Oil change and tire rotation completed, car was washed and cleaned before I left. I arrived with 2 young grandchildren and they had me drive into the garage and waited while I got the stroller out and got us into the waiting area. The service was completed in a short amount of time, cost is reasonable and Woodhouse always notifies me when the next service is due. I also receive a report card on my card and feel like I know the car is road safe for me and this is important to me because I have these 2 grandchildren and their older sister with me often and we like to go. Trips to the Zoo, Children’s museum, and Urban Air and all their favorite places are better for me after Woodhouse has serviced my car. Thanks!

Benson Moul was their newest salesman on staff and he did a great job. We knew what type of used vehicle we wanted and what we needed to have on it. It took some time, but he located one that worked for us and our budget. We asked a lot of questions and when he did not have an answer he was willing to say so and found someone who knew the answer. We appreciated that. I'm sure we tested his patience with all our questions and on one visit we told him we worked for Ford Corporation and if he was passed us, he was a permanent hire at Woodhouse. Great selection. Bought an Explorer here years ago but didn't like how the salesman took us back in to his office and kept leaving to "talk numbers" with his manager. We have never went back. I like the smaller town atmosphere better where you're treated like a friend or family member first rather than just another potential sale. Update: not expecting a response, I got one from Brian Byrkit. A company this large willing to reach out to customers who aren't content satisfied is a plus in my book. I should have also stated my experience was years ago and I'm sure things have changed or our experience may have just been limited to our salesman. I would consider doing business here again after my talk with Brian.

I have a 2017 Escape that started shuttering terribly everytime we started the car. It got so bad that it actually shut the engine off when stopping at a stoplight. After contacting a few Ford dealers, Drew at Woodhouse Ford in Blair was the first one whotook the time to listen to my concerns, sympathize with my situation and get my vehicle in the following Monday, even though he was booked over a week in advance. His team took their time in diagnosing the problem. After one repair, he decided to keep it an extra day to make sure I didnt go home. Thanks to his due diligence he found that problem was a little more deeply rooted than he originally thought. He tore the engine down, found the true root of the problem, ordered the parts, and had the Escape put back together and ready to go in less than 10 days. In the meantime he offered me a free rental, followed up with me every day or two so I was in the loop, and made sure everything was still under warranty so I didnt have to pay a dime. We have had the car back for 3 weeks and our Escape drives as smoothly as it did when we drove it off the lot. Thank you Woodhouse Ford in Blair and especially Drew for the 5 star service!

Had very bad experience with a greedy servoce advisor by the name of Scott P. Have a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport with 22k miles on it. Paid 600 extra to have it certified pre owned which I by the way paid for just to be able for it pass the certified pre own deal. Anyway. Cars been in ship 4 times now whom mechanic says hes been doing this for 20 years. Have a annoyingly loid hum buzz noise coming from my right door speaker. They replace the fuel pump module one tike the ac/dc inverter the next time. Both saying they fixed the problem when clearly it did not. Not only does this show me the advisiros never listened to a word I said also shows me the mehcinic didnt listen and or take time to check when and why it does the buzz noise. So far ive been better at diganosing problems ny knowing only basic knowledge. Sadly had appt today traveled 30 miles away to try and make this tight per request of Jake the service manager. We this Scott guy has the nerve to tell my that of he cant find a problem which as I stated aboved the never found a problem the first to time. That Im gonna have to pay a 84 diagnostic not once but for everytime he vant find something wrong. That has to be the lowest thing you could possibly to gain a customer. I will never ever give Blair Qoodhouse the satisfaction of helping me. Also each person sales and service has lied to me which I have caught several times. Very deceitful place to say the lease. Fair warning these guys DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !! For my safetly I am not returning ever again. If I do. It will be with lawyer. Thats for sure. Lots of problems from the start. Do not care for customers safety or what I even complained about on thus vehicle. Only cared about making his mechinc commision. Not my fault they dont take the time the first few times to PROPERLY diagnose those. Do not trust these people . Only out for money. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Got approved online went there & test drove & a/c didn't work they said well it's as is but we'll fix this but nothing else. Finally get the car & DVD player didn't work which was advertised as a selling point. Didn't the the fob key which remote start was advertised & had to beg for the fob key which I finally received. Within the first month the vehicle broke down & had to put over $3000 into it, part of which was a battery that our car didn't even have the right battery in it. Just putting whatever in cars to make them work. Almost a year now & have had to put another $1500 into it & need to put another $5000 into it but can't because still making payments on a horrible car. They will sell you anything with their lies & then you're stuck with the vehicle. Will never go back here & I tell everyone I know my bad experience here because it's wrong they do this to people.

Their selection and inventory is vast ,and excellent! I was looking for a very specific truck, and Woodhouse Ford was the only place I was able to find it in the country. I called and was very impressed by them being able to not only make an offer on my trade in by phone, but a very fair one at that! And I also feel like they negotiated down to a fair price on my new truck too. I felt like they were very organized and streamlined in the process of making the sale. So I drove 6.5 hours to buy the truck . I was in and out in an hour and love my new truck . However, the only reason they don't get that last star from me , is, it seemed to me that after the ink was on the paper , their mind was already on the next sale . Which I get. But I just hoped for a little better is all . Things got missed in the paperwork that I had to point out . My salesman didn't follow up with me on a question I had that he said he'd get back to me on . And a couple of other minor details . Would I go back? Definitely! It's an impressive and I believe it to be a very fair dealership . Was it the fastest and most streamlined car buying process I've ever had? Definitely! But was it the best? No . They're missing just a little fine tuning to make it truly great . But thank you for everything else . I'm very happy with my purchase!

