have not been inspected, they are putting peoples lives at risk. This review is not about my car buying experience at all. Buying my truck was great. David Morales was a great salesman and I would have reccomend him any time. The finance manager was great. Showed me all options but was not pushy at all. During the test drive it was found that the door handle on my drivers door wasn't working properly. I was told it would be fixed. After a couple days I went in to have the door handle fixed as well as to look at a couple other issues I was having. I made an appt and today I dropped my truck off to be looked at. When I picked the truck up I was told my handle was bad, but not bad enough to be replaced. I was told just to pull on it harder. They never did anything but pull on the handle. The trim panel was never removed and the latch was never looked at. I asked to have my visors looked at because the were both broken and the lights were staying on. Upon pickup, both of my visors were broken worse but the lights are no longer working so I am guessing they called that a fix. My TPMS light has been coming on and off and I asked for it to be looked at. I have had to put air in my tire twice in the week I have had the truck. I was told there was no nails in the tire but they had to put more air in it. Seems strange, right? I am extremely disappointed in the way the service was handled. I am not sure why they even looked at. The entire experience seemed to be a waste of time. I will definitely not be taking my truck back to Autonation USA for any future service.

Took a little longer than expected but was extremely pleased in the service. Not only Shaylea and Kevin but others at the shop, including Stacy were nice and genuinely friendly.

I don't normally write reviews, but in the case of the service I received for my most recent car purchase I had to give mention. First off, all of the staff were extremely friendly. I personally dealt with Rebecca and she was beyond helpful; she got me in exactly the car I was looking for and it was actually a great deal; even having shopped around. If you're looking for service with a smile -ask for her! (She's really cute too, just saying) Unfortunately, you can't rate higher than 5 stars or i would have.

The night before I had a blow out in my truck. I put the spare on myself and first thing in the morning went to AutoNation USA Service. Before I got out of my car I could see the service writer walking my way. Andrew was very knowledgeable and could see why I was there right away. While looking around, he showed me my back tires needing replacing also. This was important because he didn't just tell me I needed tires, he showed me exactly why I did. Within 10 minutes I had my quote on 3 different kinds of tires. After I chose the tires I wanted they got them mounted, balanced, and got me an alignment as well. THEY EVEN PUT MY SPARE BACK WHERE IT BELONGS!!! Me and my wife went their to purchase a truck which was fine and we dealt with Mark who was a great sales person when we first met, however the first truck we initially wanted of which he said was available turned out 10-15 minutes later had already been sold. That was fine so we picked another truck and 10-15 minutes later Mark returned and told us it wasn't available as it had engine problems. Again we decided on another truck, Mark returned and said our credit was fantastic and that the truck was at another location and we would have to come back in the morning, we asked him if they could place a hold on the truck at which Mark said he couldn't guarantee it would be available for us to buy. My wife then asked to speak to a manager who was named Matt, we explained what Mark had said and he said it was true that they couldn't hold the car and also that another couple we're coming to see that same truck tonight as they had reserved a time to look at it. At no time during the two hours we wasted at Auto Nation Used Cars did the salesman Mark mention that the truck we wanted to buy possibly would have been sold at the other Auto Nation car lot and we wouldn't have been able to come and get it. I really was excited to get a truck but after that experience we just left mad and with a bad taste in our mouths

What a great way to buy a car. Or in my case, a Jeep!! With great follow up and support. After a three hour haggling and bait and switch from a nearby famous dealership, we had enough and walked out. Drove down the road and saw what I was looking for. Thirty minutes later, I had the keys to a beautiful 2016 Jeep Wrangler very similar to the one I had spent three hours trying to buy earlier from the other dealership. I was not sure about the no haggle pricing. I guess its because we are just conditioned to not pay sticker price. But when it was all done the dust settled, the price was close to or about the same as the one we were negotiating on earlier for three hours! Best part, was the people. The staff. Very friendly, Very helpful. I guess when you aren't hiding the price, you aren't hiding anything else I need to worry about, so why not be friendly??

