After negotiating a deal for 2 days we came to an agreement so me and my wife drove 2 and a half hours to buy the car and when we got there Timothy Campbell lied to us about the miles we were allowed on our lease. So he then wanted us to pay more then we negotiated. People like him give other salesman a bad name. I’m also upset that the dealership wouldn’t fix this!!!
Super smooth and highly professional
My experience with my first Jaguar F-Pace started with mixed reviews...I absolutely loved the drive of this vehicle. It’s performance, responsive handling and quickness was amazing - love it! Unfortunately, the infotainment system was disappointing; it crashed frequently, lost satellite signal and the backup camera froze. This went on for almost a year of frequent visits back to the dealer (H&H Jaguar in Omaha); the good news - they were relentless in their efforts to resolve the issue! Amazing service and attention to detail! In the end, they worked with Jaguar directly and solved the problem. I’ll be back for another! Special thanks to Service Manager Robert Creger.

Extremely poor service and overall experience. While most dealerships try to lowball on trade-ins, these people went to the extreme when I wanted to purchase a new vehicle purchase at full retail. Even though both trade-ins were in pristine condition, their trade-in offers were many, many thousands less than even average KBB trade-in values. I understand them wanting to make a profit but it shouldn't be at the expense of completely ripping off customers. Overall this and their other actions, showed a complete lack of any form of customer care. Will shop elsewhere.

Purchased a 2018 F-Pace from H & H Jaguar of Omaha. Our sales associate, David, was very patient and knowledgable. No pressure or heavy pitch to buy. He simply answered our questions and highlighted the vehicle. After purchase, his follow up to make sure I was fully comfortable with the various operations and features was much appreciated. I came in at my convenience and was walked through every detail and question. They are intent on making sure I am happy with my purchase and well taken care of.

Gotta say there the best I ordered a red c6zo6 corvette an flew down to pick it up,an employee met me at the airport,took me to pick my new car an got me lunch then toured me around the place an back to Florida I drove thanks to Merkel another happy customer
The vehicle was purchased in May 2017 brand new. After the purchase I did not take ownership of the car. They said there was something wrong with the navigation system and the roof of the car. They had the car 3 weeks after purchase. I had to continually call them about the car. It was hard to get anyone to call me back. Finally my wife picks the car up. Less then a week later I complain that the breaks were squeaking and the roof was rattling by the pillars on both sides. They cleaned the breaks and said the roof was fixed. I even called Jaguar corporate. Who told me that because they are high performing breaks. They will squeak. Yet when I drive the loaner car. There is no squeaking. Since then I have taken the jaguar xf back for the same problems. The roof, breaks, steering wheel, ect. They have had the car a total of almost a year if not longer in there posession. Saying they are fixing the roof in particular. I can not count the number of times my wife and I have had to travel to the dealership not only to drop off our car that they claimed to have fixed. We have had to ride around with their car tech people. Wait in the lounge for hours. On one occasion they had the car all summer. We did have a loaner. However with a loaner vehicle you can not go out of town in it. I feel they are running our life with this car. They will not admit they do not know how to fix it. It is the running joke at their establishment that my car stays at the dealership. Everyone knows the car. They let it sit in the lot without touching it. Because they do not know how to fix it. I know because I have the jaguar app. It shows that the car sits without being started. They sold me a lemon. The last contact was 07/05/19. I picked up the car and drove off and heard rattling again in the pillars of the roof. My wife called and talked to Dan who said he had heard about our car. Hence the running joke at their establishment. He was going to talk to Scott the general manager. Promised to call my wife or I back Monday 07/08/19. We received no call per usual with this place. We waited until Wednesday and called. We left a message with the receptionist. We did not receive a call back. We called again Thursday 07/11/19. We talked to the receptionist who was talking to Don. I could hear his voice. He did not want to take the call. So then she proceeds to act like he wasnt at his desk. Even though I heard him. We called Friday 07/12/19 also. No call back yet again. I am over the run around. I am tired of paying a car note for a car that is a lemon. I thought I was buying a Jaguar. Either give me another car that is not a lemon or buy this one back. I am over your shenanigans. If anyone does not believe this place is a lemon lot. Please let me know. And I will kindly post all.... of the stacks of maintenance papers I have. Also all the video of different dates the car has being rattling and squeaking. The emails from the dealership with their lies. We have been nothing but nice, patient and respectful. We allowed Jaguar of Omaha to fix the problem. Nobody would have giving them the time we did. Signed, Lemon Owner
Youness the tech specialist was wonderful. He came personally to our residence to help set up our remote door controls and gave us a tour through the systems and features of our new vehicle. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with non-tech-savy clients. It was a pleasure working with him. He is a definite asset to the Omaha Jag dealership.

Whenever I need out of the norm service on my Jaguar, Tim will eventually work it in and get her done as long as I don't need a loaner. And I appreciate that very much. Tim is excellent with customer service. In the long haul, H & H needs more space so they can service on more timely basis.
Youness was excellent to work with throughout the entire process! He gave us a warm welcome as we pulled onto the lot and explained where the specific models were that we came to look at. He showed us some of the different models and detailed features they each had. Youness was friendly, polite and professional. He was also very sensitive to the fact that we had a 1-year-old that needed to eat soon. We felt very comfortable with our decision and there was never any pressure. We were also delighted with the assistance from both Phil and Jordan. What a great team and experience all-around!
I live a few hours from the dealership but found a Jag I was looking for on CarGurus. Mainly dealt with AJ and Phillip on the details via email/ text - he was extremely responsive and helpful and came to a fair deal for both of us. Drove down Saturday morning with my trade and worked with AJ who had all the paperwork done and made the process smooth in under 20 minutes. I forget the young man’s name who showed me all the features and set up my app but both he and AJ were 5 stars too!
The service scheduled was for my annual oil change, however the techs didn't realize that and had my car the entire day and only did some computer updates so I had to leave my car through the weekend and one additional business day. In addition, all of my present radio stations were cleared out and I had to enter them all again. I would expect that if it is known the computer updates cleared this out, the extra attention to detail I expect from Jaguar would have been to note my presets and enter them back before I got my car. It seems like it is always something...I have yet to have a good experience with Jaguar.
Phillip went above and beyond to help my wife and I pick out a new Jaguar!! He was very patient with us as we have never owned a Jaguar. He answered all of our questions and even took the time to let us drive many different models. OUTSTANDING Service!!

I have had good experience before but this time it was a forgettable experience. They picked the car and dropped off a loaner and that was very nice but then it was all downhill. They kept my car for over five days and the communication was very poor. Didn’t respond to my texts, didn’t return my phone call and it took a Herculean task to get any answers from them. Finally for pick up, we gave them a days notice of when we will pick the car up and guess what, we still had to wait an hour at the dealership to pick the car up, it wasn’t cleaned up and they couldn’t find the paperwork. The service department has been good before and so I hope it is a one time deal and not a sign of how things are now.
My client advisor, Mr Freddie Hall was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the unit(Land Rover Discovery) I purchased. I'm looking forward to doing more business with him in the near future. I've already referred one of my neighbors.
