This is my second car from Porsche of Omaha. My first being a Cayman S and my current car a Carrera GTS. My salesman has been Adam Brooks. Adam is a well informed sales professional that will take care of you and will answer all of your questions, without making you feel that you are being rushed. I would like to end my review in saying that Porsche of Omaha is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The receptionist, sales staff, management, as well as the service side are all top shelf. I have spread the word and I will be coming back. I was looking for months all over the country for a fairly specific Cayman/Boxster S and found one here 700mi away from my home. I bargained fast and furious because by then I knew what kind of a killer deal is possible. Dennis Nicholson and the management matched my pace, didn't waste anyone's time, and simply got me a deal for which I had to stop my car and let out a scream - YES!!! I flew over to drive my baby home and was told I'd be picked up from the airport. What I didn't expect is a brand new black Macan GTS pulled up in front of me curb side, and out walks Mr. Danzel Washington himself. Yes, Dennis is quite a handsome guy in a Nebraska winter coat :-). When we pulled up to the dealer, my Cayman S was sitting in the showroom waiting for me - detailed down to the stainless screws, looking like every other new car next to her (it's a 3-year old CPO!). I can't say if other Porsche dealers will treat me the same because it's simply my first Porsche. But I can say Porsche of Omaha has delivered an impression worthy of the brand and beyond my expectation. I was stuck at the dealer for quite a long time because of my bank's screw up, but that's a different and long story. Suffice to say, Dennis and Carrie went above and beyond, helping me through the ordeal and finally got me on the road with my car still in time for my planned trip. It's been almost six months now and I've been busy. It still feels like honeymoon with my Cayman, and I just want to take the time and thank Dennis, Carrie and Porsche of Omaha for such a wonderful start of my Porsche ownership. Thanks again guys!

Porche of omaha does good to you but the towing company auto 1 who handles their tows is packed with registered sex offenders and a boss who is a convicted felon after beating a woman think twice before you have porche tow your car.

Porsche of Omaha is one fantastic dealership. From sales to service department everybody is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I have been a Porsche Owner for about 16 years and a car enthusiast all my life I have never had the level of service anywhere and having lived in 12 major cities over the years, I have some comparisons. The pricing of the service department is very good for a premium sport car dealership and I never feel like I am being "upsold" on services or items I really do not need. Great place to buy, service or just visit and "kick some tires". I always feel welcome and like a VIP.

What a great Experience! Live in Kansas City and have been looking for the perfect Porsche Cayenne S for awhile. Finally found the one I wanted in Omaha, NE. Worked with a salesman by the name of Adam Brooks at the Porsche Omaha Dealership and can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had buying this car. Adam responded quickly to my inquiry about the car and answered any questions or concerns I had. He sent a walk-around video of the car, inside and out as well as the maintenance records and anything else I needed right away. We drove up to Omaha to check out the car and Adam was there waiting. Looked the car over carefully and test drove it...we knew right away this was "the one". Everything Adam had said about the car was spot on. Traded in our current vehicle and then Adam worked with us to get great financing. All in all, probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Yesterday, the car of my dreams was delivered to my door in Montana by Porsche of Omaha. While this Carrera was impeccable, my humble mention must be directed toward the sales representative, Carey Trowbridge. Upon first contact, Carey was informative, accurate and extremely personable. I live in NY but happened to found a CPO car with the right spec and right price here. Throughout the process I worked with Ed W., who has been very responsive, and catered all my needs. I flew in for a test drive and bought the car on the spot. They helped arranging shipping with an enclosed trailer with a very reasonable price. There were a few minor issues I found out on the car after the car was delivered, but they were either covered by the CPO warranty, or Woodhouse has reimbursed me for the cost of fixing those. Obviously in an ideal world when you buy a CPO car, you would hope it would be in perfect shape but in reality sometimes it will just have some issues which they didn’t find out when they certify the car. (not a particular Porsche's problem, I had similar experience with CPO BMW & Mercedes as well). However at least Woodhouse stood behind their car and helped make right on those problems, to me that’s what matters. A real shout out to Ed for his professionalism, passion for P-cars and providing top notch service to customers!