Picking out the car was a good experience. My salesman was good. I got what I expected for my trade in. This is the 2nd car that I've purchased from them. I like the straight to the point no hassle sales. Until I got to the paperwork. The guy pushed us to get the extra warranty over and over. Then his demeanor turned. He started to visibly get angry. He laughed at us like we were stupid for not buying the extras. Then started making adjustments to the price of the car to get us to buy the warranty. We kept saying "no". Then he starting slamming on his keyboards and pushing paper around angrily. He did not say a thing to us for the last 20 minutes. It was like a kid throwing a temper tantrum. It was weird, awkward and if I did not need the car asap I would have left. I kind of regret not just walking out. You don't get the pressure and antics to buy the car, you get it buying the services. Just as bad.

They low ball you like crazy for trade ins and their “policy” is that they do not bargain with any price. I normally don’t ever review anything but some things have just been boiling over. First off I would like to say, the service was great (at first). I came in knowing what I wanted and I got the vehicle I wanted. I even got more for my trade in that I wanted. However, I didn’t realize until I looked at the paperwork more (after I got home). I was signing for the car with it having 32,000 miles on it when it really had 35,000.... something that can be just brushed off (but where did those mysterious 3,000 miles come from). Then after all of the many many forms (typical) were signed I finally got the keys. Well KEY. Not fob. KEY. For a 2015 vehicle (my 2003 I traded in har. I told the rep that I wasn’t aware I didn’t get a remote fob. He just said “oh, sorry” and proceeded to hand me the keys. I was exhausted from the hours of being at the dealership so I let it slide and thought ehh it couldn’t be that much for a new fob. Little to my knowledge it’s going to cost me a couple hundred dollars. THANKS. Let’s fast forward to today. I’m attempting to register my vehicle and now I have to get a smog inspection because the last one they did in November of 2018 is expired. So chalk that up to an unexpected cost. 3 stars cause I got the vehicle I wanted but just be aware they will try to swindle you. I came to AutoNation USA Henderson to test drive a couple of vehicles. I walked in shortly after they opened for the day and met with Melissa. I did not have an appointment but I came in knowing exactly which vehicles I wanted to look at. Melissa brought the first one around and the drive was on. We drove on the street. We drove on the freeway. We came back and looked over the car and went over the various features it offered. Then we did the same with another car. I did not buy either of those I test drove but I did end up buying a similar vehicle as the first I drove. Just a stripped down version with a few more miles and a more preferred color. Overall this was a pleasent car buying experience. Everybody was friendly and professional. I did not get the high pressure sales feel I have had in the past at other dealerships. There was a bit if pressure at the end to add an extended warantee but this is a business. They always want more money. Its all part of the game. But for the fact that they drove me to my bank to get my down payment, gave me a fair value for my trade-in and wrapped up my new ride in a pretty pink bow, this was a solid experience.

I asked John Arnold/Luvette more than once if there would be any additional expenses or if the car was officially mine several times. I did so because I had a friend who worked with a shady car salesman who ended up forcing her to bring her car back a few weeks later. I was told yes, the deal is good and I can leave with the car only to be called back two weeks later asking for more money. It turns out I had NO deal with the bank at all, and I needed to RESIGN. Now I understand “it’s the bank”. I do not understand the poor communication which made me feel taken advantage of. Especially in this case where I asked direct questions. As soon as Luvette realized there was a problem she completely dropped communication with me, because of course all she must care about is her sale. She totally ignored my frustration and pointed me back to the very person I felt unhappy communicating with, until eventually she wouldn’t text me back at all despite the fact that a deal was still in progress. John is dishonest, Luvette is just an airhead I’m sure.

