So my family and I are passing through on our way to Alaska, and our Tahoe's wheel bearing decided to shred apart. These guys told us that they couldn't get us in until Thursday. I guess they saw the UHaul and figured I wasn't joking about the moving to Alaska part lol. Anyway, so they were extremely nice and got us in the shop within 10 minutes. Loved these guys. I'd recommend them to anyone. Took a couple hours, but we are back on the road! Thank you for everything guys.

My experience was so horrid that if I posted all the details, people would likely not believe it. My Jeep spent 6 months in the shop for service...YES...six months. and then then service manager returned the vehicle with the same problem. He told Jeep Customer Service that there was nothing wrong after having the vehicle for 6 months. He lied to me repeatedly about waiting for parts, test driving...service techs..I took the vehicle to another Jeep dealer, they diagnosed the problem in 10 min, and my vehicle was repaired in 3 working days.

I will never take a vehicle back to this place. I called to get regular maintenance done on my car and got turned away all because one of the mechanics has an issue with my family. Needless to say that is not very good customer service. I have always sent people to this dealership, but will no longer be doing so.
