It’s a 20 year old vehicle so there’s some assumption that stuff needs fixed. I try to only deal with woodhouse because they do try to work with you and do their best to make the best deal for you.

When it comes to the people that works there I would give 5 out of 5 stars because they are willing to do anything they can to make your experience the best. Overall wise I hate buying cars from dealerships because it always takes 4 or more hours because they take so damn long trying to work with what makes them the most money and 6 trees of paperwork. If ever is there a dealership that can make precesses better and much shorter time needed I would never go anywhere else. Woodhouse is the best so far I have ever been at but still needs to find a way to speed the process up

Bought a new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Woodhouse yesterday, and I had a wonderful experience. The team was fast and efficient and had me rolling in my sweet new ride the same day. The service is amazing and they were quick to clean off multiple vehicles to show me, and I left with a spotless vehicle and a full tank of gas. I did have a minor issue with the vehicle upon getting it home, but the Woodhouse team was quick to offer services to alleviate the issue and get everything in tip-top shape. Shout out to salesman Brad Jurgens, who was a huge help and was even helped me out on his time off.

My husband was told prior to making our service appointment that the repair for the recall would be quick so we also scheduled an oil change. I waited at woodhouse for 2 1/2 hours for our car for something I had made an appointment for. I was waiting so long that other customers there noticed and had asked me how long I had been waiting. We were also told when we purchase our vehicle that woodhouse would come pick it up and return it. When I mentioned that when I made my appointment I was told that they don’t do that.

1st time visit. Called ahead to see if engine/computer codes could be checked if I used "express lube". Was told, "yes". When I arrived, was told that could not be done. Came into appointment with 35/36 PSI in the tires. Left with 31 PSI. Warning lights came on during ride home indicating low tire pressure in all 4 tires. Stopped and brought back up to 36 PSI (per message on dash). If I return, will make regular appointment and tell 'em to leave tire pressure alone!

After agreeing on a price and telling the salesman I’m ready to buy my new truck he told me that he had a family picnic to go to and didn’t have time to sell me the truck. He then proceeded to tell me all about his basketball career. So I left Woodhouse and went to a different dealership looking the same way and not bought a new truck for myself but I was able to get a new car for my wife. I called woodhouse as I had purchased a Ram 1500 pickup when I connected the U connect I was informed there were 4 recalls on the pickup and iOS updates needed for my u connect to update all maps. I have had extremely bad experiences at Gene Steffys with them not hooking my auto start back up when they did a recall on my Jeep they claim they did not touch the auto start yet it worked the morning I took it in and did not work when I picked it up it turned my radio on but would not start my car. Then the did a water pump on another Jeep we had put a whole in the floor board claimed it was there when we dropped it off. Woodhouse was so nice I got there they checked me in showed me the waiting room and I did my work while waiting. Ryan cam and got me when the recalls and the update to my u on ect were done. They washed my pickup which was dirt as I had just come back from South Dakota. Woodhouse is the best. Thank you Ryan fir a great experience you will get my return service.