I first laid out my list of what I would not do, including financing through a dealership. They were understanding and did not try to lie to me to change my mind. We recently retired and have re-evaluated our number of toys/cars. Last week we had our worst car buying experience ever, so it made this purchase process even more appreciated. The Desert 215 superstore needs to learn some manners from Autonation. We saw a new listing online but it was too new for pics. We emailed we wanted to see live pics not file photos. I convinced them to send us pre-detailed pics which they did. We got a online quote for a trade in. Made an appointment for next day after the detail was complete. Test drove the car, no haggle pricing which was a fair price because we know the market. Janelle was awesome. We had my large service dog with us and she refrained from petting him which I truly appreciated. It was a cash deal but still took way too long in the paperwork area. At the end I allowed Janelle to pet Moby and she sat down on the floor to talk/hug and pet him. It was not an act, she is a real animal lover with a kind heart. Moby even got his own water bottle (he carries a collapsible bowl with him). Now that’s service! Boom, boom, boom done and out the door. No 2 grand of add-on fees at the end like the competition. We are car geeks, we always know more about the rig then the salespeople, we know the sales tricks and mostly can tell when a sales person is lying. This is how car buying is done right! Ridiculous!!! Bought a car using our own financing, but had to qualify for financing through AutoNation. Our bank had funds to AutoNation within 5 days BUT AutoNation had sent our loan to US Bank. So now we are getting 2 bills for a loan. AutoNation has not been cooperative at all with resolving the issue. Their staff know nothing about how to fix the issue or even want too. Never worked with a business or car dealer and had such a bad experience. They can't even tell me if they have received the check from my bank (which I have proof they did) and since they have payment, they should have US Bank payed off. Seriously people.

AutoNation sold me a truck that didn't even inspected. Stupid me I trusted that they did the 125 point inspection and didn't test drive it. But then again they didn't even ask if I wanted to. When we brought it back because of a noise in the engine we found out that you didn't inspect it, and that a bolt was broken in the engine, also the front breaks need to be replaced amongest other things. The tires were cracking and I was not happy that the girl from the service department kept telling me that they were fine that they passed inspection, so after transferring me to a guy that just happen to answer the phone not knowing what was going on and then promising to call me back, which he didn't the girl from the service department did. They approved new tires, I think to shut me up. So not only was our safety in jeopardy but they falsified documents saying that everything was checked and in good condition. The girl I spoke with admitted to me that because the smog was done and it is usually the last thing they do that she assumed everything else was good and just checked everything off on the list. So when I specifically asked about about breaks and what they were at I was lied to my face and was told that they were at a 6. Now if they were at a 6 then why when we brought it back would they need to be changed. I wasn't going to put anything on here because even though he our sales guy screwed up by selling a truck he shouldn't have he and the finance lady were very nice. And I know people make mistakes, but the service department put us in danger, I was lied to and then they tried to make excuses and I can't recall them ever apologizing for to me. Plus they sent me an email and asked me to share experience on Google and Facebook, so here you go.

Mark G was my AN sales rep and did a super job - very efficient, no nonsense auto sales rep with no mumble-jumble and got my check with 2 visits of 60 minutes total - 50 minutes to get a quote and paperwork in the first visit - 2 hours later and 10 minutes, signed final paper work and got my check which was exactly the amounted quoted to me within 10 - 15 minutes of my initial conversation with Mark G. I could have gotten 10-15% more for my auto if I sold it myself but selling my car to AN is a very timely and low risk way to sell a car.

Sold my 2011 GMC for an amazing price there and shopped for another truck. Elias was very helpful and helped me get the financing down to what i wanted. But be ready to stay 4 to 5 hrs there. Great place, salespeople and prices on used vehicles. Highly recommend going there first.

This place is a lemon lot. I bought a car, I was told they did 120 point inspection and it was a solid reliable vehicle. 2 months after buying the car began having issues and literally falling apart. We went back and was told oh well we just make sure the battery is good it is up to you to do maintenance before we sell it (even though they told us they did). The rubber around windshield and wheel wells fell off, the rear view mirror fell off, the air compressor they claim to have replaced is leaking, I have to change the brakes and rotors, and a lot more.... BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