Although they are two hundred miles away, I have had the pleasure of doing business with Porsche of Omaha for the last five years. The beautiful new face lift of their facility is impeccably clean as you would expect and their processes are as high-tech as are their skills at handling customers. Porsche-speak can be a difficult language to learn, but each employee that I have come in contact with there is a credit to their management staff and ownership, to the Porsche brand and to each other ! They are prompt and detail-oriented -- and hard-core car guys themselves. You can trust them with your baby. I do, and I have. And I have never been disappointed. I have lived in other cities, and dealt with other P-car dealers. Specifically, Chicago. There is NO COMPARISON in the way you are treated in Chicago dealerships vs Omaha. The experience is so much more low-key and relaxed when dealing with Porsche Omaha. If I were ever to relocate outside of Omaha, I would continue to do business with them over other dealers. So if you live outside Omaha, I'd tell you it's worth any slight geographic inconvenience to work with them. HIGHLY recommended.

Kudos to Jason in service ......I bought a beautiful example of an used 997 Carrera S from Porsche of Omaha...2 years later and I had concerned motor ticking sound..that had started over the last drive I had ....and I live 300 miles away . I took to local private service /sales dealer which I use exclusively since so far from Woodhouse dealer ...I still called Jason which I was prompted by good friend Jimmy DeMatteis(also proud Woodhouse advocate) ....and Jason brought many great points to head of good conversation.....he talked me into just taking car out and giving it a good grubbing of the throttle ....and just as he said the "lifter ticking noise disappeared after 10 minutes of elevated spirited driving after good warm up " He also advised me to drive the car like it is meant to be driven !! I had been a nervous wreck with thoughts of big lift of engine from car and all that goes with it .. Sometimes knowledge wins over negative thoughts of what is worse case scenario in $$$ fix ... My take away ....even if long distance from Porsche of Omaha and you have a issue ...it pays to call Jason ....he will listen and give his best shot of problem ....makes him a "True Champion" in my book always . I was an out of state customer and he guided me through the transaction and delivery of the vehicle to make sure everything was smooth. At first, I was a bit hesitative purchasing a vehicle out of state at a dealer 500 miles away especially due to the complexities of titling a vehicle and paying taxes in the state I live. They made the process as smooth as possible and researched everything I would need to title the vehicle in my own state. I got the vehicle delivered less than a week after I signed/returned the paperwork. Let me start by saying I consider myself extremely picky!! I live in the Des Moines area and got tired of the dealerships in town. Porsche of Omaha was a breath of air. It was no hassle and I was treated like a queen. I was worried about the service being so far away, they said they would pick up my car (IN DSM) put it in a trailer and drop me off a car when it was time for service. Well On Tuesday they picked up my car, and I just got in back today. Larry in the Service dept was amazing at communication and letting me know what was going on and the times they would be here for my car. Upon deliver clean car inside and out!! I had been looking at several of the cars at Porsche of Omaha, and one checked nearly all of the boxes on my list (except it was missing it's originally optioned Carrera Classic wheels). I worked with Alexey on dealer inspections, tire tread, brake wear, pricing, etc. He was always quick to respond and made sure I knew I could rely on his assistance and service. They were able to offer a very well optioned car that was well under book value. What he wasn't aware of was I had been in talks with a dealership in Minnesota on a similar vehicle. The car was immaculate, was entirely intact, and a great price (all extra options were present). I had told Alexey - my only hang up was the missing optional wheels. Within a day Alexey had contacted me back and had found the set of 20" Carrera Classic wheels and tires with excellent tread. At this point I was ecstatic, and thoughts of the Minnesota car where gone! I was ready to move forward with our agreement - the next surprise was not only did Alexey locate the wheels I wanted, but he bundled in the aftermarket wheels and tires at no additional cost. Two sets of wheels and great condition tires. The service was outstanding and Alexey went above and beyond with my car buying needs.