Regret buying from Woodhouse. Sales was good. Finance and administration pretty near totally incompetent. Delayed paperwork, misinformation, no one seems to know what’s happening. Finally got the paperwork to my home in Florida 30 days after the sale, same day the in-transits expired. Of course it’s not much help as I’m in Council Bluffs. I called management several times. I get a lot of whining about all the work and how it’s not their fault!

Heard of Woodhouse from some co-workers and thought I would give them a call. Even though I live in GA I couldn't find the F350 I really was looking for even from the surrounding states. Talked with Cory via email and gave him my very specific needs, colors and options. Ones I wanted and didn't want. I figured if I spend this much money on an F350 then I want what I want. 15min later he emailed me back with a copy of the window sticker and all my requested items highlighted! WOW!!! After several more emails back and forth we agreed to a price. Cory and Woodhouse were GREAT to work with. The buying experience was perfect. 12hrs after talking to Cory I had bought my truck the exact way I wanted. Now, being in GA didn't deter me from buying in NE. They delivered the truck to me and it was in my driveway in 48rs. The driver was actually 15min early than he estimated lol.. Overall great experience and I LOVE my 2019 F350 in magnetic grey with the sports package.

He also arranged thru the accessory person to get a metal safety divider installed which Ford paid for thru their program. I usually don’t go for the undercoat protection but did this time as I was able to negotiate a price that I felt good with. They also had the vehicle ready for me within days. I was a loyal Ford customer as I still had my E-250 van which I had bought from the same salesman and was pleasantly surprised when I was told I would get another rebate because of that. I just bought a used Lincoln MKS from Woodhouse Ford and picked it up yesterday. I have bought 20+ cars in the past and this was the easiest deal so far. Zach Powell, who was my salesman, was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about the many options this car has. We weren't able to make a deal the first day, but, he called back a few days later with a very good deal that I accepted. To top it all off, I noticed a rock chip on my windshield this morning....I called Zach, who said they would be able to repair it. Within a half an hour of arriving at the dealership, the chip was repaired and barely noticeable.

Didn’t fix the seat the first time the seat cover with supposed to be fixed and they only fix the bottom and the top part of the cover with a post to be fixed you need to do that and it took them so long to do it and they didn’t call the very disrespectful as far as Service goes

I set up an appointment a week in advanced for an oil change, transmission & transfer case fluid flush. They said to drop it off at 8:30am and it would be completed by noon. I left the truck there the night before, it was not completed until 3pm and I was given 0 heads up about the delay and only found out about it when I called at 1:30pm because I had things that I needed to do. The next oil change sticker that they put on the wind shield is wrong because it says the next oil change is needed at 14000 miles when the truck was dropped off with 96000 miles. It just does not show a good attention to detail and I can only hope the job was performed correctly.

Asked the service department to run a diagnostic on my truck. It threw codes and all they did was reset it and say it's good to go. When I talked to them about it that's what they told me. Paid them money to find the problem and they didn't even try. Truck still does the same stuff two months later. Worse service department ever. I suggest going across the street they treated me better with my old truck then Ford did with a Ford. Never will I go back to wood house. Horrible service people.

I am so disappointed with my 2017 F350. Shortly after purchase I found that after hitting a sharp bump the steering would start to oscillate. After having a friend take a light load of scrap to the yard he asked me not to send him again in this truck. The oscillation happened at Hiway speeds and it scared him. I took the truck to the dealership and spent 900 dollars on it and by the dealerships own admission did not fix the truck. They asked me to bring the truck back in to continue work on it at my expense. Through this experience the service manager(nice guy) keep saying we will take care of you as he was handing me my bill. Not sure where I am going with this but I cannot continue to just toss money at the problem. Very nice truck but what will happen when I hook up my 5th wheel and it starts going crazy? I love my ford trucks but this may force a change for me.

Logan and Woodhouse Ford in Blair Nebraska made buying a vehicle enjoyable. We are at minimum of an hour from any significant sized dealerships and almost 2 hours from Blair. Locally we have a few small dealers selling the "quality used cars"... but not much of a selection. I was dreading the multiple trips to the city to buy a car. Woodhouse made this a non issue. First Logan emailed every vehicle that was available in the model we had settled on. Once the truck was picked he moved on to interior and options all being decided on from the comfort of our living room. Once the package was completed and turned over to finance he sent a daily email or text just to make sure we didnt have any questions. Mike was our finance guy and he got us a great deal. The paperwork was done and signed and they delivered the truck to us the following week. No multiple trips to the dealership. No pushy salesmen. It was by far the best experience my family has had buying a vehicle. Woodhouse Ford has my business for all future vehicles.
